Shoshin had barely finished the Katana he made for the shinobi that requested it when he himself appeared at the forge. Shoshin was slightly surprised by the man's promptness, but it wasn't to be unexpected. The shinobi before Shoshin was of the Hyuuga clan, and thus had the powerful Dojutsu, the Byakugan. Clearly, the shinobi had been keeping an eye on Shoshin as he worked on the blade and knew exactly when it would be finished. Shoshin greeted him and began to explain the katana he had crafted for him. Made of reinforced steel, Shoshin had infused Wind chakra into the blade to compliment the shinobi's own chakra nature, as well as giving it a finer edge, capable of cutting through other swords of a lesser grade. Once the specifics were covered, the shinobi accepted the sword, thanked Shoshin, and departed. Thankful the shinobi had finally left, he topped the forge off with essentials, and dice straight into his next project. To truly test how skilled of a weaponsmith he had become, he needed to tackle an unconventional weapon he has further plans for in the future; a warscythe.

The day Shoshin finished the scythe he had been working on, a small group of villagers had gathered in the public area around the forge. Shoshin kept them from his mind as he prepared to finish, thinking that there was some sort of event he missed going on in the square that day. Soon after he pulled the scythe from the oil after melding the halves together, there were murmurs in the crowd. "Hmm? It must have started..." Shoshin thought to himself. After wiping the handle off and subsequently the blade, the murmurs of the small crowd turned to hushed, excited conversation. Shoshin was curious as to what the people were watching, but he was too focused on finishing his weapon to turn his attention away. Holding the clean weapon aloft to examine it in the light, the hushed crowd began coming to life with gasps and bewildered exclamations. Unable to satiate his curiosity, Shoshin turned his head to see what had the crowd buzzing, only to find that they were all staring at him. "W-what the...?" He thought in surprise. The crowd had evidently gathered to see what he had been crafting, and it had left the majority of the crowd stunned. Blushing slightly, Shoshin put the Scythe on the table, the glow of the forge thankfully hiding his flushed cheeks. After the crowd seemed pleased after admiring the weapon, a farmer approached Shoshin and gave him a request that shocked him, but made him immensely curious. The man wanted a pitchfork that he could use easier in the winter months and had heard about Shoshin's skill at the local forge. Humbled by the simple farmers initiative and to test his ability, Shoshin agreed to the task. As the sun began to set, and the crowd growing ever more thin, Shoshin loaded up the forge one last time for the day, and began work on something he never thought he'd be making.
Shoshin walking into the familiar open air forge under the pavilion he had been in many times before, setting a large bag of ingots in a bag on a table with a dull 'thunk'. The ingots he had procured for this specific smithing process were slightly out of the ordinary, as they had a blue tinge to them. Shoshin was ready to craft the ultimate weapon for himself after experimenting thoroughly with different weapon styles, and aimed to blend styles together to create the ultimate killing tool - a great scytheblade. Following his standard prep for the forge, Shoshin loaded his ingors into the coals, and started his long, meticulous work.
The sun had already begun to set when Shoshin pulled the blade out of the barrel of oil. He had just finished welding the last of the sword together, with one savage tooth jutting out from the blade. The light of the forge danced along the blade showing the beautiful blue coloring of the metal. Shoshin couldn't help but smile as he looked on at his creation, it was straight as an arrow, perfectly balanced, and felt like a glove in his hands. Bring it over to a whetstone, Shoshin only needed to sharpen and prepare the edges of the blade to finalize his new, powerful weapon. "What to name you? How about... Yes, that's perfect. I'll call you... Bloodwave." Shoshin said, as if it were a ceremony in commemoration of a sacred event. If there was a finer blade in Konoha, Shoshin certainly didn't know who owned it. Sitting down and placing his feet on the pedals, Shoshin began spinning the great stone. As the blade made contact with the stone, small sparks began to fly, and the coals of the forge began to flicker and pop, as though it was celebrating Shoshin's work as well.
Himitsu quietly made his way into the thundering forge area, searching for the forge master. It took him only a few minutes to track down the person in charge, and he quickly set to work on his D-Rank mission. Himitsu was tasked with helping keep the forges hot, as a sudden large uptick in orders had come through the forge, and they were having trouble keeping the forges hot enough to keep up with demand. First, he made a quick round through the forge to get a good feel of its layout. Once familiar with the area, he stood in the back for a few moments, eyes closed, charging up his chakra.
Once Himitsu was satisfied with the amount of chakra he'd pull from reserve, he set in on the forges. Forges that were just beginning to cool Himitsu would hit with a small burst of wind chakra. Those that were a little too far gone to benefit from the added air alone, the Uchiha would hit with a small amount of fire chakra before following up with the wind chakra, in order to really boost the temperature. Himitsu spent his afternoon here, maintaining the forge temperatures quietly amongst the slams and clanging of the blacksmiths. "Honestly, given my fire and wind natures, I might not do too bad at this smithing thing..." He thought to himself as he worked the forges.
The thought stuck with him throughout the day. Before departing for the day, he asked the forge master about learning the craft himself. The forge master smiled as the Uchiha boy before responding. "Tell you what, you keep helping out around here, and I'll make sure to find you somebody that can show you a few things." With that statement, the forge master dropped Himitsu's payment into his hand, and made his way back to him office. Content with the response, Himitsu pocketed his payment, and quickly made his way to officially turn in the mission, and give his report.

Personal Attributes: โฑโฐโฑ "Remember, keep QUIET." | When channeling chakra to a body part for purely-mobility purposes, Himitsu is able to manipulate it as wind chakra in order to mute the sounds of the motions (clothes shifting, footsteps, rocks shifting underfoot, etc.). Indirect sounds (falling branches, tumbling rocks, kicking up leaves, etc.) are not affected by this.
