__________________ Roommates
In the event of saving up for house, I also realized something. I rarely use the home I am at now since I am away half the time at Cons. Looking for 1-2 Roomates. If 2, note one would have to take the Sofa. Either way, just because you interested doesn't mean you will be chosen. I may end up with 2 may end up with none. The Requirements are below.
Requirements:
~Can be Any Gender
~ Rent is Free
~Must at least know how use microwave if can't cook .i do not want my house burned down from stupidity
~ Must be okay with Storm Riding
~ Must sign a nondisclosure agreement about the dealings that goes on inside the Home including but not limited to, cosplay areas, con schedule, security passwords, credit card numbers, etc.
~ Must be able to be around without me wanting to
~ Be okay with noise any time of day or night
~ Be considerate and give warning if you wanna have "romance" with some person in the house. I talking give a call!!!
~ Prefer keep people out of the house as much as possible. I.E no parties or major amount of friends over
~Self Control. You will be given a credit card use for emergencies. DO NOT max these just because you can
~If part of a air trek team. Let me know up front
~ Occupancy can be taken away at any time.
