Rhian has found a nice little spot to rest and call home for the time being. She hadn’t found an exact place to call home for good, but she was still looking and the more she looked the more exhausting it was. She never thought being along like this would be so hard. She wasn’t the type to hang around a lot of other individuals and was seen as weird even by her own siblings. If she saw someone hurt, she would help them in any way she could even if it meant putting herself in harms way. She was a lot like her mother because it was one of the reasons her mother and father had gotten together. She helped him with his injuries in a time of need. This was something she looked up to. Admired even.

Walking out of the small bit of shrubbery, she wandered onto the open plains. She stood out like a sore thumb because of her coat and her bright blue marks. There was no way of hiding her, which made it a little more difficult to hunt for food. She managed by sheer luck and will to survive. It was the only thing she could do after all. She noticed what looked like a injured animal in the distance and even though she was a little hungry, she approached it with no ill will. She looked down at the small hare whom looked panicked by her presence, but then she noticed it had it’s leg caught in a small thorny shrub. She didn’t know what to do at first other then to calm the little guy down. “Hey..it’s going to be alright..” She spoke softly not even sure if she was making any difference until she noticed the hare stop freaking out as much. “I’m not going to harm you..just relax.” She said in a soft tone as she examined the area seeing what the hare had done. “Okay..pull your leg out slowly when I say..” She extended one of her nails and pulled on the bramble a little bit so that the hare had enough room to pull it’s leg out. Once it did, she watched it scurry a little away and look at her. She noticed it didn’t seem too afraid, which was a good sign because this was the type of thing she wanted to do. She wanted to help others.

She watched it run off and felt proud of her actions even if they were small. She continued onward seeing more animals around then the previous days and for once she didn’t feel too alone. She felt like maybe she found a place where she could lend her help before moving on.

User ImageAnhunanol had sensed the change in the world around him as the great battle in the heavens finally came to a close. He had been tossed from the Haven as all the other gods had been and barred from entry by the two warring giants, leaving the god alone and afraid in the mortal realm. Warnings from other gods he had met before his untimely departure from the safety of the mountain had him on edge, but the more time he spend down among the mortals the more right he felt. Up in the cold and the snow had been nice. Safe. But here he felt he belonged. Needed. Indeed, his domain was one that mortals frequently found themselves expressing either intentionally or by chance, and as he roamed he found himself drawn to those who expressed incredible selfless tendencies. He had yet to show himself to anyone for fear of them being like those he had been warned of - god hunters, killers who wanted his power even though slaying him would do nothing of the sort - but now as he watched a lioness who was clearly a few days off a good meal free a struggling rabbit from a bramble, he knew it was time.

Taking a deep breath, Anhun debated on hiding his form. While he didn't have wings like some of his brethren, he still had two massive horns sprouting from his head and his size alone was enough to alert someone that he wasn't 'normal'. Instead he decided to approach the lioness as he was, hopeful that she wouldn't flee in fear or attack. Heart pounding, Anhun let the invisibility he had cast over himself melt away, leaving him exposed behind the dark female.

"That was very kind of you," he said softly. For such a large creature his voice was as gentle as a breeze.
