Red eyes wandered the area as she would walk along through the many stalls scattered with various wares, nothing was currently catching her attention and honestly, she was bored out of her mother ******** mind. Kyoko had dressed her in a red button up shirt and jeans while forcing her daughter into a bikini top and matching bottoms that both peeked out from her clothing despite having pulled all of it up. She felt like a hussy. So the second her mother and aunt went out of sight and started to mingle with other moms...sisters....what the hell ever; Ritz had pulled out a comfortable and soft jacket to wrap around herself again, 'Honey~ You wear skimpy clothes to get the necklaces ya know!" the memory of her question about being dressed in such revealing wear had been answered...didn't mean she liked it. A flick of his lighter caused a spark to ignite and set blaze the end of the cancer stick. With a long drag in the ember brighten as it ate the tobacco in its path. Exhaling smoke Alpha caught a certain blonde in his gaze. Wasn't that the girl who had helped him before? What was her name? Something like a cracker? Ritz! The name finally popping up in his head Alpha took another drag. Did she change her hair?
The thought being brushed off Alpha approached the crouched woman until he was standing next to her. His treks probably the first thing she'd notice. Well maintained even though they looked like they get a lot of use. After all Alpha didn't like people touching his treks. He had trust issues. Leaving him to do all his own maintenance up until this point. "Not bad for parts that were refurbished and used." His eyes keen while his tone was nonchalant to make himself known if he wasn't already. "Better den some of the trash you'd find in legit shops." His tone shifting to a harsh one Alpha took another drag of his smoke.

Fingers picked up various wheels as she ran the pads against the plastic...rubber...some were even made like tire wheels. She could feel various wear on them knowing full well these weren't top of the line brand new, but work had been done on them, she'd be anamored with a very thin plastic wheel as she wondered about changing it to bend up like fins to a fan.... Concentration was broken as she would hear a voice and soon spot a pair of AT's that looked fairly worn, her discerning eye told her she hadn't actually seen these before...maybe she had? Didn't matter as she tilted her head so she could peer up at the male who had spoken to her, "Yeah, not hard to fix them up to be a lot better though...some are pretty good designs that are reusable." she muttered casually. She placed the wheels down and stood up to stare at the male who it took her a long moment to recognize, he was that guy that got beat up...sort of. Red eyes shone with minor interest...she had definitely forgotten his name, "Well, most shops are out to make a quick buck, not make a name." she added with a light tone while turning to walk and look along the next stalls not at all bothered by much.
Minerva would make her way from stall to stall for several things. The first being to get some cheap ingredients, second try out of chinese candy, and the last to see what "indie" AT treasures she could find. Yawning a bit she waddled from stall to stall buying a few parts here and there and putting them in a bag as she eventually saw Ritz and making her way over. "Ritz... hi." She said giving a light smile and a wave. Her hands on her stomach as she got one of the parts out and dismantled it putting the special parts that caught her eyes in a slot in her bag and the junk in another. Dismantling some of the parts she bought to reveal some of the hidden treasures made Minerva lightly smile. "Are you... here to... get things... too? There are.. hidden... treasures... I'm looking... for here." Minerva asked still not good at communication before seeing Alpha and lightly bowing her head in greeting.

Using custom tech that Minerva has made the tool kit allows her to be able to create, and tune parts anywhere she goes as long as she has the parts and depending on the creations rank at a catch. The toolkit only has so many parts in it before Minerva has to return home and restock. Walking the streets and enjoying the festive atmosphere, she had beads on her neck and a drink in hand. "What a wonderful of the year." She said talking a sip of her drink. She looked all the little shops and things she could buy. "Maybe I should redecorate my kitchen? Hmm?" She tapped her chin as if she was thinking long and hard about it. Flicking away his finished smoke his hand rubbed the back of his neck. "To bad most of it's trash." Laughing to himself the raven haired man bought a bottle water from the same stand. Then all sold water after all. Complaining out loud Alpha twisted off the top as he took a sip.
Ready to walk off with the blonde the two would be confronted by another woman. A rather thicc one at that. Standing behind Ritz the death rider watched as the pregnant woman took and dismantled parts, taking only the innards she wanted. His eyes sharpening at the sight. How interesting. Asking what the blonde was here for Alpha had got a nefarious thought. Noticing Minerva's trouble with people. Alpha's arm slung around Ritz's shoulders before she could respond."Nope me and her is on a lover's date~ You wanna join too?"His tone nonchalant he'd smirk at the tuner devilishly. Of course this was only because he was bored.

Red eyes glanced back to see that Alpha had began to follow her after exclaiming that most of the stuff was trash and that it was...hot outside. She glanced down at her jacket and just shrugged, "Ain't that bad." she stated with a neutral tone. Soon the familiar sound of a certain tuner graced her ears and Ritz lit up with absolute joy as Minerva appeared before her dismantling parts with ease and tossing pieces away as she went along. Lightly tanned skin seemed to glow with happiness as the other spoke up in greeting, "Hey Min!" she greeted as the other continued to dismantle parts. Tilting her head to the side as she thought about the proceeding question about to answer before....

The arm that had wrapped around her was already a mild shock as the blond took to processing on....what the ******** was this idiot doing? Face turning straight for a moment before she'd stare at Min with a look of getting ready to snap, a blazing fire of clear aggravation was in the Over rider's eyes. One hand reached up as she grabbed his hand and pulled him closer with a forced smile and a minor tick in her jaw, "Oh yeah, my and whatever this guy's name is are on a ******** date." she stated coolly before with extreme swiftness her other hand just barely swung up and back straight into the other's crotch before releasing his hand and shoving him away, "I hardly know this guy." she sneered before her eyes rolled with clear sarcasm, "I'm just here to look around, I don't like....well I don't mind parties, but this ain't my style. Find any good parts?" she asked lightly as her pleasant demeanor returned, clearly having favoritism towards Min.
Across the way Cameron had been celebrating the festivities with a few locals he'd made friends with. Given his life was already one big party as it was he felt it'd be an intriguing event of inception to pencil this lovely little holiday into his schedule. He'd done Mardi Gras a few times back in the States but he had no idea that Japan celebrated it too.
For the sake of fitting in with the culture the young artist had somehow found himself without a shirt. Somewhere amidst the drinking, dancing, and celebrating he had lost it in the crowd. His hair was pre-emptively pulled back into a bun in the off chance that he got blackout drunk tonight; washing chunks from his locks wasn't a part of his to-do list.
He knew Fernando was around here somewhere, for such a big guy he was hard as hell to find. He didn't remember when they split off from the main group but Cameron found himself wandering the streets as the celebration raged on but this part of town appeared a little more tame. He took this time to sober up a little bit so he could get his bearings. Rolling along his treks he'd spot a familiar head of blonde hair from afar.

Blonde hair pulled to one side, brilliant crimsons, fair skin. Yeah that was Ritz alright, and she was with friends!"Heeeeeeeeey!"He'd call out to the trio with a friendly wave as he approached, but the closer he got the more he'd take in the situation. everything seemed normal. Her, what he assumed to be her, pregnant friend seemed to be in good spirits, as did the man, whose arm was around her? For a moment he'd blink but didn't cease his rolling. He'd wince a wink from watching Ritz's rage in person. He hadn't seen it before but she'd definitely mentioned it to him before. Once within a few feet of the action he'd come to a halt, confused, bewildered, with a hint of awkward concern as his eyes flitted between them.
Minerva's head would tilt in confusion when Alpha said they were on the date, it wasn't until Ritz' visual cues that the tuner put two and two together. Knowing what was about to happen Minerva would close one of her eyes as if to shield it for a bit before the clearly aimed attack to Alpha's crotch happened. When it was over Ritz explained as Minerva nodded before nodding again at the parts question. Min's hand was resting on her stomach as the other pointed one of the shots. "they have... wheel sets... over there... wheels are bad... but Axles are special. Made for quick.... tune ups.... easy to grease... the wheels with... those" Her hand moved to another shop. "They sell... shoddy...ATs there... but the wiring.... inside them... is stronger then...normal... Almost military style...wiring, but not. Like finding.... a good... Indie game." Again her hand moved to another store. "Over there... you can strip... the AT for the... lining... good gell pad... fit for comfort." Her hand moving to the store she was in, as she continued to explain her finds. "All round bad.... but has some interesting.... screws. Strong... and light." Her hand next pointed to a store and a big smile appeared on Minerva's face as she seemed to find a haul on this one. "That one... right there. Doesn't sell... Parts. At least that's.... what they want you to think." Minerva's switching flipping as she got excited on the part alone her broken speech coming together as she seemed to wake up. "Funny enough the part is in their cymbal banging monkeys they use an AT motor in them... get this though the motor pristine power motor. To compare it i'd say if AT's were cars that motor would be on a heavy duty truck, that motor is a beast for heavier build treks. The mother load of hidden... treasures." Something snapped Minerva out of her excitement as she rubbed her stomach in circles in light thought.
Minerva would be silent for a moment her hands resting on her stomach rubbing before looking at Ritz. "Ritz... I have an... important question for... you if... you can oblige... me?" She asked as another person came up. Minerva looking at him up and down a bit curiously from the way he was talking he was friends with Ritz and that was good enough for Minerva however seeing the concern on his face she looked at her stomach then him, before it dawned on her what to say. Minerva would lightly point for a second at alpha before talking to Cameron. Min also saw another girl but due to being back to her normal self she was a bit unsure if she should talk to the girl or how to ask if she needed help really. Though with most out of the way she'd explain to Cameron. "He hit the... Goku button... he should not have... done that."

Being pulled in suddenly Alpha smirked. Thinking the blonde was also playful in nature he'd go along with it. Not able to see the anger in her eyes the sarcasm in her tone clued him in. Before he knew it pain shot through his frame. Assaulted and pushed away the death ride took several steps back before crouching down in pain. "You ******** b***h.." He'd hiss while groaning out in pain to himself.
Taking a moment to reconstitute himself as anger pulsed through his frame. Reflecting on his past actions from just moments ago he'd feel the most slighted. The more he thought about it the more it made him angry. His heart rate elevated his skin would start to tingle like pins and needles. Rage engulfing Alpha like a storm he'd stand to his full height. Regaining his composure Alpha's right foot lifted and stomped down from behind Ritz. Both of his treks coming to life at the same time. Vibrations gushed out in a invisible wave across the ground. These vibrations would assault the the treks and legs of all riders within 10 feet of Alpha. It was a Petrifaction wave of vibrations. Everyone frozen in place unless they could counter, Alpha's eyes sharpened. An abrupt kick lashing out like a whip from his right leg. His foot looked to crash into a petrified Ritz's right side from behind. A liver blow that would dig up into her rib cage to be exact. His foot wrapped in vibrations sending them to ravage her insides. Her liver being assaulted by vibrations with the power to crumble stone and rock if she was hit. Such a critical spot had the power to TKO professional fighters. A kick imbued with ground braking feats. While the power of his kick attempted to put the blonde into one of the stalls they stood next to. Of course if it landed. Alpha's foot coming to a rest while he'd take out another smoke and light it up. Glancing at both Cam and Minerva to see what they would do.

→GBFs l Rank C -------► The 'Ground Breaking Feat' is a slightly more advanced and openly effective technique of the Gaia Road, allowing the user to make use of their new-found vibration control. After successfully learning to read the vibrations they can expend upon their own, turning their trecks into vibration riddled shock absorbers. The engine's build up of vibrations in the skates is transferred to the outside, creating a layer of semi-dense resonation. Despite no physical sign, the user's vibrations can be forcefully sent out from the trecks once making contact with an object or person, effectively expelling all that's been built up. The impact sends out a vibrating force that effects on an internal level, resonating 'through' objects and people. Though the effect appears to be exclusively external, the force spreads through to cause a moderate amount of damage. However, the effects of the 'Ground Breaking Feat' are more effective on inanimate objects, able to dent, crack, or shatter concrete and other hard rock substances. On other riders, the effects only cause moderate damage. This is a C Class trick.

They were coming in hot!
Trickling through the sky, high above the crowd, was the image of two masses of wind and pressure. From below they might thought to be stars the way they plummeted; completely free form through a brilliant expanse. Coming out of the funneling wind, the duo had hit their stride. Body shifting about in a circular fashion with only slight pivotal control for aerodynamic shifts. Purposely Giselle took the front so the mystery rider could pace his tailwind. This way, Symon wouldn't have to bare the weight of the wind that came with riding at such intense speed. Using bare hands to grasp the air, he'd being to spin as the duo neared the ground. Below, there were several figures, a few carts, some outlets set up; this was going to be bad for business. Slowing down? No way in hell was he going to do that! They were just beginning to have fun. "Stick the landing kid! We're burnin' soon as we hit ground zero!" Over all the turbulent gale force winds, he tried to yell.
And then, like a full force train, entered Giselle! Trailing spiraling whipping winds sprawling everywhere, sending people flying. A shop went tumbling to the side as the mass of air smashed into various objects and kept itself funneled steady around the duo. For a moment and only for a moment, the image of two riders could be made out. Legs outstretched as they came together side by side, smiling ear to ear. This was what it was about! This guy, he was really something! "Keep it up! Hhaha!"Foot touching down, but light as a nimbus, it looked like Giselle danced with nothing; interfacing without little but momentary decree. It'd heed his command. Like all good things, their time here would come to an end.
This being, their time on earth!

A swift contact that was an easy backhanded tap, he'd be bent over and muttering curses that she honestly didn't care about. Listening calmly to the other woman as she had started to explain about what had this and that until the sound of AT's revving caught her attention, the symphony of sound told him he was doing something and with her reflexes it wasn't hard for her to want to counteract. Within moments her own AT's revved to life as she would jump up briefly her AT's pulling in air as she twisted her hips, bringing her right leg into a high spin kick that would release a climax cannon as she aimed for his shoulder in a side hit due to him standing directly behind her. She could hear his AT's singing making it easy for her to decipher what he had been trying to do the second he revved his AT's, she couldn't perfectly identify the trick but she figured he was a gaia rider.
Were the kick to land Alpha would be sent flying into the stall they had just been at with all the wheels, even if it weren't going to hit and he managed to block she'd respond to Minerva at least, "Show me later Min, we can talk then." she muttered through gritted teeth, she couldn't glance at the new person who's voice sounded quite familiar as she was too busy attacking the male who had thought it okay to put his hands on her prior. Sure...it might have been a bit of an over reaction, but she didn't appreciate someone's arm coming around her and hanging dangerously close to her breasts...least not without a drink offered before hand. Her gloved left hand fisted as she felt like she'd seriously have to end this fool were he to continue on.

→{ Climax Cannon l Rank C } -------► The Over Road rider has advanced to the point that their understanding of the Windmill Theory and it's execution is to a more malleable degree. In this offensive technique, the user applies the theory to a wide arcing kick of some kind. At the peak of their kick's height, the wind is gathered and compressed in one swoop of the limb, causing a nitrous-like stream of wind to follow the kick's path. This forces the kick to be completed in a linear path from that point on, propelling the limb to follow it's course. At the end of the process, the accumulated wind explodes outwards the direction intended, expanding to form a what would appear to be a massive 'barrel' before the Over rider. This chamber is just a visual effect of displaced air, the actual attack being a fired beam of compressed wind energy. The pressurized cannon explodes with a concussive force upon impact, being enough to shatter wood and dent weak surfaces.
A very confused Cameron turned to the dark haired woman who'd briefly explain what was going on. "Wait, the what button?"

For a moment his gaze panned from the woman beside him back towards Rtiz and the angered man across from them. There came a sudden shift in mood, one much more hostile than before. The young artist batted his lashes in heavy confusion as he'd watch the brief exchange of blows between the two. Reeling back in shock he'd slowly take a step back to peer over his shoulder towards the hoard of people still moving about, one with a vuvuzela. Hasty thoughts intended on breaking up this little scuffle before anyone got hurt; primarily him and a pregnant woman who were the closest, Cameron would quickly push his way over to the man who'd been playing the thing in celebration."Sorry, need to borrow this."He'd quickly swipe the celebratory horn and clutch it with both hands, giving a head motion over to Minerva to signal that she may would have wanted to get behind him and cover her ears.
With a quick rev the wheels at his feet spun to life, a feint screech reverberating around him as he'd suction in the currents around himself. He wouldn't generate as much force as he'd like given his slight inexperience, but he'd compress what he could. With a drag of the heel and the flick of a foot Cameron would conjure a bubble of heavily folded and compressed wind in front of himself. As unstable and shaky as it was, it'd last long enough for him to take in a deep breath, set his lips to the vuvuzela and blow as hard as he could with the bubble right in front of it. The noise birthed would strike the bubble, funneling through it after bursting it to amplify the noise created. A thundering roar barreled out to wash over both Ritz and Alpha, the piercing sound waves loud enough to rattle the core but wouldn't cause in actual damage aside from a severe ringing in one's ears. Meant to be annoying and distracting long enough for them to cease their petty quarrel.
It was like the angry buzzing of a man-sized bee.
"Hey heeeeeeeeey! Cut that s**t out! The hell's the matter with y'all? You're really gonna do this here with all these people standing around?! This is suppose to be a celebration, c'mooooon! Now who wants booze? Anyone? Anyone?"
While he probably made things worse, Cameron was trying to cut the tension here. He'd top it off by shaking around an unopened bottle of some fancy alcohol whose name he couldn't read given his current inebriated state. Still, this was harshing his buzz!
Minerva hand would lead to her cheek in thought before explaining what the goku button was. "Goku... button. Noun. The action... or statement that... causes a response... of anger... to attack... usually should... not to be.... pressed." She explained however when Alpha attack went off Minerva was stunned and petrified her hands drifted on her stomach. She didn't have much to protect herself so when Ritz countered and the vibrations got away from her Minerva took a deep breath. The man who was next to her seemed to get an instrument and was preparing something and when he was ready he gave a signal. Minerva's own treks revved as she glided her way quickly behind the man and close her ears tightly as his plan to shout at the two went off. When the shout was over minerva's hands went from her ears to her stomach rubbing as the noise shook up her core a bit and was causing the babies to kick a lot making her wince as she tried to calm them. When the man started asking who wanted a drink Minerva tugged at his sleeve her blue and green eyes looked at him with a lazy stare and a very slight pout of her cheeks. "you... know it's... rude to offer.... people drinks... in front of.... someone who can't... drink." Minerva would state however she'd stay behind the man cause she had the feeling this wasn't going to end here. If it did that'd be great but if it didn't she needed more protection and Cameron was it.

The wheel looks normal however with a button push the wheels open revealing one large wire like part that can connect to another AT from there the buttons that Minerva's AT's have help further her tune up almost like adding coding to the ATs. When used in a basic or custom tuning the Tune Up is furthered by an extra +5 points however it can't be used to go over Minerva's max tune up abilities. it also can't be used for herself."

AT Tech: : - Mysterious Merchant: Rank C, "An advanced up-gradable tuning toolkit of Minervas design that is located as several bags on her thighs and arms for tools, and a backpack for parts. Using custom tech that Minerva has made the tool kit allows her to be able to create, and tune parts anywhere she goes as long as she has the parts and depending on the creations rank at a catch. The toolkit only has so many parts in it before Minerva has to return home and restock. Upgrading the toolkit adds 3 more uses to it's usage count however it must be upgraded at full AP price for it's new rank. The C rank toolkit only has 5 uses to use before it needs to restock. The usage of it's abilities to craft anywhere are as follows.
