The longer this whole event went on the more interesting it became. The talks of sacrifice...the passing of the torch. Without context some of her conclusions were only conjecture, asside from those few details Clem got the gist of the situation. Moving her scope down a moment the armored wanderer let out a deep sigh. About to wrap up her crossbow and sneak away the appearance of a few new people caught her attention.

If she was here perhaps she was abit to quick to call it quits, Scratching her helmet Clem took a moment to weigh her options. she could stay and do nothing or just bite the bullet and head over to the group to get some kind of explanation out of them. Opening her helmets mouth Clem would spit up a coin catching it with her free and just to flip it, after flipping several times in the air the coin landed on the ground with heads up" .... Wasting no time Clem simply started moving toward toward the group closest to the bright golden spear, it was clear who ever knew the most was likely the ones that knew whoever that guy who turned into light was and that really big bird . Calm and collected, along with the pain in her head from the hangover mostly gone Clem felt confident she could at least form words without any slurring." Clems words had been abit cold seeing that she was not even aware that the man who just vanished had died not like she could even if she wanted to and unlike the rest here who might have the answers to her questions clem did not, the first thing though was that term Jashin it was a rather familiar one having had run into those cultist from time to time but up this point she had just assumed them a crazy group that managed to make some type of immortality jutsu or something of that nature. Simply to much information was being tossed around and again no context she could only guess.

A wave of relief washed over Aurelia when she caught sight of her father, rushing towards him with Nohea in tow. While the relief was large spread, there was still a bit of hesitation in her stance when facing him. They still hasn't told him of what came of their journey, how Nohea and her had found one another in more ways than one, and the two teens would be glancing up at their mountain of a father. He confirmed her suspicions, Utu was no more. Once more, his words didn't strike the greatest of pleasure into his daughter's mind. "What? N-No. You can't go." she reached out and grabbed her father's hand tight. "I...w-won't let you! You can't leave me! We can think of another way. Don't do this, Dad. Please..." His arms wrapped around her for what was about to be the final time and Aurelia would have plenty of tears sliding down her cheeks. She begged him not to go and do this, her heart unable to take the last bit of her family away again just like what had happened with her mother. Despite her mind's protests, Aurelia would do as the others had, and place her hands upon the Sunspear with everyone else and channel her dreams, aspirations, and desire to protect this world into it. She felt the familiar sensation of her father's hand upon her hand, and with a passing of a title, he was gone.
Aurelia looked to his weapon, firmly planted in the ground and promptly crumbled to her knees. She finally unleashed the torrent of tears that had been building up all this time. Her father was gone alongside a grandfather she never did get a chance to meet. "Dad..." she hiccuped in between ugly sulks as dyed red hair would fall just above the ground. Her fingers clawed at the ground, balled into fists while she could feel the heat emanating from the spear just barely. It was familiar in a way that both of them had a sort of resistance to the heat but never one another's. Aurelia could even remember how warm her father was when he held her in his hands when she was but a toddler. Never again would she experience that.

Sheva dropped to one knee and looked into the sky as the sun was illuminated by Belamos life. She knew him, though the moment seemed fleeting she looked up to him "Whatsoever passes through the fire Is not lost, but made eternal; As air can never be broken nor crushed, The tempered soul is everlasting.” She knew that this wasn’t over, though Belamos sacrificed his life...Sheva wasn’t done. She looked around in the area and noticed that the mastermind behind all of this was absent ’ Why would Jashin inaugurate an eclipse and not defend it?’ she thought to herself. She stepped forward and stood next to Ibis and looked at Yatagarasu ” Where is Jashin now? I find it odd that he wouldn’t be here to even relish in the fruits of his plan.” She thought about the fact that there was no pushback from Jashin to even enter this domain “ Wouldn’t he want to be here to defend his own plan?”
tabSuga stared in awe as the large warrior of a man slammed his spear into the ground. And, even from her spot at the very brink of the group, his words were carried loud and clear to her. His very presence filled the young samurai with enough courage to step out from the shadows and into the group. Like the others Suga had questions. Many, many questions. But as she watched an obvious father say good-bye to his two daughters, even the young girl realized that it wasn’t the time. Questions could always be asked later, but the time to act was now. Light filled the area as the would be god of Light exploded up in the sky. Suga was awash with golden light, using her arm to cover her eyes even with her hood. And as soon as it illuminated the Midnight Dreary… it was gone. Suga took a second to relax her body and get used to the lack of light. “That man really does shine…” She said after a few moments of silence. The girl wasn’t sure about the details of what was going on, as others weren’t she was sure. But the samurai had a role to play, and play she shall. Sugakuda took a few steps forward to stand next to the spear. It was giant, and radiated a heat that she’d never experienced before; definitely much stronger than her own flames. “Those of you who knew him, I’d say you were lucky.” She said as she gripped the spear, feeling the warmth through her gloved hand. Her crow, Tsuki, flew over and perched on the butt end as well. “He’ll make a good Sun, I think.” She bowed her head and thought about what she wanted to protect: her little sister, Ikiomi. And she focused her light chakra into the spear. If the light would manifest into the weapon, her own light would appear a violet color instead of gold.
When the elder crow began to speak, the weight would hit everyone in some way. Nava, for all her time in the special forces, had a terrible poker face. From her seat on a branch, and the positions of her gathering, she maintained a sort of contempt upon her face. If it were born of anything to do with Utu's death, denouncing the death god commonly misrepresented as her deity wouldn't be immediately clear. In truth, it was far more insidious, what was bringing out her disdain. The people gathered, so many wasting their potential, their energy, their motion. She slid the mask onto her face before long, during the bird's speech, and only one open eye would be visible as he continued. Beyond that, they were keenly aware that she was known in the world not as the Truth Bearer of the Nagakana, but rather as Matani of the Dead, a worshipper of Jashin. It likely didn't help that one of her cabal was very proud and loud a worshiper of the Death God and the symbol of the Nagakana symbol was very similar to the very same one of Jashinism.
But, who here would even pretend like they could stand against her anyway? Her, and her entire immediate family of subordinates, imposing as they were. These were the meek before her, with Belamos and Toso excepted, as well as her allies. People she had arrived with were free of her crushing philosophies for now, only because her very choice to ally with and use them would see their destiny rise to fruition regardless. To that end, she proudly perched, soaking in the situation before her and the words of the wise old Yatagasaru. She couldn't help but flicker her gaze, however. Mangekyo strong and focused as a hawk's eyes hit everyone and measured them up from soul to chakra to body.
Suga... inhibited.

Toso... enigma.
Aurelia... too young to be anything else.
Clementia... inhibited.
Coda... inhibited less.
Sadayo... less still.
Belamos and Toso... in motion.
Luo and Nohea, for different reasons, needed to see beyond light.
Zhi? Now her, Nava liked at a mere glance.
Wulfram and Lillian were already vessels of the World's Soul in their own ways, and wise as she was stubborn Nava hadn't forced her will on them yet. It may not be needed.
All in all, as she developed an opinion on the group, it colored her opinion of this plan. These people would see gods, see beyond what they could understand simply. They would believe one of two things: to serve gods or to fear their wrath and power. This was, at the very least, displeasing to her. Nagakaborous demanded neither of these things: what serves another's will can be absorbed and eliminated by it. What fears can be halted, and all life must stay in motion. Nava grew increasingly annoyed by this plan, by this symbolic sacrifice that was "required." Even Belamos's last words, laced with bravado and sincerity in equal measure, all but drew out the very depths of her desire to see the sun gone permanently.
Then the world would be darker. Harsher. The weak wouldn't be coddled. The pathetic ignored. It would force them to become stronger, to swim against the tide or drown. To the many sages present, her malice would be easily detectable... uncomfortable. But, just as quickly as it rose it quieted and was replaced instead with compliance. Not with anyone present, but that hardly mattered. But come hell or highwater, she would have her way. When she met Wulfram's eyes, she merely shrugged lazily with one shoulder. She leaped down, and responded to Sheva's question loudly enough to both address it for anyone present, and also so she could be heard over Aurelia. "Maga- Jashin isn't that far reaching in his planning or forethought. His is a goal of singular purpose: cull the meek and return their energy to the universe. Cut out those who are holding it back from the penultimate destiny," the turtle sage spoke, possibly in complete contradiction to what everyone else thought of him. "Take it as you will, but all things must die. Including gods, as you understand them." Her callous tone was measured here, at least. The obvious implication being that it was Utu's time to be removed, because his presence only brought with it inhibition of the greater plan.
The moment Yatagarasu opened the floor for questions, a shrouded man (Toso) arrived and asked him of his burn. "That's hardly your concern." Yatagarasu fired back immediately and challenged the relevancy of the question. The anonymous man went on to coyly apologize for the rude question and press a different issue but with equal suspicion. His red eyes exchanged glances with Wulfram when he spoke up to press the issue as well. "Remember that I'm the former messenger of the gods. I have some remnant bonds and connections to them but nay as strong as they once were." The crow king retained his proud composure as he slyly evaded the questions with true statements that nonetheless concealed the full truth of his central role in Utu's murder. "The why now appears to be an unsatisfactory answer. As with all events, it is because this is the moment in which fate has decided it to be. Jashin will be what he will be." Yatagarasu spoke vaguely but nonetheless with conviction of his fatalistic views. He took a moment to ponder further before answering to Luo's question and offering specifics in a shell game to misdirect and further conceal his secrets. "But fate nonetheless is led by a long string of inevitable actions which constitute the processes. Fortunately for us, Jashin incarnate has been locked out of Evergreen's dimension since the beginning. But he's always been able to introduce smaller weapons to harm this realm. What you all fail to recognize is that this is not the first instance. The tailed beasts are the derivative of his first weapon introduced into this dimension...the juubi. I suspect that centuries of fervent worship from his fanatical followers has allowed him to introduce more totems into this world and afford him greater influence. The demons are his greatest totems but there are now smaller ones out there, one of which has blinded the Sun." Yatagarasu would speak at length and provide more hints to the inquisitive members of the group of mortals. When he spoke of the tailed beasts his gaze would wash over Nohea for she was a jinchuuriki of one of the juubi's derivative demons. Clementia and Sheva had rather similar questions that the massive crow would provide his knowledge for. "The black Sun was merely Jashin's method of weakening Utu for death in this realm. Now that Utu is dead, Jashin has no remaining plan to defend. Jashin is currently in Utu's universe devouring it now that its king is dead. That will take time, but once he is satiated he will take further steps. Keeping the Sun black is infinitesimal in its importance compared to strengthening himself by eating Utu's world. At the same time, Evergreen and Zelel are scrambling to bolster the defenses of their universes before Jashin can make his next move." After Yatagarasu spoke he nodded in agreement with Nava's assessment. "Indeed, those are his intentions." The avian creature of obsessed prophecies appreciate the concision of Nava's point in contrast to his own. More joined them in the great roost but still few would speak up for now.
Yatagarasu's focus was then undivided in its focus on Belamos. Even his third eye in the sky, the sharingan moon, would glance down upon the demigod. He watched as Belamos valiantly accepted his fate. Death would one day smile at all, even the divine, and all a man can do is smile back. Yatagarasu watched as Aurelia clung to him and sobbed. It was an expected but no less tragic reaction to witness but Belamos carried on with the necessary action nonetheless. Yatagarasu stared pensively at the sun spear and the orb of light as he listened to Belamos's words and nodded in agreement. "All children of the light must do their part. The Sun is of Utu's creation but has become vital to this realm in and of itself." The crow king buttressed the demigod's point. Belamos stood among them for one moment and disappeared into the next to delve into the celestial realms for eternity. His mortal coil was reduced to ash but his divine spirit would live on. "Your father has conquered death and fate will bring you all together once again. He's bravely fulfilling his duty to restore Utu's realm. That will take much time, but I hope he can take Utu's place before Jashin is back on the move." Yatagarasu spoke with some measure of consolation to Aurelia before looking at the spear. "As Belamos Karna said, place your hands on the spear if you are touched by the light and ensure the Sun's return. If not, then the world will remain in darkness forever and the gods that guard over all of you will not have their full strength against the great evil to come." Yatagarasu warned and was prepared to protect the spear and beacon if necessary. He also had another plan in mind if any of this went awry. Yatagarasu was a vengeful creature but he had an obvious vested interest in keeping the world from being consumed by Jashin as everyone else did.

Lillian watched with what the other's might assume as boredom, but was in all reality just apathy. Always one to be the hero, Belamos sacrificed himself without hesitance; a lamb to the slaughter. These gods and god like beings were nothing but barely disguised wolves. She was sure the crow was conniving, planning something behind those eyes. The anchor tingled, a warning. The Maker was attempting to tell her something but she still did not have the ears to hear it.
Tawny eyes narrowed, watching Aurelia sob. She had heard of her, of course, from Sonyo who was no doubt cowering away somewhere. The biological child of Belamos, the little sun, put out in the greif of her father's action. Or impatience. She wasnt sure which yet. Perhaps this was the only way, but he hadn't given them any chance to investigate in to the contrary.
It was a foolish man who acted without pause.
Drawing her lip in between her teeth, she let out two sharp note, the latter higher than the first: caution. Quickly the historian moved to a different tree, closer to Wulfram, preparing herself for the potential use of the anchor. Once she waa closer to Wulfram, she felt her anxiety lessen. One knife was pulled from her shealth on her leg, eyes trained on the bird and the orb.
The longer they were here the less she liked this. Crows were disgusting anyways.

~Current Theme Music~:Inversions of Hope Blowing bubbles. His bubble pipe in hand Toso remained in a lackadaiscal lean sat upon his stump his back now slumping against the tree parrallel. Hikage Ho had a habit of shifting his demeanor into what many of the kids these days call 'edgy' but what many an adult would consider 'sleazy'. When Belamos consigned himself into 'ascension' the Arashikage would spit some bubble juice that bitterly carressed his tongue albeit truth being it was more than just the soaps bitterness in that spit. A call for the 'children of light' seeing as he was brought here not through messenger but invitation through Belamos himself and not even having an affinity for fire in the slightest Toso excluded himself by process of elimination. More or less his ears were trained on the crow's defenses. Everything seemed to be concrete...well rather than concrete professionally elusive. There was no confirming nor denying Yata's claims pinning the entirety of what had made its motions on the 'devil god' themself.
Even the armor-clad maiden's pressing in regards to Jashin's lack of protection when it came to the unraveling of "Jashin's" master plan. However, his words did not sit well with kage. This being the talk of Jashin's 'weapons' against the gods being the demons. He'd defer to Saiken when the time was right. Hikage Ho even made the connection between the host and bijuu difficult. Yet why bring that into mention in the first place. "Ah..."
A large bubble floated from the pipe. Then a loud *POP* the imaginary screen shifting to the shadowed Arashikage to those who still held their skepticisms. Jashin by Yata's logic was pre-occupied. In Utu's realm 'devouring it' whatever that entailed. This inherently meant two things. Jashin himself did not kill Utu but one of his 'weapons' did. "Correct me if I'm wrong but by your explanation. There were two weapons then? Uni. Assuming Jashin is being busied by 'devouring' a realm unopposed then he wouldn't have the means of doing it himself then. Uni. I could be wrong of course. However, if they did one would assume spending one's dietic energy to even fight a weakened god would be counter-intuitive no? Can't devour a realm with its guardian still present I'd believe weakened or not it would still prove a nuisance. One would assume the vantage would be amassing strength with little to no cost to onself? Uni. You could say that Utu was residing in his own realm and thusly Jashin needn't the energy to make leaps and bounds...but then therein lies a Jashin relying on the 'blackening of the sun'. Which if I am to take this lovely lady whom seems a worshipper of sorts at face value.

Toso would dramatically turn his bubble blower upside down and drain it of its soap which had for some odd reason turned black as though it were ashes before he'd click it again filling a small reservoir again. He'd thusly bring it to his lips and release another string of bubbles. Each of the bubbles carried his reflection which although his mouth itself was straight appeared smug in the reflection. "Now, I'm no theologist. Gods and deities they're all a bit much for a person like me, uni. Yet, this raises the question if not Jashin who ended Utu. Then whom or what was the weapon that did so..and the bigger question then is...HOW would that weapon breach the mortal barrier that is crossing into the divine realms?"
Toso would perform a heel turn and then do a vaudevillian shrug and head shake bubble blower dangling on the ends of his lips. "This is all just in conjecture, of course, I don't have proof. Uni. I'm just spittin bubbles uni. Toso would move his hands to scratch his chin creating the dramatized 'hard thinking' pose. "Although, I suppose if you were some kind of messenger to the gods or something it wouldn't be that hard to do if even just for a few seconds." Toso would then kick the dirt beneath him and overdramatize a 'flaw' he found in his thinking. "Ah darn, but then that goes into why would this 'messenger' do something like that in the first place. Dang, too bad. It would be a pretty darn good plan too. Get somebody that can merc Utu for some reason or another, fecking partially ruin the universe in the process, all you'd haffa do is round up Utu's heir and some goons to clean up that mess after and voila, you gotta cake n ya can eat it to. Uni." Oh yeah, it was obvious now, the goal here, ruffle feathers. Some good ruffling would be the nail in the coffin. Toso wasn't directly accusing Yata but at the same time everything in Toso's 'hypothetical' pointed every finger at Yata. If Toso failed to ruffle his feathers...well he'd have to leave it to someone else to crack the code. The Kage planted the seed's the man he had yet to know, Wulfram, he was someone that watered them earlier. Toso had respect for Belamos, not as a demigod, but a person. A leader. A father. In that sense with Aurelia here, if there was comeuppance for a father's sacrifice that would have been otherwise unnecessary and avoided entirely if not for the talons of a tricksy blackbird then it was his daughter that ought to be made aware of it and dishing whatever amount of it was necessary.

Whatever happens happens it seemed like. Gods dying other gods trying to erase us mortals or whatever vague scheme this jashin was planning... Actually now that she heard the crow speak of this mellow aproach the god took she was more convinced that these deities were as fickle as children. Having her fate decided by demigods, gods and whatever else decided to brand itself a higher being left a rather bad taste in her mouth. Humans should have there own say in this or at the very least she prefered to go out the way she wanted to. Wisps of void chakra surrounded Wulfram more as the events went on in the summon land, the king Firefly had given himself up to the whims of this game called intrigue. Luo was disturbed the life of a man was to end for the world, his face would not betray this dismay as he held a stern gaze at its affairs. "The young ones left in this wake of terrible events, a horrible fate no matter god or demon to be without a father. I sympathize with your daughters, Firefly. Pity, I don't know you enough to give proper rites." Luo said aloud when the man was gone, sincere as it was even if he didn't know him other than what his stories told. He had a similar fate to what the two had, a father gone in the wake of events that should have never involved them. He was surprised at this outcome, the feeling he had dredging up memories that haunted him even now and Luo hated it. A fickle little game of chess, a dance of words and following the bread crumbs, they exchanged words but now he wondered more deeply as the others spoke. He could feel the emotion in the air, a cursed thing to be burdened with since the cleansing rites he performed, but they spoke to him still. The stranger who escaped Luo's eyes, a strange one still escaped his sense save for a few inklings of emotion that told him nothing yet their words had the intent he respected.
Now another was wreathed in the ethereal darkness as Luo's presence lingered on the second individual, one he knew from a cursory glance into the affairs of the empire. Nava Uchiha was now in the tengu's protection in a way, one he deemed worthy of it alongside the knight. The Sister of Truth, one other he felt was the tide to change and bring action, she and him both would be freed from the chakras that addled the mind, protected from Genjutsu along with himself as a precaution as he spoke "Gods that guard over us all. Pawns in their game, the strength of a powerful man now given to them is waste from those who truly need it.." As spoke, the sound of his voice would be interlaced with the chakras within him, untouched by the void as the resolve layered into a powerful illusion; Reflections of Self, the step to let the crow see his view. It was a dangerous gamble now, a power he loathed to have but one to linger and see if it would sway a creature. It was a subtle thing, wisps of sennin chakra be visible off the creature to those with the sense to perceive it and Luo spoke again. "To what damnable hell would we be doing if we empower those that lord over mortals. If the gods do not have the power now, then why? People like me and those gathered here should hold the world as our own, not to be the meddlesome children of those claiming to deific power. Free we should walk, if ruin comes of our own will, then let it. If prosperity comes of it, then it is how always been and should be." Heavenly Rewriting, the second illusion now weaved in his words to twist perspective and let the crow see truth; to enforce what view he imparted with it.
He looked at Wulfram and a glance at Nava "Be free from the corruption of mind, let the void blot out its touch upon you. Do as you will, Knight. I did my part." Luo took a step back with 'his part' as the key to what he sowed, but the step and call to action would be solely left to his allies. Most importantly, Luo was curious to see the effect of what he sowed and it been a dangerous experiment. As much as I dislike the sacrifice that man made, I'd rather not see our world live in the debts of those above us. Such power is equal to all. His thoughts were wild, his arms crossed in contemplative thought.
[Sensing Wulfram or Nava will display as Luo, hides their presence due to presence of mind ability. Each are counted as an origin point for Void techniques and are protected by genjutsu from use of Riposte along with Luo himself. Crow is attempted to be coerced with the sage genjutsu listed below. ▰ Vacant Release [ Munashii Kaihō ] | Rank C -- Ability, augmented by Riposte At the user’s command, all of the user’s Kūton techniques may only be interacted with by up by either a single person of the user's choosing or a single chakra source (Raiton, Doton, Katon, Complex tai, Spiritual tai, Simple buki, etc, bloodline may be chosen as well but is not a type itself. Meaning you may choose to protect against lava but not also be protected against Ice) of the user’s choosing. Once the desired effect is chosen Kūton techniques will pass harmlessly through anyone or thing that the user chooses. This effect may be undone at any time for no cost by the user. Additionally, because this effect does not defeat jutsu (only passes through them) Jutsu that passes through colliding jutsu need not pay extra resources for overwhelming. Only one source may be selected at any given time and recasting this technique overrides its precious use. If a jutsu has multiple tags associated with it ( Such as being both bloodline and katon ) then choosing either bloodline or katon will work in terms of being able to phase through it.

Though she never thought herself a scholarly person, she was a woman of action. She watched as Luo faded into darkness and disappear, she wanted to do more. She looked down at her fight scarred hands and clenched them together “ Someone has to answer for this… “ She heard what Luo said that changed how she was going to go about this. She would now never let her own story be written by the hands of these defunct gods who would let despair fall the nations and do nothing.

Luo spoke, his words had encapsulated the base thoughts of what the Knight felt, but Wulfram's mind was much more primal. He felt an unease that roiled in his core and he stared at the bird as it spoke to them. It spoke in circles. Doublespeak, the Emperor had taught him, the principal was called. To speak a lie, without lying.
There was a distinct difference between how the pair of them would opine on the death of Belamos Karna, however; Luo would mourn that a child lost their father for something so trivial. Maybe he had been a good man. Wulfram never would know, though he still held much doubt. Perhaps his interactions with the living deities to date had biased him against all of them. But the continued insurrection of these mortal deities against the will of man, their very right to existence, and the gifts they'd long borne and flourished without their intervention only furthered his doubt that this man was any better than his forebear. How quickly he became a martyr for something that would never do the same for him.
His resolute eyes brimmed with anger and he brought his blade low.
Jashin, the lord of death and change, the supposed centrefold of this tragedy was no better and Wulfram's gaze cast long at Nava. She had entered the retinue of the Emperor only recently and wore the icons of that beast. Though her purpose spoke clear, he questioned everything for now.
A crackle of chakra rang in his mind, YorHa from the Kongoshu had reached out to him.
Target the large Raven. Single shot, full bore. Hold second volley. The telepathic response to the ship's Communications officer resounded.
"You speak truth to conceal lies. Half-truths to conceal, what, culpability, and you expect us to go..." his eyes met the spear, the damnable beacon of light and death "as lambs to the slaughter to your will? That one child can sacrifice himself unto his father, become a puppet in some deific game of chess? How are we to know that you do not intend to blacken the sun entirely? I've felt the chill of these lands and the darkness that crept evermore as I approached the core of your forest."
As the Knight spoke he felt the cold chakra sensation of Luo's creep up his leg, but so too did he hear the voice of YorHa in his mind.
Solution achieved. Firing.
From the shores of the Midnight Dreary realm thunder roared, one of the main cannons of the Kongoshu had taken aim at Yatagarasu and unleashed a volley for the chest of the creature. The resultant shockwave rocked the vessel back from the beach and disturbed the nearby surf. Trees would bow and rend between the ship and their intended target. One target isolated.
The Knight would take advantage of this confusion.
Wulfram took eye from the bird to the spear and the grieving children and sun-touched who had gathered around it. Faith was a dangerous tool, and living gods who hoarded the powers inherent to man only exacerbated this problem. He rent his blade Ganymede up in hand and took to action in a stunning flow of between dance and bladework, he moved. [ Edge Punisher - Blade Dance Rank X ]
Lightning engulfed Ganymede and he threw her for the beacon, the full weight of his body behind the blade as he did so. Anything and everything afore her would be rent in twain as though they had been made of a weaker material, the full wrath of the Knight on display. Lightning crackled and arced to everything around the beacon spear, and those who stood around. Wulfram's eyes and body began to take on the silvered astral aura, his mind cleared, and his fists clenched as he waited mere moments for the blade to connect near the spear. Chakra pulsed through the body of the knight, and he waned, his fists released, breath halted, and he, in a moment of anaerobic bliss, burst across the field to his weapon. His palm enwrapped the hilt of Ganymede before her blade settled upon the dirt. A shockwave followed his movement, the thunderous applause of it enough to deafen those within fifteen feet of the man and his blade who didn't actively protect themselves from his sudden movement. As his motion calmed, whether his strike was on target, or driven away by the actions of others, the Knight would look swing his blade wide in an arc creating a backdraft that would clear out any incoming assaults launched in his direction. He knew his stance would set him apart as immediately unfavourable, but such was the life he had lived. Such was the life lived in memory of Ganymede. Such was his honour. Wulfram stood his ground, his die cast, and assumed a Blocking stance with both hands gripped upon his blade. His frame lined up along the angle of his blade and his form shifted. He knew this would set his apart from the others. Now they could only tell, shattered beacon, defensive sun-touched, an ever-ready guardian. How could this play? __ Leisurely looking over the group of people, Nohea for the first in probably her entire life actually paid attention to the blurred faces around her. None of them seemed to have any rhyme or reason for being here that she could piece together, the shark girl, of course, hadn't been here for the reveal of the death of Utu, and frankly, even if she did it wouldn't have held much of an impact for her. Fighting in the shade sounded nice, the darkness that was so commonly found in the deepest reaches of the ocean spoke to her soul in a subconscious way.
However, this only left Nohea in disarray when her father's words finally hit home. "What wait-" Spinning around on her heel the shark girl was taking in by Belamos's hug, his lat hug, to both her and Aurelia. Already the bleeding in her soul began, though she couldn't accurately explain it herself, the feeling was a tangled mess sadness that had accumulated through a lifetime of loneliness. Sadness that was previously held back by her the family that she had by some miracle managed to find for herself. Now faced with the prospect of losing it... Nohea handled it the only way she knew how.
She shut down.
Not even able to use the energy to form words, unfixed blue eyes watched on as a stranger to even her own body, right up until the moment when Belamos was consumed in holy fire. A spear, a light, and a scorch mark were all that he left behind. Even seeing it with her own eyes, the weight of it hadn't hit her until she heard Yatagarasu speak. His prim and proper words singing praise of 'brave' it was for Belamos to leave only served to sow more seeds of rancorous thoughts. "Like you would know."
Nohea didn't need some hero to go and save the world, she needed her dad here. Anything less than that, than telling herself that it was for the good of the world, or for whatever it was was nothing but a sorry excuse to her. Every second that passed by slowly churned her sadness into a rage, pure and unbridled. The vortex inside her was enough to bring blood red chakra bubbling to the surface as well as steaming pool of mist, the results of a bond now broken. Nohea needed something to take the pain out on. Just so that she wouldn't have to feel the hurt anymore. [ Demon Cloak Stage Two: Advanced ] Nohea would get her wish, although it wouldn't be in the way she thought.
As greedy hands pulled deep into Kouko to yank at her spiritual strength and break the tedious alliance they had built up to this point, something unexpected happened. A sonic boom that reverberated off of her ears like a hundred thousand drums all at once, it shook the shark girl out of her stupor and pulled her attention at the man who had thrown his weapon at her father's spear. Nohea felt a chill run down her spine, not out of any fear or anger, but of excitement. Drowsily a voice awakened in her subconscious, Kouko who had been startled by the sudden lurching of her power. N-Nohea...? What's going on? But the demon received no answer, she couldn't have because Nohea was already on the move. Shunshin no Jutsu [ Body Flicker Technique ] Her speed was blinding, verging on the cusp of teleportation, she arrived at the spear before Wulfram did, however at a further back distance to where she could make full use of her reach. Unfortunately, the difference between their speeds wasn't so great that she could do much else besides prepare her own weapon for the coming onslaught. Shatter Stance | Rank S+
The wind hit her first, its power was such that Nohea thought for a moment that it was the main strike itself and not just its backlash. Standing in the face of it turned her excitement into an explosive exhilaration. In a completely unhinged manner, the shark girl stood strong against the brunt of the wind's howling vigor without breaking a sweat. The results of continually training with her father no doubt. Perfecting Balance | Rank C | Training With as much strength as she could muster, Nohea pulled apart Hiramekarei, who was already aflame with bright blue chakra, much the same as her eyes, and cleaved through the heaviest section of wind before it could overtake her completely. A miraculous feat for just a teenage girl, but Nohea was far from done. Levying her experience as a defensive fighter from bouts with her parents, Nohea followed up her attack with an immediate counter-defense that aimed to break down the weapon attack before it struck by angling her blade at the arms that now held his weapon. Repeating Wave | Rank B | Training + [ Juggernaut Discipline ] + Eroding Brine | Rank S+ Assuming this was successful, Nohea would move her upward arcing blades in her graceful battle dance, Blade Dance | Rank S+ bringing them back down on the knight. While the whips were snapping, there came also the falling blade of her second sword, whose body now almost seemed to chirp alive much more than its twin. Demon Cloak Stage Two -Free for the first post since I get one extra act
-Steam released now maintains an aura of 20 feet around the host, the damage is boosted to B rank.
-Steam created by the demon conducts raiton through itself, making the attack effect the entirety of the steam area equally. Particularly useful for directed attacks. Raiton loses a rank of damage against the host while it is within it's own steam, and it's own raiton attacks don't effect them at all.
-Even when the steam aura is gone, the host's taijutsu attacks deal additional amount of damage equal to the damage of the steam aura when they connect. This damage is particularly useful against armored targets.

While in this stance the user gain's 1 point of endurance when used at C rank and below while B Rank and above grants a 2 point increase. Additionally, the user is unable to be offbalanced or thrown by the effects of a technique at or below the rank of this technique. Each time a technique is defended against, a fissure wave is released from the user's position towards the source of the attack that expands five feet per rank of the technique defended against. This fissure wave crushes the ground before the user, creating nothing more than rubble before them, causing all opponents to have a 1 point decrease to agility and speed while in that area.

Once every three posts, the user may utilize an offensive technique that targets a specific part of the target's body that would disrupt their attack. This offensive attack deals damage regularly but allows the user to use their remaining activations as offensive as well.

Juggernaut → The user suffers no restrictions of movement or drawbacks from any armor tier they wear. In addition, armor they are actively wearing are increased by two ranks in durability and techniques that are increased in effectiveness against armor do not gain that bonus against the user. The user gains a +1 stat boost to strength and fortitude. Once every three posts, the user is able to defend an attack without paying an activation for the technique, instead spending it upon an offensive action if the user chooses.
▰ Eroding Brine | Rank A ( S+ Spiritual strength ) | Complex By charging chakra into the coiled muscles before a strike, somewhat like A Strong Current, the user can deliver a more powerful blow. The concussive force is focused more on the impact zone instead of being more general, and is generally geared towards breaking bones or delivering final attacks. Counts as a supplementary action, best used just before a strike is released. This skill is not limited to the arms, and can be focused in the legs as well.(This gains a B-rank damage as steam if it hits you)
▰ Blade Dance | Rank S ( S+ ) | Simple The user preforms a series of rapidly advancing attacks, combining three bukijutsu techniques compatible with their weapon together, requiring only this technique's activation. Any statistic enhancements gained by those techniques are increased by 1 while statuses are increased by 1 tier.

▰ Fanged Attack | Rank B (S+ Spiritual strength ) | Simple The user lashes their weapon out, drawing it back quickly as they snap the whip on their target's flesh. If unblocked or evaded, the whip is able to shred flesh it contacts, causing painful wounds. This attack drains the target of it's rank in stamina from their reserves. If used while dual wielding, the target loses one rank below this technique's execution in stamina reserves.
▰ Devil Fang | Rank A | Training The user is able to pay the cost of a technique twice once every three posts. When this is done, the user can release the technique twice at the cost of a single activation, allowing them to overwhelm a single target with ease. This may be done while dual wielding but must pay 1.5x the reserves to do so.
▰ Contempt for the Weak [ Yowai hito ni taisuru keibetsu ] x2 Proc from Devil | Rank B ( Deals S+ twice ) The user can deal additional damage to an already wounded target by paying the cost of the technique they used that made contact with the target. Essentially, the attack that wounds the target is paid for twice. However, this does not cost an activation but does inflict any tiered status effect twice upon the opponent as the damage is doubled (as if hit twice in the same manner). This technique is only applicable to bukijutsu or taijutsu. (Only applicable if struck by the hit, as stated in the Jutsu)
▰ Dismembering Slash | Rank S ( S+ If Wulram isn't armored??? ) | Spiritual | Supplementary ( Overwhelming ) The user charges their blade with chakra, imbuing any bukijutsu slash with devastating chakra that allows the user's weapon to become coated in their chakra. This chakra interacts with any object the weapon impacts during a collision separate from the weapon attack itself, allowing the user's attack to often go unchallenged by defenses in general. Additionally, when used against an unarmored target his attack is treated as one rank higher.
▰ Heavy Smash [ Omoi Tokimeki ] | Rank B (S+ Spiritual Strength ) | Simple ( Overwhelming ) The user holds their weapon vertically over one of their shoulders, striking down on an opponent with a crushing force, causing an additional tier of trauma. Target's who are physically contacted by this attack have their endurance reduced by 1 point when used C rank or below and 2 points when used B rank or higher. This loss of endurance remains active until the end of combat.

__ Zhi quietly hopped shortly in place while the mortals interrogated the fired heavenly messenger. She waved off in the direction of Sadayo and Coda's hiding places, but then placed a single index finger over her lips as if to suggest they maintain their silence; they could wrack their brains on how she detected them if they wanted but hopefully Sadayo recalled Zhi's exceptional sensory powers during the mortal phase of her life. Her focus went back to Aurelia and Belamos until the man very valiantly accepted his new role. Honestly, it was almost always the same with him. When the man shot himself to the heavens through Shokyu and left his blood and adoptive daughters in his wake Zhi began her approach. As much as she wanted to apologize to him for everything, despite that briefly hostile glare, she knew there would always be time for that later. She'd not pay mind to the ongoing debates that neither girl had yet engaged in since she wasn't allowed to interfere or contribute to any of it anyway. Zhi bowed very low before the Aurelia while Nohea rushed off in a demonic rage. She added to the condolences offered by Suga, "Greetings, Aurelia- err, Dawn! I'm really really sorry about your loss, but you know how the saying is: if you love something then let it go. Your father will be able to help set things right once and for all. So I'd be proud of his sacrifice, yup yup yup!" Zhi stood upright and gave Aurelia a beaming smile for reassurance.
Just then a slew of attacks were launched toward them by the Fire Emperor's Guard Commander and Nohea quickly acted to counter it. Zhi sighed as even Suga felt compelled to have to act in defense of the ascended Belamos' precious heirloom. Sensing that others would also be drawn into protecting the spear, Zhi took action to guarantee that she could still achieve one of her primary objectives. The clash between the Gobi's host and the Emperor was absolved faster than thought when Zhi exerted some of her inherited powers. Wolfram and Nohea were returned to the moment before either had spent any effort or energy to do as they would. A powerful, halting sense of deja vu would consume them and anyone else who felt the need to interrupt the sun's restoration. Zhi wouldn't say anything to them, but she was going to at least guarantee that the sun would be restored without excessive setbacks. Time was of the essence and Yatagarasu was at least honest about that much. However, Zhi wouldn't do anything to save the crow from any attacks directed at him. He wasn't that favored by the flow of time. If he died here, he'd probably eventually resurrect as another crow or something. It was fine. Everything was fine.
Afterward, Zhi cheerfully set her right hand on a small part of Shokyu's shaft and the beam of light emenating from it intensified to the very brightness of daylight itself. "Help me help your father, and we'll save everyone despite any of the lingering hatred or... lies." Perhaps Yatagarasu deserved what was coming for him for giving in to such a mortal notion as revenge? Zhi wasn't here to judge, only to take action on Zelel's behalf. She knew that the others would be necessary to restore the sun, but the bulk of the process could in fact be handled by just the demigods present. Suga's aid was a boon all the same, of course. Zhi just hoped that Aurelia wouldn't become drowned in despair or sorrow to become distracted from fixing the effect that others had surely caused.
Fear, anger, and doubt surely guided the present Emperor, his subordinates and anyone else bold enough to further upset the delicate balance of their world- of Evergreen's universe. Only the one she recognized from a different past as Nava Uchiha spoke wisdom of their enemy's nature. Jashin wasn't much more than the dumpster of all existence. He was set to constantly devour and destroy because that was what his purpose was. Those that he blessed were usually the only ones able to speak with Jashin at all. Even other gods often failed to negotiate with the God of Destruction unless they were simply stronger than him; however, only Zelel boasted such innate power as one of the oldest of old gods. Utu's defeat in this timeline was a first and only, but it shook the very fabric of multiversal balance. Jashin's effort to devour Utu's universe was inevitable at this point, but Belamos could salvage much of it and use that to jump-start his own godhood. Sadly, nobody else here seemed to understand that option and she wasn't allowed to enlighten any of them! What a travesty, truly! The light from the spear only continued to intensify to the point of near-daylight and would surely draw some attention from the ongoing assault against the master of the crows. It was all she could do to remind them of what was actually important right now.

tab It would be nearly impossible to see under her hood, but Suga's eyes went wide with surprise. She would’ve thought that people would put their personal feelings aside if the freaking world was ending! Even if Yatagarasu wasn’t the most trustworthy person -bird- there was still more at stake than personal vendettas. So when the man clad as a knight started to take swings at the spear, the samurai was barely able to react! As Wulfram shouted out his order to fire, Suga focused her chakra into her eyes. From beneath her hood was finally something visible: a purple and orange shine of her Sharingan. She kept it trained on the knight as he rushed at her and the spear, his movements more clearly visible to her now than they would’ve been normally. Suga was able to process it just in time, using her left eye to partially transport herself and the spear into her Kamui dimension. All of Wulframs attacks passed through the intangible forms of the spear and herself, and it was here that Suga was too stunned to move. Or maybe her inexperience with Kamui kept her in place, out of fear that if she moved she would be struck down instantly.
Once on if the crying daughters tagged into the fight, Suga saw her chance! Once the knight was pushed back by the girl, the younger samurai jumped up and back into a tree to get a clearer view of what was to come. She now held the spear in her hand, not having realized she was still holding on to it. Or she wanted to. As soon as she landed the toll of Kamui hit her and she fell to one knee once she was on a branch, reaching a hand into her hood to hold her head by her eyes. With a groan she shook her head and stood, trying to survey the newest battlefield.
▰ Kamui [ Authority of the Gods ] | Rank S Kamui is a time space ninjutsu that allows the user to use multiple separate yet similar skill sets. When activated, Kamui appears a swirling tear in time and space, distorting the image of the area before you, often circling into a black hole of sorts. Applies Tier 2 blindness when entering the dimension or casting the technique on another, exiting the Kamui realm applies no blindness. If tier 2 is already active, increases or adds upkeep cost of the sharingan by [5] chakra per post. Requires Insight Lens.
Left Eye: When executed with the left eye the user is able to teleport targets to a pocket dimension accessible to only the user or someone with an implant of their eye unless otherwise stated by a technique. Transporting persons or projectile techniques in this manner require a single activation. Transporting larger objects such as buildings, small houses, ect require two activations. Out of combat, the user is able to transport topics once every 50 posts. The ability to dodge this attack follows the same dodge requirements as Amaterasu.
Right Eye: The user is able to utilize Kamui with their right eye primarily for intangibility. The user utilizes the time space technique to place themselves between this dimmension and the pocket dimmension they own, allowing them to be physically visible but untouchable, extending this effect to those physically contacting the user. This technique works on techniques of Kamui's rank and potency in chakra. Additionally, when in this pocket space, the user is immune to sensory techniques. The user can only remain in this pocket space a total of five posts per use. Can only be used twice in a single battle. Izanagi does not refund these.
Both Eyes: A final usage of Kamui allows the user to combine the usage of both eyes and abosrb themselves into their dimension, erasing any ability for them to be sensed. Within combat, the user can only stay in this dimension for up to two posts, and can take up to one other shinobi with them, following the left eyes rules. Takes all the activations of a single post to enter and to exit. Does not acquire blindness to exit the dimension. The user is able to exit this dimension anywhere they have physically been before.
