Description: Inokashira Onshi Park is located at one of coolest neighbourhoods in Tokyo, Kichijoji where a lot of trendy and stylish cafes and shops gather. The area has great access to Shibuya and Shinjuku, but has much more chilled and local atmosphere. It’s one of the largest parks in Tokyo with a vast space including a pond, zoo, etc, and also a popular spot for cherry blossoms&autumn leaves viewing. The famous Ghibli Museum is located at the tip of the park. If you are a fan of Ghibli films, it’s definitely a place to visit.
If there is so much space, why not use it. You like your head to head battles in wide open space. Let's battle cube style.

The beat was melodic in her mind as synchronous tones melded into symphonies of sound played outwards from her hip, the sound of the BEAT drum echoed into the park causing onlookers to glance towards the bronzed skin of a clear non-native to the land of the rising sun.
Hair flowed behind her in long tangling tresses as the woman moved along the edges of the pond skating along the risen ridges that surrounded the area allowing her for a single track as she would continue to roll along. One foot moved in front of the other in a tight rope walk as she continued to press on the engager for the engine, it looked like she was doing something similar to the shufflers that often littered the community as they practiced their moves.
Hips twisted with a foot following suit as she would end up backwards and stepping in the same matter, unbeknownst to the watchers that gleamed her visage she would be practicing generating water upon the stone surface. Traction would pull and compress water between her At's as she would move and soon as she would back step bubbles would be launched forward from her AT's and staying stationary in the air briefly before popping. She'd adjust her movements in an attempt to make the bubbles less thick in viscosity, releasing them quicker as she back stepped and moved to the beat of her music. Leg pulling out as she twisted back around and did her walk forward for a moment before suddenly crouching at the beginning of the bend around the pond and suddenly sped up before tilting her body inwards towards the surface of the pond.
Feet stuck to the outer edge of the pond's barrier as she would almost seem to float above the water at her strange angle, excitement was clear in the woman's face as her fingertips barely skipped a touch on the waves before she'd lean back and change the direction she was moving and soon found herself above the pond again. Enjoyment was clear on the woman's face as she would repeat the routine she made herself again. Practice. Practice. Practice.
It was a nice day to be out of his apartment. He wasn't one of crowds, but nice open space, beautiful landscape, and lovely cherry blossoms was right up his alley.As he walked he visited the cafes to get him food to eat. He was always eating after all. It had been some time since he played with Napua. He hadn't seen her in a while and wondered if she was just busy or avoiding him. In all honesty, he wouldn't be surprised. Girls never liked the good guys with the charming smiles and great manners. That will make nice boyfriends and loving husbands. Sighing, he just stopped thinking about it and ate his two hot dogs before grabbing a tray of chili cheese nachos with jalapenos. It wasn't long before he was getting a drink to soothe the burning of his mouth from the hot peppers. Continuing on his journey, he eventually found a portal potty and relieved himself before having a sit under a cherry blossom tree. Pulling out his phone and earbuds, he would turn on some music. From there, he just watched the people walk by and relaxed.
Deep breathes, only to exhale polluted air with each drag of his cigarette. There was nothing better than chilling in a park getting some “fresh air”. His fresh air was not the same as others. He needed what was in such a small wrapping. That was what really gave him “life”. He needed the chemicals. Being nature friendly and keeping one's body “pure” was boring and dull. One only lived life once after all. He would do whatever he wanted. He would rather die young and alive than old and boring. Drag after drag he continued to smoked, his free hand in the front jeans pocket, as he strolled through the park. Things had been boring lately. Storm riders all seemed to be hiding after the deaths of some kings. How was he supposed to get his violent buzz? There was only so much one night stands could give him. The rest had to come from storm riding.
The park was surprisingly empty. NOt a soul to be found, until, oh yes there was a person in the distance. Blond hair shined bright in the light. Was easy to spot. Flicking the remains of his cigarette carelessly to the side he rolled up close to the male, circling around him as he eyed him up and down.
Makoto was minding his own business. Therefore, the last thing he expected was some company. Especially another storm rider and that smelled of cigarettes.He tried not to make a face to show he wasn't fond of the smell. Instead, he tried to be nice and put on an unbothered smile. "Um...sure." He said trying to sound like he was interested. In all honesty. Makoto wasn't a fighter. He just did this for fun. It was something to occupy his free time outside of the noddle shop. "What are the rules and stipulations?" He asked the guy. He would play along because it was just going to be friendly right? No trying to kill or injure the other. Heh. He would scratch the back of his head trying to keep up a smile hoping he wasn't seeing right through him like glass.
Akio came to a slow stop as he watched the blonde's reactions to his request. Coming to a full stop face to face with the other male he nodded his head slightly when his request was accepted. Being in somewhat of a good mood he decided he would let the kid decide the terms. "How about you decide. What part wars you want, and the terms. You don't seem like the type that wants to risk their arm and leg over this anyways. Doesn't bother me. Killing people is a bloody business and this is a very fine shirt."
