The idea of going home to face Cornelius did not sit well with him. While he knew that he couldn't hide out forever with Kieran and Abel, he just didn't want to go home. He worried what sort of things could be waiting for him, if it was possible that Cornelius knew he was turning his back on the mission, and thus ultimately betraying him. He didn't want to know what sort of consequences it would involve. Nothing good, that was for sure. At this time he had no plans on changing his mind, Abel was safe at least from him.

Finishing up his ice cream, Jakob replied to the males statement. He watched as Kieran nodded in response before moving to collect their trash. "Oh, yes." he said, sliding the paper cup over to him him. Standing from his seat, Jakob picked up his bag and waited for the males return. "Shall we go, then?" he asked, smiling towards him.

⋮ ۩ ) • • • Questioning Miguel, he listened as he replied. Kirean grabbed Miguel trash as he threw it away as well. He returned to the table where Miguel stood waiting. Kieran nodded as Miguel questioned him. He reached out taking Miguel's hand as he walked with him through the mall back to his car in the parking lot.

Once at his car, he unlocked it with his key fob. He opened the trunk so Miguel could put his bags in the back. Kieran waited for him to set his bags in before closing it. He made his way towards the driver's side. Kieran opened his door, sliding in and buckling himself in. He started the car while he waited for Miguel. Kieran soon put the car in reverse as Miguel settled in. He pulled out of the parking spot and out of the parking lot.

As Kieran took his trash for him, Jakob stood up from the table and collected his things. When the man returned, he smiled as Kieran took his hand into his own. Together they walked away from the food court and headed back in the direction that they came in. As they walked, Jakob took one last look around to see if there were any shops he might have spotted on their way in. But just like before he saw nothing that called out to him. Anything he might have overlooked could wait until the next time he was in the area. For now he simply assumed it meant that he just didn't needed.

Walking out of the mall, Jakob squinted against the bright sunlight. He walked with Kieran through the lot as they soon reached his car. He quietly thanked the male as the trunk was opened and set down his bags. Releasing Kieran's hand, Jakob moved over towards the passenger side and opened his door to slip into his seat. After closing the door behind himself, Jakob then buckled up his seat belt and watched as the man steered them out of the spot and towards the exit.

⋮ ۩ ) • • • Once Miguel was buckled in, Kieran pulled out of the parking spot. He drove through the parking lot avoiding other cars. Kieran drove until he reached a turn to get to the light. He continued driving, pulling up to the light. Kirean didn't have to wait long before the light changed. He pressed the gas pedal as he continued driving toward the park. Kirean had never really taken the time to go to the park. He wanted to experience the normal dating stuff with Miguel. Kieran didn't want it to be just about sex even though it was enjoyable.

After buckling up Kieran wasted no time in getting them out of the parking lot. He smiled to himself as the male expertly steered them through the lot, and weaved around the passing cars. Within a few minutes they were on the road. Jakob sat comfortably in his seat while Kieran drove towards the park. He too was looking forward to their little adventure. The park wasn't the most exciting place in the world, but he felt like they'd be able to just talk and hang out. Best of all, no Abel to interrupt them.

⋮ ۩ ) • • • Kirean wasn't in the mood to be bothered by Abel either. He didn't know what to expect from last night. Kieran was unsure of what was going on in Abel's mind. The man was acting weird. He never had these problems with his other lovers. Kirean didn't blame Miguel though he had allowed Abel to come between them in a way. He wasn't yet comfortable with the idea of sharing Miguel. However, if he wanted to stay with him, he didn't see another choice. Kirean didn't question it right now. The thought wasn't important. He continued driving, focusing on the here and now with Miguel. There was a time for such talks when they came, but for now he wanted to ignore the obvious elephant in the room.

Jakob had no idea what was going on with Abel. It made no sense to him why he was acting this way. Especially after all the times he'd been told that the man simply did not partake in relationships. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding or something. He didn't know nor could he seeing as one of them had disappeared last night. Then again, maybe it was for the best. He could still be with Kieran, have him heart and all. Forget any of the stuff with Abel never happened. Jakob continued to watch the male drive, it was oddly relaxing, and made him excited for whatever was to come. Glancing towards the man himself, he smiled. "So tell me, when was the last time you went to the park? What did you do?" he asked curiously. Jakob obviously remembered their time in the woods, but he didn't think it counted as he referring to a time that didn't involve such activities.

⋮ ۩ ) • • • As he drove, Kieran could feel Miguel's eyes on him. He wasn't bothered by being watched. It was normal for him in a way. Kirean soon heard Miguel question him. He glanced toward him, finding his question amusing. Kieran pulled up to a light as it changed red. He smirked lightly, "I haven't been in a while though I didn't have the same opportunity we did...I was by myself the last time." Kieran teased Miguel knowing he was likely thinking about their time in the park. They had taken Addy's car in the middle of the night and had gone away to be in private. It ended up in them ******** in the woods and in Addy's car.

As they continued their way down the road, Jakob couldn't help wanting to break the silence that had settled between them. There was still so much that he did not know about Kieran and he was curious. As they pulled up to red light he watched as the male smirked and glanced his way. Jakob felt his face burn slightly in response to his teasing words. "Well if you want to go that route, I can see your problem." he replied, "I meant more did you come to jog, hang out with friends, or use that outdoor exercise equipment?" Jakob remembered very clearly what it was like the last time they were in the woods together. He did not at all regret defiling Addy's car. He was sure she must have had some sort of idea what they were going to do once they borrowed her car. They just never specified where they would be doing it.

⋮ ۩ ) • • • Kieran couldn't help but tease Miguel. He had no intention of ******** him currently on public at the moment. That didn't mean he couldn't tease him. Kieran found Miguel was easy to tease. He watched the blush spread across his face. Kieran found Miguel's next questions laughable. He pressed the gas pedal as the light turned green. "Well, I have no friends beside Abel unless you can see him wandering around the park." Kieran teased again as he couldn't resist. Abel wasn't the outdoors type of person. "As for exercising, that's what the gym is for… Unless it's for the sexual kind… But no, I mostly just walked around." He continued to tease Miguel as he drove. Kieran wasn't much of an outdoors person either though enjoyed it more than Abel.

As fun and risky as it been to be ******** out in the open like that, Jakob did not mind if they simply skipped the opportunity this time around. After all, there was no telling just how many people many be in the park and if any law enforcement might be patrolling. Jakob felt his face warm as Kieran teased him and tried not to bring attention to it. Instead, he corrected himself by rewording his question. Jakob watched the man smile before turning his attention back to the road. As they continued on their way, he was once again teased. Jakob thought about reminding Kieran that it was Abel who found him in the park yesterday. But he didn't want to ruin their good mood. "I suppose I should have known." he said, smiling back at the man. "But you're right Abel doesn't strike me as a sports or outdoorsy kind of guy." Jakob sat there listening as Kieran listed a few more reasons he didn't come to the park often. "You make some fair points. And lucky for you I don't mind just walking around." he said happily. Jakob didn't mind the outdoors, but he wouldn't say he was an outdoor enthusiast by any standard. A little walk here and there, rent a bike, or relax in the sun. Those were the things he liked to do when he was outside.

⋮ ۩ ) • • • Just because Abel had gone to pick Miguel up, didn't mean he would have gone there any other time. Unlike Kieran, Abel didn't go to the gym. His work outs were usually in the basement. He wasn't as outgoing as Kieran who liked interacting with people.

Kirean liked watching people though going to the gym provided a more open space to workout in. He listened as Miguel responded to his teasing. Kirean laughed softly, "Outdoorsy no but he enjoys going out to the club or to the Sanctuary." He replied thinking about it. Kieran listened as Miguel talked about walking around. He kind of got the impression that Miguel enjoyed being outside even if he was exploring a park. "Hm, well then. Maybe we'll have a good time. " Kieran replied having been open to explore new things.

True, he couldn't base the man's interests on one singular experience. Had Kieran not abandoned him, he wondered if he would have come at all. His mind told him no, that Abel was merely feeling....something the other day. Kindness may not be the right word for it though given how the rest of their day went. It made since to think that Abel had little interest in the outdoors. Most times they ran into one another were either his home, the club, or that one time at the restaurant. He wasn't even sure he went out for the more mundane things as Kieran had told him that they were usually left to him.

As they continued their conversation, he heard Kieran laughing softly beside him. He glanced his way as he spoke, confirming his thoughts. "So basically if he can't drink, observe, or fornicate in a place he wants nothing to do with it?" Jakob asked, feeling a bit as though he already knew the answer.

It was true that Jakob did have some interest in the outdoors. Back home in Germany he spent many of his days strolling the neighboring hiking trails, riding a bike around town as he went about his day, or just going to the lake with his friends. He more or less did the same in Brazil, though it wasn't nearly as convenient to get some of the places he would want to go. His time in Europe had spoiled him that way. While Chicago wasn't completely lacking in modes of transportation, it wasn't the same to what he was used to.Hearing Kieran speak once more, he glanced towards him. Jakob smiled at the suggestion. "Hmm, I think we will. So don't worry so much." he said reassuringly.

⋮ ۩ ) • • • Both of their personalities were sexual, however Kieran's was more mundane compared to Abel. Kirean was also more of the romantic than Abel who didn't want romance. He teased Miguel soon hearing his question. The answer was obvious but he answered anyway. "Pretty much." Kirean replied laughing softly. He drove as they drew closer. Kieran glanced toward Miguel as he spoke. "Why would I be worried?" He asked curiously.

When he first met them, he kind of thought that both Abel and Kieran were one in the same. Having gotten to know each man a little better over the time he could see that Kieran was much easier to get along with than the other. Sure he had his moments, but for the most part he could be both sweet and considerate. As they continued to speak Jakob followed up with another question. The answer was quite obvious but still the male answered him. Jakob smirked as Kieran laughed and agreed with his words. He watched Kieran steer them onwards toward the park. Soon, he was given a question of his own. "I don't know....It just feels like we've been struggling a little lately and we can never finish a conversation. Maybe I'm overthinking things, but if something you want to talk about, we can talk." he replied, glancing over towards him once more. Jakob didn't want to start any arguments, but he couldn't help what he was feeling either. He wanted to be sure that they were on the same page and not get stranded in another park.
