Jae walked into the hotel her jacket and hat on as usual. It was one way she could avoid attention from the paparazzi. She was going to head up to her room when the receptionist had let her know that by mistake her room had not been cleaned yet in which she apologized quickly and offered her another one if she wanted to go up immediately. Jae would shake her head and thank the lady. "No thank you, I'm fine to wait. I understand these kinds of things happen." The lady was almost taken aback by the fact Jae was so alright with it. The receptionist let her know a night would be on the hotel due to the mistake and that she could wait anywhere she felt like. Even pointed her to the lounge the hotel had. A drink did sound good, that was something she liked with this hotel, by all accounts she was nowhere near a legal age. However, the hotel understood who she was and the fact she took care of herself and her parents just gave her signatures on everything to sign if she needed "permission" to do things. So they served her if she asked for alcohol. It was nice for them to not treat her like a kid. As she walked to the lounge she sat at the bar and hailed the bartender. "Could I please get my normal?" The bartender nodded and prepared her a small bottle of Sake. That was one thing she did appreciate about Japan, the sake was excellent. She couldn't wait to get to her room, she wanted to relax. She'd just broken up with her "girlfriend." She had no idea why she thought she could make a relationship work when it never did before. But the girl had been insistent and like usual it was ******** up by the press who were all too happy to snoop even more since it was a lesbian relationship. It left a bad taste in her mouth.

► College was already not starting out the best for the Torres twin as he wasn't really into it. His heart wasn't into it and everytime he was in class he was too busy writing in his journal. Jae turned as she heard a familiar voice address her. "Baka" She said laughing, Japanese was funny to her and that line reminded her of one of those anime girls. "My room's being cleaned, sit down. You probably already heard about the breakup. God knows it didn't take long for the stupid press to. I should have figured it'd be no different if I tried with a girl. The press just went harder this time, she called me crying when she broke up with me. The clowns found her house and decided that putting the location in a story was funny. Her house was vandalized and some not so nice things were written. Some people really do not like others being happy. Of course, none of this will come back on me because the press love me and I can do no wrong. Always the other person, this time it was Japanese seductress makes Asia's hero gay. Can you believe that garbage?" She had another drink before checking the time. They said it wouldn't take to long and she probably been here long enough. "I swear I could murder someone and the press would find a way to make it the dead persons fault. Anyways my room should be done by now lets head up. I've got a proposition for you. " She got up and started towards the lobby waiting for Xander to follow. Though she was sneakily trying to see if he would check her a** out, she didn't want to suggest what she was going to suggest if he wasn't attracted to her at all.

He had to mentally face palm himself for thinking such craziness. "Murder? Now you may be pushing it. I don't think anyone could overlook murder. When she got up, he would follow as well with slow strides heading behind the short wanna be grown woman. Jae shrugged as she continued walking. If it wasn't hard to tell by her a** and hips it was really clear she was a Sonia road rider. She just happened to also be a tuner, it was an odd combo. One she just had, right now there was no special road or anything she just road both of them. As she walked through she'd say more on the subject. "I'm mostly just venting, the popularity is what it is. I've actually broken into American markets now thanks to Japan. Turns out they watch anime or something like that. So some of my merch has been making it over there. I doubt I'll be anywhere near as popular there but who knows. Might be worth a visit at some point." She said as they made it to the elevator and she got in waiting for Xander's tall a** to follow. She would hit the elevator to the top floor when he was in. She happened to have the penthouse as her room as she needed something like that for a longer stay. On the elevator, she'd turn to Xander. "How are those 'books' of yours coming along? You getting plenty of 'research'?" She looked over to Xander purposely making the words books and research as sarcastic as possible. The other thing she could do to make that more obvious was make quotations with her fingers. she sighed as she realized how tall he was compared to her in the elevator. Though that had always led her to wonder other things. Like what "size" he was, being American and that tall had to mean it was bigger right? That was the logic Jae used at least.

It just sucks not many people like gritty.” Xander enjoyed his writing and took it seriously even though he knew that Jae probably saw it as just some sort of weird perverted obsession. Jae gave Xander a weird look as he talked about not wanting to be popular. "You sure are hanging out with the wrong crowd if you wanna avoid that. Well least you making your chances worse to be discovered." She shook her head when he asked what the proposition was, she was not gonna discuss that here. Even if the elevator had no camera she did not want the elevator to stop and open in the middle of that conversation. Even she had some level of embarrassment not to mention she really didn't want that getting out. When they hit the top floor without incident the door opened to the penthouse sweet and she walked inside. She had to have a key to come up here as someone who did not have the penthouse sweet couldn't take the elevator up. As she walked inside her face turned just a slight red. She had forgotten to clean up some things of hers. The maids cleaned the place but they would never touch her stuff out of respect to her and so the living room had a multitude of bras and thongs thrown about. She had a hell of a time choosing when she left this morning. "Sorry about these I forgot I left them here when I went out this morning." She kinda ignored them and motioned for Xander to follow her to the kitchen and dining room which she knew had no such items around.
Jae then hopped up onto the kitchen counter and sat there waiting for Xander to find a place to sit or stand. Then and only then would she speak. "So here's my proposition, I can't do relationships they just don't work for me. No matter what I do they always end in failure due to pressure from my popularity. Finishing up a paragraph, he would let the pause linger just to mess with her before stopping and looking up at the other half of his. “You already are my tuner. If I ever get serious. Or become king, link tuning is a thing. Even if I don’t be king, still technically have get somewhere close to it. For this, please note no feelings will be involved with this and you perfectly free to do whatever you want with whoever. I guess the simpler answer is this” He phrased before holding up a piece of paper that had ‘YES’ written on it. Looking at her, he knew what he signed up for with this, but it be interesting. Besides, it something that naturally probably occur sooner or later by accident. “You are free to explain”

Jae watched as it seemed her proposition got shot down extremely quickly and her face was now straight up red. There was an uncomfortable silence until he started speaking again. Had he been messing with her? She took a breath as she relaxed and let herself listen. He really did get her with that silence and she for a moment she had felt bad. She wasn't gonna get angry about it, it was just a funny joke. Still, he could say no so she continued to listen. It ended with him agreeing which she was relieved because, to be honest, it was weird a lot of the times to just go ******** random people. True in this case he didn't want feelings and she was down with that too. "So there are some things to go over, either one of us can call each other at any time. We both have the right to refuse though generally if I text you its gonna be my free time I'm able to spare. Feelings being out it is better but in turn, once a week we have to go on a real kind of date thing and spend the day and night together, I find it makes me and in turn the other person not just feel like a piece of meat. There does not have to be any feelings in it, we can just relax and be normal. There is the friends part of this arrangement after all. I ask that while you have this arrangement with me that you or myself don't have sex with anyone else unless we both agree upon it. This is just to be safe as no offense but certain diseases do exist and I don't want to catch them."
Jae took a breath and continued on, it was true this agreement was lengthy but things had to be done right. You couldn't half-a** these things or it would end up bad. She learned that from her father first hand. "Generally we act like adults about it, I don't personally mind trying anything least once to see if I like it. Just ask is all I want. It was funny that the fact the woman was actually turning red by his words was hilarious to him. He didn't chuckle at it, but it was still funny. He watched as she became relaxed. It seemed that she was coming to terms that he wasn't actually shooting her down. It seem she was all on board on explaining things. This made him curious. Was this something she wanted to try or something she been wanting to do and just didn't ask? "Way you making it out. It' will cause feelings either way. Even if you try not to. Jae laughed as he mentioned the feelings part. "Considering the nature of humans and the specific role I play as your tuner, feelings are most likely going to happen. I'd prefer to deal with it then and not now. All though doing this will certainly help when we get to that part of tuning." Then he seemed to be down with it and then asked how to start it. She laughed as he asked that as she would think that would be obvious but when she heard his stomach growl she figured he'd be hungry. "For now head into the dining room, I'll make us something to eat. Better order something from room service though, I'm not a very good cook, so it could come out bad." She laughed then opened the fridge to get out some ingredients. She was going to make something simple and so just decided on some spaghetti. She did hope he ordered something good from room service though because her food was gonna be average at best. She got to work heating up the water in a pot and getting the noodles out. She at least had some good sauce from the hotel and she put some meatballs on a pan to cook. She looked back into the dining room at Xander. She was probably going to have to make the first move and to be honest, it would probably be awkward. Especially him being so tall but they'd figure it out.

He would only nod in agreement. At least, she was able to see the part he was trying to get at. If wanted to repress it later, by all means he would happily agree. He rather not fall into some trap hole and deal with unnecessary interactions that he just be more unprepared for. "Not very good at cooking? Ehh, I'm not about to order." he started. If it turned out bad she could order, but he wasn't about to. He was way too lazy to go place an order. Instead, why she was cooking he would be chilling in the dining room and was writing more and more in his book. There weren't many pages left so he probably run out of it soon. Strangely enough, he felt some weird motivation to ride. He would suppress it for now. Did he really want to get into a fight right now? Yet, his fangs were starting to grow a little hungry. Why was this? This question overshadowed the agreement that was just made. If she wanted something, she could ask like an adult right? Or was she wanting the romantics? He didn't know.

Jae didn't take to long to cook as she heads the food prepared and on plates heading out into the dining room and setting one in front of Xander. She sat across from him and took a bite, she laughed for a second. "Hey its not absolute s**t, what a success." She didn't take long to eat as she wanted to get on to other things. She knew what to do when she thought about what road he was on. "We'll have a cube match, I have a feeling you are getting eager to mark someone up. May as well be me....if you can." She threw in that last part with a small smirk. She honestly wouldn't mind him roughing her up a little bit before. Call it foreplay though in this instance it was to size him up as well. She had a feeling he was not some submissive type which was fine with her. "You have somewhere private with no prying eyes to do this or do we need to try it up on the hotel's roof?" She asked him watching his face to judge his responses. Would he have no problem fighting his tuner, would he take pleasure in causing pain? She shivered for a second thinking about what Xander liked and what he could do to her. This was the best part, he was new and a mystery to her and not like any other guy she'd ever known.

He was well finished. His writing reaching the end of the notebook and coming to a great predicament of not having anymore. He really needed a laptop for this, but he found the rush of pen and paper a lot more satisfying than typing. Having the food placed in front of him, he would take a break and eat. It wasn't the best thing ever, but at last it had some seasoning to it. He would hear her proposition, but wasn't really sure where she was getting at. "You my tuner though. Carving you up would do me no good." He stated before he gotten up after finishing. He wasn't sure what to do with that suggestion. Maybe, he could come to a divisive agreement. "Well, get your treks and stuff. I guess we could do this somewhere no? " He questioned as he would think how to change this into something else?
