Rosekit was growing bored of visiting the same people again and again. Her sister, her father. She loved them dearly but it was all so... repetitive. So, she decided to spice it up! Tonight, she chose a random cat to visit. Autumnriver was his name if she remembered from when she'd watch the clan from the stars. He would have to do for some entertainment, she assumed.
She waited for him, hiding away in some grass, and when he finally appeared a tiny purr left her. Oh, she'd spook him good! He called out and she waited a moment longer before rushing out towards him. She tried to make a ferocious sounding meow, but due to her voice being stuck tiny, it came out more as a tiny mewl.

Rosekit had given the biggest, most ferocious roar she could.. which resembles a squeaking mouse who had just gotten caught by a warrior. She was racing forward towards the ginger tom-cat, excitedly hopping. Oh, he'd be surprised! Right? Wouldn't he be scared? Sweetpaw was big enough to scare cats! So, she had to be able to scare them, too! Isn't that how it worked..? Her sister was deaf, she should be even better at this than her!
Well, you can imagine the poor kittens surprise when Autumnriver didn't move, standing there, staring down at her in confusion. She quickly slid to a halt, stumbling on her shaky paws as she tried not to flip over with the abrupt motion. She slowly looked up at him as he spoke to her, her ears lowering to press against the back of her head. Rosekit didn't understand. Why wasn't he scared? Or surprised? Oh, curse this tiny voice and little paws! "You... aren't scared." She meowed softly, though it sounded less like a question and more like a statement, a sad realization, though evidently not a NEW revelation.
She plopped down on her haunches, lifting a paw and hitting it against the ground with a 'hmph'. "Yes, I'm fine. Sorry for trying to scare you.." She grumbled, her tail flickering. She was taught to be polite for the time she was alive and her time in the stars, but that doesn't mean she was going to like apologizing.
