→→ Welcome, one and all, to the third Custom Bloodline Contest of Shinobi Strike: Shattered Past! This is something we're looking at doing every few months within the guild to harvest pick the brains of our Members to ensure that no matter what, it is the content you desire to see in this guild that takes the foreground! We value the input of every Member, and want to make sure that content created by you can be showcased here before all of your peers! In this contest you will be pitting your own Bloodline, or Clan, that you designed against those of others. Yet unlike before we are allowing members to offer reworks of current bloodline already in existence within the guild. That's right! Do you think something would work better in a different way? Like the Sakkakugan, but would love to see it more balanced or spiced? Feel free to apply with these, too! The number of winners will be based on the number of participants, for unfortunately, we cannot accept all submissions or else this becomes less of a contest, and more of a communal giveaway! The contest will be continue for four weeks [4], ending on February 28th at midnight PST, though this may be extended depending on the number of submissions at the time of selection. Once the deadline hits we will have a round of voting where members may assign several points to any number of entries as desired to help select the winners! This will be set up where every member has access: Here on gaia, instead of the Discord chat! This voting process will be given seven [7] days, after which time the final vote is tallied and the winner(s) announced! Keep in mind that any winners will be contacted in order to ensure that any small changes, such as power balancing, that are made are made with your approval, and this bloodline will still belong to you, the creator, on loan to us, Shinobi Strike: Shattered Past. Kenzen'na kōkei Clan

___The History of the Kenzen'na Kokei:
Kenzen clan began within the City Hidden in Darkness, a byproduct of twisted experiments that occurred during the Great War. Due to their cities lack of light, many of the ninja who came from the city were blind and unable to fight the bright attacks of the ninja in the upper world. But there was one clan who seemed to have a unique ability to fight the takeover none the less. This clan had developed a bat like sonar within their senses, a pattern of vibration given off their bodies that gave them a pulsing sight and allowed them to identify objects. This clan won its respects during the war, remaining hidden under the mountains. But a few younger ninja have ventured beyond the city, bringing with them their unique bloodline.

___Kekkei Genkai Description:
The Members if the Kenzen clan areblind, however their bloodline is a doujutsu derived off of sonic vibrations given off by objects and humans. Kenzenclan members can then use this to help them identify ninja, and navigate through areas. These frequencies are ultrasonic, undetectable to all but their clan due to their highly sensitive ears which then translate the frequencies into a “sight” derived of sound. It is used so they can navigate regions and identify others. This superb hearing also led to them developing a new type of sound attacks. As they grow to learn to use the abilities of this sight, they can alter the pitches to leave others under various effects. While they can mold chakra, they have been known to be more aligned towards supportive roles.


___Rules:
● Members of this clan MUST be naturally blind. There is no work around.
● You Must be a Sensor class to have this bloodline, or even implant it.
● You are able to hear and detect anything within a thread you occupy, even ninja in stealth, unless they have specific debuffs against hearing them. Those techniques that do mask sound must match your rank, or they will fail.
● Kenzen are typically of EXTREMELY high intelligence.



Traits
● Members of this clan can identify people via their “aura,” the natural vibration they give off while they are within Sound Sight range.
● Due to their blindness, the Kenzen clan is immune to sight based genjutsu.
-They can't see. As a trade off, sound based genjutsu are a rank more effective on them when they are the primary sense.
● Clan members may learn an additional Sensory and Wind jutsu per post.
● Members of this clan can speak to others using soft vibrations in their inner ear. These can never be harmful, but they are inaudible (besides the intended target) unless someone with the dojutsu is also present.
● At D rank, when the bloodline manifests, your hearing is precise, and paints an echolocation-like image of your surroundings that is even more vivid for those who can see in some ways. Similar to the byakugan, everything within a sphere above and below ground that makes a sound, or even makes contact with anything you too are touching is painted instantly in your view. The range for your Soundsight scales with rank, but even outside of that dome of total sensory awareness you can still hear macro sounds, feel footsteps and the like. It just isn't precise.

S rank: Entire threads are subject to your Sound Sight. NOTE: No matter how quiet you claim to be, something on or in you is making a sound. You could reasonably whisper outside of the given ranges and not be detected, but running or yelling would for sure give you away.
-Sensory Disciplines will affect these as well: Resolution will augment it so they also feel vibrations in the ground and air around them within range for far more accurate information within the range, and zoom will make the soudnsight work farther, but you wont be able to identify anything outside your normal range with the same clarity.


Optional PAs
● Sensate: With this pa, you are allowed to circumvent the rule that you must be of sensory class, but your soundsight is forever restricted to only giving you precise information within 50 meters of yourself.
● Audio Blur: Anything within your sensory range can be, at will, muted of sound entirely. So long as you focus on a single target their naturally occuring sound will completely be erased. This has both an offensive and defensive effect, and as such it takes a single supplemental activation to maintain per post.
● Focused Reserves: +100 Chakra.


___Sound Sight Techniques:

Disorientation
Rank: D
By using their chakra to manipulate an opponent’s natural vibrational frequency, they can cause their vision to waver. This is useful to avoid attacks and cause mild effects such as nausea and dizziness. Any opponents speed rank is cut slightly by this technique. This jutsu lasts for 3 posts.

Soundwave
Rank: D
The user of this jutsu claps their hands together, or does something that requires making abrupt noise, to create a wave of sound. Like a wave of wind it can strike objects in the air and halt their progress. This jutsu also can be used to push opponents back 2m.

Echoing Steps
Rank: D
The user can alter the frequencies of an area to conceal their own allies noise while echoing the sounds of an opponent. This allows them to move silently until they attack, or more easily expose an opponent. Can cover up to three people, and after its initial cast, doesn't have a cost to upkeep.

Kaze Senbon no Jutsu (Wind Needles Technique)
Rank: D
This jutsu uses low frequency sound waves to manipulate air particles. It increases the density of the air around the user’s hand into several small air pockets and then fires these pockets at high velocity toward a certain target. The wind is usually formed on top of the user’s finger and shot at will. It can be shot with dozens at the same time, and do not have to move in a straight line. However it is easier to spot than most needles due to the vacuum of air that it creates and lets the opponent see it.

Pitch of Hell
Rank: C
This jutsu alters a frequency from ultrasonic to a high pitch squeak that can damage an opponents hearing temporarily (3 posts), completely deafening them. This pitch can also be used against equally ranked summons to bring them to their knees for that duration.

Kaze no Yari (Wind Spears)
Rank: C
This jutsu combines the principals Kaze no Senbon wiith greater chakra control. In effect, it creates multiple spears of wind that may be fired together or independently. The spears simply hover near the user until their usage anytime within three posts, and up to a dozen of these may be created. Every three are equal to a single E ranked attack, so unless they all strike the same target they won't typically break defenses.

Feedback
Rank: C-A
This jutsu makes a constant rain of sound that sound like huge explosions happening all around, while also creating a constant shockwave 10 feet around themselves. This hampers hearing hugely and disables any attacks coming at the user. It lasts for five posts unless it meets a collision, or until the user ends the effect. These effects do not harm the user, and they can move while it persists. Anyone who comes within range of the shockwave will find their skin rended as they are shoved backward up to ten feet by it.

Sound Mask
Rank: B
This jutsu alters a person’s frequency so that they take on the voice and general appearance of another ninja. This alteration can even fool sensory jutsu to think a ninja isn't who they are. This disguise can be held up to 10 posts unless discovered.

Noise Pollution
Rank: B-S
This jutsu creates a solid wave of sound that travels somewhat slowly. This wall has a middle C pitch that is rather loud, and rebounds just about anything that comes in contact with it violently if it doesn't clash with or overpower it. It can be manipulated by the user's chakra. Lasts Four posts if not destroyed.

Oto Shield
Rank: B
This jutsu creates a shield made of sound around the user that can block all B-ranked and lower techniques and dampens all sound in the area with it's noise. It does not move, however, and only extends to five feet around the user. This shield lasts up to 4 posts.

Kaze no Ransu (Wind Lance)
Rank: B
In this new incarnation of the Kaze no Sen, the user creates a single, long air bolt of extreme density and power. It then is launched at high velocity toward a target. As it approaches the target, the user may choose to have the lance separate into several hundred needles much like those described in Kaze no Senbon.

Slicing Pressure Trap
Rank: A
This jutsu creates a tunnel of slicing sound which covers an area of 5 meters wide and several hundred deep and high. This tunnels wind which can cut flesh to ribbons, and slice through all defenses of its rank or lower. It will rage around a target area for 5 posts before ending in a violent, ear drum rupturing burst. It also deafens all those caught inside of it as well.

Torture of the Body
Rank: A
A burst of sound that alters a person's pitches to cause a series of pains to shift through their nerves on contact, causing pain similar to being cut by alcohol dipped knives. It moves like a ball of sound.

Dog Whistle
Rank: A
Most commonly used against animal summons this creates a frequency that is painful for animals to hear, immobilizing equally ranked ones completely for three posts. Has a five post cooldown between successful uses.

Kaze no Hitoame (Rain of Wind)
Rank: A
The user once again compresses air using sound waves, only in this case, several Kaze no Ransu are created. The usual form of this jutsu involves the creation of these Ransu above the target's head and bringing them down on top of him. This form of attack is incredibly destructive to whatever it hits, and also gave the jutsu its name. In spite of this, the user may create and aim the Ransu anywhere within the thread, however they must all travel in the same direction. This also must be outside of 15 feet of an opponent.

Banshee Wail
Rank:S
A technique where chakra Is kneaded into the lungs of the user alongside an unbelievable amount of oxygen, and expelled in the form of a hyper loud scream that permeates entire threads with it's dense, overpowering pressure. All those who hear it, friend or foe, have their activations reduced by one for every post that this technique is maintained. It lasts two posts before it must be repaid for again, but consumes an activation to maintain every post. This skill is extremely harmful to opponents, and after three posts of continuous exposure, targets will have permanent damage done to their hearing until a medic can heal them.

Shatter
Rank: S+
The user pours chakra into their vocal cords and screams, using more chakra to manipulate the sound to only travel in a cone forward. The intense fluctuations in pressure caused by the hyper-amplified sound will cause microscopic weaknesses in the skin of any enemy caught in the blast to shear apart, creating thousands of tiny surface wounds. Internal tissues are affected as well at ranges less than 20 feet, creating numerous internal wounds that can take weeks to heal without a shinobi medic's intervention. Being within 10 feet guarantees you will be out of the fight.

Bloodline or Clan?: Bloodline
Name of Bloodline // Clan: Dullahan
Theme: As the name implies its based on a Dullahan, such as the Headless Horseman. However its techniques are based on a wide verity of mythological creatures as this bloodline has deep ties to the Fae and its Veil.

A bloodline ever cursed by the gods. Beings more closely related to the creatures of the Fae and its ilk more so than the mortal man. Their bodies rended of that which made them human and filled with a rich quality of spirit allowing them to walk the veil of mortality and death equally. Their appearance forever signalling a coming devistation. The first Dullahan had committed some forgotten crime against its patron deity and for its heretical deeds they were decapitated by the deities fingernail. As their head dropped to the floor their senses were robbed from them but this curse on that one person's soul and body were transferred to all those who were related to them through familial bonds. An unintentional effect of the deities curse as some say, while others say it was a further punishment to the heretic to be ostracized by those they cared about further. This original Dullahan chose to further their heretical deeds instead of reflecting on their actions after this curse to them. The went on to terrorize the countryside until belief in the deity had waned so extremely the deity had lost all influence over the mortal realm of humans, fading away into the void it had cast upon the man. Some say this Dullahan rides to this day, carrying a sack of bloodied heads of worshipers. The patron horseman of the coming Apocalypse are said to descend from this bloodline. The families grudge warping to consume the world that had rejected them when the evening bell rings.


tab The Headless Riders:
Genetically speaking a Dullahan differs in significant ways when compared to the races of man. They are born without the distinctive feature of a head and all it comes with. As such they are born in their own prison of an endless abyss of nothingness with only their ability to feel the physical makeup of the world around them keeping them from drowning the boundless nothing. Without a head they naturally lack a brain as well in the normal sense. However they do have something that preforms the same purpose as one would. In the place of the human heart a Dullahan instead has a Spirit Core in its place which controls the Dullahan's body in place of biological standards of humans. The Spirit Core is just slightly larger then a human heart but emits a noticeable glow beneath their flesh that can be seen if not being covered by clothing. Civilization had a track record of shunning and outright hunting this bloodline down for their unknown nature.

This has resulted in the Dullahan bloodline becoming naturally recluse and spiteful of humans and the gifts they take for granted. They grow to envy that which they were robbed of and generally when a Dullahan amasses power it ends with them pillaging until their death. This spiteful nature exists in all Dullahan as part of their Fae curse no matter how deep they may choose to burry this hatchet it will always exist in the back of their minds. "Turn not thee back to the Headless lest you seek to become one." Is a common children's tune spread by the wary masses ever fearful of the unknown. It is entirely possible for a Dullahan to resit its natural urges to lash out against humanity. Some Dullahan have gone down in history as saviors to nations, but as time carries on their positive deeds are quickly swallowed by the stigma around them. Tales of heroic deeds often warping into acts of unspeakable evils to topple nations that had supported them.


tab Passive Traits:

      • The Dullahan is born without a head and this has no exceptions. As such they lack most senses that a human takes for granted besides the sense of touch. This is somewhat counteracted with their passive technique but it remains a far cry from natural senses.
      • The passive technique 「Shinpi-Tekina Jinseikan」 takes place of the user's starting technique as it is something they are born with. This cannot be overwritten.
      • The color of a Dullahan's chakra is the same as a shadow. A deep black that threatens to absorb the light around it into nothingness reflecting the nature of their very souls.
      • A Dullahan cannot recover their various energies through the consumption of foods and waters as their bodies do not require them. Instead the only way to regenerate energy is through rest or sleeping. A bound head can technically taste food inside of its mouth but the mashed up foodstuffs just fall out the bottom of their neck when swallowed. This natural limitation has any rest based regeneration being boosted by an additional [½] the normally regenerated energy.
      • A Dullahan emits a natural genjutsu of minor fear to any who are around them. This is evident by the goosebumps people break out into when ever they are near a Dullahan or a chill running down their spine. This ever present genjutsu can be resisted with a constant flow of [1] chakra per post by the afflicted. As such all of a Dullahan's actions will always be perceived with a hint of negativity by anyone who doesn't carry this bloodline unless resisted at the time.
      • As an extension to the previous note all Fear based genjutsu cast by a Dullahan will be treated as [1] rank harder to resist with Kai.


tab Notes // Rules:

      • Damage done to a Spirit Core is treated the same as damage to a heart or and a brain, and can only be healed through the use of spirit healing techniques as it is spirit made physical. If not healed almost immediately the Dullahan will die just the same as a human.
      • They cannot start with a head even through the use of PA's and they cannot use a head to perceive the world without having used 「Anata no Kubi o Teikyō」on it beforehand.
      • The natural fear being exuded by the Dullahan cannot be removed via PA's or through the use of genjutsu forcing positive emotions it is something they will always need to deal with.
      • Dullahan cannot start in a populated thread such as a hub village. Something about their naturally cursed existence rejects the safety of a numbers in favor to the hardships of the wild. A cosmic joke.
      • Cannot learn any sensory techniques that are not apart of this bloodline or a custom technique related to this bloodline.

Shinpi-Tekina Jinseikan [Mystic Sight of Life Perception] - Passive
Strength: --
Speed: --
► The curse of being born without a head tends to put a hamper on a Dullahan's ability to function normally. They however were born with a gift of primeval knowledge for a technique without needing to be told how to preform it. Through the use of this technique the Dullahan gains access to a sense outside of their natural touch and instead extending out to a rudimentary sight and hearing. To begin preform a long complex string of hand seals, costing [2] actions, as they let their chakra seep out into the world around them. This causes a physical change in the air around a Dullahan, allowing for anyone to see their chakra manifestation as if they had sensory abilities. What this empowered chakra does is gathers information from the world around it and deciphers it in a crude way so the user can see and hear. This 'sight' is 360° around them in a complete gray scale and is not blocked by physical boundaries such as walls reaching out 120 yards. Anything past the 120 yard limit is just the void. Fine details such as writing or facial features are muddied but legible if the user concentrates only on it, but often mistakes are made. If not concentrating on features they will remain completely generic and indistinguishable ie. everyone will have the same blank face. Their sense of 'hearing' boils down to being the same robotic tone no matter how hard they focus due to the chakra always forking on visual data but on the plus side it automatically deciphers languages for them. The activation of this technique costs [10] chakra and stamina and only fades if the user loses consciousness.
◇ If this is being used as the Dullahan's primary source of sight and hearing any genjutsu utilizing these traits will be ineffective naturally unless they pay an additional rank more chakra to cast the technique. This additional lump of chakra is required to force the artificial senses latch onto the cast.

Miru Hito [Beholder] - D Rank

► The user takes the bonded head into both of their hands and begins flooding it with an abundance of chakra. As chakra begins settling they weave a short string of seals to force the chakra into the eyeballs. This causes the eyeballs into into overdrive as it links with the Dullahan's passive technique listed above. The sight of the head alters in a couple of ways such as the fact of their distance before blurring doubling. They gain access to the x-ray like vision allowing them to see through solid objects, the ability to see without light, and everything they see is seen through a blue filter. They however to not loose quality of sight like the passive, allowing them to determine specific features at a vast distance. This lasts for a total of [2] posts before returning to normal unless they pay the initial cost again for another [2] posts and so on and so on allowing them to bypass the setup.

Anata no Kubi o Teikyō [Offer Thy Neck] - C Rank

► A child of this cursed blood naturally seeks to complete themselves, to fill the void left by their lack of head. They do so by taking what is not rightfully theirs. Greedily stealing the human gifts. This technique is the act of giving a Dullahan a working head. It begins by forming the horse hand seal while channeling chakra down into their fingertips. Once this step is complete they take a bladed weapon or tool into their hands, transferring the condensed chakra down the edge of the items blade to finalize the prep work for the technique. Chakra remains in the blades edge for a total of [5] posts before fading into the air around it. While there is a couple of ways to proceed with with this technique, but the most common way would be simply beheading someone with their reinforced blade. The person in question does not need to be alive.

Once the head is severed the chakra coating the blade transfers into the neck wound and begins forging a bond between the lifeless head and the user's own soul. This bond is what completes the technique, giving the Dullahan access to all the functions as if it was their own. If this technique was used on a living being the Dullahan will absorb fragments of the previous owner. These include the owners memories and a couple of their techniques. They gain access to [3] of the owners learned techniques as long as the chakra natures don't conflict with the Dullahan's own as this cannot override nature rules. If for whatever reason the head is destroyed they will loose access to the learned techniques but not its memories. A Dullahan can only ever have one head bonded to them and the moment a the bond is removed by them the head withers to dust.
◇ There is no upkeep on the head.
◇ Damage to the head can be felt by the Dullahan but is not lethal to them in any way. For example if a head is completely crushed by a falling rock they would feel momentary pain around their neck before loosing all senses attached to the head as the bond is broken.
◇ The bond is not broken if the Dullahan leaves the thread without it.

Mede~yūsa No Shisen [Medusa's Gaze] - C Rank

► The user raises their head into the air above them and channels chakra into its eyes. At the formation of a one handed snake seal the eyes will emit a bright white light that flashes the area in front of it. Anyone who was looking at the head while the flash is released will be afflicted with this genjutsu. During their reaction post the target will begin believing they are turning into stone. This feeling starts at their toes and fingers and spreads up their body over the course of their next three actions. not taking additional actions will halt the spreading of the stone but not stop it all together. The final action will have them believing on a fundamental level that they have turned into a stone statue and be locked in place for the next [3] posts before it wears off naturally.

Dopperugengā [Doppelganger] - C Rank

► To many of this bloodline the appearance of the head they stole for themselves matters little, as the benefits of being able to naturally perceive the world around them is more than enough to satisfy them. As such the head bonded to the Dullahan will forever take on the appearance of the previous owner... unless they preform this technique to change it. Some Dullahan may have a eye for aesthetics and may find fault with the previous owners facial structure. To fix this minor inconvenience the Dullahan can place their hands around the head, placing both thumbs over the heads eyes as they condense their shadow like chakra around the head engulfing it in nothingness. While in this state they are able to mold the head into the appearance of whoever they want. This allows for them to hide from people hunting them or allows for them to impersonate someone if so chosen. Whatever the end result matters little.

Gurimu Kyōdai [Brothers Grimm] - B Rank

► Many tales surrounding this bloodline tend to include a tall tale of them riding in on a demonic steed as they terrorized the country side. There is plenty of merit to this common tale, however the truth of the matter is far stranger than its fiction. At C-Rank the Dullahan can begin communing with the Fae they are so strongly bound to, no matter their chosen classes, and forge a contract with on of its many denizens. This requires supervision of an event moderator and neglecting to make them aware of the contract will result in the contract being voided and the technique being restricted for the user. The Dullahan chooses the time of animal spirit they wish to form a contract with. If the contract is approved by the moderator this Fae being will begin residing in the Dullahan's shadow. Through the use of B-Rank stamina, and a signal agreed upon by the Fae being during the contract, the beast will gain a physical body by using the Dullahan's shadow as a vessel to act as a mount for them. This physical form will only be sustained for [10] posts before the body collapses and returns to being the user's shadow. This limit can be exceed by paying an upkeep of [5] stamina per every other post.
◇ While the Fae being is physical the Dullahan will cast no shadow no matter how much light is directed at them.

Kerupī [Kelpie] - B Rank
Type: Sound // Sight
► The user forms a short series of seals before gaining the attention of their target. They spread their hands out and make a loud clap with them to begin the technique. Anyone who looks upon the Dullahan while the technique is being preformed, and hears the clap will begin to fall under the genjutsu. They will begin seeing horses out of the corner of their eyes for the next post as the genjutsu sets into their psyche. If not dispelled by Kai the technique will begin in earnest. From behind the afflicted they will hear a loud neighing and as they try to locate the sound they will come face to face with with a pale rotting horse that slams into them the moment they look at it. This faux impact causes the horse to melt on the afflicted's body, its liquid flesh coiling up their body and engulfing their head in an orb of blood red water. Swimming in this liquid orb they will see the faces of family members whispering for the afflicted to give into the Kelpie's embrace. They will then begin drowning themselves in their own saliva over the course of the next [2] posts. The genjutsu will fade if the afflicted passes out allowing for their body to breath again without being tricked by the psyche. If the afflicted is hit with a Raiton style ninjutsu their brain will cause them to take [1] rank more damage from the technique through self harm.

Hikage no Kōshin [Shade March] - A Rank

► This technique was developed wanted need to restrict the sensory abilities of humans the Dullahan is hunting, forcing upon the frail human the endless abyss the Dullahan was born into. The act of abolishing all light around them. The act of turning sound into silence. The act of robbing the area of scent. The Dullahan extends their arms around to their sides after forming the seal of the rat allowing for their chakra to rapidly consume the territory around them. What this results in is a large black dome with its center always being where the Dullahan stands reaching out 100 yards around them. As if the world itself was being consumed by the void while the Dullahan marches forward. This void is unable to be pierced from the outside by sensory techniques but sensory techniques can work while inside the dome... to a limited extent. When inside this dome the only sensory technique that is not penalized is 「Shinpi-Tekina Jinseikan」, every other technique will cost an additional rank of energy as well as being reduced in effectiveness by a rank. Dojutsu effects are null while inside the dome revering to their natural state anytime they are attempted to be activated. The void will follow the user and as such will follow anyone inside the dome the user is chasing so long as they keep up, not that running will do much good if they have no way of forcing senses upon themselves. This technique has an upkeep of [15] chakra and [15] stamina every other post after the post the technique is cast.

Seifuku no Kishi [Horseman of Conquest] - A Rank

► The vestiges of all those who have been slain follow the Dullahan's cursed soul. Their whispering cries of longing for their missing heads haunt their very dreams. This ever present link to those slain can be used with malicious intent to bolster themselves further. This is a technique that relies heavily on the user having preformed Anata no Kubi o Teikyō successfully a multitude of times on living victims. For [3] actions the Dullahan will hold their current head to their chest as their shadow like chakra wraps around them like a cocoon. This cocoon will defend against any techniques bellow C rank that are used to prevent the cast. On the users next post the technique will be preformed. In that instant all the shadows around them will be absorbed into the head while they raise it high into the sky and begin shaking it back and forth like it was some kind of bell. The mouth will open on its own accord and release an ear shattering wail that stuns anyone who hears it for [1] action. This wail forcibly summons the souls of those the Dullahan had decapitated, this technique has no limit on how many souls are summoned by it outside of the number of people 「Anata no Kubi o Teikyō」 was successfully preformed on.

The head the Dullahan was currently bound to will be engulfed by the void itself causing them to lose all benefits of the head in that moment. They need not worry about senses as 「Shinpi-Tekina Jinseikan」 automatically activates. The soul that the head belonged to will not be summoned by the technique. Each one of these souls will take the physical form of their previous bodies lacking heads except bound in a thick shadow like cloak that obscures color. These souls are controlled by the user of this technique and each have [1] action per post. They are only able to preform physical techniques that the Dullahan themselves know and any techniques that require weapons will have their arms taking the shape of said weapon for the attack. All techniques preformed by these souls will cost no energy from the Dullahan. If the Dullahan has 「Gurimu Kyōdai」 activated the bound souls will gain access to shadow horses themselves. These horses lack physical form and can only be interacted with by the soul itself. The souls will remain bound to the earth so long as the Dullahan has the energy to keep the technique activated. After the initial cast of the technique a strict [25] Chakra and [25] stamina upkeep cost will be imposed on them, failure to keep the upkeep running will result in the souls fading from the ethereal plane.
◇ Requires a head.
◇ After the technique ends it cannot be recast for [30] posts as it takes time for the bound souls to return to their natural place in the afterlife.
◇ For the next [10] posts the user will find their stats all reduced by [2].
◇「Anata no Kubi o Teikyō」 cannot be preformed for the following [15] posts, and the next head bonded will not allow them to gain the usual [3] techniques.

Kinruiton 茸遁 Fungi Release

Bloodline or Clan?:
Technically a clan, but only newborns can be initiated into it. Newborns have next to no immune system, allowing a very weak spore to root and grow in their lungs without either the host or the fungi being killed. Due to needing this spore for the techniques, it is instead treated as a Bloodline.

Theme:
Kinruiton is meant to be highly versatile, but at the sacrifice of techniques for more 'passive' aid. Its versatility means it can be shaped to what the user requires of it, but it also has enough limitations to prevent a complete monopoly of all the benefits that can be earned. It also encourages members to interact with each other in order to make the most of what they do have access to. Kinruiton users can be a danger to allies, so consideration for them is necessary. Meanwhile, the Kinruiton user themself has to be careful not become short of breath (up to a point) as their lungs are home to the fungal colony that provides them these abilities.

Background Information on the Development:
I went through several iterations of this proposal, and some ideas are more developed than others, or still have left-over information from a previous direction that may not work quite as well with other ideas presented.

The idea from the start has always been 'a clan/bloodline that has little in jutsu but is super diverse.' Originally, everyone started with the Nausea trait, and the 'spores' the Kinruiton used would affect every jutsu the user casts. Now, people can choose their starting trait (to be more true to the original idea of diversity) and I believe I've at least helped balanced out the spore effect being applied to Fuuton and Doton jutsu by making the application of the spores a jutsu in of itself that must be cast immediately beforehand.

I'm still convinced this isn't entirely balanced yet and I'm still fine-tuning the Passive Ability "Kinruiton : Kokyū [ Fungi Release: Breathing ]". It was massively over-powered to begin with, especially for a 'free' technique. Originally, it was any learned trait's maximum rank was passively inflicted on anyone within a range and I thought 'that's balanced because it also hurts teammates!' Stupid, I know. I think too highly of people. That got replaced with lowest ranked effect.

It was as I was writing out the Fungal Colony Traits that I realised I could make this more diverse by having a Fungal Colony Rank. And from that allowing different ranks for different traits - hence a Fungal Colony can be A Ranked, but Trait #1 is B-Ranked and Trait #2 can remain D-Rank for whatever in-character reason etc. etc. I know it sounds like it is making this more complex than it needs to be, but I geniunely feel this will open it up to a wider range of playability. Like a 'Healer' focus who can't kiss someone without making them nauseaus from the Nausea Trait, but didn't want the Trait so strong the Love Interest pukes their guts out. Yes, the Passive Ability only implements the lowest effect but you see what I'm trying to say; Role-Play-ability. I want this to be open and of interest to any and all RPers.

The longest part of writing up this proposal has to be the information for all of the Fungal Colony Traits. I don't want to talk about them because it hurts how much time they have been taking.

I have decided to post this without it being fully polished due to not only expecting changes to be made to it if it gets approved, but also due to having a sudden, potentially serious, medical issue pop up and I will be only briefly available during the entire month of February (which is seperate from the health concern).


Kinruiton • Fungi Release

Fungi / Mushroom Release (茸遁, Kinruiton) is rumoured to be a mutated version of the Wood Release (木遁, Mokuton) kekkei genkai. Whether this is from radiation exposure, scientific experiementation, or simple evolution, is unknown. Perhaps they have always been around, simply too lethargic to have ever really been noticed or recorded, which doesn't ring entirely believable when you realise how powerful these individuals can become.

There seems to be no specific body-type of a Kinruiton user; ranging from the small and weedy to the tall and thick. But each member does wear some kind of mask over their nose and mouth, be it simple cloth or an advanced piece of equipment - unless in combat. They also tend to move quite deliberately, some may even call it 'slow.' But that doesn't stop their actions from being precise or even forceful when necessary. It is said that the most high-ranked and powerful members of this kekkai genkai are even able to grow the fungi caps on their body as a symbol of their status. However, this is rarely seen due to the limitations of the fungi itself.

Kinruiton users naturally fall into one of two groups; those that use the Physical Method, and those who use the Oral Method. No matter the result, all Kinruiton users have a fungi living in their lungs, planted there at birth, poisoning their breath and threatening all non-users around them if special precautions are not taken. For weaker members, a simple cloth is all that is needed to prevent the spores from infecting another person's lungs. Stronger users require advanced equipment to keep individuals around them safe.

The strength of the user also determines the strength of their techniques, needing to grow, nurture, and evolve their fungal colony in order to do so.

E-Rank : A fresh colony recently planted into a new host, or one that is very weak. The spores die almost as soon as they leave the hosts' body but can still infect the lungs of non-Kinruiton members who is within a few inches of the user's face. Spores can be easily negated with a cloth or other mouth and nose covering.

Physical Infliction Longevity : N/A

D-Rank : Not much better than E-Rank but now have an established root system in the lung, allowing stronger trait effects. All bodily fluids are now as infectious as the air breathed out of the lungs. The spores in any fluid expelled from the body dies once the moisture is gone. The colony has also grown to the size of nearly filling the hosts' lungs completely. This can cause some discomfort, especially when doing strenuous acivities.

C-Rank : May adopt a second [ 2 ] Fungal Colony Trait via the Evolution Training exercise. The mouth and nose must now by firmly wrapped up under thick fabric, concealed under cloth with anti-fungal properties/mixture, or under a more advanced piece of filtering equipment to prevent infecting anyone within a vacinity of a few meters when talking in their direction. Those walking behind the host are also at risk if the host has not properly covered their mouth and nose. The lungs are completely filled by the fungi, making heavy breathing nearly impossible, so hosts need to be careful not to exert their body too far.

___Colony Training :
A Kinruiton fungal colony may be improved or undergo an 'evolution' via the listed below training exercises. An 'Improvement' is to increase the strength of an already established trait of the fungal colony, while an 'Evolution' is the adoption of a new trait to the colony. Post reductions do not apply to these exercises.

• Evolution Exercise
Can only be performed a total of twice, and only upon reaching ranks C and S respectively. Successful completion of the exercise allows the addition of a new trait to the user's Fungal Colony. Perform 20 posts of exposing your colony to something relevent to the trait you wish to learn.

• Fungal Colony Rank/Trait Rank Exercises
The Fungal Colony Rank cannot exceed the user's body rank by more than one [ 1 ] as it may put the host at risk of being consumed by the fungal infection and, ultimately, killed. The Fungal Colony Trait cannot exceed the Fungal Colony Rank. To increase the colony or trait by rank, follow the guide below (colony rank and trait rank cannot be done at the same time). This allows the Fungal Colony, as a whole, to be of the desired customisation.

Passive Techniques do not require a cost to activate and maintain but are always active.

• Nausea
Feeling sick to actually being sick, nausea is a great trait to adopt for your colony to incapcitate your enemies.

E-Rank : Induces gagging in the unfortunate victim almost instantly. Lasts one [ 1 ] post.
D-Rank : Same as previous, while the gagging is also strong enough now to bring up bits of anything recently eaten, as well compromising their ability to breathe. Lasts two [ 2 ] posts.

Oral Infliction
E-Rank : Anyone compromised by these spore don't suffer hallucinations but rather a slight distortion of colours. Similar hues may even look alike. Takes one [ 1 ] post to take effect, and lasts two [ 2 ] posts.
D-Rank : Same as above as well as some hallucinagenic effects taking place now. Targets endure seeing sothing out of the corner of their eyes at all times. They take a dice roll; an even number means the halucination appears non-threatening, and odd numbers morphing the images to be somewhat threatening, creepy, or disturbing. Takes one [ 1 ] post to take effect, and lasts two [ 2 ] posts.
C-Rank : With the spores being somewhat stronger now, the hallucinations only take one [ 1 ] action in a post to take effect, and lasts three [ 3 ] posts. The halucinations are still only taking place in the victim's periphery, but they are now large enough to cause the victim to not be entirely aware of what is going on there.
B-Rank : Same as above, but now any any dice roll that lands on an increment of five [ 5 ] means the halucinations take place right in front of the victim's eye-sight, not the peripherals. An even and odd increment still incur the same non-threatening or disturbing image respectively.
A-Rank : The fungal colony is now advanced enough to influence what kind of halucination the victim will undergo. Dopamine can be encouraged in the target's body to cause a relaxing, 'safe' halucination, while adrenalin can be encouraged instead to cause a more 'volatile' halucination instead. A dice roll will now only decide if the halucination takes place front and center (even number rolled) or on the periphals (odd number rolled). Still only takes one [ 1 ] action in a post to take effect, and lasts three [ 3 ] posts
S-Rank : Same as above but now the halucination only ever takes up the whole of the victim's vision.
S+ Rank : Same as above but now the target is oblivious to outside stimuli.

Physical Infliction
E-Rank : After introducting the spores to the target's bloodstream, this trait will take effect after two [ 2 ] actions (or one [ 1 ] post) and will last two [ 2 ] posts. With such a weak colony, these spores will do little more than cause an auditory halucination - most likened to whispering or mumbling.
D-Rank : Same as above but now the nerves are also going to be affected. The feeling of weight being placed and removed from the target's body will occur once [ 1 ] each for every post this effect lasts for.
C-Rank : Same as above but now the auditory halucinations are as loud as someone talking right next them and the feeling of weight being placed and removed from the victim will each happen twice [ 2 ] on the second [ 2nd ] post this trait lasts for. A dice roll will now be used by the target to determine if the auditory halucinations are speaking positively (odd numbers) or negatively (even dice roll).
B-Rank : Same as above but now this trait takes effect after only one [ 1 ] action and lasts for three [ 3 ] posts.
A-Rank :
S-Rank : The user is now able to influence what the victim hears upon insertion of their spores into the bloodstream. Influencing the brain to produce more Oxytocin which makes the victim chatty, or Serotonin, so they begin to see food where it doesn't exist, while also making them hungry. This trait takes effect after only one [ 1 ] action and lasts for three [ 3 ] posts.

• Blood Pressure
Influencing a persons blood pressure can cause some serious side-effects, though it may take some time to fully affect the target. Oral Infliction of this trait results in causing low blood pressure, while Physical Infliction causes high blood pressure. If one is immediately applied after the other, they will cancel each other out.

E-Rank : Takes three [ 3 ] posts to take effect and lasts the same amount. Those affected will feel themselves become dizzy and lightheaded.
D-Rank : Same as above but now they will also have blurred vision.
C-Rank : Same as above but now nausea will affect them on the second [ 2nd ] post this trait is active for.
B-Rank : Same as above but now the effects will last for four [ 4 ] posts.
A-Rank : Same as above with fatigue as a new symptom victims will notice on the second [ 2nd ] post this trait is active for.

After that, the cap will need another post to draw in twenty [ 20 ] chakra to fill that cap which can then be consumed by the user to replenish their own chakra reserves by twenty [ 20 ]. The cap has a max capacity of twenty [ 20 ] and will not draw out any more chakra until the cap has been eaten. Each time it has been eaten, it will need a post to grow another cap, then another post again for it to have any chakra for the user's benefit. If planted on an enemy target, that enemy can remove the latched-on fungi by any chakra attack using greater than twenty [ 20 ] chakra. Any less and, while the cap must take another turn to regrow, the fungi will continue to siphon energy. This resistant spore does not induce the effects of any other Fungal Colony trait.

Long ago, before the placing of chakra on earth, lived therein nomadic otherwordly beings on a distant unnamed planet. These beings contained possibly the greatest powers of the natural forces - erasing literal space from existence, be it completely or sending it to a set alternate dimension according to the user. They decided to take refuge permanently at earth when they heard a distant relative, Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, had settled there. The home planet of said otherwordly beings was filled with those competing with one another for power and eventually lead to its own destruction after the only small, pacifistic group left for earth. After they came to earth, they mixed with humans and created a society among themselves. With this, they have lived as recluses from the rest of the world, waiting for their time to arise to protect their permanent home.

Description: A number of hand seals are performed before a large avatar with three faces, an upper body for each, appears above the user. The avatar is with two arms for each face - one hand is holding the Ram hand sign at its chest, the other holds a staff with a glowing crescent moon at the top. If or when the user so commands, the avatar extends its free hand to form a palm outwards as a large ball of anti-matter is gathered within each of the avatar's palms. On command, the antimatter is shot out towards the target(s) and it explodes, causing everything of [20] meters in its path to become completely uprooted and force anything out of its way. The avatar cannot be pierced with any techniques from the outside, as it is made of controlled antimatter.

With this, the Avatar of Kali has two main functions: opening it's mouth extremely wide to suck those targeted into a dimensional void where whomsoever is inside, experiences falling infinitely for [3] posts until they fall into the end side of the dimension, which leads them to falling 10 feet above from where they originally were standing. The other function is to shoot out black chakra from their hair at a high speed that erases literally anything it touches, physical or metaphysical, into another dimension - one in which the user themselves can only access and successfully retrieve entities from.

Shinkūten Kidō [ Heavenly Vacuity Revolution ]

Description: Wind chakra is amassed in small blades after the gravitational force field is formed [5] meters from the user, spinning counterclockwise of the orbit of the force field. Although small, the Wind chakra can be seen. If the target is caught inside, the small blades of Wind chakra begin to maul the target's skin by cutting in rapid succession over the body. After the target is released, they begin to bleed tremendously and will eventually bleed out if not cared for properly. This technique can also be used without the Wind chakra, in case of pure self-defense.

Description: The user musters a tremendous amount of chakra to create a glowing, miniature planet of antimatter in space. Once created, they will bring it down to the earth, more specifically the area of the target. If or when it connects, the conclusion is devastating. The moment it touches the ground, a large crater is created and a powerful pulse wave that sends anything made of physical matter miles and miles away from their original standpoint. Creating the planet takes [3] posts.

Background:
The Mukōgan (無効眼; Literally meaning "Spacious Eye" or "Void Eye".) is dojutsu kekkei genkai of the Shōkyo clan. It is said to be the sister of the Rinnegan. It was created through a colossal amount of chakra of all natures, thus believed mastery of all chakra natures is needed to awaken it. This is a contradiction, as Nora Shōkyo had awakened her Mukōgan while she had only had Fire, Water, Yin and Lightning Release mastered. Those who wield this eye, if not guided, who have not fully mastered this ability will drive them insane, even in the beginning stages. It holds great seductive power and it literally attracts the user to become addicted to their desires and destruction. It is very difficult to master if one is not guided by someone who has knowledge over the dojutsu itself, or if the user does not have full control over their emotions. Whatever emotion the person is susceptible to is what will make the user succumb to it and have their dojutsu awakened for eternity as they live and act upon that single emotion. The Mukōgan requires very strong willpower and extreme concentration, almost like that of senjutsu training. An exception is Nora, who balanced her emotions through Thundra and her parents - extreme love and extreme hatred. She was able to user her Mukōgan flawlessly, but she did not get to awaken it past the second stage.


Passive Traits:
• Each stage of the awakened Mukōgan grants the user [10] kilometer range of sight, increasing by [10] with each body rank.
• Mukōgan users can sense emotions, see chakra flow, and erase the effect for all jutsu for a duration of [5] posts, increasing per body rank.
• The Mukōgan allows designated dimensions that they can either share with other users of the ability, or have their personal ones for non-combat situations - but never one over the other.
• Mukōgan users have special connection with stars and meteors and henceforth can summon them to bend to their will, once mastered..
• Genjutsu works on those with the Mukōgan with extreme ease, but genjutsu FROM the Mukōgan is extremely difficult to break, even if one has mastered it.
• Learn [Wind], [Earth], Maton and [Lightning] techniques [1] post faster.


Mukōgan Techniques:


Mukōgan Chakra Mode:
Description: Those who have mastered their Mukōgan by whatever means will eventually come to terms with a new and final power - the Mukōgan Chakra Mode. This grants user a numerous amount of abilities, colossal power in comparison to what Maton users are granted already. Undergoing change into this chakra mode allows the user numerous abilities - summoning meteorites and creating meteor shower from space, changing dimensions, in split seconds if necessary, at will, see chakra flow and distort it uncannily so if touched, creating natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, thunderstorms, tsunamis, tornadoes, hurricanes, depressions, cyclones and typhoons. In the senjutsu variant of this chakra mode, the user is equipped with Truth-Seeking Balls that replace themselves when they are all used up, or when the user exits and enters the chakra mode again. Maruton, Sage Mode and any Maton technique is effective to the Mukōgan Chakra Mode.

Appearance: The user's body becomes engulfed in glowing, deep black chakra shroud which emanates from them as robes of flowing aura; the outline of the black chakra is glowing white all around the edges. The users hands become coated in the same outline coloring from their knuckles, moving upwards through the sides of their arms. Dark mantra-like energy is flowing from their palms whenever they move and their Mukōgan begins to glow. Truth-Seeking Orbs can be created and is seen floating behind the user (4 on each side, one floating atop in the middle). They hold a staff of 15 feet with a large orb-like entity above it, which is said to have space itself in it.

This beast is under the command of the user, able to cast 3 techniques: Waratsuki [ Laughing Moon ], Konzetsu [ Eradication ], and Tentai [ Celestial Body ]. It has its own technique, where it roars a force field around 20 meters in radius to its destination - sending whatever is in targeted range out for miles on end. The wolf is also seen appearing and reappearing through thin air.

Description: As the users arms are spread out vertically, they create claws with their palms as a Yin symbol appears on the left hand and the Yang symbol on the right hand. The seals begin to glow as the user claps their hands together as the sky becomes parted, light flowing downwards. As this happens, a large spider-like entity made of gold plating and small thin legs appears from the parted sky. It assumes the shape of an androgynous, multi-armed giant, wielding two large staves. In this form, it is barefoot while wearing long golden robes and emits an eerily powerful golden glow. It possesses a multitude of arms which are a part of the large intricate halo that constantly floats behind his back. Once it descends from the sky, it stands towering above and behind the user. Using arms, it thrusts them at said target(s) at rapid speeds and uses its staff to erase matter above ground from the earth, sending it to the unreachable realm of Chakravartin.

It's function is to safeguard the destruction of 4 things: Shōkyo clan members, Hyūga clan members, chakra and an imbalance of mystical forces. The Tribunal may also act to prevent an overwhelming imbalance of good or evil within a universe. When a matter involves only one universe, the Tribunal may leave the final judgment to the abstract entities there, if possible. In lore, it is stated to have erase things from existence by simply looking at said target until they disintegrate instantly, destroy uninhabited planets to keep peace, destroy other cosmic entities and is said to be omnipotent. However, it's front face, through which it usually speaks, represents equity, the fully hooded face on its right side represents necessity, and the partially hooded face on its left represents just revenge. All three voices must agree in a case before the Tribunal can intervene in any case. It cannot be killed nor does it take orders outside of anyone from the Shōkyo or Hyūga clan.

Description: Darkness engulfs the target completely, all except for the moon. The moon begins to duplicate itself into six until it surrounds the target in every direction aerially. At first, the moons begin to descend to the target slowly. As time progresses, they pick up speed and gradually begin to turn red. The force of the large, falling rocks causes sounds of sinister laughter that is heard from all directions, but none at once. Once the moons crashes into the target, it will cause them to blackout for a total of [5] posts unless they find a way to release the genjutsu during the duration, or they are awoken by someone or something else.

___Pacts with the Otherworld:
Members of the Mushi-shi clan have what is to be considered a spiritual sensitivity. A tie with the thereafter and realms unknown. Harkening back to the tales of the Onmyoji and Shinto priests whom requested the aid of otherworldly beings often referred to as Shikigami to act as familiars and aid them in battle. Things that have become but fairy tales now with Yokai and the like fading into obscurity. Yet there is a root in all fairy tales and myths and those who pursued the way of the Mushi-shi discovered that there is more to myth than meets the eye. Even though these old ways became scarce as the rise of Ninjutsu became a dominant force where in the need for outside forces became negligible by comparison to heightening ones own strength, practitioners still exist and pass on their knowledge even if it is difficult to find someone lacking an elemental affinity. Still despite its decline, members of the Mushi-shi clan still exist prominently but in secret as few believe it wise to share their knowledge of the otherworld so carelessly many are often practitioners of the Buddhist, Shinto, and Taoist faiths it would not be uncommon to discover your local monk is actually a member of the Mushi-shi clan.

___Traits:
• All Members of the Mushi-shi clan start with no elemental affinity, they also cannot gain an elemental affinity. This is to show that they have no leaning bias for any particular element. This lack of affinity is compensated in the Mushi-shi members use of Ofuda, Talismans, Summons and Patrons as it always has been.
• They learn Fuuinjutsu at a rate of +1 per post.
• Mushi-shi clan members can form up to [2] pacts with summons from the summoning isles
• Mushi-shi clan members recieve [100] extra chakra a testament to appeasing their patrons
• Mushi-shi clan members can see the spirits of the tormented dead among other things and members will often know when a presence is near death
• Mushi-shi clan techniques are executed not via hand signs but via [Ofuda] and [Omamori]

___Mushi-shi Techniques:
[Talismans]
Mushi-shi are known for their connection with the spirits that populate the world, and one of the most iconic interactions between these two parties is the manufacture of talismans fueled by the supernatural power of the spirit world. Talismans are small tokens, usually made of cloth, paper, or wood, that have been decorated with glyphs showing the provenance of their source of power, and then filled with one or more prayers that give that power direction this is done in one of two ways the [Ofuda] and the [Omamori]. Once learned it is assumed that the Mushi-shi always has the appropriate talismans on their person. These serve as the base for the rest of their techniques.

[Ofuda]

Ofuda talismans were originally designed to ward entire households at once, keeping out evil spirits and bad luck, or promoting fortune and cheer within its boundaries. Taken out of its traditional home and made a tool for the adventuring Mushi-shi, ofuda talismans are the gold standard for area warding. When an ofuda talisman is placed on a solid surface in an unoccupied 5-foot square within reach, taking an activation, it affects a 10-foot radius centered on the talisman. Once placed, an ofuda becomes affixed to that surface and cannot be moved unless it is destroyed or its duration ends. The rank of the [Ofuda] is determined by how much chakra is placed in one. The duration is [3].

[Omamori]

Omamori talismans were originally designed for personal protection, and this translates into it primarily being used to target living things, they are often primarily made of paper or papyrus. When an omamori talisman is placed on a creature within reach, this requiring an activation, it affects just that creature. If the creature is not a willing recipient, then the Mushi-shi's Omamori is put up for collision. If successful, the talisman is affixed to the subject and cannot be removed unless it is destroyed or its duration ends. Removal can be done via Kai equivalent of the rank of the Omamori. The duration is [3].

[Patron Summoning]
Mushi-shi practitioners can opt to instead of using the talisman for an [Ofuda] or [Omamori] can beckon the patron spirit granting the talismans their effects. Summoning a patron lasts as long as the typical duration for said talisman and it can perform its patron ability any number of times drawing from the summoners Chakra. No two patrons can be present at the same time, Invoking one dismisses the other. If a patron is above the practitioners body rank it will not be within the practitioners control only doing whats asked of it every other post and only having two out of three activations. If summoning something twice that of ones body rank it will not show up at all. Summoning something thrice that of ones body rank and the patron will be summoned but turn on its summoner. The [Patron] has access to their [Ofuda] and [Omamori] techniques but the practitioner cannot use them whilst they are summoned, they are applied in a typical fashion of ranged attack. If a patron is ever struck with a technique higher than its body rank it is dismissed. For dodging it uses its practitioners pools. Durations for the talisman effects inflicted by the [Patron] are tied to the [Patron] and their effects disappear when they do. Patrons may perform unnamed formless spiritual attacks equal to their patron rank that share an element with the patron if they have one.

Inpu Kaen [ Imp Flame ]

[Ofuda]: Creates an area in which which nullifies E-ranked water jutsu, simultaneously all those in the Ofuda's radius feel warm

[Omamori]: Those who are inflicted with this Omamori feel as though their skin is on fire as if they had broken into hives. This constant burning feeling makes it difficult to concentrate. {Opponent cannot accumulate Soft or Hard Mental Focus}

[Patron]: Summons what most would consider a tiny devil with wings. This tiny devil can light something on fire with a snap for a small flame.


Mizu Yōsei [ Water Fairy ]

[Ofuda]: Creates an area in which which nullifies E-ranked fire jutsu, simultaneously all those in the Ofuda's radius feel damp.

[Omamori]: Those who are inflicted with this Omamori feel as though their incredibly wet. This gross feeling slows a target down [slightly]. Can stack.}

[Patron]: Summons a small indiscernible blue orb. The blue orb can put out a small fire vanishing in the process to hide as a steam sprite or launch E-rank water projectiles

[Ofuda]: Creates an area of D-rank electricity initially this area of electricity can have its strength intensified if so necessary.

[Omamori]: Those who are inflicted with this Omamori will become subject to paralysis the rank increasing the duration of the paralysis by [1] up to [3] }

[Patron]: Summons an Aosaginohi a small heron like bird that glows in the darkness of night. It breathes out an electrical cloud of charged particles initially D-ranked that can prove to be quite painful.


Mugen Mogu: [ Infinite Small Ogre ]

[Ofuda]: Creates an area that when entered the target is swarmed by a bunch of Miniature Mogu that were invisible prior. The Mogu then keep multiplying until the target buckles under their weight. Even when leaving the mini mogu cling to them reducing their reflexes and speed [slightly] because of how annoying they are. Can stack.

[Omamori]: Those who are afflicted with this Omamori will shrink to half their size, this reduces the particular targets strength DR by half but increases their reflex DR by 1.5x as they have effectively become harder to hit do to their shrunken size. The Omamori can be applied again effectively reducing strength DR to 1/4 of its Original and doubling Reflex DR. At this point the target is about the size of a house cat. }

[Patron]: Summons Mogu, gnome like ogres who have a habit of stealing things they find interesting. About the height of a kitten notorious for hiding in holes in the wall like rodents. Typically they're to blame if you're missing a sock or why that pencil you 'swear' you just dropped disappeared. The Mogu can produce clones of its summoner but they are weak and particularly used as a diversionary tactic.


Yasashī Haru: [ Gentle Breeze ]

[Ofuda]: Creates an area of D-rank wind initially this area of wind shreds anything that enters it vicinity of a lower rank. By paying a C-rank amount the shredding intensifies enough to cut through clothing.

[Omamori]: Those who are inflicted with this Omamori will feel the wind at their heels and gain a [mildly] up to a [moderately] increased speed. They may also jump up to 20 feet higher and land without risk of injury. }

[Patron]: Summons a Kotengu, a derivative of tengu which are small and typically handle menial tasks for higher tengu. Normally found at the base of mountains to politely inform travelers to leave with signs before they anger their greater Tengu brethren. The Kotengu can modify the [Omamori] effect to instead decrease speed. It may also produce up to a C-rank amount of wind using its cute little fan.


Futan Fuku: [ Burdensome Clothes ]

[Ofuda]: Creates 'gravity' zone. This area that the [Ofuda] effects has anyone or anything that enters it loose a [moderate] amount of speed, on top of if entered and unprepared will slam the unlucky individual into the ground.

[Omamori]: The Omamori effect is simple and sudden. Unlike the [Ofuda] and its gravity zone the Omamori effect actively each post attempts to 'slam' the target down. It does not reduce the individuals speed however, these intermediate slams will send an airborne foe immediately downward and those on land will find it hard on their legs.}

[Patron]: Summons a Obariyon, these small toddler sized creatures are said to hide in bushes and ambush travelers demanding piggy-back rides. It is typically assumed if you feel your shoulders are heavier than usual or your day feels in a slump you are carrying one or several Obariyon. The Obariyon as its name imply typically attaches itself to an opponent. It then begins to drain the opponents stamina at a rate of [10] per post. An agitating creature for certain.


Yane kanri-in [Roof Warden]

[Ofuda]: Creates a zone of invisibility. So long as an individual is in the radius of the Ofuda they are undetectable by doujutsu and sensory means up to C-rank. This Ofuda is perfect for setting up ambushes like the Otoroshi patron that grants the ability.

[Omamori]: The Omamori effect imparts a sense of dread in an opponent, a sense of fear for something unknown to them or a sense that whatever they fear is soon to come. Naturally said state of paranoia has varying effects on the battlefield.}

[Patron]: Summons a Otoroshi. A hunched creature covered in a wild, messy mane, with blue or red skin and large tusks with tiny quadrupedal limbs. This yokai is often found on top of roofs guarding property while they appear scary and intimidating they are kind and just defenders of their locations despite their name sake meaning 'terrifying'. As per its habits the Otoroshi conjures a earthen building the size of an average home for which it can lay atop. This functions as a physical barrier or wall for blocking attacks. It doesn't get too pleased when its destroyed and makes a new one immediately after. Spiting the one who destroyed the first. {Building gains Overwhelming after their first is destroyed and ignores its elemental weakness}


Nurikabe [Painted Wall]
Rank B
[Ofuda]: Creates an nye near impenetrable barrier that protects against attacks of B-rank or below outside of it. It is a particularly tricky defense as only the destruction of the Ofuda itself will rid the effect. The barrier however, does not repel any outside forces from coming in assuming they are a living thing.

[Omamori]: The Omamori effect imparts an increase in fortitude up to a [Heavily] amount and the affected essentially gains skin made of stone reducing the [Strength] of Simple attacks by half when received.}

[Patron]: Summons a Nurikabe. These large living walls are stationary but exudes a fierce defence. Capable of expression through two large eyes the Nurikabe cannot be destroyed by traditional methods it is in all sense of the word an impenetrable stationary wall all attacks B-rank or below do not affect it. It can additionally conjure and hurl B-rank boulders to keep would be attackers at bay. The Nurikabe has a weakness however, in that behind it there is a talisman which when easily pried off causes it to disappear.


Ōku no me [Many Eyes]
Rank B
[Ofuda]: Creates a zone of vision. Anything entering the barrier will be known to, seen, and heard by the user so long as the target remains in the Ofuda's radius.

[Omamori]: Imparts a sense of foresight in the target. Those imbued with the Omamori can see one step ahead. The individual can see one of the opponents activations before it happens. However, it does not necessarily discern the order in which it is executed.

[Patron]: Summons a Domeki. A creature said to have a hundred eyes, it can manifest itself as a human or a monstrous beast but what's apparent is always the number of eyes. It is said to look into the future and will often ask travelers if they would like to see. In doing so however, the Domeki only shows them the unfortunate things bound to happen to the traveler and their inevitable death leaving them scared forever. The Domeki can use a technique that is essentially Kagura Shingan to see several miles away. Four to be exact and essentially grants its summoner the visual acuity of a Byakugan users 360* vision.


Yuki Nigai [Bitter Snow]

[Ofuda]: Creates a zone of cold. Anything entering the area will be subject to a dosage of frostbite {See Ice release for details}.

[Omamori]: Those struck with the Omamori will begin to accumulate dosages of frostbite for every post spent with the Omamori attached to their person. {See Ice release for details}.

[Patron]: Summons a Yuki-onna {Snow woman}. A yokai bearing the features of a beautiful woman with blue skin whose encounters often end in tragedy and sadness. The Yuki-onna can breathe out a cone of cold dealing subsequent damage and inflicting a stack of frostbite. {See Ice release for details}.


Chochin Odore {Lantern Dance}
Rank B
[Ofuda]: Creates a non extinguishable flame in the designated area. The flame can only be put out when the Ofuda itself is destroyed. This Ofuda is excellent for denying areas of movement. These flames however are contained and do not spread but that does not mean they are any less intense.

[Omamori]: Those struck with the Omamori will begin to become emblazoned in a fiery aura. This fiery aura damages any would be attackers that attempt to get too close, should they touch the flames they will inflict a C-rank amount of fire damage. Particularly frightening if a heavy physical fighter is cloaked. The cloak may be snuffed out in collisions but will reignite unless the Omamori is removed or destroyed}.

[Patron]: Summons multiple Chochin-obake twenty to be exact. Otherwise known as lantern ghosts are said to be spirits that inhabit paper lanterns and cause mischief. Typically where there is one Chochin-obake. There are many lying in wait. Aggravating and a nuisance floating every which way the Chochin-obake can gather and spin to create a vortex of flame.


Hageshī harikēn [ Fierce Hurricane ]
Rank A
[Ofuda]: Essentially a trap set for an unsuspecting victim. Anything that crosses this Ofuda is immediately send hurdling 50 feet in whatever direction the Ofuda is facing from a release of highly pressurized gale force wind.

[Omamori]: Those struck with the Omamori will be granted the ability to fly, this flight is not unlike Solo-flight however, additionally due to it having a lesser duration than solo flight the maneuverability in the air rivals that of a tengu itself increasing the target's Speed [Heavily] and their Reflex [Slightly] }.

[Patron]: Summons a Dai-Tengu. Otherwise known as a Great Tengu. These Tengu stand tall almost twice the height of the average human and are said to wait atop mountains and sentence unwary travellers to their deaths with fierce winds to punishment for not heading earlier warnings. They are boastful and will flaunt their power very much so. The Dai-Tengu with a single swing of their fan can shake buildings from the ground, uproot trees, and send the average human flying. These sickling powerful winds are not to be underestimated. Treated as also having A-rank proficiency with their fans.


Ōmono Kyūri [Cucumber Royalty]

[Ofuda]: Those that step into the the Ofuda's proximity will come to discover an unpleasant shock. They will feel as though they had just been Kancho'd a.k.a two fingers up the bum technique. This might seem like an ordinary Kancho but its far from it. Those subjected to said torment will feel a fraction of themselves having been robbed. Entering the proximity robs {50} chakra or stamina from the unsuspecting victim decided when the Ofuda was placed. When used by a Kappa an actual Kancho is attempted.

[Omamori]: Those struck with the Omamori will find a lilypad forming atop their head. This lilypad is initially filled with water however reckless movements will cause the water to spill. {Physical attacks above C-rank} everytime the dish loses water the affected will begin to feel their strength leaving them losing [2] Fortitude DR per spill. This is recovered at the end of the duration. Summoned Kappa will often times irritate the afflicted to hasten the process.

[Patron]: Summons a Kingu-Kappa. Otherwise known as a King Kappa. These green duck like creatures with lilypad dishes on their head are said to steal ones soul from their...er bumbum. The lesser of their kind tend to enjoy playing pranks on humans while some think playing a prank means drowning them. King Kappa are nothing like them however to earn the title of king a kappas the sole focus was stealing several souls of the unfortunate that they drowned. Trained in Hard Physical up to A and the ability to summon an endless supply of lesser Kappa {Two max per post, each only get 1 activation. Dispersed from attacks D-rank or higher} to attack with the same Ofuda and Omamori abilities he's dangerous in his own rights.


Yume no koibito [ Dream Eater ]

[Ofuda]: Those that step into the the Ofuda's proximity will suffer from effects similar to the Temple of Nirvana technique wherein they will begin to fall asleep.

[Omamori]: The Omamori does nothing to a target that is awake. However, on a sleeping target the Omamori can either increase the rate of chakra regeneration of the sleeping individual tripling it or it can begin siphoning the targets chakra and giving it to the user at a rate of [50] per post. The user can then invoke bad dreams or good dreams should they so desire.

[Patron]: Summons a Baku. A Ghost bearing similarities to a tapir is said to devour the dreams of those who sleep. On a sleeping target the Baku begins to illicit night terrors. It enters the sleeping targets dreams where for the duration it can Siphon the targets chakra at anytime in the dreamworld for its evoker. The target must perform a Kai within the dream to eject the Baku equal to the rank of said Baku. While in the dream world the Baku can produce genjutsu where when it injures the target in the dream the injuries are reflexive in reality.


Shisha no tebiki [Guide of The Dead]

[Ofuda]: Those that step into the the Ofuda's proximity will begin to see their wounds healing. The strength of the healing is determined by the rank of the Ofuda. However, this healing is done over time as oppose to instantaneous. I.e creating an A-rank Ofuda will heal an A-ranks wound over the course of [3] posts. If having taken [Advanced Ritual Art] as an optional Pa the healing will continue to heal and additional [2] rounds for an extra [D]-ranked amount of healing.

[Omamori]: The Omamori rather than heal physical injuries heals internal injuries, and effects. Such as those induced by poison or statuses like frostbite and dehydration. Each post the Omamori is attached [1] Dose of whatever ailment is removed and prevents the dosages from increasing in cases like poison so that [1] dose per post is removed total.

[Patron]: Summons a Senpoku-kanpoku. This creature appears as a humanoid frog with a human-like expression, and will enter the residences of the recently deceased and settle on their straw mats, living there for three weeks until the day of the funeral, upon which they will kindly escort the casket to the graveyard. The Senpoku-kanpoku is a kind Yokai and in its summoning can heal wounds at an immediate rate up to A-rank. It is not a fighter and thus if attacked in anyway will end its duration immediately.


Ten-kami [ Heavenly Being ]

[Ofuda]: This Ofuda smites whomever has the gall to enter its proximity in a holy beam of searing light that could even make a light release user jealous. This Ofuda disintegrates immediately after use and only one can ever be placed at any given time. Placing another will require the old Ofuda removed. While the beam is not particularly large its concentrated energy overwhelms any other S-rank techniques attempting to counter it once it's already been triggered. This Ofuda can only be used at S-rank.

[Omamori]: The Omamori grants whomever it connects to a holy aura of protection for that post and that post alone all attacks made against the target are nullified simply bouncing off as if by divine intervention. This Omamori disintegrates immediately after use and effects can only be used [Twice] per battle. This Omamori can only be used at S-rank.

[Patron]: Summons a divine being. Divine beings extend to several different types of beings, it may be a seraph, a demi-god, mythological beings like Izanami and Wu-kong. Invoking the Divine being one selects an element. This can be any elemental bloodlines element or any of the existing elements. An appropriate entity is summoned the Ofuda ability is then replaced with a technique rivaling it of said element. Your divine being of which you summoned does not stay long however, they remain only for [2] posts [3] if having taken teh [Advanced Ritual Art] Pa. There is no true commanding over the gods but your efforts have earned their favor.
