The little ball of brown fluff flopped out after his siblings as he stared at the world around him and blinked owlishly, everything was odd out here, odd and bright and smelled funny. But at least mother was around to make this bareable. His siblings did also but they were very energetic and he was still incredibly new to this whole thing called 'life' and felt a certain pall of dread fall over his head before his pale sister tried pouncing a fluttery thing.

Watching it thwart her he frowned in concern of his snowy sister's fallen confidence and moved to gently bump her back with his snout. Trying to be atleast somewhat reassuring whilst also assessing his surroundings with a faintly skeptical air.

"It's okay you'll get it eventually..." His ears flattened a little before looking up to his mother. "Mom why are we out here?"

Kamau had followed right on the tail of their white-furred sister, a look of curious wonder in his tan eyes as he looked over the wide opened land. At least to his inexperience the area their mother let them out into looked absolutely huge! "Oh wooow~" After taking it all in, he turned to check in with Mom to make sure that they were alright. A bright smile lighting his face when he didn't see any obvious worry on her face.

She said to behave themselves, but she didn't say anything about exploring, rough housing. Obviously if she was against that sort of thing she would have said so. Ears pressed forward he found his attention flicking from one thing to the next before the sound of his siblings voices caused his ear to twist their direction. A quick glance showed they weren't doing anything super interesting, but that could change in an instant! So he turned their way and padded over with a confident bounce in his step. He already felt like an outside pro.

"Hey, Kamaria, Dustu." His greeting was quieter than normal, as if he was trying to keep the conversation between the three of them alone. "Do you guys want to go exploring?"

Mom told them to behave, not to stay close. After all, how could she expect that with all the new things they could find!

Ahyoka bounded forward behind her alabaster sister and watched Kimaria spring about after the butterfly with delight. While she was, of course, elated to be outside the den and finally able to see more of the world beyond the family's increasingly cramped den, Ahyoka's true happiness was seeing happiness in others. The little tan cub loved watching others in their times of joy, and her siblings' reactions held her interest better than seeing a plant or a bug. After her sister gave up on catching the insect and sat back sadly, Ahyoka frowned - Kimaria's displeasure just would not do. Casting her amber gaze around them, Ahyoka was trying to find something to distract her sister when Kamau came over and suggested exploration. The tiny lioness perked up immediately.

"That sounds like fun!", she whispered excitedly. She wasn't entirely sure why Kamau was speaking in hushed tones, but she decided to follow suit anyway. "Where should we go first?"
