Mysterious Merchant
Effects:

"An advanced up-gradable tuning toolkit of Minervas design that is located as several bags on her thighs and arms for tools, and a backpack for parts. Using custom tech that Minerva has made the tool kit allows her to be able to create, and tune parts anywhere she goes as long as she has the parts and depending on the creations rank at a catch. The toolkit only has so many parts in it before Minerva has to return home and restock. Upgrading the toolkit adds 3 more uses to it's usage count however it must be upgraded at full AP price for it's new rank. The C rank toolkit only has 5 uses to use before it needs to restock. The usage of it's abilities to craft anywhere are as follows.

C part/trek/tuning - 1 usage
B part/trek/tuning - 2 usage
A part/trek/tuning - 3 usage
S part/trek/tuning - 4 usage
SS part/trek/tuning - 5 usage

Tech Rank: C
Right Battle Arm
Effects:

A fairly simple in concept arm made up of AT Technology and what not. The tech slides onto the arm and has no smaller form making it fairly large and hard to carry around aside from wearing it.

There are 4 disc like wheels on the side of the arm; all 4 on the forearm positioned close together meaning from wrist to elbow. There is also an exhaust like vent on the palm of the arm weapon. When pressure is properly applied from certain movement of the arm, specifically when the arm is flexed bringing the forearm closer to the upper arm, the wheels begin to rapidly spin and creates small air vacuums between the wheels. Which is simply the zero-max-zero mechanic commonly used by bloody and death road riders.

On it's own this allows the wearer to take, almost head on, many air based tricks by simply flexing the arm and moving to smash the wheel side of them into an oncoming trick. Of course this only really works with tricks one would be able to hit in the first place, often times doing this to an AOE is pointless. Doing so uses wear and stamina as if it were a technique of the rank the arm is. [Simply so that it can be upgraded.]

Outside of this the arm functions well as normal air treks would, although seems to be more catered to use by bloody and death riders.

Konami Kodex
Effects:

"A pair of B rank Treks using three in line wheels, The style are boots going up to the shin however on the sides are two large discus wheels reminiscent of the Wheels of Nezha for extra balance and stability. Inside this discus' are buttons like one would see on a video game controller, the buttons can be disconnected to use in the hands connected by a wire. These treks aren't made for battle as the buttons are actually made to use the tuning parts that are connected to the ATs."

Effects:

"The player one wheels actually connect to the two large discuss wheels connected to the ATs. The wheel looks normal however with a button push the wheels open revealing one large wire like part that can connect to another AT from there the buttons that Minerva's AT's have help further her tune up almost like adding coding to the ATs. When used in a basic or custom tuning the Tune Up is furthered by an extra +5 points however it can't be used to go over Minerva's max tune up abilities. it also can't be used for herself."

Free Tech: No, However whoever makes them I will give full rights to.
AP Cost: 1
Technology Type: Part/Weapon
Tech Rank: C
Wheels of the Blade Singers
Effects:

These are a part, specifically wheel type. Designed as a pair, and intended on being placed in one wheel spot per AT. On average the parts function as normal wheels, however they have a mechanism that is triggered by the lifting of that particular wheel into the air, most often in a diagonal AT position. When the mechanism is activated the wheels unfold into a one and a half foot long blade. When the foot is swung the mechanism is triggered once again and causes the blade to unlock into smaller sections connected by a durable and flexible metal like wire. This turns the blade into a blade-whip sort of weapon that can extend to a max of 3 feet.

Effects:

Using specialized rubber wheels with certain chemical compounds infused in the rubber itself, friction and friction-based tricks cause the heat to release red smoke. The smoke is infused with hallucinogenic properties aiding the rider's run. This helps the rider create much more vivid illusions and hallucinations with their tricks.

Effects:

A material made of metal that can be easily spotted upon the hand, it has a brace that wraps around the wrist to lock it in place. Triggers spread along the folds of the ring and pinky finger so that when clenched activates the engine placed in the top of the metal setting, releasing the triggers allows the weapon to fire any consumed air. This weapon allows the user to user AT tricks that are projectile in nature to be launched from the hand rather then the foot. Only comes with one gauntlet. Gains wear the same way treks do.

Effects: -2% Wear when using Siphon Road Tricks

These AT's are designed with thin white fabric allowing the transmission of sound through many holes placed throughout the shoe. Sound can transmit through the material easily as well as take in air much better then before. The engine is designed to take more of a beating from dense air and has been given an extra compressor to assist with taking in of other tricks making it much more resilient then before.

Mysterio-EX Dappers Mark II
Effects:

The Mysterio-EX Dappers Mark II are shiny black leather dress shoes with fine laces. They appear to be standard dress shoes, but they have ball roller wheels made from a rubber material that creates a high amount of smoke with friction. Because of the ball roller design on the wheels they cannot be seen normally allowing them to create the illusion that the Dappers are just fancy shoes when they are in fact fully functioning combat air trecks.

Character's Name: Belle C. Berenike
Link to Profile:
Free Tech: Yes/ No [Customized to Belle's taste, anyone can make a grappling hook]
AP Cost: 2 [10-2] ( 8 )
Technology Type: Utility
Tech Rank: C
Phantom Grip
Effects:

A simple grappling hook designed to be used both on and off treks. While it is not in use it is designed to fold and rest within a pouch Bell keeps with her. However when it is time to be used it takes the form of another "gun" Belle is able to wear opposite Peacewalker. It makes use of a length of tightly wound monofilament wire which retracts and detracts when the hook is fired using the pressure specific trigger.

The hook itself uses stainless folded claws which are dangerous enough to be fired through objects, but are purposed to have enough weight to simply wrap around objects quickly and hook in to allow for the perfect hold. The trigger is sensitive to controlling the speed and length of cable that bell fires which does require careful consideration.

When it is fired and retracted, it must be given time to wind and set before it may be fired again [1 post]. The quick-pull engine is where most of the tech is however, which provides similar power to ATs to allow swift pull, glide, and safety.
The device may also be attached to AT's or a belt.

Character's Name: Belle C. Berenike
Link to Profile:
Free Tech: No
AP Cost: 1 [8 - 1] (7)
Technology Type: Weapon
Tech Rank: C
Peacewalker
Effects:

A weapon, but hardly meant for war. It is an AT weapon pattered after a heavily modified Webley Mark VI. While Belle has her permits to carry, it is not designed to fire anything fatal and instead fires special pellets that cause little physical harm and lacks a lot of power, only on par with any pneumatically operated replica (I.E. Airsoft, Air Blowbacks).
This allows for generally non-fatal or even life-threatening combat with Belle's skills and nothing else. This makes it both legal for her to carry, and keeps most unsuspecting of its real purpose.

Character's Name: Belle C. Berenike

Free Tech: No
AP Cost: 1 [ 7 - 1] (6)
Technology Type: Part?
Tech Rank: C
Thief Pellets
Effects:

Special pellets that mimic the effects of flash power using a highly similar pyrotechnic composition to create an effect upon the pellets impact. Specifically the pellets are mixed with silver fulminate and gravel to prevent actual harm, though of course the sensation won't be pleasant though there are other alterations of Belle's own design to truly prevent giving anyone anything more than a slight sting and maybe a slight burn.

They produce a characteristic "snap" upon impact, and produce smoke and a flash of light to temporarily blind and disorient an opponent. It essentially an impact smoke bomb which can be thrown, but is best fired from the Peacewalker. It rarely takes much time to recover but when well timed and used can provide necessary cover and openings.

Fly Wheel, Death Wheels
Effects:

Wheels half the size bigger than standard air trek wheels. Fly wheels are attached to the outer sides of the wheels and spin along with the wheels and keep spinning once the wheels have stopped until the inertia dies. Efficiently generating and storing rotational energy. Rotational energy that can take a lot of the burden off battery consumption. Or rotational energy that can be used to produce more power for the treks that greatly exceed the abilities of the batteries on their own. Tricks used with these wheels get power boots of effectiveness by one rank. This comes with a 3% ware cost when used.

Ari Ari~! Death Capsules
Effects:

The "Ari Ari~!" consist of an unconventional set of capsules that are in the outer side of the skates. Though they appear as simple aesthetic clips there use is much more. These capsules are actually embedded in the fabric of the skate's heel shape and connect to the underside between the front and back wheels. Working in twos (four clips per A-T) the miniature quick-use capsules gather the liquefied air (shell) a death rider produces in his run. Releasing the compressed molten air for the rider to mediate with another time. This eliminates the need to form a shell in the normal method, allowing the user to fire off either two mid tier [ C Rank ] Shell attack or one high tier [ B Rank ] attack per kicking leg. It takes a single post of the death rider's run to fill up a pair of capsules per trek and can be fired off anytime after.
- These A-T parts are not compatible with Ball Roller type A-T. Only two wheel designs lest they are custom configured to accommodate the part.

Tech Rank: B
Left Defense Arm
Effects:

Not so simple, the arm is made of Air Trek technology. It fits over the whole left arm, and along the forearm of the weapon there is a decent sized shield-shaped part connected to the forearm by hydraulic coils and tech. When the shield is struck by anything that exerts pressure the arm acts as a shock absorber, converting the pressure into usable energy for the arm, or releasing the pressure harmlessly out of the back of the arm's venting system. When faced with tricks this may apply to it can block damage up to the weapon's rank at wear and stamina cost equal to the trick's unaltered wear and stamina cost.

As a secondary effect the shield is also capable of releasing a shockwave after it's absorbed the shock from something. The wave is extremely close range, practically melee. It can only be released after the shield's shock absorbing effects have activated.

Shift Lock Wheels
Effects:

A pair of wheel type parts that often are placed in one air trek each. While inactive the wheels act as completely normal wheels. When activated the wheels spread apart into four arm like anchors and anchor themselves to the ground, and act a lot like an emergency brake for the rider. If this is done right before turning it can allow for the rider to keep their forwards momentum during the turn.

Free Tech: Nah
AP Cost: 2

Magnet Cloak
Effects:

An AT Belt with AT-Tech. The belt has a button trigger that when pressed generates a harmless electromagnetic field that distorts other electromagnetic fields, giving a particularly good defense against being pulled to the floor from magnetic stuff and his weaponry.

Field costs wear and stamina equal to B-Rank technique per post.

Silent Death
Effects:

Silent death is a customized motor suited for Miyu's Time Road. While simple in effect the design is a secret and guarded by the Yotsuba Family. This special motor silences the noise normally generated by a pair of air treks. Silencing the noise results in a much higher heat generation making it much easier to perform her roads tricks while also making it harder to disrupt her heat. Heat generation is enough with this motor that even in the air or open spaces Apollon and Time Road tricks may be used effectively.

Black Fire Lord
Technically yes and no. The silencing of the engine wouldn't necessarily increase temperature and heat. In some cases it can actually decrease heat depending upon the design. I not asking for you be extremely technical just something to keep note of. Also, the part says it but it doesn't have anything on it like a % decrease or anything. you sure that how you want to keep it. Just for information concern. Click this. Stirling engines. may wanna know about it for future. ~Pending
