An unexpected change in the rhythm. An unheralded shift in the tempo of the conversation. Out of the blue, this matter suddenly began to be taken seriously, which left the green haired child at a mild loss on what to do. Wide red eyes watching curiously, youth and ever present smile transforming what was really a watchful gaze into a naive and innocent stare, Kagerou determined that the only thing that would change was that she would probably feel even worse for doing what she had planned to do since accepting Sundance's challenge.
Her body was yet that of a child's, and the type of affection this contest was trying to gather was clearly implied. Regardless of what her mental age was, she did not feel comfortable with flippantly using such a petite, immature form for such ends. There was, in fact, only one tactic she would have been comfortable using.
"Ehhh, actually, if Sundance can change his act to this extent, then I don't think I can compete with him at all," Kagerou replied to Beranyain, scratching her cheek in a gesture of embarrassment, "I concede defeat. Sundance wins." Originally, she was going to be much more flippant, more suggestive of her confidence that, despite what she said, she was actually confident in victory and simply couldn't be bothered. However, none of that was in her words now. No, she was completely sincere here. If Sundance could act normally, then there really was no reason for her to prove anything. In fact, in some ways, she had been the one that had been fooled into believing that Sundance was somehow socially disabled.
Besides, more than winning, she had always intended to use this contest as a bridge for Sundance. Holding her groceries in front of her, Kagerou complimented the monkey boy, "But really, I was surprised to see you acting normally, Sundance. Well, anyways, the contest is off, but you seem to have struck it off really well with this couple. How about hanging out with them?" She didn't look at him at first, even though it was obvious from the beginning that she had shifted to addressing him. Instead, she had her eyes closed, as if in thought. It wasn't until the last sentence that those scarlet eyes glanced in his direction. Following the eyes, the rest of the head turned to give the golden boy a slightly bigger smile than what she already had on. She hoped to encourage him with that smile.

______________The Narrator Snarls...| tab The great serpent was thrust into the light, it's scream arcing through the air and turning heads in their direction. With a thunderous crash it shattered stalls and ruptured the structural integrity of buildings that fell onto its length, but never enough to harm it or the great beast attached to its throat that was even then digging its fangs within the creature's body. Ooze poured from the wound, flooding the wolf's mouth with sickly sweet, delicious gore that bore little resemblance to that which filled a living snake. The serpent swung about and screamed loud enough to crack nearby glass, even as it swung itself through another building using the wolf as a makeshift battering ram. tab Of those within the market so affected would be the pair of lovers with the monkey and the maiden, who nearby were about to enjoy a fun respite when the stone serpent would careen through the nearby walls and send the pair screaming away in fear from the suddenness of the attack. They were not warriors, just lovers, and that left them unable to function outside of a simple fear reaction here. Besides, it looked like they were no longer needed here, as she'd conceded defeat.
There was nothing to fill the empty silence of Kageoru's refusal to play Sundance's games, but the sad sound of his shades popping as they wrinkled on his nose. The monkey spun 'round on his heel, not at all happy his 'victory' if one could even call the paltry display that. "What do you mean you forfeit?!" Had this been a game all along? A ploy to get rid of him? Now that he thought about it longer everything WAS starting to fall into place. Goading him into being serious, insisting that he go first! Now here he lay, having to show GENUINE emotion to complete strangers, only to get dumped off? Abandoned?Flipped turned upside down on them!? Sundance felt wounded that one whom he had previously counted among friends could wrong him so! A fact he displayed by falling to his knees in the true theatric expression of a good ol' pathetic begging, buried right between Kageoru's sweet-smelling tosies. "Nonononononono please don't leave me alone here, with them." Whatever cruddles of seriousness the monkey could have laid claim to were now officially scrubbed away clean. "If you take me with you I'll promise to be good! Oh, wait!" The monkey exclaimed whilst rummaging desperately in the pocket that seemed to materialize on his chest on command.
Balled up in his fist were numerous slivers of paper that all had a printed cartoon version of Sundance's face on them. They were all intangible of course, ghost favor coupons with a little scrawl at the bottom the read: Good for one free spanking."Ehrm just ignore that spanking bit, you can use one for any time you think I get out of hand." Just for added measure, Sunny threw out his best winning impression of Monkey-dog (Puppy) eyes. Not that he'd get his answer anytime soon with the sudden eruption of a pair of twisted monstrosities threatening the marketplace inhabitants. Sundance's jaw fell a little slack as he observed the destruction. Battle never had roused the Monkey's spirits quite the same way in that it did others. Usually approached it with cold indifference. Without turning his head Sunny spoke to Kageoru. "I can't use any of my spells or help those people unless I can possess a willing body."

Startled. Shocked. Surprise. These three words shared two things in common. First, they all started with the letter "s," and second, they all described how Kagerou felt. Caught off guard but still carrying that pleasant smile, the confused Kagerou looked at the Sundance groveling at her feet, outright crying. She was at a loss for words. Though, not so much at a loss that she didn't notice he was sniffing her toes.
Yes, indeed, this had all been but a game to Kagerou. A momentary distraction. It had been, at most, a chance for her to show Sundance she was qualified to help him, but she hadn't been invested in who was better at flirting. She'd just wanted to help, and seeing how much Sundance seemed to like the new couple (and how she and he were yet still strangers), she thought she would be most useful if she just made a quiet exit and let the trio have their fun. After all, she was self-aware. She knew she would just be what people would call a "prude" amongst the three of them.
Sundance's outburst and grief had been far out of her calculations. She wouldn't have done this if she thought it would make Sundance beg. No way would she have. "Ahm, Sundance... Sundance?" the confused Kagerou tried but couldn't get in a word in edge-wise through monkey's iron insistence. The monkey stopped talking for a moment while he rummaged through a pocket of what Kagerou could only assume was skin that had spontaneously opened on his skin. It wasn't the most body horror she had seen, so unfazed, she took this opportunity to say, "Sundance, didn't you like them? I'm not rea-" but it only fell on deaf ears. Before she could finish, coupons and an explanation were thrust at her.
"This sort of favor... how am I to either accept or deny it?..."
A sweat drop rolled down the side of Kagerou's smiling face as she looked Sundance straight in his monkey-dog eyes. She didn't want coupons like these. She wasn't looking for a way to put Sundance on a metaphorical leash. He had gotten the completely wrong idea, and all by himself, took the misunderstanding so far that it was hard to backpedal.
In short, Kagerou was never happier than now to see a giant rock serpent tearing through the town and endangering everyone's lives, her scarlet eyes ripping at high speeds to the new danger. Honed instincts from a past life, slowly rebuilt over the months spent in the wilderness, gifted her with an uncanny calm as she witnessed the destruction. She wasn't smiling inside. Even under these circumstances, she couldn't be happy. She was just less not happy. However, what was Kagerou's face without a smile? Her expression in its neutral state, she seemed to have a small smile even now, the edges of her lips curved up ever so slightly.
With the slightly-more-welcome-than-usual disturbance throwing everything in chaos and her initial analysis of the situation done, Kagerou looked back to Sundance. Words like, "go back," "get away," "run" were on her tongue, ready to be delivered in an instant, but they paused at the shape of Sundance's expression.
"Aren't you simply too temperamental?"
Kagerou stared bemused at this monkey. To her, troublesome things were simply amusing. Cold indifference. She knew this monkey for less than a day. It was too soon for her to find meaning behind the expression, but there was one thing she could say on it. An expression like that would only appear on someone who was used to combat, and judging from the way he spoke about what he could do, Kagerou could believe that he was no stranger to combat.
Risks mounted as the seconds ticked, and there was no senior to turn to or reliable tank to match the tempo of. Shoving the coupons back to Sundance, Kagerou smiled calmly amidst the flying debris and rumbling ground. "Possess me," the green haired child insisted with unwavering red eyes. Her gaze left as soon as those two words were said. Her free hand, the one not shoving coupons back to Sundance had already pulled a leaf from somewhere. With a smile full of gentle confidence, she suggested maybe not the most foolproof plan, "We'll wing this."
With that said, Kagerou pressed the leaf to her lips and blew a test note. Trusting Sundance to be able to possess her on the go, she leaped towards the snake as she started playing a song of comfort and calm upon the leaf. She had seen, on the snake's strong, sinuous body the painful gashes of a fresh wound. The poor creature was probably as scared as it was angry. First, she would see if she could ease this snake's grievances. Then, maybe even her currently weak self could convince this snake to listen to her and return to whence it came. As the Fin-Wolf and stone snake began to barrel out the cave entrance Tatsuki looked as her tired body just had enough energy to grab onto the stone snake's tail. As the two beasts burst out of the cave Tatsuki began to put forth a bit more effort into finally killing the thing. Using what chakra she had left she began to push in some of her own bones past the hard stone skin into the inside of the snakes body, If you can't defeat it on the outside, go within. With tenacious speed, the same type of bones, the same kind that where now holding the cave up in the entrance, began to spread like a virus into the stone snakes innards all the way to the head. She could only hope that Finn, even as a wolf, would be able to recognize the danger and back away. As the last of her bone jutsu went into the snake a calming song began to ring in her ears. slowly it started to calm tatsuki into a state of pacifism before noting something was wrong still so wrong but didnt feel the need to fight or raise aggression towards the source.

______________The Narrator Snarls...| tab Finn's mind lay wrapped in a fog of dark instinct and feral hunger, the latter egged on by the sharp tang of blood upon his tongue. His body, built from the ever-present Corruption that fueled his existence, grew stronger with every swallow, the muscles under the fur burgeoning grotesquely as it rearranged his anatomy for yet more power. Much like a drug his vision grew clouded as the high burned within him even as the scent of lilac burned within his nostrils. A familiar scent, one he'd spent weeks alongside, that called to the deepest parts of his soul and demanded his notice, trying it's best to counteract the addictive nature of the Fade's blood. His teeth lengthened, his claws became wide and thick with power enough to carve stone itself, even as the great serpent pressed against his body and drove him through yet another building sending rubble cascading down onto those below. tab The serpent, on the other hand, was overwhelmed with pain as its essence was being ripped from it. This wasn't it's promise, it's due! How dare this lower life form commit such sacrilege as to feast on its Essence like this?! Throwing itself forward it slammed Finn into another building, and as the rubble fell down upon it it...heard something, a tone sickly sweet but a salve upon its wounds. It felt like a compulsion, and normally it would have left it go. It's instruction was such that it need not remain until death, after all. tab And then agony scorched through it's physical form, something it could ignore to some degree but which meant something horrible was happening. tab A quick look downwards was all it needed to note that someone had tagged along, and was trying to rip it apart from the inside with bones. Black blood sprayed out, sickly black smoke rising from where the blood landed upon debris. Where it landed on people, however, their screams were far worse as the Corruption took hold. Growing weary of the fight the serpent rotated, using it's segments to harden in place as it reared up, and slung its head to the side hard enough to dislodge the wolf-beast and send him hurtling into Tatsuki with incredible force. The movement, however, also meant gravity and velocity had sent the wolf out even with its grip, meaning it took "flesh" with it just as well. Throwing its head back as black liquid spurted from its body much like a fountain, it coiled in on itself and began to glow, glyphs forming upon its length as it began to coil up, the air distorting around it in unnatural ways.
「XXXX Battered and 'bloodied'--similar light that fell from its eyes dripped from the wounds on its form--by the trip through several buildings at this point, the wolf couldn't keep its grip as it was flung into Tatsuki. It lay on its side heaving for breath briefly, but the overwhelming desire for the sickly sweet essence that made up the snake drove it back to its feet. So captivating was the need that the song played by the green-haired girl not to far from it was lost in the swirling fog inside its head. More salivated light leaked from its mouth, mixing with what looked to be actual blood before it once more threw itself at the snake. It was entirely unaware of the dangerous bone that had been injected into the creature.
The wolf latched onto the first thing it could grab on the rocky serpent, clawing its way up its body toward its head. It was almost over. And once it was over it could feast on the flesh to its heart's desire.
And yet, there was something... something he was forgetting. The fleeting thought came in the form of a scent. A familiar one that was strangely soothing. But the sensation vanished as quickly as it came from the scent of the serpent's ichor and the wolf continued hauling itself up its enemy's body. XXXX」

Tatsuki watched as a incoming wolf snapped her out of the lull of the pacification effect of the song she had heard before. hoping to dodge she let go of the snakes tail exposing black ichor along what now looked like a sword or spear made of her own bone. She wasn't able to get out of the way in time as the wolf landed on her side. She cursed under her breath as she tried to get up but failed to do so. There she lay, useless and vulnerable to all just like those times so long ago. She wanted to cry just a little right then, just to give in to the sadness, However her mind set onto what looked like a image what she perceived to be her old mentor. A minute later her eyes shot wide open by the simple peck of Hakaze. As her red and violet eyes looked at her bird of prey she smiled softly and through a series of different whistling tones gave Hakaze his orders.
As the predator of the skies took off to follow his mistress's command his the eagles mind, while working differently then a human's, began to plan its course of attacks to his mistresses order. Spying upon the scaly worm that bites Hakaze took notice of how its skin shined like water with weird looking symbols that humans put down on thin tree barks. circling over head at this point Hakaze also saw that the scaly worm had what looked like harden earth scales to better protect itself. Hakaze though it like a turtles back and as Hakaze tilted it's head for a better look he thought about the time he had to break open the turtles back... by picking it up and letting it fall from its sky to the harder place below Hakaze.
Hakaze had made out its plan finally as he began to dive towards the back of the scaly worm's head. He was taught by the bigger birds who raised him and the humans that going behind the food allows for safe retrieval As Hakaze got closer he saw that the scaly worm was made entirely of hardened earth. screeshing in disappointment the only course of action left was to pierce its head like a fish. With his reinforced claws Hakaze did his best to use his talons to skewer and stab his talons into the exposed blackness that was different from the hard earth it was covered with. Hoping it swould pierce a major vessel of red water or black water in this case.
Not a plea nor bargain was needed. Just a choice from a friend in need Sunny nodded in response to Kageoru's smile and began the transition into her body. Were he honest, Sundance didn't have much experience in possessing somebody's body. Having done it once before, a terrible accident with another ACTUAL monkey, coincidentally. Not that he was privy to reveal such information. He thought it best not to worry Kageoru's pretty little green head about it.
However, this was nothing at all like possessing an animal. As soon as his translucent body melded with Kageoru's he could feel... just her. Thoughts, emotions, her very being, was surrounding him, even making him start to think like her. Sundance wasn't at all sure if he was fond of the sensation and had it been anyone less than Kageoru's calm and gentle soul... well, the thought alone sent a shiver down Sundance's spine.
Wow, it is lovely inside here. You keep it so clean! Sundance's disembodied voice sung in Kageoru's mind. Anyway's let's get to work, shall we? Just to let you know, I made a few alterations to your body. I hope you don't mind~ Mostly, it just means you can do things like this now. As he spoke, part of Kageoru's shoulder twisted and morphed into gnarled wood that rapidly grew outwards as multiple branches. As a snake Sunny expected the beast to easily maneuver its way around him, the downside to his slower-moving wood. If he could, the monkey would seek to cut off as many escape paths as it could while the creature was still curled on the ground.
To help circumvent his weakness, trees would also grow from the ground to pierce the snake's body along multiple points and tie it down to the ground like hundreds of lines of rope. It couldn't account for the strength of the ground itself but it didn't need to last for longer than a few moments for Ⓣatsuki's charge. Meanwhile the aforementioned wood branches coming out of Kageoru's shoulder moved to travel along either side of Ⓣatsuki, ready to act at either staging point for a makeshift shield, or follow up constricting assault on a successful attack.

No reply was made to Sundance or reaction shown to the sudden transformation her body took. Unphased, the gentle child's unparalleled calm rewarded her with a quick understanding of the situation in front of her. The berserk mad dog saw the giant snake as prey while some boy and his bird were also trying to stop it, likely for more rational reasons like keeping it from demolishing the town. Sundance's purported abilities evidently included mokuton and an eerie knack for twisting her body. Whatever worry she had for her physical condition, Kagerou calmly set aside. It could be looked into further at a later time. Right now, she felt no pain and, more importantly, she could still move her body.
Taking this body she could still move and Sundance's ability to use the mokuton she was so familiar with (though, she figured it was probably known as "wood magic" or something similar in this world), Kagerou headed straight towards the snake and its eye-catching, sinuous form. "Shield my blind spots," Kagerou requested as he eyes flickered over the runes and wounds alike upon the serpent and the canine, "And please do what you can to prevent any attacks from landing, at least for now." Concern filled her thoughts, but curiosity and admiration for the beauty of the two beasts, especially the snake, brightened her face with a smile.
Back in her world, she was familiar with seeing animals even as unique as these beasts, giant behemoths that allied themselves with chosen shinobi who had proven their worth. Though intelligent and gifted with unique abilities, they were still affected by the same techniques that affected animals. She made the easiest assumption and supposed that these two creatures were, also, animals.
The tune Kagerou whistled through the leaf increased in complexity. The wavering trills continued to soothe those within the vicinity, but now, with bird-like staccato chirps, it beckoned even more powerfully to those that were beasts. Hoping to lull the many animals of the field under her influence, Kagerou hoped that each would see the other as an ally, and so, would hold back from attacking. What had caused this fight and how it had escalated, she did not know. Perhaps it would be impossible to just completely stop this fight. She was not so naive to completely disregard that possibility. Perhaps this snake was a true and irreparable villain, the wolf's hunger was something beyond control, or the man's purpose unwavering and relentless. There could be a lot of reasons, but even then, if Kagerou did not try, then she would regret.

Summary: Kagerou heads into the fray! She's getting within melee reach of the serpent so that Sundance is in a position to intercept blows. Meanwhile, she's trying to get the "animals" to see everyone in the area as allies so that they stop fighting.

Yet the overwhelming sense of peace was worsening as the spell woven by Kagerou began to have some level of effect. Thought of hunger were paramount, but it was being marginally suppressed, having an effect that Kagerou, and Finn, would likely not expect: The true Finn would begin to show through. In bits and pieces he would begin to remember himself as the animal side was lulled to slumber, but only on a rudimentary level, with little sense of ego that a normal person would have. More, he would be able to know friend from foe, and if pressed, understand who each might be. tab Charlotte came to a stop beside where Tatsuki rested, her expression annoyed. "I've received word from Lord Hesrik," she called out, raising her voice above the din of the screaming creatures. Holding up her hands several balls of metal formed around her fingertips, each orbiting the tips much like planetoids. "Capture the create if you can. Incapacitate it. Let Kagerou's music soothe the beast, only work to stop the spread of damage!" tab As for the snake itself, the creature continued to charge, remaining still despite the pain as the glowing increased. In desperation it tried to finish its job.
「XXXX Tossed aside once more, the wolf shoved itself back to its feet, but faltered, clearly wearing down after the now extended fight. It bared its teeth and and flexed its claws, but did not move, trembling slightly with the effort of standing. The hunger was still there, overwhelming, but it was running out of strength.
And then a new melody danced through the air, one that began to weigh more heavily on his mind than the hunger. His head swung toward the source of the sound, shadowy fur bristling, but when his mind registered the girl to be an ally, he halted. To his vision, the mana-infused song settled on the area and everyone within it, trying to influence them, and it seemed to be working. Likewise a familiar voice reached through to him, but he could hardly understand the words that accompanied it.
What's...going on...?
The thought drifted in the far reaches of the wolf's mind. But it faded away as quickly as it came. The wolf snarled once more, stepping toward the snake, daring the serpent to strike at it, but, for the moment, did not attack again. XXXX」

Tatsuki looked over at Charlotte who did not seem to be to pleased with how the events turned out. Tatsuki couldnt help but feel not only sympathetic but also useless. This was supposed to be her 'first' mission and she already ******** it up royally. Tatsuki slowly began to raise herself to be in more of a sitting position rather than laying down.Tatsuki looked to her left arm and slowly began to mentally prepare herself slowly leaking the hardened calcium in her bones to have a layer of strong bone just underneath the skin.
The music that reached her ears gave her a sense of calm leaving her with the feeling of intoxication, her head fuzzy, her limbs shaking, her entire being was being beaten down into a calming state.Hakaze who had missed and circling in the sky could barely hear the music of the lady playing it. His predatory brain told him to just stay high in the sky until the opportunity made itself available again. So for now Hakaze circled the scene from above.

Taking his possession quite seriously, Sundance gave a general sense of agreement to Kageoru's battleplan. Less so with words and more with a feeling of emotion that was opened to her minds a result of the interpersonal link they shared. As her lithe form moved through the battlefield, Sunny set to the task of continually shifting the wood coming from Kageoru's body so that she wouldn't notice, nor be obstructed by it. Even not being fully acquainted with his new wood magic, there were some skills that were easily transferable from his time as a ninja.
Making use of Kageoru's sensory input, namely her ears, the monkey picked up on another soul who had entered the market to give direction to the others who had joined in on the fight of this monstrous snake. Refocusing his bindings, Sundance placed his faith in his host and set them towards only trying to prevent thrashing into more buildings. Forgoing their usual strangulation effect for growing and multiplying their branches to create an arena like wall on either side of the snake, causing any reckless actions to first make contact with the wooden wall.

Encouraged by the agreement and understanding she felt from Sundance, the fair maiden ran forwards more confidently. The melody she played took on a peppy, happy tune with her new vigor. Her body gracefully moved in motions Sunny would find familiar. Her feet naturally adjusted to stepping over and jumping off of the growing branches. When one that was too high was in her way, she would vault over it with practiced movements. A ninja knew how to adeptly maneuver their way through an ever-changing treescape, and even without the tutelage of her family, she had still trained herself in the old shinobi ways whenever she could spare the time and energy. It was the only way she could remember clearly, and it was the way her muscles were most familiar with even to this day.
It seemed that her song was having an effect, so of course, Kagerou continued to push her luck. Over the shrill sound of her own trilling, she heard and acknowledged the orders of a voice she recognized, but most of her attention was still absorbed on the wolf and the snake. Without hesitation, the girl interrupted their little intimate staredown by stopping herself firmly between the two beasts. Back to the wolf with one arm stretched out to impede if either tried to get through to her, the child eyed the runes warily with eyes that gleamed with more experience than her body let on.
Experience, yes, but unfortunately, her knowledge was lacking in this area, fog clouded her memories of these foreign symbols that glowed only brighter with each passing moment.
Sundance would know that Kagerou feared death in the worst case scenario, yet precisely because she feared the worst case scenario, her mind was quick to bury such thought and pretend she hadn't feared anything at all. Hopefully Sundance wouldn't even notice, or if he did, she hoped he'd think that he was only imagining things. She needed him elsewhere and not thinking about her. "I leave my back to you, Sunny," Kagerou phrased what she wanted in a way she thought would flatter the ghost in possession of her, "Can I trust you to possess the wolf and calm him while I try to do the same with the snake? If anything happens, I'll need you to use the wood as you've been doing so far to protect the surroundings." She smiled amicably up at the snake, not a hint of trepidation in the relaxed slope of her eyebrows or the uplifted corners of her mouth.
She did not understand the runes, nor did she recognize this serpent. However, her intuition told her that of the two she stood between, the serpent was more dangerous. It felt darker, somehow, like something more capable of corruption, and she worried what such corruption could do to her new friend. Gently pushing Sundance out and towards the shadowy wolf, Kagerou walked forwards to the snake. Within its slit-like pupils, she could see manic determination, and in hindsight, she realized that this was probably why she felt safer with the wolf than the snake.
Softly, gently, the notes she blew into her leaf descendoed into silence, and in their place, as the mouth was finally uncovered, the angelic tones of a yet unmatured voice rang out like clear bells. It was a song with no words. At least, none that Kagerou remembered the exact meaning of. Though, she knew the story the words told. Singing a song she happened to remember as she winged about in her memories to fine a melody to enjoy, the young red eyes crinkled fondly in remembrance. Through the ancient song she sang, her chakra was molded and released, carried by the sounds to heal the wounds of the hurt who opposed each other. Even a new life wouldn't rid her of that terrible habit of walking straight into danger.

Techniques modified in this manner can target any part of those affected and hits the moment that the performance is sensed. • Favored [Greater PA]: Kagerou is favored by the Entities that live between worlds: the Sprites, the Fades, and the Shards. They are more willing to listen to her and more likely to be amiable with her. Though, they do not betray their original natures when doing so. • Saint: The Saint path grants the ability to heal with a touch, something relatively rare in the Path of the Medic. No handsigns, no magic circles, no rituals, just a touch to activate. The Saint is granted one [1] spell per Experience Rank, beginning at E - rank, that can be used without paying a cost. This is specific to Healing spells that have a positive effect. If, instead, the effect is Negative in nature, these Spells can be used at only half cost [1/2] without any weakening in strength or viability. The Saint gains an automatic aura that generates feelings of peace and safety (for those who favor positive, beneficial effects) or unease and danger (in those who favor negative, destructive effects). This aura can be suppressed and is not a technique in and of itself, instead merely being an outward manifestation of their dispositions. In other words it cannot force reactions, but can definitely influence them. • Omen: The Harmonics focus of the Skalds, the Omen hyper-focuses on recovery abilities. Firstly, the Skald may perform Harmonics and change their effect to include an area between one [1] and twenty [20] meters in radius, affecting all who the Omen intends to help. If the Harmonic Ability already includes an area of effect the range instead is doubles [2x]. Secondly, the Omen gains the innate ability to sense and detect Corruption, as well as gain a general feel for just how much, and which of the three [3] types, the afflcited has. This sense of supernatural in original, and "pings" up to fifty [50 meters in radius, with an additional ten [10] meters per Experience Rank. Finally, the Omen is granted an additional two [2] Skills per Experience Rank beyond D - rank specifically for medical-based skills.
An unexpected change in the rhythm. An unheralded shift in the tempo of the conversation. Out of the blue, this matter suddenly began to be taken seriously, which left the green haired child at a mild loss on what to do. Wide red eyes watching curiously, youth and ever present smile transforming what was really a watchful gaze into a naive and innocent stare, Kagerou determined that the only thing that would change was that she would probably feel even worse for doing what she had planned to do since accepting Sundance's challenge.
