โ€ข This subforum can be used to create threads for locations that would otherwise not fall under the reign of a particular Village or are unclaimed. I.e things such as Bandit Territories, Monster/Animal Habitats. Unaffiliated independent villages outside of village law and infrastructure.
โ€ข Primarily it is moderators that will fill this subforum, however, moderator permissions are not required to make a thread within this sub-forum. Unless;
- The thread would have significant story significance i.e One could not create a 'Rebel Group Thread' to suddenly bolster a warring side unless it was first given permissions.
- The thread would confer any kind of numerical, systemic, or statistical benefit.
