The White Citadel
The White Citadel is the large keep in the southern side of the city. This is where all of the major political and military decisions are made. As well as serving as the home of Ikazuchi Usurio, the military commander of the city, it serves as the barracks for the town guard. There are two armories located in the northwestern and northeastern towers of the building. Between the two arms of the small keep, is a large courtyard used for training those who join the cities martial forces. This courtyard leads directly into the largest room of the building, the throne room. Here is where Ikazuchi holds court and attends to the various duties relative to his position as the leader of the city. The room is rather spartan with a very modest throne that is nothing more than a comfortable chair for Ika to sit upon. To his right and left from the chair are banners looping downwards and then back up to the ceiling. These banners are a simple pattern of white and black.
