The roads within Zaishin City are relatively narrow and closed off compared to most villages and cities, but they ultimately lead to every district within the walls. There are heavy samurai patrols in this part of the city. Often samurai will direct traffic and accidents can be frequent with the high number of horse-drawn carts that use the roads on a daily basis.

Sheva walked through the streets of Zaishin City for sometime before heading to her destination. She wanted to just observe the city that has been hidden from view for such a long time. She honestly quite enjoyed the Land of Iron so far... well besides the overall attitude of the samurai to outsiders; but that was something that was easily gotten over. She was here for a specific reason and she knew only one way of getting the information that she needed, she needed to meet the Shogun of this city. She looked at the horizon and noticed the massive palace. She looked around at everyone staring at her and decided that now was better then never. She headed in the direction of the Offices.

After leaving the tea house district, she just wanders into the streets, needing some kind of job or company in her time accordingly. She has to get stronger in order to serve Zaishin, her home very well, yet she is a unusual type of Samurai. A pair of chopsticks isn't something that comes to mind when it comes to a Samurai but her definition of a Samurai is someone who fights and believes in the Samurai Code. If they believe and follow the code, down to the last letter, they are worthy of being called Samurai. Someone that swings around a Katana isn't a Samurai if they don't have belief in the code.
Though she notices a man out of the corner of her eye, he is a cut above the rest it appears. Horns prodding out of his forehead with red lining like make up down from his eyes like he is crying blood. She decides on her own to go to this man with her steps very precise and gentle like "Good day, i never seen you around before, you new in town?" Samatha is such a bright greeter, having a big smile on her face looking the man in the eyes. She even made sure her body language is very friendly in greeting to him, she clearly knows by his horns, he isn't a normal person among the Zaishin's populace.

He smiled pleasantly in return as she seemed friendly enough. He knew that his husband Akihiko would have wanted him to be more standoffish but it was not in the oafish half oni's nature. Although Akihiko did ingrain in him a sense of caution that he did not have before. It made it harder to take advantage of him. Especially in a land where many still held prejudices against the people from his maternal bloodline. "I'm A-ka-ran Ka-gu-ya. I'm a samurai and yokai ambassador." He sounded out the syllables of names and proper nouns in a way that only an oni truly could. Although most of his speech still had the traditional Zaishin dialect to it. Akaran was always a mixture of the two cultures and even his speech would represent such. He bowed to Samatha politely before continuing. "I've been away from Zai-shin for a long time. But I was born here. Nothing can change that. What's your name?" Akaran was protective of the fact that he was just as much of a native of Zaishin as any other samurai. However, he also knew that he could only correct misunderstandings and prejudices through compassion and time. He waited to see if this stranger was in need of this.

"Its good to meet you as well though you will always be welcome in my book. Let me tell you something what i believe what a Samurai is, a Samurai isn't someone that has a Katana, a fancy sword to swing around. A samurai is someone who serves Zaishin and believes strongly in one of the Bushido code. It also should have personal value to the Samurai itself and without that value, the samurai could fall on the way side of fulfilling their own code. Don't forget that, Akaran, its important you know that." She said with a smile as she would put her left hand over her eye patch, thinking about her friend's eye behind it.
With such a eye, she has been able to see things she wasn't able to see before, as if her friend is giving her his insight into things. There she is, on the streets where citizens and others moving so quickly, running from a group she sees, her eyes go into shock. By their gear and what they are wearing, its Nobles, the very group she holds responsible more then anything about the condition of Zaishin and her best friend Lyx who died because of their issues with others. As he finished speaking, a swing of his hand send a blade of pure chakra flying from his arm. Slicing through a chunk of the rebellion army. The signal supposedly causing the noble forces to once again initiate combat rushing towards the rebellion army and the battle continued to rage on.

Samatha would cross her arms as she would sigh at this man's response, its pretty clear he has made up his mind and has issued command to the noble forces to continue. "How unfortunate, you choose not to stand down and continue such blood shed." She with her new obtained speed and such precision with the Sharingan active, she would initiate the technique known as Knee Strike at max potency, aiming to weaken her opponent as much as possible. This would also blow him back and make him sluggish if successful which she would move in more to do Raising Drop on him. In this attempt, she's aiming to put him out of commission but also present a message to the rest of them if they decided to continue their foolish actions. Though the rebellion army that is there up against the noble forces, its also a message for them to go home as well. She would use the Raising Drop to elevate the man starting with a low sweep kick quickly transitioning into a backflip for the heel to strike upwards into the man's body. If the Raising Drop is successful together with the successful effort of Knee Strike, leaps into the air, doing rising kick to keep the man elevated and airbourne. During that, with her right above him, she forces her heel down on upon his head sending him spiraling into the ground, driving towards the earth. This would if combo had completely got through, the man would be knocked out with suffering a concussion. The big thing why she chose this technique is to avoid breaking bones or potentially put this man at death's door out of compassion.
She has half a mind to use Form Of Destruction but it would take a great deal of Chakra and Stamina to use and that if she does use it, there would be much greater injury then what the man received if attacks landed. If anybody checks on the person or watches her form of attack carefully, the force is there but not excessive or her having the intent to kill. This indeed is taking a lot of will to hold such things back, after all this man is a example of a person that would allow her best friend to die. If the attack is successful and the man is out, she would carry him and lean him up against a wall where he can rest peacefully and she would avoid attacking in the area he rest. If she had a blanket, she would put it on him so he would at least be comfortable and medics would get called to tend to him.

If two elemental bloodlines are chosen then the primary bloodline's elemental affinities become your base elements and you gain full access to those elements while your secondary bloodline gives you locked elemental affinities that you cannot learn ninjutsu techniques from but you gain full access to the secondary bloodline. Locked elemental affinities can be unlocked through methods such as ninjutsu class or personal attributes. Elemental affinity personal attributes are automatically allotted to locked affinities. Jiongu users do not have access to Dual Ancestry nor can they be chosen as a secondary bloodline. Dual Ancestry users do not have access to the implant system including the Genetic Palette personal attribute. If you use multiple techniques from both of your bloodlines in the same post without Korabo then those techniques are increased in effectiveness by one rank. β’ Upon learning Awoken Sage Mode, the user gains 5 custom techniques that may be used only when in Awoken Mode. For human sages, their customs must revolve around their class or maruton techniques.
β’ Both Sages can enhance their ninjutsu with Overwhelming. This overwhelming is capable of affecting jutsu up to S+ as opposed to normal disciplines limitation of only being able to apply it to S and below. This overwhelming can be applied to any two of the userβs elements by paying a cost of half nature chakra and half regular chakra. Human sages may do this with any two elemental natures (including Maruton) of their choice, while animal may only apply feat this to elemental natures that they share with their animal. Once chosen these elements cannot be changed.
β±β°β± Amaterasuβs Cloak | All fire based techniques produced by the Uchiha are considered bloodline techniques.The flames are turned black and fire based techniques are reduced by 5 chakra per rank with a minimum of 5 chakra to be paid for a technique. For each rank of a technique, it's flames burn actively for one post or one additional post if a limit is given.
β±β°β± Illusory Prowess | This attribute allows any and all genjutsu to be cast through eye contact with the Uchiha. In addition, the genjutsu cast in this manner have the sight sense added to them at C Rank body. At S Rank body, the user's genjutsu are given the chakra sense. Also, mental stress or insanity can be added to any genjutsu cast through eye contact for an additional fifty percent chakra cost.
β±β°β± Melee Prodigy The user obtains a [1] point increase to agility while their sharingan is active for each body rank they have obtained. In addition, the user's first physical offensive activation every three posts gains a [1] point increase to speed per rank of their body, also requiring the eyes to be active.
β±β°β± Piercing Accuracy | The clansman is more proficient than his fellow clan members at striking tenketsu. One's gentle fist application allows them to reduce 1.5 times the amount of chakra spent in a juken strike instead of 1.25. For example, if one spends 80 chakra on a gentle fist technique, the attack robs the target of 120 instead of the 100 normal clansmen would reduce.
β±β°β± Purest Lineage | The clansman's thoroughbred lineage allows them access to the Byakugan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation. In addition, should they unlock the Tenseigan, they may have 50% less reserves to maintain it than other clan members and may also activate the Tenseigan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation.
β±β°β± Physical Prowess | The Hyuuga gains a [2] point increase in any stat after mastering stage 3 of the gentle fist and another [2] points after mastering stage 6 for a total of [4] rather than [2]. In addition, the Hyuuga gains [3] custom slots to be used exclusively for the gentle fist style and [1] taijutsu style slot.
Effect Active:
1) β° Knee Strike | Rank X | Simple [Used At S] A Taijutsu technique where the ninja braces against the ground and drives a powerful knee into their enemy, hurling them away. The impact of this technique knocks the breath out of the target, making them sluggish, suffering a [1] point decrease in speed per rank of the technique.
2) β° Raising Drop | Rank S | Simple This technique utilizes the user's optimal strength for a barrage of painful combinations. The user performs a low sweeping kick, transitioning into a backflip that allows the user's heel to strike upward into the opponent's body. Should this opening be unblocked the remainder of the attack is ensured to strike. Following this opening, the user leaps into the air, pressing their shin into the target's chin with a powerful rising kick. This combination ensures the opponent is airborne for the remainder of the technique. To complete the combination the user may launch an additional kick skyward, sending the target flying or perform a heel drop upon their head and drive them into the earth. Target's who are sent flying suffer a [2] point decrease in endurance for the remainder of the fight while opponents who are knocked into the earth are knocked unconscious after suffering a concussion, allowing the user to either greatly hinder an opponent or end the fight altogether.
