Tsillah was lying down in her den, lazily waiting for her cubs to wake up. There were trinkets scattered around the dens, gifts from other pride members to celebrate the birth of her cubs. It was a small surprise to receive the gifts since she always felt distant from the pride. She was thankful for the gifts regardless though. She wondered what the cubs would be like as they grew up. As a cub, she was curious to a fault. Being the first to leave the den and hiding whenever her parents looked for her. She laughed quietly to herself. If the world had any sense of karma she knew that she was in for it with these cubs.
Today though, she thought she would take the cubs outside of the den and go for a walk. So far they had not had the chance to go far from the den and she hoped that giving them the chance to see their home would spark interest and questions in them. More than anything she wanted to have her cubs grow up full of wonder and a desire to learn about the world around them.

Tu wiggled as he tried to get back to sleep. Being snuggled up with his family made him feel warm and safe. There was nothing else he wanted to do more than just sleep all day. Even playing games with his siblings could not compare. As he tried to get comfortable he accidentally bumped into his siblings. He hoped that they would just brush it off so he could try to sleep a little longer. Seaki
