The Rumble Arena as it's so aptly named is located in Arashigakure's Thundering District. Often people in the stands will gamble on potential victors as is the tradition. Mud Wrestling, Bare knuckle brawl, even the ever popular Swimsuit Jello Spectacular along with other special events are all typically held here to test one's prowess. The Stands are protected via a multi-layered self-repairing Fuuin barrier thus allowing those in the arena to have at it no arms bared. The arena itself is also self-repairing and as sturdy as they come. Stage Hazards can occasionally appear via cleverly placed fuuin by the arena staff and owners. Those owners happen to refrain from using their real names and refer to themselves as White Lightning and Thundering Red. If one aims to be a Gladiator this is where one would start. Friendly bouts can be made and reserved on occassion. The 'Out of Bounds' areas can be replaced with flames, what seems like a bottomless void or filled with water to add extra intensity. The Rumble Arena Steel Cage match is one of the more popular events where a large spined metal cage is placed over the competitors. These cages all unique in that some will seal the abilities of the competitors inside following the same techniques used for producing the Core Compounds Prison cells. Is it legal? Who knows! Is it a good time? Usually for everyone but the ones getting beaten to hell and back!

Medical | Genin | Arashigakure Aiming her index finger at him, Nagisa formed an angry frown. She had grown deeply tired of the games he kept playing with her heart. Was he just using her for attention? Nonetheless, she wanted to make things clear and show him that she was more than just a friend he could talk to when it was convenient for him. Ashura Ise was going to be in for a very shocking surprise when he sees just how far her training has taken her. Maybe, he will learn some respect. "Just so you know, it's not like I like you or anything, dumbass."

Ashura couldn't be bothered to understand the theatrics behind Nagisa's actions. She had promised him a fight, that was the only reason he agreed to be here. His entire life she'd been nipping at his heels, from childhood through the academy. "You better put up a fight, as promised." He demanded, wanting to really feel his blood boiling. The adrenaline, the burning desire behind every movement- that was why he became a shinobi, why he fought. He'd never admit it, but he really did hope that Nagisa had improved. Wanting a real challenge to oppose him in this ring, he could almost sense it though. She too had passion, and a new air about her which caused his hair to stand on end. This was exciting.
Without much more need to entertain her, he decided to launch his assault. Likely unsurprising to Nagisa as her senior had always been rushing head first into every altercation. It was part of his character, a sort of fiery ambition he couldn't quell. Weaving a string of hand seals as he shot forward, fire beginning to cascade around his body in small wisps. "Kaen Senpuu!" A flurry of three flame-like projectiles surrounded him before firing outward toward Nagisa, one to the left, one to the right, and the final flame flying overhead. He kept the final hand seal active, using a single hand for his technique. His free hand preparing a secondary attack. The staple of fire techniques, his hand weaving deftly before he took in a deep breath. His fingers being brought to his mouth and circling the lips. "Gลkakyลซ no Jutsu" A great cone of fire reigned outward from his mouth, like the breath of a dragon as it threatened to engulf the woman opposing him, an attempt to trap her in from all sides using numerous flame based techniques. The combination of the two techniques causing the wisp-like flames shot out mere milliseconds before to ignite into much more devastating balls of fire after being doused further by the great stream of fire being exhaled from Ashura's lungs.

Medical | Genin | Arashigakure Nagisa paid attention to Ashura's moves. There was a few seconds of a delay between the first and second attack, which was just enough time for her to mount a strong enough defense against the flames. Dashing forward towards him, she first formed a single handseal to focus her chakra and utilize the Kaiser Armor, which was invisible to those who did not posses dojutsu. Ensuring she kept her eyes on the incoming attacks to her left, right, and from above, she focused on the larger threat: the Great Fireball. What would appear to Ashura as her being engulfed in the flames was followed with a declaration: "Iron Backhand!" The Great Fireball would be split and knocked aside as she came barreling for Ashura. Even if his Flame Whirlwind came to strike her now, her armor would protect her.
"You wanted a fight. You've got one now." Her voice confident as was her temper flared in this adrenaline built combat. Ashura had to learn he would never be able to solve all of his problems with ninjutsu alone. As she came closer and closer she intending to start landing taijutsu attacks, and to get the party started she attempted to catch him while his hand was still focused on directing the Flame Whirlwind. She tossed a Sudden Straight aimed at his face and potentially as an upper hook. For this duration her speed would be treated as a 9 supreme with her 5 moderate strength.

โฐ Kaiser Armor | Rank C-S | Spiritual (1/3) The Kaiser armor is a staple of the style. In it's base form it is not visible to the naked eye but chakra floods every inch of the user's body. While active, the armor prevents damage equal to it's own rank. In addition, it prevents the user from having their DR decreased below their natural passive states.This armor lasts for three posts at C rank and an additional post for every rank additionally applied.
