Healing Hooves: Able to heal ponies that have been injured.

Righteous radiance: Produces an aura that influences his Charismatic allure to ponies.

Righteous shield: Able to take damage in place of another pony being attacked from a distance, increases his other powers for a short time after taking the damage. The pony he is taking damage for must be within his eye sight.

Bless Weapon: Able to give a small power to a weapon for a week ((Weapon will need to be Blessed again to keep the power/ powers are lighting or heal based))

Lighting Smite: Produces a Lighting bolt from his horn as a magical attack.

Shield Shatter: By physically running at a shield Rowan may shatter through it though he takes a little damage doing so. ((shield can be made of physical or magic)) He can only shatter up to three shields in one charge, the damage increases for every shield he runs through.

Fair Weather Faire: The ability to ensure perfect weather for the festival, this power only applies to the festival grounds.

Festival Favors: The ability to know and make the perfect festival gift for any pony he chooses.

Fairy Lights: Ability to make floating orbs of light to light up any night time festivals.

Raise The Festival: The power to levitate multiple items at the same time to help speed the set up and tear down of festivals.

Alluring Festival Scent : A passive power he smells of a ponies favorite scents from a festival. If a pony likes candied applies he smells like that if they like funnel cake he smells of that.

Strike up the Band: The ability to make festival music play even if there is no band to play it. Power can manifest as a band of shimmering gold ponies playing music, but he can only hold the image of them for small sets and normally only does the music.

Berserker Rage: When pushed to his limit he will go into a blind rage, doubling his power for a period of time. After this he will not be able to move for awhile, while he recovers.

Warrior's Gift: He may bestow a warrior like power to a pony that will last through the duration of the battle that warrior is to face. He can only bestow gifts three times a day.

The Aura of Battle: Merely being in his presence will make ponies wish to fight for his cause.

Titan of War: The ability to grow even larger in size then he naturally is in order to push back forces or topple strong holds. This can only be held for an hour at the most, three times a day.

Shields Up!: Able to create a wall of shields to protect him and his fellow warriors as they battle or prepare other defense. The shields have a certain hp and as they are hit when the hp runs to 0 they fall. He has to wait an hour before he is able to put the shield up again.

Summon the Armory: He can summon extra weapons to the field as long as there are weapons left in an armory he has set hoof in before.

The legend of Candle Jack: If his name is spoken out loud by any pony he has the ability to appear before them no matter where they are.

Let it Burn!: Able to set things on fire by touching a hoof to it, he can not burn ponies directly.

Where did it go?: Ability to turn items invisible until someone physically touches the invisible item.

Where did Jack Go?: Ability to teleport in shadows or darkness. Shadows must be as big as him to be able to use them. He can only teleport to other areas of darkness or shadows.

Spooky Candle Glow: Jack's markings and neck holes glow like a spooky candle and gives those who look at it a sense of foreboding.
