The twins inability to communicate with sign language did not result in head hanging defeat, just meant she’d need a puppet to talk as usual. Lilou snickered and chortled at the twins admission, though as per normal she was totally silent about the matter but the physical signs were there. Still she had flown on the back of Aishala as opposed to join them running.... because she’d probably be to exhausted to continue running half way with her puppeteer physique.
Lilou arrived as the last member of the delegation squad, rolling off of her summon a couple of hundred feet in the air and bursting apart into paper just prior to hitting the ground, the colourful sheets reforming into her a second or so later. Lilou hugged herself and rubbed her either of her arms as she was still chilly from the flight and nodded “hello” before producing a hand puppet that was pretty obviously an allusion to herself upon her right hand. ”Hallo folks, I’m Minmimi and the tall silent silly is Lilou Laflamme, we are also from the storm with the other three!” It announced in an exaggerated and pitch voice, offing a bow as it introduced itself and slapping one of its useless flapping arms on Lilous chest when receding to her, the girl smiling until that point in which she looked flustered and put her unused hand defensively over her chest and look off sideways in feigned embarrassment. The puppet turned to look at the twins, it’s mouth plopping open agape when they fused together, expressing Lilous’ hidden astonishment(or not hidden if realizing she’s using honest expression through the puppet.), the girl never witnessing such a feat in her life and deciding she’d ask about this at a better time.

Upon reaching the foe she will slash at them with her claws and attempt to grab them, her speed bonuses mirrored into strength and if unblocked/unavoided the victim with be considered grappled and suffer tier 2 trauma, if they chose to block with of equal level taijutsu technique they or their weapon will either get grappled or in the case of Buki they will have their weapon yanked out of their hands lest they pay stamina equal to the equivalent power of this techniques rank to keep ahold of it. ▰ Hard headed | Rank: C | Cost: (complex) This technique is only used when not ridden, Aishala will pick up an immense speed and zoom low across the ground and will at the final moment upon approach of her target, tuck her wings in and start to spin so fast that she looks a small tornado. This will end with her flying helmet fist into the target, blowing barrier/non evasion oriented defensive techniques up to one rank greater in power and send to victim flying thirty feet(fall damage) through the air and suffering tier 2 bodily paralysis. Aishala suffers tier 1 trauma at D-rank when ramming through techniques one rank above this one or if she looses in the collision.

A guard filed down to greet the group. “Welcome. Storm ninja, huh? Man, it feels like we only saw the famous Kenshin and Kameyo just minutes ago. May I see identification? Formalities, of course.” After a review of any identification from the Storm guests the guard would wave them through, “Thank you. I hope you can see the Hokage swiftly. The Village administration facility is in that direction." The guard would turn and point off into some relevant direction briefly before turning back to the group of visitors."It’s a grand building you will find at the bottom against the jutting cliff face of Takijinsei falls. The building sits behind some of a handful of exterior falls that come from the immense forest. Please enjoy your stay and the sights in the meantime.”
Takao laughed as the twins argued with each other and introduced themselves. He loved seeing siblings together, though it was bittersweet and reminded him about something he could never really have for himself. Still, he offered Seo and Hotaru an award-winning grin before turning for Lilou's introduction. This was the second time she was introducing herself with puppets, though thankfully not the one that irritated Takao, but he still wasn't sure if she was selectively mute or physically mute. He should have asked for their files before reading, but that always felt weird and invasive.
"Well, we're quite the representatives from the Storm," he said light-heartedly to the guard who didn't seem off-put by their collective or individual strangeness in the slightest. The guard described the Hokage's office like he was a travel guide, but Takao knew just how pretty Konoha was so he couldn't complain. "Thanks, man. We'll try to make the most of our trip, for sure." It was unfortunate that it had to be so short but there was nothing he could do.
With that, he entered the gates after receiving his ID again from the guards. Takao moved through the Leaf like he was a native there, easily navigating the team towards the Hokage's office.
tab Yazawa had landed a good distance from the gates, having transformed back into his true form. He'd fix his suit jacket and promptly free a cigarette from his silver clasp. He'd light it and make his way to the main gate, hoping to meet with anyone who could give him the go ahead to head inside the village proper. He had an important meeting with the Hokage, Sadayo. He'd be sure to give whomever he spoke to a vibrant, friendly smile. First impressions were key, and this was his first Diplomatic mission. Yazawa would see to it that it was a success.

Lilou had left just before Nimures arrival at the office and unluckily had missed him as a result, the information about Kiku would be likely delivered by Takao at a later point. She strode up to the lone twin silently and proceeded to prod his cheek with a finger to get his attention, waving her fingers in a friendly manner and smiling at him. With her other hand she held up a sandwich she bought from a store and an energy drink, handing them over with a written note. ”You were sick when you got here, you shouldn’t be going around with an empty stomach and fatiguing yourself so I got you this, eat up and feel better <3!” Was what it said, Lilou pushing the products into his chest to make sure he took them, giving him a pleasant but expectant gaze, not breaking eye contact with the other lad.
Hotaru seemed to be deep in thought when Lilou came back to the gate. The truth of the matter was that Hotaru had managed to fall asleep in the short amount of time he had been leaning against the wall. As a result, Lilou's presence would be completely to the twins up until she prodded Hotaru's cheek with her finger. Hotaru suddenly jump awoke, forcing his heel against the wall to place him in a defensive position adjacent to Lilou. As fast as he moved, he realized who had poked him. "Oh! Sorry Lilou! I guess I had fallen asleep a bit!" Hotaru's hand moved to the back of his neck, rubbing it softly. The man returned Lilou's friendly smile as she held a sandwich and drink up to him. Hotaru's eyes glistened as his eyes laid upon the food, suddenly becoming rapidly aware of his grumbling stomach. Without hesitation he reached out and pulled the items into his possession, reading the note as soon as it were handed to him.
'Better watch out. Seems like you got another girlfriend on your hands.' The familiar voice of Seo rang inside of Hotaru's mind. 'She even left a heart on it. How cute.' She continued to raz her brother. 'Oh shut it. You're just upset that boys don't do this for you.' Hotaru retorted. 'Low blow.''Don't dish out what you can't take.' The twins badgered at each other unbeknownst to those on the outside of their minds. "Thank you so much Lilou. That was very nice of you. I'm happy to have you as a squadmate!" Hotaru smiled his prize winning smile as he decided to not waste time any further. The man unwrapped the sandwich and immediately began eating, occasionally taking a swig of the energy drink. "Man this is so good. Really hits the spot!"

Her subordinate reported a visitor and the circumstances made this a very interesting opportunity to play a role she used to primarily play. The gate workers’ job was to greet this guest just alike many before with a screening process that was generally painless and involved review of a passport, request the purpose of the visit, and quiet scrutiny of whether or not their potential guest was low-key on some roster of suspicious people. In this instance, the guards who greet Yazawa found his origins exceptionally interesting. The Rain country was, until recently, a segment of the Lightning that wasn’t anticipated to ever have interest in the leader of the military hub of the Land of Fire. Leisure travel was a whole different and less unusual story. [E-rank special operative task, 1]
While this Yazawa character didn’t spawn immense suspicion to the Leaf guards minding the gate the circumstances still roped a special messenger to Sadayo. It wouldn’t be in the Leaf’s best interest to be dealing backdoor business with an estranged Lightning subject. In all, this whole request for her presence was a grand, yellow flag. Sadayo sent the subordinate to go ahead where they had kindly forwarded a request to Yazawa to follow away from the main road. [E-rank special operative task, 1]
A practical move that wasn’t overly uncommon, yes? Being out of the eye of the coming and going traffic would actually favor Sadayo a little more than anyone else. Activity was actually in eyesight. Yes, Sadayo could actually watch the escort happen so long as she kept her focus on the subordinate she sent ahead. The ultimate location was the interior of one of the border guard stations. The subordinate who led Yazawa would finally turn, standing outside the station, and gesture the guest to direct his attention behind to Sadayo (and Mina). ” My lady, this is the guest who has requested to speak with you.””Thank you. The setting was unconventional for a political meeting. But the guard station was protected and initial entrance was just a first floor to a busy second and higher floors. The initial, first floor was sufficient for chatter. A few shinobi present, previously notified, were finalizing setting up the space with a table, seating, removing, and obscuring anything trivial that could seem sensitive to border security behind closed doors. This station was a lesser accessory, at least. Yawaza would be courteously gestured to file into the building. [E-rank special operative task, 1].

“I felt that it was the first few steps to atonement…” Mina answered before quietly taking a sip of tea. “That would be the way to make up for everything, was to turn my wayward powers inward, I suppose. I felt that if I spent enough time in the shadows, then I’d fade away into obscurity or something.” She let out a long breath as she contemplated what she was saying. Her guilt wasn’t something she could so easily shake off, not after just two pep talks. “But doing something is better than doing nothing, yeah? I didn’t realize until now that that’s what I was doing. So from now on, I’ll do what I can. To protect everyone!” The fire in Mina’s eyes lit up for the first time in a long time as Sadayo finished her tea. The redhead grabbed the headband, with it’s frayed and burned fabric, and walked out. The metal of her headband reflected the light that came through the door she walked through.
That was all well and good, but Mina had no real idea how to make good on her word. But she shelved the thought, figuring that it would be something she could think about later. At the current time the Chunin had something more pressing to deal with. As she followed Sadayo through the village, she was struck just by how different she was from Lahil. More strict, a lot less friendly, but definitely more straightforward. Sadayo seemed a little more on edge as the meeting drew near, and Mina couldn’t blame her. The redhead was probably thinking similar thoughts about the diplomat from Rain. Namely that Mina didn’t know the tiny village had diplomats. Mina wondered what happened in the smaller country that, as of now, set it aside from the ownership of the Lightning Empire. Mina didn’t voice as much to Sadayo because the girl figured that her Kage was just as curious about it as she was. But something about the whole thing made Mina’s inside knot: she had a bad feeling about it all. So the extra precautions made sense.
But without much to say (or that she felt like she could say) Mina simply filed in after Sadayo, her arms folded passively in front of her flak jacket. She stood behind her Kage closely, doing her best to keep eyes and ears open for, well… anything.

He'd watch as people occasionally slipped inside, villager's or even shinobi. The waiting didn't bother him, waiting was a natural part of his job. His mind was on the events back home, just how easily the pirate dispatched his leaders and took over his home. As awe inspiring as it was, it was a terrifying show of strength. Chaos was afoot and Yazawa would have his piece of the pie. His attention had moved away from the gates, and down the road. He'd grip the butt of the cigarette that currently rested on his lip and pulled it away. Smoke pillowed from Yazawa's nostrils. Nicotine seeping into his veins as the blood in his body pumped through his lungs. His stress relief from the worries of the work the Ministry seemed to put on him. His attention would be ripped from his gazing, to focus on Leaf subordinate. After an exchange of words, he'd follow the shinobi off the road and into the trees. A trail of smoke followed him as he slowly finished off the cigarette on the walk.

He'd finish, giving her a smile, waiting for a reaction. Waiting for any and all questions this foreign leader might have about the happenings in his village. "Do you mind if I smoke, Lady Hokage?" tab I send my best reguards, Amegakure is now under my protection as the newly minted Amekage. The people cried out for help, and I listened. The Village Hidden in the Rain is an important trade hub and it will grow under my leadership to be a Global power. With said growth, will come inevitable expansion. Our populations were growing before my arrival and they're looking to continue to boom. Aggresive expansion may be necessary to deal with said population increases. They've been on the rise since the Kogarashi War, due to displaced refugees. I would like to assure you that the territories of Konoha will not be impacted. I wish to develop a kindred relationship with the Village Hidden in the Leaves. I hope we can come to an understanding with the help of my Statesman, Yazawa Hakuseki. His word is as good as my own, Lady Hokage. I hope that I will soon hear back with good word of prosperity between our villages.
