	*Jeremiah de León* As they stood around and formulated a plan Jeremiah, or Deadman as he's known as, began growing anxious. While he was trying to be polite and work along with his fellow heroes-in-training he never did take his eyes off of that strange man they had seen, and now it seems with good reason. Jeremiah was able to notice details in the man's face; The way the suspicious man's nose scrunch up at a thought only to soon have an evil looking smile twist upon the man's lips. With the suspicious looking man suddenly starting to make his way into the growing crowd Jeremiah began following him with quick feet and without telling his teammates what he was up to. he felt as though they were all taking too long to think and it was now time to act. Something the lone wolf felt he should have done long ago. "Hey, you!" As Deadman quickly walked up to the crowd he singled out the suspicious looking man wearing his hoodie by pointing at him as Deadman kept walking directly to him. "Stop right there! I need to talk to you." Nevermind the little rats that went in for bags of chips and cartons of milk. That was just stupid petty crimes that could have gotten them hurt. What Deadman was after was a possible arsonist, but before any of that he'd have to make contact and get the man before he continue trying to become incognito within the crowd. 	☆ MOOD ▬ ❝ Worried, and Scared ❞ ☆ LOCATION ▬ ❝ Convenience store ❞ ☆ COMPANY ▬ ❝ Mr. Koyagani, Alphonse, Haneul, and Jeremiah ❞ As she continued to think of a plan to put our the fire they all agreed it would be best to go in groups of two. With one group coming in from the front and the other from the back. Deadman decided to go in from the back and he asked Ghost to go with him so that would leave her and Red Lamb going in through the front. But before they could start Deadman fixed his eyes on the person that might have started the fire. She knew it was important to catch him but it was more important to put the fire out at the moment there were several people in the building. One of which was their teacher and their lives seemed to be more important to her than catching this guy. "Wait Deadman we need to worry about the fire right now. I know we need to catch him but there are to many people's lives at stake right now that should be our priority." She said. She thought for a second maybe I can make a house out of my glass and some sort of attachment for the fire hydrant. She opened her cylinder with glass in it. "Red Lamb if they are taking the back we have the front. I think I can make a hose for that fire hydrant over there if you are able to open it and get the water moving we should be able to get the fire out quick." She said as she was already forming the hose out of glass. Starting at the fire hydrant she carefully shapes the glass making sure to make it strong enough to withstand the tons of pressure from the fire but also long enough to reach inside the building. 	xxx The moment she heard that the students from LeVane Academy would be out in the forest camping she knew wanted to be in the very same woods as the students to watch over them. Why do you ask? Well there was a small chance of Mr. Fang to capture some students on this little field trip of theirs. Sure their were still Teachers out in the woods to assist and help the students in need but it would be a lot easier to kidnap some students out in the woods with some teachers rather then at the Academy. That was one reason why Rin wanted to go into the forest, the other reason was because the girl named Rebecca would be there. She wanted to make sure that the girl would stay out of trouble and was safe from the elements of the wilderness and if Mr. Fang showed up, along with other students who happened to be part of the Exiles. The lavender haired woman was now in the convenient store getting the last of the supplies (a.k.a snacks) for the trip out in the forest and was accompanied with the red head Carter. In truth Rin did not want Carter to come with her if there was a chance Mr. Fang would be there. The chances were slim but still, she did not want him to be anywhere near that man. After the incident where Carter was taken by Mr. Fang, the red head was never really truly the same. It was probably a good thing in the end for Carter to come along as if it was just Rin she would have nothing but sweets to eat for the next few days out in the forest. Thank's to Carter they had went out and got real supplies such as a tent, sleeping bags, things to start a fire, first aid and more. Thing's that Rin had not even thought about. Rin was putting chocolate bars and other sweets in her basket that she would want to snack on before glancing over to the book rack. The last time she was in here was when she tried to steal a few books and got caught. That was months ago when he was still alive. It was strange to think how much her life had changed this year. She went from being a homeless guard dog to having a roof over her head and a place to call home. She also had people in her life who did not see her as an object. She was more human now then she had ever felt before in her life. 	CαяTεя xxxxxxxxx ▪Thoughts: Dumles II▫Where: Convenience Store [Candy Section]II ▫With Who: Myself & The ChildII ▪Wearing: [shown in picture minus dog ears & tail]II Repairs to the Convenience Store were well underway especially after that arsenic attack that happened a little while ago. Some areas of the store retained their scorch marks, pieces of wood were used to cover the many holes in the wall, and there were a few lights that were completely non-operational. Yet, business was business as proof was seen with someone at the cash register. Rubies drifted off as a subtle creak of plastic swayed to and fro, indicating that someone was putting another sugary item into their basket. While Rin’s attention was somewhere else Carter would yoink the high-calorie snack and placed it back on the shelf. ”Are you planning on eating junk all week?” The voice nearly came out sarcastic along with his deadpan expression. He was about ready to pluck another sugary snack when something caught his eye. ”Mmm.” He’d grunt before looking in the direction of a well-known friend: Dumle. The toffee candy covered with milk chocolate was a sight for sore eyes and, soon, his mouth. ”A book would be more beneficial for your childish brain than all these sweets.” The ginger opened up his Dumle bag and popped a sweet Swedish treat into his mouth. ”We're not in a rush.” Wouldn’t it be nice to push off the inevitable trip they would need to take? Ah, that sounded like his procrastination was talking again. He'd look off to the books as if to gesture for her to go and frolic through those novels before going back to his snack. 	xxx Rin's attention went back to the red head as he spoke up. Pale blue eyes would shift from the book rack to his ruby eyes. Her eyes as always looked almost lifeless, as her pale blue orbs looked at Carter. She simply watched him, noticing his hand reaching for her basket but she did not more. " Water too." She simply said as she watched the male's eyes them shift. Still watching him, she raised a brow a little as Carter took a intreats in a bag of sweets. Rin knew very well that Carter did not like most sweets so it was always surprising to see him eat something sweet and enjoy it. Pale blue eyes watched Carter open up the bag in the store and start eating the little toffee candy. " Maybe you should try reading once and a while." The lavender haired woman said with a blank face before she reached her hand into the bag he was holding and pulled out a Dumle for herself. She popped the candy into her mouth and slowly chewed it while looking him dead in the eye. The faint sound of her moving the candy around in her mouth and hitting her teeth could be heard before she swallowed. Once the little treat was melted in her mouth and swallowed she would then turn to the rack and put take the chocolate bar that Carter removed from her basket and put it where she felt it belonged. Right back in her basket. Once she had retrieved one of her many treats she would then make her way to the small book rack in the store. Her hands would trail the covers and spines of the books as she looked at the titles. trying to find a hidden treasure that she had not read before. In her own little world, Rin would pick up a book, flip throughout the pages before putting it back if it was a book that she had already read or did not interest her. She did manage to find a couple books that interest her and instead of trying to steal and put them in her bag, she put the books in her basket. In the past she would always try to steal books, refuse paying. Now she was willing to buy a book? She even now had a library card and rented out books insured of stealing from the library. The lavender haired woman had surely changed within the her time with the new exiles and she was still changing and growing. It was hard to say exactly why Rin was changing so much but one thing was for sure. Without Nasya, Carter and the others, she would still be on the streets like a lost dog. She seemed quite transfixed with his collection of Dumles. Rin’s stare told him everything. The judgemental look in her eye blended well with a swirl of surprise. It was true though, Carter normally did not partake in any sweets. But as of late the ginger found himself drawn to confections that were from his home country. The link between himself and the peaceful nation was growing more and more apparent. ”If I was anyone else, I would be uncomfortable with your stare right now.” Rubies glanced at the girl’s profile and met her gaze. Was it that fascinating to see him eat a small chocolate toffee sweet? ”And you are telling me that.” Seemed like Carter was on a retort streak as the girl plucked one of his unpaid candies from the bag. While the Exile member fully understood what the purple child meant with her words, he feinted his understanding in order to imply that she was the one who needed to try to read the situation. The red man took on a defensive position so as to block Rin from any more assaults on his treats. It wasn’t every day he could run into a Swedish treat. Being able to wander past something from his home country was a surprise in it of itself. In fact, this happened just as often as someone running into an Umbreon in the middle of the night or a Flareon knocking itself dead; it was just that rare. Biding his time, along with eating the Swedish delectables, Carter noted that Rin was growing lost in the book section. This was his time to act. Placing some random items into an empty basket (items that looked close to the female’s sugary sweets), he switched the two baskets out and began to return every single item back to where it belonged. Then he quickly moved over to the cashier and checked out a few bags of those Dumles and a case of water. If Rin wasn’t paying attention then the red Exile would have left her behind in the store. 	xxx More child jokes came from the red head. She did not understand why he saw her as a child when the two were around the same age. Sure, she liked sweets a little to much then the average adult but she was most likely the same age as him, if not she wolf be off only by a couple years at most. The lavender haired woman did not know what her age was, along with many things about herself but she was no child. Rin did not say anything when he pointed out that if he was anyone else he would be uncomfortable. They had a odd relationship… They called each other names and bugged one another but yet they still enjoyed one anther's company. Rin was comfortable around him and it seemed for the most part he was as well. Seeing she had been just watching him and he didn't seem to really care about it. As the pale blue eyed woman went to steal another treat from the red head blocked her away from his treats. She blinked a couple times as the male was defensive over sweets. The tables have turned so it seemed. Rin was reading her book quietly as it seemed she was ready to sit on the floor and finish the book right there and then. If Rin could have it her way she would sit in a room of books for days and just read. Reading for her was a way to escape and learn about the world. She was so into the book she didn't even notice the little old switch-a-roo that Carter was pulling on her. After a while of standing and reading she decided that she should go pay before it got to late. Still reading the book in her hand she leaned over to pick up her basket and walk over to the cashier to pay for her basket of treats and books. Placing her backer down on the counter she waited a few moments before she closed the book she was reading and placed it down on the counter for the cashier to scan and put into the bag. Having no idea that her fellow Exile member had switched her basket. Once she had paid and received the bags, pale blue eyes looked around the store for the red head. Spotting the red hair outside the store she started to make her way to the door. As the sliding glass door opened up, the lavender haired woman stepped out to look at Carter. " Is there anything else you want to get?" She asked seeing he was the one wanting all this camp gear. If it was just her she would of just packed a few snacks. nothing more and nothing less but because Carter was with her on this little trip they had gotten more supplies.
