Kulia Kulia Kulia. What did you sign yourself up for?

The light cream female chuckled slightly to herself as she approached the area where she would 'battle'. It had been awhile since she had tossed a snowball around. Maybe in her cubhood was the last time? She didn't know, but there were a small pile of ammunition there as it waiting to be tossed.

Kulia glanced around. Her opponent was another she had yet to really meet, although she had seen them around before. The only beings the lioness found herself speaking with was her bunny Nyeupe.

But today...today she would actually speak with more pride members. Or at least, just battle one of them! "Are you ready?" Kulia asked towards Ukko, rolling a snowball in her paw, awaiting the answer.

Ukko got his snowballs ready and then he nodded to his opponent "Yes I'm ready" he said.

Kulia smirked as her opponent said he was ready. Alrighty then, time to get this battle started!

"Gotta a name?" Kulia asked with a smirk.

The Ice Guard tossed the snowball she had been rolling in her paw in the air, ready to catch it before she pelted it at the other male. However, she watch the ball slowly disintegrate, leaving behind only a small puff of soft snow.

Well...she needed to rethinking this plan! The lioness was quick to move on her feet, her paws digging into the snow for something that could be a little firmer. Hopefully the next balls of snow wouldn't fall a part before she had even tried to toss it at her opponent.

Ukko nodded to his opponent "Yes my name is Ukko and yours would be?" He asked his words slow he rushed nothing. He was a patient hunter. Ukko made a couple attempts to gather snow in his paws breaking it apart each time he tried. As they exchanged pleasantries. He finally gather enough snow to throw a snowball in the other lion's direction.

Kulia nodded at the other's name.

"Call me Kulia." She said with a grin, only to falter to a frown when the snowball he through hit her right in the face. Well, he could certainly make better ammunition than she could. Kulia would need to change that.

Her paw dug deeper into the snow, finding the older solidified water. Quickly molding it in the shape she needed, before hurling it towards Ukko. She did another, smaller, ball just as quick, and pelted it towards the male, hoping to get him by surprise.

Kulia did not wait to keep making more snowballs. She wanted to have her own arsenal ready to continue the 'battle'.

Ukko nodded his head at Kulia as he started to make a new snowball to throw at her to try and win this snow battle he was an old soul and perhaps not as fast as some others in the pride but he did his best to be smarter and more skilled. He liked to plan out his moves with thought rather than acting rashly. He was stuck with her snowball and he returned fire hoping to catch her off guard after she had landed her hit on him. He could only hope the strategy would work and his snowball would not fall apart once more. He threw his snowball at her and hurried to try and dodge her next attack.

The snowball the male threw grazed her shoulder, quickly mingling with the fallen snow once it hit the ground. Kulia smirked as she grabbed another snowball. Instead of throwing this one, she proceeded to grab another one, sling both at the same time towards the other. Her ears perked as her head tilted, hearing the sound of crunching snow as it hit the target.

"Aha!" She cried in success, a large grin on her face. "Come on Ukko, I know you have more than that!" The female said in a sing-song voice, tossing a snowball up in the air, before managing to catch it. She was getting better at building these!

Ukko huffed he was a steady slow hunter and this snowball thing did not seem to be his strong suit. "I'm not sure about that young lioness." He attempted to make more snowballs but it seemed that this young lioness had better skill with the snow then he did and he was going to lose to this lioness. There was no shame in falling in the snow covered by snow. He laughed as the snowball fell apart again. "I think it is pretty clear you are the victor of this snow battle." He bowed his head to her ready to be hit again by her next attack.
