He can come off as confident and self assured due to his bold and extroverted nature with people. Jesse is a very relaxed individual who has a go with the flow kind of attitude and generally doesn't get too riled up by most things. If someone insults him generally he'll find it funny and will more or less laugh it off with little difficultly. That being said, despite Jesse coming off as nothing but confident he's actually insecure about all of his relationships with people. He's always had trouble controlling his powers at times and he always has this nagging fear in the back of his mind that his friends only like him because his powers have fooled them into thinking they like him. Despite this if you do become a friend of his then you will have his undying loyalty and he will be there for you if you ever need anything.

xxxxxxxxx█ Allure: On command Jesse can release a special pheromone that will cause people he chooses to fall completely in love with him. How the love is interpreted is heavily dependent on the victims personality and it can range from a warm, fluffy, puppy love to the extreme end with single minded obsession and everything in between. Jesse still doesn't have full control over his powers yet and as such can unintentionally release pheromones that are much stronger than he intended, making the feeling of love that much stronger. He can also spread this to multiple people but the effects are weaker and weaker depending on how many people are effected by it. There are still many variables with this power that he's not completely aware of yet himself and things he'll have to learn through use and experimentation. One such test has shown that the effects can linger after he's released the person from the pheromone but this varies from person to person.

xxxxxxxxx█ Jesse has had his powers seemingly since the day he was born. His parents and blood family were immune to his pheromones that he gave off as an infant due to their shared blood. However everyone else around Jesse put the boy on a pedestal and treated him like he could do no wrong. His parents and family had a hard time keeping Jesse grounded since everybody seemed to be falling all over him and the boy abused this in his youth to get what he wanted. Eventually a Hero had come into his life when he was still young and helped to teach Jesse how to control and turn his power on and off so that it wasn't always just on. This had opened up his eyes as he now realized that a lot of the "friends" he had were only his friends because of his powers and this broke his heart. From then on Jesse only ever made friends the old fashioned way once he realized that his powers only gave the illusion of close bonds with other people. That being said however once he got into his teen years Jesse would take up basketball and get himself into shape and began to really go with his powers theme of romance and desire. Finally he decided that he wanted to honor the hero who helped him control his powers and taught him so much about being a good person and decided that despite his non combative powers Jesse would still work hard to become a real hero.

xxxxxxxxx█ Jesse surprisingly has no tattoos, however he does have silver stud earrings. As for his costume Jesse more or less goes with the most revealing yet tasteful outfit he can which is usually a brightly colored jacket, unbuttoned, no shirt, and skinny jeans. And to hide his identity he will wear a simple domino mask simply due to a lack of creativity.
