tab Welcome, one and all, to the Time Skip! As some of you may know from previous announcements Shinobi Strike has decided to perform a three month time skip in character. This has several effects and brings several changes to the in character world: Villages. Cities. Hubs. Serving much the same purpose as Shinobi Villages have previously done, these locations will serve as places to get missions, to learn, and to roleplay with others. The leaders of these may or may not be Crew members, but this doesn't give them any special benefit. Leadership is maintained in character, and that means anyone can challenge it to take it away. These are a major game change from the previous rules where everyone started out randomly in new locations without direction, which, while still available, is now an option to each new character or member: Do you want to start in a town, awaking from your crystal slumber in a town, or do you want to be randomly generated into a new location, where you pick the land, and we pick the thread?
tab These changes have caused us to need to address you, the current members, and the characters you have invested time and energy into. As such, every single member, past or present, with a character who you have already made and may or may not have used, has the following options, and bonuses awarded to you for your continued presence within this guild.
Everyone gains [3, 000 Experience Points] to each character you possess! Now, hold on before you start ranking up! On January 1st, 2019 we will put up a "shop" of sorts you can spend this experience on as benefits to each individual character. Look for these!
Every character is granted one [1] Free Reset which will allow you to change anything and everything about your character. If you'd like to hold onto this that's fine, it doesn't expire. Put it on your character somewhere that it's pending. If you want this to have an In Character reason I can work with you personally on it!
Every Character is granted the ability during this 3 month timeskip to go anywhere! You can relocate to a new location, a different land, a new hub! In character changes will supersede any limitations in place for the hubs as far as population goes! So if you wanted to start somewhere else but got the s**t end of that draw? Good, now you can change it and be with your buddies!
tab With these in mind, to help make this as orderly as possible, please go below and post where each character of yours is going, as well as what your character may or may not have been doing during that time. Feel free to be hilarious or badass, though if you go truly extreme I might have to talk to you about it to work out how we can make it truly badass! So! Please post the following format below for each of the characters so we can make sure everything is chronicled correctly.

On December 31st, 2018 we will be releasing one final announcement that will include all changes being made, as well as a release schedule for future guild updates so all of you get to see where this guild is headed. [Character Name] Kaileer Cein'lys
[Where Are They Moving?] Ikeinasu - Staying there
[What Happened During the Skip?]
As other Wakeners flooded in after fleeing the city and surrounding forest, Kaileer worked to build a safe haven for them. The small groups of houses were turned into districts and expanded on until it grew into a small town. In the meanwhile, Kaileer silently struggled with his emotions while Fiorzia mothered over him. Now that the town has been properly established, Kaileer plans on starting true expeditions into the lands around them--especially Tsukihara--and start freeing the sprites he finds. Likewise, he intends to search for signs of what happened to Soraru.
[Character Name] Shea Fal'nevan
[Where Are They Moving?] Ikeinasu - Staying there
[What Happened During the Skip?] Still very lost in an unfamiliar world, Shea spent most of the three months getting to know this new place better--the animals, the plants, and the people. He discovered his affinity for plants, and seems to have regained his ability to control them, although his elemental abilities seem to be limited to water and earth. That aside, he's decided to try his hand at crafting to see if he can figure out how to enchant things like he had in his past life.

[Where Are They Moving?] Doro no Kuni with Kagerou
[What Happened During the Skip?] Once a small hub was set up at the apartments, Shadow followed Kagerou when the green-haired kunoichi chose to return to Kirigakure. Or where it should have been anyway. It took them most of the three months to travel the distance on foot, leaving them at arriving in the country as of the time skip. All the while, he has intentionally avoided mirrors or any sort of reflection, afraid of seeing what he already knows is true: that he has one of Jack's eyes.

[Character Name] Yanko Lewes
[Where Are They Moving?] The Blazing Abodes ► Land of Fire (Cult of the Eyeless Region)
[What Happened During the Skip?] After all was said and done in the fight with the pumpkin king, and the companions more or less took to their own ways, the actions of ??? putting him back in the void made to "sleep" felt like only seconds. But when he was allowed to return, the over growth that had taken over the barren area suggested it had been at least a month. He didn't know if he should be glad that being had saved him... or angry that he wasn't able to prove his worth to those people he fought with more than that single time he released the "magics" of flame that assaulted that goat.
But Yanko pulled himself up and made an effort to ensure that it won't happen. Particularly, when he found the remnants of his family and returned to the Blazing Abodes; mostly because their was an abundance of yams for feast upon freely. During the 3 month period, Yanko studied himself up. Tapped into the abilities of a Medium like his mother and began to extend his abilities with greater chakra control, studying and acquiring knowledge of the world before and after to increase his intellect... but mostly kept to a quiet life. One that could help his family stay strong in these trying days. Yanko began actually learning how to start a business. If not aiming to become a young magnate with his growing knowledge of shop maintenance and craftsmanship; and it didn't hurt that learning how to change the taste of yams to be more palatable to keep things unique would help in building his cooking skills to further help his more business savvy self. He may not have gained exceptional combat experience, but this Lewes would be able to start setting up the beginnings of a business empire.

[Where Are They Moving?] Steel Sanctuary - > Iron Country
[What Happened During the Skip?] ??? took the initiative given to him by what he'd deem as the "Bleeding" one, ??? swapped placed with an unsuspecting individual who was a bit more attuned to the harsh world that was of the now. ??? used his freedom from the prison to take an understanding of his new place in this world, as well as to avoid the mistakes that his creator made.
??? departed from the barren furnace of the Blazing Abodes and began his trek towards the Steel Country. Along the way, ??? continued to retain the knowledge of being in the test tube. So there was not a lack of information between his awakening, but there was actually learning to apply that knowledge that he held. From learning powerful techniques, increasing his knowledge in Chemistry, and creating his niche in puppetry. Giving him the skills in hopes to learn more about the Bone Knife that turn the tides against the undead that was to come, if not further, figure out a way to harness that power himself.
