One of the top places to go to view the Cherry blossoms, a large pond lays in the middle and is set up like your general park with lots of free space and play grounds for the children. This is a designated meet up spot due to the fact that this place is considered too family friendly for Storm Riding fights. Not to mention harming any of the trees can be considered destruction of public property! This is a great place to meet up for those who wish to be around!
