The stale, recycled air of the lobby was almost refreshing after all the years spent in the stank of the juvenile prison. Three years they had kept him, all for stealing from the wrong person. Such a ******** drag. Three years he could have spent working on his projects all lost cause some rich boy couldn't just take his lumps. Should have just use his daddy's money to buy some new treks, it wasn't Teppei's fault the rich boy couldn't stop someone from stealing from him!

Dragging his feet the young man made a relatively short walk drag on, drawing looks of ire from the two officer's escorting him to the front desk. The busy lobby was filled with people turning to spare the young man and his escort curious glances. Each time it ended in roughly the same way, the young man would return their look with one of intense boredom and mild irritation.

Upon reaching the lobby desk one of the two escorts spoke up. "Delivering Teppei Katsu for final release procedures." The lad in question offered a somewhat threatening grin to the secretary, who turned away with a bored look and fished out some papers and a pen.

"Sign and initial here and here and you're free to go, kid." With deft hands the young man did as instructed, throwing a flourish into the process and smirking at the bored secretary.

"You got it. Later hats. I'm sure you'll see me around." And then the newly freed young man turned and moved towards the doors of the lobby. Just one thing left to do before he was free of the place. Just a few steps in front of the door a soft popping could be heard as the red haired young man popped and dropped a small pellet on the ground, raising a shirt to cover his nose as he did so.

A rank odor began to fill the lobby even as Teppei stepped out front of the lobby, eyes scanning quickly for his ride to freedom.

Humming a pleasant tone officer Yakamura was just getting back to HQ. Passing a boy walking out of the automatic sliding doors as he was entering. Brown hues glanced at the red head before continuing on. Walking a few more steps entering the building the officer would be confronted by a horrible stench. "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!! IT STINKS!!" Seemingly the first one to notice. Isuke exaggeratedly pinched his nose taking a few steps back out the door. His eyes directed at the pellet in front of him, before pointing like some idiot. Only taking a moment to piece things together, he'd whip around to see the kid already riding off. Being the only person to have left the building in the last 15 seconds it took Yakamura to approach the building. Wheels suddenly engaged, ball rollers lifting the officer about three inches taller. "Damn kid!" He'd blast off in the kid's direction. "Get back here you brat!"

All that could be seen for miles were clear skies and rooftops of buildings as a young man sat on the edge of an apartment complex rooftop. Legs dangled over the edge, A-Ts laced on his feet as they swung Sounds of the people below and cars that passed by filled his ears as he sat and enjoyed the view. The familiar ding of a notification tone came from his phone, breaking the peaceful silence. Fishing his phone from his pocket, he checked the screen and on it was a message detailing information about a pickup.

"That's right. You are getting out today, aren'tcha? Today's my lucky day." He chuckled, rubbing his chin and nodding. Rising from his spot, he pivoted on his wheels and motored over to the other side of the roof. On the way, he scooped up a galaxy print bag and slung it over his shoulder, securing the clasp.

"Alright alright. Go time, Symon. Don't have time to waste!" Symon said, circling around and took a position akin to that of a track star. Putting on a little pressure, the sound of a small motor began to rev and the screech of wheels scratched the cement. With a heavy push, he rapidly closed the distance from his end of the roof to the other and leaped off the edge.

The initial jump was enough to clear the gap from one roof to the next. The wind blew into his hair and felt as if it another person, pushing up from underneath him with enough strength help him clear the gap. Despite having been riding A-Ts nearly everyday, Symon hadn't felt this pumped in a while. He knew that it had to do with a certain someone that he hadn't seen in a long time. A grin crept along his face as he landed and let out a cry of joy. Somersaulting over the edge and gliding alongside the side of the adjacent building, Symon stuck his hand out, latching onto a pole and swinging himself and touched down on the ground. It would probably take around 10-15 minutes to get to the location. He could only hope that trouble didn't follow his friend out from where he came from...

The authoritative shout that came from his back had Teppei pausing his slouched walk for a single step. A glance back that lasted but a single heartbeat and then instincts kicked in. "I ain't goin' back, hog! You'll have to catch me!" and then the time honoured tradition of showing the cops your a** and elbows was once more honoured. Teppei wasn't going back, never again. The crowded lot filled with both ATP officers and civilians doing business became much like an obstacle course for both Teppei and his potential pursuer. The young man added to the difficulty of the course by yanking people passed himself and directly into the path of the officer demanding he stop.

"Aye! That man touched me in places he wasn't 'sposed to! Someone arrest him! Damn pervert won't leave me alone!" the red-haired youth let free echoed over the lot even as he ran faster, trekless feet slapping cement. His eyes roamed the area, trying desperately to find the man who was supposed to bring him a ride out of the pig pen.

"b*****d is always late! Right when I need you, you're prolly sittin' on a ********' buildin' somewhere, damn batman wannabe!" The sounds of sneakers slapping cement continued as Teppei looked for a way out of his current predicament.

Dark brown eyes scanned the area, trying to pick out a path to freedom. A turn down an alleyway provided the perfect opportunity for the young man to try and lose his pursuer. A single lone dumpster became his hiding spot as Teppei leapt inside, digging deep into the trash to hide himself from the eyes of all others.

Gaining on the boy the delinquent took to his feets. "Hold on I just wanna talk! If you didn't do anything stop running!" They never stopped when he said that.. Running into a crowded lot of people East followed after him. People thrown and tossed in his direction it was becoming more and more clear Teppei had a reason to run. "Hey I said sto- HEY DON'T SAY THAT YOU STUPID KID!!" A wild accusation blurted out making the officer visibly cringe, he'd decided to stop playing around with the kid. Legs bending slightly his body leaned forward while his arms swung back, like a spring the officer took off skyward, wind gusting suddenly. Catching a tailwind the wing rider sailed over the crowd as if second nature. The wind current taking him high. Feathers fell in his wake stepping from one current to another to maintain his flight. Checking if the officer was still behind the red head, he'd see none. The rooster haired boy in East's hawk like sights from his aerial advantage. He'd watch the boy dunk off into an alley before landing on a building that lined said alley way.

"What the hell is wrong with kids these days." Thinking out loud to himself Officer Yakamura rubbed the back of his neck and sighed. Watching the boy scramble into a dumpster the officer cocked his eye brow. His hands being pocketed East stepped off the ledge of the building sending the wing rider into a fall. Catching another current Isuke preformed a front flip off the air before coming to a safe landing in font of the dumpster. "Alright kid~ Come on out. You got a lot of splaining to do. I'm a nice guy so i'll hear you out at least." He'd knock against the top of the dumpster. "Knock, knock."

The rush that Symon gained from riding was always the greatest. He was addicted to freeing sensation that it gave him whenever the world itself was laid out before him. Buildings, people, even vehicles had all but become a blur as Symon crouched down low, reducing his air resistance and increasing his speed on the downwards slope. Symon shot down the slope, launching off the peak of the hilly road, horizontally covering a great distance before skidding to a stop. The black wheels of his A-Ts screeched as they were put through their paces, sparks flying off of them.

"Whew..." Symon huffed, wiping the sweat from his face and pulling a stainless steel sports bottle filled with water from his bag. Guzzling down a bit of the drink, he pulled his phone out and began to text his friend.

                                                                  User Image

The message was sent alongside the others he had sent earlier despite having receive no response since the last time he checked. For the time being, Symon would slowly motor through a crowd of people, mindlessly staring at his phone screen for a text back. A couple minutes later and Symon was already stuffing his face with food bought from a convenience store. In the midst of shoving a honey bun in his mouth, Symon turned his attention to a commotion caused by what was apparently a call for help. His ears picked up the tone of a familiar voice and he whipped his head around to see a red-haired young man shouting something about being touched in all the wrong places. Right behind him was some random guy pursuing him on what seemed to be A-Ts for god knows whatever reason, but it more than likely was due to Teppei's typical pranks. The man following Teppei launched into the skies, feathers falling in his wake as if he were a bird taking flight from its perch.

Devouring the remains of his snack, Symon hopped up from his seat and pushed off into a sprint. Gaining speed was a simple chore as the wind picked up and Symon was gaining on Teppei and his pursuer. Powerful strides propelled Symon forwards and he darted past the a couple of people before following the example of the man before him. Except in Symon's case, he vaulted over the crowd with a back flip twist, sailing over the mass of bodies and landing smoothly without trouble. The moment he touched down, Symon jetted forwards with an increased speed due to the amassed heat from his earlier acceleration. Maintaining his velocity, Symon could see the man dropping down into an alleyway and halt in front of a dumpster. Symon leaned back to decelerate and came to a swift halt, sliding into that alleyway right in between the man and the dumpster, patting a glow in the dark star sticker onto his suit jacket before opening the lid and dangling a pair of A-Ts.

"Hey there, hold that. Thanks for helping me find my dear pal here." he flashed a friendly smile and turned his attention to Teppei, who was currently immersed inside the filth and pinched his nose, "Of all the places you could choose, it was a dumpster. Why am I not surprised?"

                                                                  Battle_Status

                                                                  Trick _ Library

◆ Air Stream!: The beginning riders of the famed Death Road begin their aggressive journey with a very volatile (but necessary) skill. The natural run of a Death Rider is composed completely of powerful strides. This characteristic is combined with the mechanical effects of insane braking heat released at incredible speed rates. Though the more inexperienced riders are not yet at a point where they can properly propel the heat, they can expel it in a 'nitrous stream'. By building a massive amount of heat through acceleration of their natural run, the heat will naturally cycle the circumference of the wheel, gathering as a light glowing tint of orange. The layered heat is released in specifically timed strides wherein the user stomps and tilts forward, pressuring and braking with the front wheel for a brief second. Despite the instance of braking in the treks, the user actually shows no sign of having attempted to stop. A loud clanging, dulled by the surrounding trash, reached Teppei's ears, followed by the voice of an adult male, calling for him to just talk. Teppei fought the snort that tried to rise up. Just talk. Yeah right. The rooster crowned young man carefully wormed just a little deeper. Maybe the dumpster would have a rusted out hole in it if he was lucky. Reaching bottom provided no answers and left Teppei with little in the way of escape routes. And then, of course, the very god's conspired against him. The soft chiming of a phone from Teppei's back pocket gave him, guaranteeing the pig knew where he was. Reaching back he quickly silenced the offending object and huddled down for a moment to make his decision.

A few short minutes passed as Teppei decided whether or not to show his ugly mug when the strangest of things happened. A voice, one familiar to him spoke. Looking up, Teppei found his signature pair of red and white treks dangling above. A pale hand broke the surface of the dumpster, much like a deadman would reach from a grave, and pulled the treks down into the trash heap. Shuffling sounds ensued for a brief couple seconds before the red-crowned miscreant's face once more breached the pile fo trash, a banana peel balancing on his shoulder. "Where the ******** have you been!? Ah ******** it, let's go. Later, copper, we can just pretend we had that talk right? Cool." And then Teppei made a dash for the open end of the alleyway, intent upon his escape. "Pick up ya damn feet Symon!"

With a few moments passing East stared down at the dumpster. There was no answer but he heard rummaging around like there was a big rat inside. "Alright that enough now.." His tone firm he'd reach for the top of the lid before abruptly another kid slid to a stop in-front of him, blocking the officer. East's eye brow raising in a questioning manner as his hand yanked back. A sticker slapped on this suit jacket. Hue's turned down looking at the dark star sticker. The kid passing something back to the dumpster kid in that moment.

"Hey new kid I'm-" Trying to explain who he was to the new kid the rooster crowned young man burst forth. Trying to pull the officer and the situation into his own pace. Climbing out the dumpster the red head brushed off the officer pushing passed him as he'd start to take off. Calling for his friend to follow. Right eye twitching at the sheer balls on the Teppei. Not even ten feet way from the officer the sound of a clap echoed in the narrow alley. Dissolving & re-coagulating streams of air around the red head the air condensed and suddenly exploded within a unstable yet tractable dome of air. The pressure enough to crack the concrete under Teppei looking to pin him as well. Consider the moon drop caught. If Symon had ran right after the red head he'd share the same fate. "It's rude to just brush off people like that kid. Like I was saying... I'm officer Isuke Yakamura of the ATP. Most people call me Officer East." His tone stern he'd pull his badge attached to a chain under his shirt out. "Stop resisting."

Teppei pushed passed him and made for the end of the alleyway, only to be stopped by a dome of wind. Symon turned to follow behind, but was lucky enough to witness the officer execute the move. Despite that, Symon continued forward and spun around to face the officer, who by now had introduced himself as Isuke Yakamura or Officer East as he says most people call him. It seems like he had wanted to talk, but Symon himself, wasn't too keen on it. Using his left foot as a pivot, Symon pirouetted kicking the air in front of him. The rapid acceleration and deceleration of his wheels created energy that cause electricity to generate from the friction. Heat rose in the area that he had kicked and Symon drew his leg back, using his momentum to swing around. Continuing his spin, Symon kicked again, this time with greater force and static electricity could be seen crackling off of the surface of his wheels as they touched the heated air once more. Upon immediate contact, a small, compressed shell of heated air shot from his A-T towards the officer of the law.

"Sorry officer, but my friend and I are on a schedule. Maybe never?" Symon said, landing a couple strides away, ready for whatever happens next.

Instead the nitrous stream funnels out from behind the treks, forcing a massive speed increase to reach max in a matter of moments. The release used in the Air Stream trick is a juvenile version of the more powerful, compressed, ones used later on. This trick can only be used every other post. This is a D Rank Trick.

An explosion of force, sudden and brutal, interrupted Teppei's stately retreat. Painful would be one word for what followed. Aggravating was another. Excessive force would be another name for it, considering Teppei hadn't offered anything more than words and never was a threat presented. One could make an argument for resisting arrest but was there really any resisting?

Groaning under the force of what had just hit him, Teppei flopped over onto his back, just in time to see Symon fire off a single cannon of air at the offending officer. With another quieter groan, Teppei pushed himself up off the ground into a kneeling position. His body felt like the day after a hard workout. Dragging himself to his feet Teppei, used the alley wall as a crutch and narrowed his eyes at the supposed Officer East. It'd been years since Teppei had had the chance to do more than simply throw a punch or kick. Air Treks weren't something he was still accustomed to.

"Oi! Symon. Just go... I got this. You ain't need to take a fall for me man. Just go, I'll handle the hog." Words were spoken while wiping the blood from the corner of his mouth and forcing himself to stand up straight. Teppei wasn't about to let one his only friends take a fall for him. "Well, Mr. Pig. You gonna let my friend here go, or do I have to get difficult?"

Moon drop dropped it would keep Teppei busy for little. While East tried to explain the lobby and stink pellet situation. Well in a perfect world at least. Sadly this wasn't. Before East could attempt to convince the dread head that his pursuit was justified. Molten air shot at him from impressive snapping kicks. The officer's eyes widen in surprise. Faster than he anticipated his attempted to move out the way ended with his left shoulder being nailed. "Ugh!" Groaning out pain immediately ran through his body. The burning effect of the shell not as bad as something else. Was his collar fractured? The thought screamed out in his head as he held his left shoulder. Brown hues staring in the direction of the two kids. His eyes sharpened.

What the hell! At the most the rooster head would've gotten a ticket and slap on the wrist. But now it had escalated far to much. Speaking of the red head. He'd finally make his way to his feet using the wall to hold himself up. At least East looked a bit better than him. Smirking at the guts of the kid his right arm dropped from holding his shoulder. Teppei making his grand self sacrificing move wind abruptly twisted around East's good arm rapidly. Even if you asked him how this was happening, he'd have a hard time explaining in words. A lot of talk of feelings while making strange sounds with strange gestures in his explanation. Leaving most people tilting their head clueless about what he's going on about. Anyways. Rapid wind spinning around his arm the wing rider pointed down the middle of the two of them, his point a 'gun' shaped gesture. East didn't carry a fire arm because he had this. "Sorry kid. Afraid I can't do that.. Assault on a officer is also a crime." As he spoke a ball of condensed wind formed at his finger tips, the size of a basket ball. Rapidly condensing to the size of a golf ball by the time he was done speaking. Wind thrashing as air streams swirled at the tip of his fingers. His clothes and hair being trashed by the currents as well. The trigger pulled a forceful burst of extremely volatile air fired in a large beam that took up most the middle space of the alley. While counterclockwise current's of wind drilled around the outer exterior of the large wind beam. Shot directly down the middle of the narrow alley at the two kids. The swirling counterclockwise current's drawing in anything it could in to it's core, making escape very difficult for the two. The force enough to shoot the two riders out of the alley way that they aimed for. But with not without moderate to severe damage if left unchecked. With the red head already taken damage, would he be okay?

Tricks:
►Aeolic Gun
Rank: B | Stamina: 4 | Wear: 8% | Road: Wing
Description: Aeolic Gun, in essence, is a powerful blast of concentrated wind. Counterclockwise currents of wind will suddenly spark around the Wing Rider's preferred arm. Forming their hand into a 'gun' shaped position, the Wing Rider will quickly summon a condensed, spherical, compression of wind at their fingertips. When fired, the once spherical bullet of wind will turn into a forceful burst of extremely volatile air. Becoming a large beam that travels through a linear progression in rapid succession. While the counterclockwise current's of wind will coat the outer exterior of the blast. Although the exterior of the beam isn't destructive, the nature of it's current creates a unique gravitational pull. Pulling those within it's vicinity that are weaker than it's force, inwards, into the interior of the beam itself. The actual pressurized beam can cause moderate to severe damage when striking human bodies. While being able to easily dent metal. Should one be stricken by the spiraling winds, the ending result will cause a wave-like phenomenon, whirring onto the opposition.
- Debris and environmental surroundings may be drawn into the gravitational pull.

                                                                  ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

                                                                  HUMAN ║ DEATH ROAD ║ C-RANK

Bullseye. Syomn's shell hit its intended mark and he felt a bit proud of himself. He'd spent countless hours practicing that move after obtaining a couple parts from recent parts battles. The officer clutched his shoulder in pain for a moment. A moment which Symon took to slide to Teppei's side. "C'mon, we gotta get out of here like right now," Symon warned Teppei as the officer was beginning to recover. Watching East put on a sly smirk and begin to raise his hand, which at first puzzled Symon until he noticed the sudden arrival of the wind as it circled around his arm. Symon whipped his head back to Teppei with a look of pure concern. With the situation escalating, Symon had very few options to go with now. Leaving Teppei alone was definitely not one.

Symon took a deep breath and turned to Teppei, "I have a really insane idea. Either we survive this unreasonable amount of excessive force, never ride A-Ts again, or just die. I'd prefer the first one of course. Just follow my lead." Officer East pointed a finger gun at the pair and from his fingertip, a very powerful torrent of wind blew in their direction. The moment before he released the beam of wind, Symon reversed, skating backwards until the very moment that East fired and sprung upwards twisting into a 180 back flip. Spreading his arms out and flashing a s**t eating grin at the officer and Teppei, Symon caught the wind on his back, allowing it to drive him out of the alleyway and into the air.

"Catch ya later! Thanks for the ride!"

                                                                  Battle_Status

                                                                  HP: ??? // ???STA: 035 // 040Wear: 008%

◆ Air Cannon: More experienced riders of the Death Road have mastered the physical technique required to control their chaotic run. At this point the rider is skilled enough to perform a different type of 'release method'. Specifically, the signature method of the Death Road. Similar to the bloody road's "Zero-Max-Zero" theory, the Air Cannon requires the user first gather breaking heat through their run. The accumulated heat is amassed as a potent aura of vapor (liquified air). In what would appear to be the blink of an eye, the user will snap kick. In said motion the heat is removed from the treck, suspended momentarily, then propelled by a second powerful kick. The resulting beam of heated air has potential to dent sheet metal, completely sear through clothes, and burn flesh if with full and sustained contact. This is a C Class trick.

◆ Soul Snatch:The Rider will take a stance where their body is low to the ground, while riding. This low stance makes them slightly more aerodynamic, and is part one of the trick. While riding like this the rider will take the oncoming currents of wind, and begin breaking them down. Lowering the wind resistance temporarily, and allowing the rider to accelerate faster while riding like this. The breaking of the wind currents first makes a slight booming noise, then becomes a rumble that sounds like a roar. This comes from the air around the newly emptied zone of air rapidly refilling the area with air. When riding like this as well, the air the rider passes by becomes distorted, as if they literally ripped through the air. This is a C rank trick
                                                                  [+10 Speed Using The Trick]

                                                                  ◆ Slipstream Overheat
                                                                  Rank: C | Stamina: 3 | Wear: 5% | Road: Death
By riding behind or using another rider as a shield to break the wind. At that chance the rider will use that time to gather speed and heat for another boost of acceleration. Once enough heat is built up around the wheels it is then exerting and gives the rider a generated boost in speed.

With wide eyes, Teppei watched both Symon and the aforementioned Officer East. His psychopathic friend surely couldn't have meant to do what Teppei thought. And then the purple-eyed youth road backward a couple of steps and Teppei was left with two choices. Go with the flow, or get left behind. taking a deep breath and fighting back against a groan of pain. Alright. Time to put up or shut up.

"Alright Symon, you crazy ********. Let's blow our way the ******** outta here. Sky high!" Words were spoken even as he too began to skate back towards the mouth of the alley as the officer pointed a threatening finger at the duo of young men. Smirking back at the officer even as the gathering wind began to build a weapon of excessive force, Teppei had only a few words.

"Next time, hog, you should maybe relax a little. A stink pellet ain't worth all this, yeah boss?" And then the blast of wind flew from his finger and Teppei made like Symon, jumping up and catching the force of the blast, adding the blast to his own jump backward and effectively riding it out of the alley and in fact clear of the lot of the ATP offices.

A cough and a splatter of blood showed the state in which Teppei was left from his reckless and frankly suicidal plan, but he toughed it out, working so the effort his friend went to would not cost them their escape. He offered Symon a simple thumbs up as they road their train going anywhere.
