Alexander blushed slightly when Lykas mention he wouldn't let anything bad happen to him. His wings fluttering slightly behind him as he felt a little timid all of a sudden. He hadn't heard someone say that to him since he was a child. It..made him a little embarrassed suddenly. But also happy as well. When the eyes of the gardevoir suddenly started to glow. Alex clenched his fingers around the psychic pokemon hands as he knew what was coming. His eyes having a hard time not being mesmerized by the sight of the time and space distortion that was located out of the protective bubble that Lyka's pokemon had made. When they finally made it to what looked like a forest at the base of a large mountain, Alexander's eyes were swirling with how dizzy he felt. He ended up holding onto Sphynx for the support his hands released the gardevoir's hands and he staggered there with one hand holding onto the electric felines head. His other hand reaching to take hold of his own head as he tried to calm his dizziness. He hadn't expected such a large jump. Usually, the trip from the forest to his cave was such a short teleport, but this one had made his dizziness a little more pronounced than when he just teleported pokemon to his cave home to better keep them safe.


This made Nemi flap her wings from atop Alexanders head and float down to the back of Sphynx to be closer to where her companion was at. She let out a soft screech as she gently nuzzled Alex's arm with her head. This caused Alex to look down at it before nodding. "I..Its okay Nemi..i...i just...hadn't expected such a big jump..i...i just need to get my bearings is all..." he said smiling gently to his friend and companion. Though it didn't seem to ease the tiny zubat of worrying for her friend. While Lykas mentioned what the zoroark woman had not told him, he listened as he leaned against Sphynx til the dizzy feeling left his head. And when the mention of a cave being the groups home. It made his wings flutter slightly. He had grown accustomed to cave life. So...the fact that the cave in this mountain as also being used for a living area. It made him want to see what it looked like.

[Requiem of Whyspers]

After giving Alexander some time to get his bearings once again and let his dizziness subside, Lykas started to walk a familiar trail, though one wasn't visible to Alexander or Nemi. His steps were measured and sure, clearly having walking this path many times in the past. "Be mindful of the wild Pokemon." He warned as he paused, motioning Alexander and Nemi to stop and crouch for a moment.

Tucking the group as a whole back into a large shrub, he'd hush the whole lot of them, watching as a Tyranitar lumbered past them, a small group of Larvitar following along behind it. "Pokemon like that are all over this mountain." He explained quietly, watching the Tyranitar and it's young wander off into the not-so-far-off distance.

As they emerged from their hiding place again, a herd of Donphan rumbled by, rolling along the forest floor like a group of sapient wheels following an oft-traveled road. "We'll need to be careful to avoid their paths if we want to avoid conflict but you need to know the lay of the land around HQ if you're going to be staying here."

Lykas would continue to lead the way, showing Alexander around the mountain while being careful to avoid any well-worn paths the local Pokemon took to travel the mountain's base or that lead further up the mountainside. "We'll get to HQ shortly." He finally announced once they'd reached the river that flowed down from the mountain top.
