Non-Combat Outfit: Chizue’s only non-combat outfit is black satin pajamas. She likes to be prepared for anything and rarely changes out of her combat attire. (As a child her outfit will change but the principle stays the same.) Combat Outfit: Across all ages Chizue wears a black sleeveless dress, black sandals, and mesh leggings and gloves. Her leggings and gloves transition into solid fabric at the top. Her gloves go halfway up her upper arm.

▰▰▰ SOCIAL AND PERSONALITY
Personality:Chizue is kind hearted. However years of childhood tormenting led her to be very independent and closed off. She spends her time reading books and drinking tea. She takes pride in her work and skills. She would prefer not to kill, but knowing it’s often part of a ninja’s life she is resigned to it. She is very quiet and reserved. She doesn’t laugh easy and doesn’t make conversation. Secretly she wishes to make flavored ice pops to hand out to kids- but she knows they wouldn’t take them if she did. She dislikes cold temperatures and being caught in the rain- though loves a good thunderstorm if she’s sheltered. She gets along great with her parents. In the academy she would occasionally talk to peers but because most knew of Ice Release they ignored her. During her time studying she picked up an interest in chakra points and how they could be used in combat. Once she learned how to form ice weapons she decided to primarily use needles that could target those points. If interacted with she will be polite, and try to determine if the speaker is genuine.
Village: Chizue was born in the Hidden Sand but moved to the Hidden Leaf just before starting the academy. She now considers the Hidden Leaf her home. Title: Genin
Background: Chizue’s parents met during a war. Her mother was fighting for the Land of Water and her father for the Land of Wind. After recovering at a nearby farm they fell in love and moved to the Hidden Sand. Several years later Chizue was born. When Chizue was 7 her parents decided to move to the Hidden Leaf.
Chizue started the academy and quickly realized that she wasn’t accepted since she was an outsider. She unlocked her Kekkei Genkai at 9- a year after entering formal training. Her classmates were terrified of her but she excelled after that. Her mother (the Yuki side) worked with her to help develop the skill. The avoidance left her with lots of time to do research and train as a student. Despite her rough time in the village, her home life was wonderful. Her parents spent a lot of time making sure she knew to value herself, to work hard, but also to joke and laugh. Once she knows someone she lightens up considerably. The best way to be her friend is to spend time with her and to train with her. Her father has a firmly held belief that tea is the best remedy to anything that is bothering you and Chizue agrees.

The overwhelming trait only applies to a single element at D rank, increasing to two at A rank. Overwhelming properties do not apply to techniques above S Rank. In addition, each rank that you gain an overwhelming property the user gains a free Element PA that allows the user to augment their ninjutsu that gained the property with an additional effect for no resource or activation payment, allowing the user's ninjutsu to shine. You gain an additional 4 Ninjutsu per body rank that are dedicated to their primary element. Finally, the user gains access to Augment Skill Lines for the cost of it's primary technique slot and is not required to pay additional slots for skills in this line. ▱▰▱ Cross Class or Specialization: → Bloodline– Ninjutsu: May combine one bloodline technique and one ninjutsu technique for a single activation once every three posts by paying the resource cost for both. Able to gain learning reductions on ninjutsu based on reductions given by bloodline. Bloodline techniques that share the user's elements gain the overwhelming property if not already applied.
