[My Four Seasons]

tab Technology in ponies is both very similar to the human world and not. While their world is modernish, they have limited ways of travel and magical tech you wouldn't find in the human world. As a result, this guide is useful in figuring out just what is and isn't a part of the world.

tab Ponies do not have cars nor will they. They have boats, carriages, trains, and two-pony planes. Unfortunately, none of this technology is strong enough to leave the continent. The continent is surrounded in a fog so thick it cannot be seen through. Compasses break when ponies try to enter the fog and they find themselves turned around if they keep persisting. Maybe one day technology will improve enough to leave the continent, but until then ponies are bound to the seasonal continent.

tab Carriages are an old technology and can either be run by other ponies, or spells can create spectral masses that can pull the carriages for a short period of time. They're used for pony and goods transport.

tab Planes are limited to solo use or two ponies. Created by Flynt (owned by Peterpan_da144), they are still very new to the world and incredibly expensive to obtain.

tab Trains are the main transport for ponies going long distance. Railroads cover much of the continent and are protected by the Four Kingdoms. Kept clean, safe, and constantly expanding, railroads are the best bet for a pony to get somewhere far.

tab Boats exist but are limited to the water within the continent.

tab Portals are a very new concept and not implemented in the common world. Run by unicorns, they only can be found within the actual castles the Four remain within and are primarily only used by the queens to quickly leap between kingdoms.

tab The world is very similar to ours when it comes to electronics. The thing is, they are powered a bit differently. Poorer parts of the world use electronics powered by electricity, while more wealthy areas use electronics powered by magic. The different in electronics fueled by either is minor but enough; magic based electronic do not need to be recharged and can access WiFi at all times while electricity based electronics need to be recharged and need methods of access to WiFi. Magical electronics also often are imbued to be more durable.

tab Ponies have computers, phones, tablets, music devices, internet, and more features. While they are most likely named differently in this world, they live a life very similar to our own.

tab Everchange as a whole is incredibly accommodating to those disabled. It makes sense, though, seeing as there's some many breeds with different limb types throughout the world. The world itself has various means to do every day things, so it was easy enough to try and create methods for those who need a little more assistance in life.

tab Magic is a huge helper in the medical field. Those missing limbs can receive magical limbs. While solid in nature, they range in various colors and transparency. While they can resemble a natural arm, many ponies opt for otherwise because why not have a pretty galaxy arm instead?

tab Those who are blind also can be provided with pendants that can see for them. They'll loudly announce what they see, unfortunately, but their magic is useful in helping blind ponies get about daily life. The pendant cannot actually give the pony sight, but it'll observe what's around them. It has settings as well, although none to lessen their volume. The settings allow for them to say everything they see, or to let them only say what you ask them to see. Some advanced pendants can even answer their owners questions.

tab Mute ponies can find journals that write for them using magic the pony controls. Said journals need to be attuned to the user, by via Unicorn enchantment they can perfectly translate the owners thoughts for another pony to see.

tab There are many other ways to assist a disabled pony, and a lot of them are up to customers to discover and create. Basically, magic is a ponies friend, and a lot can be done using it.
