Kekkei Genkai: Are abilities passed down genetically in specific clans. Kekkei Genkai and their related Jutsu can't be taught or copied by others, but it is possible to confer the ability to another person if it's localized in a particular organ like the eyes via organ transplant, like Obito passing his Sharingan eye to Kakashi. Kekkei genkai abilities that work via the user's eye are called Dojutsu. Kekkei Genkai is usually translated into Bloodline Limit or Blood Limit techniques.
Dojutsu: Is a subcategory that is not one of the main skill arts. This Jutsu ability stems from the unique qualities of the users' genetics. Dojutsu techniques involve abilities inherited in the eye that do not involve hand seals. Dojutsu techniques have several abilities. Some of these give one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat his or her opponent. Some grant the user access to special techniques, and others allow for the use of techniques that would otherwise be impossible due to physical restraints.
Elemental Manipulations: Besides the five basic nature types, there are several more advanced types. By using two basic types simultaneously, one can create a completely new nature with unique properties. This is not something every Shinobi can do, though. Only those people who have certain Kekkei Genkai have this ability, and thus, must be of the proper bloodline for it to work. Chakra Manipulations: Members of different clans all have their unique way of the shinobi. Whether how their family orients themselves with other people, how they fight in battle, or who they are allowed to marry. The members of the clans are able to manipulate their chakra in a way that normal shinobi cannot. Where it is using their shadow as a weapon or growing to tremendous sizes. Unlike Bloodlines, which must be bred, a Clan can be learned by anyone with proper time, training, and other, similar concerns.

___The Hyuuga Tale: The Hyuuga clan (日向一族, Hyūga Ichizoku) is one of the oldest and most powerful clans in Konohagakure. All members born into this family possess the Byakugan, a kekkei genkai that gives them extended fields of vision and the ability to see the chakra circulatory system amongst other things. The clan is separated into two parts, the main house (宗家, Sōke) and the branch house (分家, Bunke), a system that protects the secrets of the Byakugan from outsiders. The main house runs the family while the branch house protects it. The members of the branch house are branded with a cursed seal upon the next heir/heiress of the main house's third birthday. This seal gives the main house members absolute control over the branch members, because they can destroy the branch members' minds with a simple hand gesture, or cause them great pain to punish them. This seal also makes sure the secret of the Hyuuga's Byakugan is safe, because it seals the Byakugan after the wearer of the seal dies. Because they are essentially servants, simply because of their birth order or heritage, some branch house members are hostile to those of the main house. Members of the clan are instructed in the use of the Gentle Fist style, which uses the Byakugan to view the opponent's Chakra Pathway System and deal precise blows to disable and impede the flow of chakra. Due to training in this style, Hyuuga clan members tend to have excellent chakra control. This is emphasized in jutsu that utilize this chakra control, as well as the nuances of the Gentle Fist style. The clan's strongest techniques, like the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, are only allowed to be taught to members of the main house. ___( For guild purposes, Shinobi Nations has no separation between main and branch houses. This includes the exclusion of the branch curse mark. )
___Elaboration: The Byakugan (白眼; Literally meaning "White Eye".) is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyuuga clan. It is one of the three great dōjutsu, along with the Sharingan and the Rinnegan. Those that inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless white eyes (Neji's and Hinata's eyes seem to have tints of blue-grey and lavender, respectively). When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge. It also appears that unlike the other two dōjutsu, all members of the clan possess and can use the kekkei genkai from birth, as opposed to needing to awaken it.The Byakugan's abilities have left it highly coveted by the other villages, as evidenced by Kumogakure's attempt to steal it during the Hyuuga Affair. Ao of Kirigakure was able to obtain a Byakugan from an opponent he defeated, and goes to great lengths to protect it; at the same time, Danzō Shimura goes to equal lengths to retrieve or destroy it. Unlike transplanted Sharingan, Ao's Byakugan can be activated and deactivated at will. The first ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. The second ability is being able to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person, and can be improved. The last ability was to be able to see the infrared spectrum allowing one (like Hinata) to detect things through their body heat. In Part I, Neji Hyuuga was able to see an area of 50 meters, but later he increases his visual range to at least 800 meters, while Hinata Hyuuga's range in Part II stretches at least as far as 10 km. However, the Byakugan cannot see through certain barriers, such as the Four Black Fog Battle Formation used by the Sound Four. The third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, chakra flow as well as the chakra circulation system inside the body with great detail. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style: Gentle Fist. Unlike the Strong Fist, which is focused on external injuries, the Gentle Fist style focuses on internal injuries. Each strike, when placed correctly, strikes along the chakra pathway system, which is the network of vessels that carry chakra. This network is closely intertwined with the functioning of the body's organs, and so, when the keirakukei take damage, the organs suffer as well. There is no defence against the Gentle Fist, since one cannot train one's internal organs to become stronger. The only possible defence is to stop the Gentle Fist's hits from connecting. Also, like the Sharingan and Rinnegan, the Byakugan's ability to see chakra and its flow allows the user to detect chakra sealed barriers. It was also shown in the anime that the Byakugan can also discern a transformation and a real person using the eye's ability to see chakra. Particularly skilled users of the Byakugan can take the Gentle Fist style one step further. Along the keirakurei are 361 pinprick-sized nodes called tenketsu, or chakra points. When struck, the Byakugan user can choose to either seal, or forcibly open these tenketsu, thus giving the user complete control over their opponent's chakra system. So, with precision, all those points along the victim's body can be sealed, stopping the chakra flow to those areas. Able to strike without force, and yet do more damage to a ninja than some of the most powerful ninjutsu, the Gentle Fist has been labeled as the greatest taijutsu style known in all of Konohagakure.

___Restrictions: • While Hyuuga are not the only ones who may utilize the Gentle Fist, but they are the only ones able to use it to perfectly strike chakra points and drain chakra during the usage of it. ___Byakugan Usage: • The Byakugan requires a hand sign and [15] chakra to activate. Activation takes • The Byakugan is maintained active by an upkeep of five [5] Chakra or Stamina every post, though which energy pool is used to pay is up to the Hyuuga themselves.
___Byakugan Abilities Overview: • The Byakugan grants a radial third-person view. • The Byakugan can see the exact workings of the chakra system. • The Byakugan can see through solid objects not made of 5th Era Technology. • The Byakugan is not effected by basic obscuring methods. ( Smoke pellets, fog, etc. ) • The Byakugan can magnify, zoom, & see within the infrared spectrum. • Unlike a transplanted Sharingan, a transplanted Byakugan can be activated and deactivated at will, following the same rules as above for Byakugan use.
___Art Of The Gentle Fist: The Gentle Fist style of combat is based on palm strikes and generally aims to damage the body's chakra pathway system, thus creating difficulty by inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra pathway system. The chakra can then be used to rupture or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu. It was also commented by Neji Hyūga that any chakra-based substance can be destroyed by putting chakra in it with his Gentle Fist. Also, as noted by Kidōmaru, this is done by using the chakra openings in one's hands to reform chakra into a needle-like shape to cut through chakra. It is unknown if this can be done by any Gentle Fist user or just those who see the tenketsu. It can also be used to attack the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra pathway system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name "gentle fist." Because the chakra pathway system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyūga clan, it has become their signature style of combat. The ability to inflict severe internal trauma with minimal external force, combined with chakra network manipulation, makes the Gentle Fist the most reputable and fearsome taijutsu style known in all of Konohagakure. In contrast to this, the technique can also be used for supplementary purposes such as helping comrades on the battlefield. This was displayed by Hinata during the Fourth Shinobi World War when she used the technique to fix Naruto Uzumaki's dislocated shoulder joint. • Requires [20] posts to learn. • Chakra must be infused in each attack to deal damage of the corresponding amount. ___Gentle Fist Taijutsu Techniques: Shōtei [ Palm Bottom ] Rank: D Official Description: This attack consists of a quick, precise thrust of the users' palm to an opponent's body. Like other Gentle Fist techniques, it sends chakra into the target to cause internal damage which will temporarily paralyze an opponent.
Hakke Kūshō [ Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm ] Rank C This technique is similar in practice to Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven, but has a specific target rather than a general area. To perform it, the user precisely pinpoints the enemy's vital points with the Byakugan and releases a high-speed palm thrust. A "vacuum shell" compressed using the Gentle Fist is formed to attack the opponent's vitals from a distance, blowing them off their feet with tremendous force before they even notice they were hit. • Max range: 10 yards
Hakke Kūhekishō [ Eight Divination Signs Vacuum Wall Palm ] Rank C Hakke Kuuhekishou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline and is a tandem usage of Hakke Kuushou. The two Hyuuga clan members will each perform Hakke Kuushou with their opposite palms while back to back (or a single person using two hands), to emit a wave of chakra towards their target. Requires Korabo training, but the end product is 2 ranks higher in ability rather than 1 if used in collaboration.
Jūkenpō Ichigekishin [ Gentle Fist Art One Blow Body ] Rank C A technique born from their innate ability to expel chakra from every tenketsu on their body, a member of the Hyūga clan can hit their opponent with a blast of chakra that will send them flying away from the user. It was also shown that this technique can be used with pin-point accuracy to target the weak point of a technique exemplified when Neji Hyūga was trapped by Kisame Hoshigaki's Water Prison Technique, and was able to dispel it. Can disrupt Chakra structures.
Hakkeshō Kaiten [ Eight Trigrams: Heavenly Spin ] Rank C A secret taijutsu that is orally handed down only within the main house of the Hyūga, this technique utilizes the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from all the chakra points on the user's body. It is also a defensive maneuver to compensate for the Byakugan's blind spot as the released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. After releasing chakra from every tenketsu in their body, the user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a rotating shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. The user can also actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation. This technique is only effective when rotating, since the chakra itself is not enough to stop a physical attack thus if they cannot spin, the user becomes vulnerable. It should be noted that certain attacks can pierce through this shield. ( If they are one [1] or more ranks above the chakra used to generate the spin. If you cannot learn a certain rank of technique, you cannot create shields equal to that amount. ( A D rank genin cannot learn A ranked bloodline jutsu, so he cannot create A rank shields. Hakke Sanjūni Shō [ Eight Trigrams: Thirty-Two Palms ] Rank C The Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms technique is a maneuver of the Gentle Fist fighting style. It is essentially a halved version of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, but seems to be no less effective. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through thirty-two chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move.Once someone is within range of her field of divination, Hinata assumes her Gentle Fist stance and begins to deliver her attack: First, two consecutive strikes to make two • Second, another two consecutive strikes to make four • Third, four consecutive strikes to make eight • Fourth, eight consecutive strikes to make sixteen • Fifth, and then another sixteen consecutive strikes in succession to make a total of thirty two.
Hakke Rokujūyon Shō [ Eight Trigrams: Sixty-Four Palms ] Rank B The Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms is a maneuver of the Gentle Fist fighting style. It is reserved only for the Main branch of the Hyūga clan. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through sixty-four chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move.Once someone is within range of Neji's field of divination, he assumes a Gentle Fist stance and begins to deliver the attack: First, two consecutive strikes to make two • Second, another two consecutive strikes to make four • Third, four consecutive strikes to make eight • Fourth, eight consecutive strikes to make sixteen • Fifth, sixteen consecutive strikes to make thirty two • Sixth, another thirty two consecutive strikes in succession to make a total of sixty four strikes.
Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō [ Eight Trigrams: One Hundred and Twenty-Eight Palms ] Rank A The Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms is a maneuver of the Gentle Fist fighting style. It is essentially a doubled version of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms performed at twice the speed. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through one hundred and twenty-eight chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move. Alternatively, it can be used to hit a great number of targets very quickly. Once someone is within range of Neji's field of divination, he assumes a Gentle Fist stance and begins to deliver the attack: First, two consecutive strikes to make two • Second, another two consecutive strikes to make four • Third, four consecutive strikes to make eight • Fourth, eight consecutive strikes to make sixteen • Fifth, sixteen consecutive strikes to make thirty two • Sixth, thirty two consecutive strikes to make sixty four • Seventh, another sixty four consecutive strikes in succession to make a total of one hundred and twenty eight strikes.
Hakke Hasangeki [ Eight Trigrams: Mountain Crusher ] Rank A A powerful variation of [ Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm ]. This technique sends a mid-range wave of chakra directly towards an opponent, emitting from the palm. The impact is more than enough to shatter stone, so one can only imagine the damage it deals to the human body. • Max range: 15 yards
Jūho Sōshiken [ Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists ] Rank A The user forms two large lion-shaped shrouds of chakra around their hands, then attacks the opponent with them. Though its full power was not shown in the manga, in the anime, it was shown that this technique has enough power to destroy Pain's chakra rods, as well as momentarily stunning the target after the attack lands (1 full post). Can also be a short [ 3 meters ] ranged attack. Lasts five (5) posts. All attacks gain a moderate strength increase for the duration of the attack.
Shugohakke Rokujūyon Shō [ Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms ] Rank S Created by Hinata Hyuuga, this technique allows her to emit a constant stream of chakra from her palms, creating extremely sharp chakra blades. With her natural flexibility, Hinata can reach any point around her, allowing her to hit any target within her field of vision. While using this jutsu, Hinata moves extremely fast- almost a blur -allowing her to hit hundreds of targets with extreme precision, much alike the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. It is so precise that it can cut smaller targets ( like bees. ) in half. Additionally, Hinata can control the size of the chakra beams in her palms, allowing her to create larger, arc-shaped chakra beams that spread out across her entire attack range. The technique was powerful enough to considerably fly back a Giant Bee summoning. With the addition of Hinata's flexibility, the technique creates an "absolute defense" effect similar to that of the Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, though the cutting nature of the chakra prevents any outside force from restricting it. In this way, the technique can be used as both an offensive and defensive maneuver.

___The Mugen Tale: The Mugen clan originated from the great mountain heights of the Land of Lightning, noted as an established family prior to the formation of the national ninja villages. Their golden eyes enable the clan to virtually read the natural chakra in the air around them; allowing them to view movements at various angles, and granting them the ability to focus chakra to push and bend the air in any direction their golden eyes are fixated. Of all the elegant simplicities they practiced, the young Mugen were most drawn to archery—boasting their powerful sight, and wind controlling abilities to deliver what would be utterly impossible shots by others. By refining and manipulating their abilities, the Mugen quickly rose from infancy to become a powerful and feared clan throughout the country.
Even though the Mugen were one of many families responsible for helping concrete Kumogakure's strength as a national power, they were still utterly against the idea of "mass producing" ninja in order to turn them into tools of war, rather than weapons of espionage and assassination. It was in fact the Mugen's blatant and open detest toward the ideas of "ninja wars," that caused them to deny a seat in Kumogakure's council, and slowly began the scrubbing of their name from the public. The denial of the Raikage's offer also marked the clan's descent from the mountain peaks, like a dripping spill, separating the Mugen from a mass collective into various small groups and subfamilies; most of which today no longer practice the original clan's tradition of isolationism. They do, however, all hoist the one, same, and true family crest—the symbol for cyclical infinity—the draconian Ouroboros.
___The Kinmukugan: The Kinmukugan ( "Pure gold eye" ) is a doujutsu that originally developed from an unnatural focus of chakra in the eyes, much like any other doujutsu, which morphed because of its incubation in the climate of the Land of Lightning's mountain peaks. This intense buildup of uniquely developed chakra allows the Mugen to do several things; such as control air to an extent, visually snuff out natural chakra, and even explore the interaction of a subject's personal chakra with the chakra of its environment. They cannot, however, view the chakra workings of any subject, such as a human's chakra circulatory system. Those with the Kinmukugan are, in essence, chakra-color blind; seeing instead of personal colors, generalizations and signatures / styles of chakra drift. To a Mugen with their doujutsu active, ambient chakra—the chakra of the world—appears as a green outline; the chakra of living creatures appears as a blue aura; all of which bear different thickness and patterns of flow, allowing one subject to be differentiated from another. Thanks to these colors and patterns, the Kinmukugan owner is able to effectively track specific targets; and usage of "focus" techniques allows them to further increase their surveillance. Additionally, the focal points created can be manipulated by the other major characteristic of the Kinmukugan, allowing them to be bent into projectile redirecting spheres, or burst into concussive blasts.
The rings that rest within the Kinmukugan, the Ouroboros—which the clan crest is a mirror of—signifies the development of a Mugen's kekkei genkai. Unlike other doujutsu, the Kinmukugan is an eye which is almost completely dependent on their owner's determination and hard work to strengthen. As the owner develops their eyes, the Ouroboros that encircles their pupil will "draw" additional dragons along its mouth and tail pattern; giving the appearance that more of these beasts are consuming themselves eternally. A strengthened Kinmukugan is capable of inducing powerful air pressure blasts and slipstreams via visual Fuuton; using Focus Points to create virtual surveillance systems; and even seeing past genjutsu, as the chakra their eyes detect would be entirely blue, as it is the user's personal chakra, not ambient green chakra.
___Traits: • Users have Fuuton [Wind] as one of their elements. • Can learn Fuuton [Wind] ninjutsu one [1] post faster. • Born with golden eyes with a single Ouroboros ring in them. • Capable of viewing areas at multiple angles, but cannot see through obstacles. • Like all Doujutsu, the powers and abilities of this Doujutsu are locked by story arc means. Until this is resolved the Doujutsu cannot be progressed through.

Four (4) Ouroboros Kinmukugan _Acquired with twenty (20) posts of bloodline technique training, and one (1) life-threatening battle with an opponent of equal or higher rank. Your rank must also be jounin or higher. _Abilities: __• Able to detect ambient and personal chakra through genjutsu Rank B and below. __• Able to maintain eight (８) Focus Points at any given time. __• Duration of Focus Points: eight (８) posts. __• Blast range of air pressure techniques: twenty-two (22) cubic feet.
__Techniques: Shouten Shiten [ Focus Point ] Rank: D Strength: - Speed: - Description: The Mugen focuses chakra into an item—typically a projectile—causing it to become an additional, camera-style set of Kinmukugan eyes. The newly enhanced item can be mentally linked to by the user, allowing him/her to see from it, although only one set of eyes can be seen through at a time. The creation and manipulation of various vantage points allows the Mugen to widen their chakra sight by incredible amounts, granting immense surveillance. It should be noted that because these additional eyes function almost entirely the same as the Mugen's real eyes, any techniques that would affect the real person directly (such as sight based genjutsu), will subsequently affect them indirectly. Torakkingu Mokushi [Tracking Sight] Rank: D Description: The Mugen focuses chakra into their eyes, allowing them to view a network of ambient chakra trails in a short range [approximately ten meters] that display in the color associated with an individual's chakra color. Assuming that they know which trail they are looking for, any of these trails can be selected and tracked. These chakra trails are often stable for only half a day [12 hours] before dissipating. It should be noted that only one particular chakra can be tracked at once. Technique fades after (6) posts or when dismissed. • Requires unlocking two Ouroboros, Originator: Musunde Hiraite [Tenshuyami]
Jettosutori-mu [ Jet Stream ] Rank: C — Chakra Description: The Mugen focuses their chakra along their line of sight, creating a sort of "preemptive slipstream" just in front of a projectile or medium sized object. This slipstream cuts the wind resistance almost entirely from the target, typically increasing its aerodynamic properties, and thusly its overall speed and trajectory. Because of its style of performance, this technique can only be maintained while sight with the target is possible; however, thanks to the manipulation of Focus Points, this is often easier done than said.
Kamikaze Seiryoku [ Divine Wind Force ] Rank: C — Chakra Description: By holding a pair of handsigns and focusing the power of their kekkei genkai to a specific area, the Mugen is able to create a cannonball sized bubble of compressed air pressure within their range of sight. Once the user breaks their handsigns, the bubble will explode, disorienting and knocking the wind from those within its range. Blast range: half (1/2) of blast range detailed by Ouroboros count.
Kussetsu Zendou [ Bending Path of Virtue ] Rank: C — Chakra Description: By sacrificing its viewing properties, the Mugen is able to transform a Focus Point from a surveillance unit, to a redirection unit. While active, the altered Focus Point causes anything that enters its radius to be thrown around as if it just dove into a twisting vortex. Although typically unpredictable, if a Kinmukugan owner with ability focuses their sight on the object within the vortex, they can control the trajectory of their target, causing it to be expelled like a bullet. Radius: equal to blast range detailed by Ouroboros count.
Katsu Torakkingu [ Split Tracking ] Rank: B — Physical Description: This technique—better labeled a method—allows a Mugen to make use of two (2) Focus Points simultaneously. By surrendering only one eye to each Focus Point, the user is able to survey from different points at the same time. Unfortunately, while making use of this method, the user's range of sight is reduced roughly by half.
Fūjin no Nageku [ Fūjin's Sigh ] Rank: B — Chakra Description: The user focuses their doujutsu's power on a wide area in order to create a large compression of air. Anything within this compressed area will suddenly begin to feel light-headed, due to the shift in air pressure. This is not the major aim of the technique, however; after performing a trio of handsigns, the user forces the previously compressed air to burst, causing anything within the blast to become unbalanced, and applicable targets within to be breathless for a short period of time (1 post). Blast range: equal to blast range detailed by Ouroboros count.
Nyoronyoro Zendou [ Slithering Path of Virtue ] Rank: B — Chakra Description: The Mugen focuses their sight and chakra in order to better materialize the slipstream that is created by movement, typically behind a running individual. This manifested stream allows a thrown projectile to trace that pattern of movement, homing on whatever it was that made such a trail. This slipstream also cuts the wind resistance almost entirely from the target, typically increasing its aerodynamic properties, and thusly its overall speed and trajectory. Because of its style of performance, this technique can only be maintained while sight with the target is possible; however, thanks to the manipulation of Focus Points, this is often easier done than said.
Koshouten [ Great Focus ] Rank: B — Physical Description: By straining their mind and focus, this method allows the Mugen to double the effective range of a chosen Focus Point. Of course, this also heavily distracts the user, causing them to be left open, should they be in the middle of the fray.
Hayai Shouten [ Quick Focus ] Rank: B — Chakra Description: This technique allows the user to create and release their maximum total of Focus Points in a single moment. The maximum number of Focus Points which one can have active is dictated by their number of developed Ouroboros.
Fūjin no Hoeru [ Fūjin's Roar ] Rank: A — Chakra Description: The Mugen creates a single, powerful point of compressed air on a target within their line of sight, one that can actually be felt as a harsh pressure. Moments after its creation, this sphere will begin to spin like a drill, digging itself into the target's body. Although the sphere is incapable of directly piercing through most targets, the rotation causes an immense amount of pain as it tries to cut through the obstacle. At any point during its rotation, the user is able to send out a mental signal, causing the focused bulb to explode, severely damaging and tossing its target. Although the blast range of this technique is incredibly small, the blast itself holds incredible power; typically able to throw large boulders over long distances. Blast range: equal to one-fourth (1/4) of blast range detailed by Ouroboros count, rounded up.
Fūjin no Iki [ Fūjin's Breath ] Rank: S — Chakra Description: The user places a hand in front of one of their eyes, simultaneously performing a long string of handsigns with the other. While the Mugen is forming these handsigns they are actually focusing and spreading their chakra like air waves, enveloping certain areas within their range of sight. Once the string has been completed, they will finish with and hold the Tori - Bird sign. While holding this sign, the user signifies that he/she is ready to begin the final act of Fūjin's Breath, the creation of powerful explosive vortexes. By merely blinking, the Mugen manifests compact spheres of warped air; spheres which not long after formation explode into bursts capable of uplifting, disorienting, and leaving breathless those caught within them. Because the spheres can be created anywhere within the user's field of vision, this technique holds incredible potential. Unfortunately, only six (6) spheres can be created at once, lest the Mugen suffer tremendous mental strain. Blast range: equal to blast range detailed by Ouroboros count. Duration: three (3) posts; or until dismissed; or the user is interrupted.

___H i s t o r y: One of the world's most feared and secretive doujutsu. The Sakkakugan is an eye formed through years of coronation between the genjutsu heavy Kurama clan, and the doujutsu disruptive "red-eye" of Ranmaru's unknown clan.
Every few generations a member of the Kurama clan will be born with an incredible talent for genjutsu. The clan member's talent in that field is such that their genjutsu is completely irresistible. Furthermore, the genjutsu is so powerful that it causes the brain to make anything that happens to the victim within the genjutsu physically real, allowing the clan member to potentially kill their opponents with genjutsu. Such frightening power is not without its drawbacks, however. The user can rarely control the full extent of their abilities, and as such their subconscious will often regulate that power, leading to the creation of a second personality in control of that power. This personality then overwhelms the original, turning the individual into a monster that's a danger to everyone around them.
Ranmaru was an orphan growing up in the Water Country. What happened to the rest of his clan is unclear, but because he grew up in the Water Country, it is possible they were killed when the populace turned against the bloodlines. His traits include penetrating vision and a unique chakra particle extension. He had the ability to use his vision abilities to penetrate the walls of his small shack and view the outside world. This ability does not appear to have the range of the Byakugan, but it actually has the ability to counter that Hyuuga trait. ( It should be noted that this bloodline was completely created for guild usage by compositing abilities from the aforementioned canon bloodlines. Because both bloodlines used were canon, the combination is considered canon as well. )
___Passive Traits: • All Sakkakugan owners learn genjutsu one [1] post faster. • Sakkakugan owners are typically physically fragile. All physical techniques with physical elements are considered one rank [1] lower in both Speed and Strength. • Sakkakugan owners often have some sort of mental disorder, though the most frequently seen is the creation of a "dominant" personality that represents the darkness within their heart, or the goodness, if the character themselves is normally dark. • Life Sense: Within your sight any type of life is able to be seen as a bright glow, when even the Byakugan cannot see it.Locked by Story Arc

___I l l u s i o n ○ T e c h n i q u e s: Genni Genjutsu [ Strengthen Genjutsu ] Passive By having the Sakkakugan active during a genjutsu, the user powers up the technique to the point where it can no longer be discerned as real or fake by non-Sakkakugan doujutsu. In addition to this, if the afflicted manages to find out they are in a genjutsu, it will require an additional [15] chakra for them to activate Kai. It also takes as much to use this technique. • Requires [12] posts to learn.
Kugai [ World of Suffering ] While having the Sakkakugan active during a genjutsu, the user will supply an amount of chakra equal to half the genjutsu's base cost in order to further modify the technique. The enhanced genjutsu can no longer be broken by the releasing technique [ Kai.] However, no matter what the genjutsu's description says, it can now be broken by amounts of pain scaling with the rank of the technique. ( If the genjutsu costs [40] chakra to perform, modifying it will cost [20] chakra. ) • Requires [12] posts to learn.
Munashii Bunshin Rank D Clones made of pure chakra are born with chakra networks and even Tenketsu. They are not physically interactable with, but can completely fool the Byakugan.
Motto Genni Genjutsu [ More Strengthening of Genjutsu ] Rank B By having the Sakkakugan active prior to a genjutsu, the user enhances the next technique via artistic methods. Doing so creates abnormalities within the user, typically causing colds/flus, bruising, easily broken bones, etc, for 2 ranks higher in the genjutsu's ability. (not Kai requirement) Takes 3 posts of painting, drawing, etc, to cause the jutsu. Can be used to make genjutsus on an absolutely massive scale.
Henjou [ Relinquish ] Rank B A highly advanced anti-genjutsu technique. This developed technique is capable of shattering genjutsu thought to be "unbreakable." ( This includes even those modified by Kugai. )
Seizetsu Kakkou [ Gruesome Form ] Rank X (S for training) While the Sakkakugan is active, the user will place a powerful mixture of techniques over themself- a combination of genjutsu and transformation abilities. This technique results in the user taking on most any form they desire, though it is almost always a monstrous self-manifestation forced out by mental stress. This genjutsu body is able to interact with physical forms, basically meaning that the genjutsu itself is "real." Guild Description:Forms created are given by their size relevant to the chakra given, minus jutsu abilities. E-ranks are about lizard-sized, D-ranks cat-size, C-ranks humanoid-sized, B-ranks lion-sized, A-ranks elephant-sized, S-ranks whale-sized, and S+ranks gain an auto physical heal while becoming dragon-sized. (i.e. mega huge) People trying to force the user out of this state require double the amount of chakra to be expelled, in the form of Kai.

tabBackground // Lore: tab The Uchiha were once one of the founding Shinobi clans for the Shinobi world, with prestige and power that made them feared the world over, and would have remained so were it not for the meddling of a rather tired guild captain! In Shinobi Strike, we take the Uchiha back to their roots in the form of focusing on their fire manipulation, and the ability to copy. While the Mangekyou will exist in one form or another, the core powers the source material has pushed, such as Amaterasu, foresight, Susanoo, the Eternal Mangekyou and the Rinnegan are stripped away to better ensure the balance of this powerful Kekkei Genkai. In their place lie Pyrotechnics, a type of technique that is unique to the Sharingan that augments all fire techniques they learn. The effects these Pyrotechnics bestow upon the flames of the Uchiha are varied in strength, effect, theme and cost, with some small ones such as changing the color of your fire taking no activations or cost at all to ones that touch close to the original power of the legendary Black Flame. Copying, in many guilds shown to be a permanent effect that allows the Uchiha to replicate techniques they witness, instead takes the form of the ability to copy anything witnessed within combat, up to and including other elemental bloodlines, depending on the Discipline selections made. tab This isn't to say that it's always been this way. The Sharingan of old is remembered still for the source material's legendary properties, and before the Plague still bore many of these abilities. Only now, in this new world, has the Sharingan been shown to have undergone some sort of drastic change. Still does the Sharingan require emotion to change, for powerful emotion is at the heart of every Uchiha. Yet something more is needed, something that, yet, remains unknown. How will the newest generation of the Uchiha Clan adjust to this situation?
tabPassive Traits: • The Uchiha are known for their favoritism towards the element of Fire, but few know that it is actually a requirement that all Uchiha have the Katon element. • Learn one [1] more Katon [Fire] Ninjutsu per post. • Due to their inherent natural aptitude, the Uchiha is able to select one Jutsu, Talent, or Skill type that they are able to learn learn one [1] more of per post. Proficiency may also be chosen, though this will grant them the bonus to only one [1] category of proficiencies. • Due to story purposes, the Sharingan, along with all Doujutsu, is sealed away until an in-character event occurs. As such, the Sharingan is only granted the Sealed benefits, and cannot progress through the Tome until the event transpires. • Each stage of the Tome development may be used independently, meaning an Uchiha with three [3] Tome unlocked could, if so desired, utilize the one [1] tome form and benefits. • The Sharingan can be utilized through one [1] activation for no cost, with a Base Duration of three [3] posts, after which an upkeep cost of five [5] chakra or stamina is used to maintain the activation. The cost increases by five [5] per Tome. This upkeep is reduced to a flat five [5] cost per post once the Mangekyou Sharingan is awoken. • When the member believes that their Uchiha should awaken their next stage they must contact a member of the Approval Committee, who will review the progress and experiences the character has "lived through" and determine if such an event is warranted and, if so, will set up an event to awaken the next stage of Tome development. • Due to their close tie with emotions, the Uchiha are known for being overly emotional, with an emotionless or apathetic Uchiha being incredibly rare given it would stunt their Sharingan development.

___Two Tome ► Attained by reaching B - rank, or by a moderator driven event • Granted the moderate ability to see Chakra in the form of chakra energy and manifestations, but only while chakra is in effect. Chakra color can be seen at any time as long as the Sharingan is activated. • Grants access to B - rank Pyrotechnics. • Ability to copy B - rank through A - rank Techniques. Must spend a total of three [3] activations observing the effects of a technique, with one [1] additional being required per rank above C - rank. Once done, the Uchiha is able to utilize the technique until the end of the battle phase. The Uchiha must meet class and skill requirements to utilize the techniques, allowing techniques of other elements to be used whether the Uchiha has access to them or not. That being said, only the base five [5] elements may be mimicked in this way. Such techniques fade at a rate of one [1] technique per three [3] posts spent outside of a combat scenario.
___Three Tome ► Attained by reaching S - rank, or by a moderator driven event • Granted the wondrous ability to see Chakra in the form of chakra energy and manifestations, whether the chakra is in use or not as long as the Sharingan is active. • Grants access to A - rank and S - rank Pyrotechnics. • Ability to copy S - rank Techniques. Must spend a total of three [3] activations observing the effects of a technique, with one [1] additional activation being required for each rank above B - rank. Once done, the Uchiha is able to utilize the technique until the end of the battle phase. The Uchiha must meet class requirements to utilize the techniques, allowing techniques of other elements to be used whether the Uchiha has access to them or not. This includes Elemental Bloodlines that use more than one type of element combined to make another, though the amount of activations required to accomplish such an ability is two [2] per element the Uchiha does not have access to, counting the base elements and the elemental combination itself. This Copy ability will not work on Single Element Bloodlines, however. Such techniques fade at a rate of one [1] technique per three [3] posts spent outside of a combat scenario.
___Mangekyou Sharingan ► Unlock Event requirement currently unidentified • Gains immediate access to two [2] custom S+ - Ranked techniques, something that otherwise is impossible to gain without taking an S - ranked Discipline of a class. These will be locked to each individual eye, and cannot be changed once made without moderator approval.
tabPyrotechnics: Personal Touch Rank: E (Cost: 0) // No Activation Strength: N // A Speed: N // A Description: Perhaps one of the most commonly learned Pyrotechnics, "personal touch" is known for changing the color of the fire to match another color of choice. This is the only known Pyrotechnic that does not cost anything to use, nor take up activations to use. Activation of this Pyrotechnic takes no handsigns and is simply a matter of will alongside any fire technique used.
Redirect Rank: E // No Activation Strength: N // A Speed: N // A Description: Activating this Pyrotechnic causes the flame it is used with to be able to redirect up to 90° per time the activation cost is paid. The cost, though E - rank, will stack for each rank of the technique so augmented. While E - rank techniques cost five [5] chakra, a C - rank technique would cost fifteen [15] chakra per activation. No matter how many times this is activated during a technique there is no additional Activation cost.
Flashburn Rank: D // 1 Activation per Charge Strength: +1 per Charge, if Speed is not increased Speed: +1 per Charge, if Strength is not increased Description: By taking a few seconds to turn the flames of the technique into itself and compounding the pressure of the fire an Uchiha is able to activate Flashburn. For every activation used during this charging process the ball of fire that forms the basis of the techniques begin to burn brighter and hotter than before. While the initial activation of the technique costs but D - rank, granting one [1] charge's benefits, the second costs C - rank, and the third B - rank. At each Charge one [1] aspect of the technique may be augmented, either Strength, effecting the damage the technique deals, or Speed, effecting the overall speed of the technique and the cost needed to dodge it. There is no maximum to the length of time one can charge, other than the continually increased cost of Chakra to maintain the charge.
Twin Burst Rank: D // 1 Activation Strength: +1 Speed: N // A Description: Most techniques unleashed at the same time are two, separate techniques that must be defended against. Twin Burst, however, fires off two, potentially different fire techniques at the same exact same time, causing both techniques to strike simultaneously. Damage is dealt with the highest of the two techniques, plus one [1], increasing damage output a rank as well as allowing strange effects to come about from it. Examples include Fireball Jutsu and Fire Flower jutsu causing the flames fired repeatedly to be much larger, or smaller.
Sonic Eruption Rank: C // No Activation Strength: -1 Speed: +2 Description: By causing a small explosion just as the fire technique is fired off the jutsu is launched at much higher speeds, often causing the flames to look smaller just before impact. This speed does rob the fire of oxygen, thus reducing some of its damage, but in exchange making dodging incredibly difficult.
