Clementia Anna Fortressa Kaguya After resting up Clem had returned to the entrance of the golden forest her blades sharpened and her items stocked. She found it strange that the boss wanted to come here herself but who was she to judge the happenings and wants of others, it just ment she would get a bonus in her reward so it all turned out well in the end. One new addition to Clems arsenal though was the massive blade she acquired from that scroll she took from the bugman she had previously slaughtered not even a few hours ago. Its fine craftsmanship and unique design just screamed for her to keep it. Had memory served her correctly this was once a blade counted amongst the seven sword of the mist priceless beyond compare to what she was expecting her new shibuki. The near 7 foot armored mercenary would remain at the entrance to the forest till her clone and boss would arrive for the clean up of all the straggler not like they could retreat with the massive wall of bones separating half the forest keeping them stuck on this side.
While Obei spoke perfect Oni, the Oni she spoke was an evolution of a language which began from a barely literate entity of yokai. That begnning of literacy among yokai kind was several tiers separated from what typical yokai spoke with. It was for this reason that, with Obei's first message, the message was translated less as, "We come in peace" and more along the lines of, "We are here to feast." This naturally caused uproar from the creatures, who feared that they were about to be eaten. However, with the rest of Obei's message, which was, "We mean you no harm, and have brought no weapons. This land you're in has people that are afraid of yokai such as you. A man came to our home to tell us about you being here. He was like a bird, with feathers. We want to take you to our home, where you'll be safe.", seemed to calm the yokai down. This is because the creatures translated the message as, "we are beings which cause harm, but not without weapons. This earth has creatures which mean to hurt yokai. A yokai told us to eat with you, where we will be safe."
Naturally the message was a mess among the animal's ears, but they seemed to be in agreement. The bat flew off as the dragon cocked his head back. Lightning generated along the sides of his throat as he threw his head forward and a beam of lighting flew from his mouth. The crash shook the ground as several of the trees ignited. "Oh no..." Selina with nearly an open mouth. Regardless of the lack of sensory in this forest, THAT was going to be noticed. The other animals flew off in order to get food for the fire, including the dragon who disappeared with freighting quickness. The moment the animals moved, Selina moved over to Obei. "This is bad. Konoha is going to be sending an investigation squad soon to look into that." She said as she tried to think of a counter play. An idea crossed her mind, and with desperate eyes she looked up at her dear friend. "I have an idea. Hopefully the animals return before the konoha ninja do, but if they show up first, just follow my lead." She said as she moved toward the fire. She would stand in front of it as she awaited for what Konoha's possible response would be. After all, without sensory as an option, they were going to have to use sight alone to deduce what was happening in their territory.

Clementia Anna Fortressa Kaguya Minutes passed by like nothing and Clem felt bored waiting for the others to get here almost enough to start the hunt on her own, yet she kept those desires in for now it would not be wise to disappoint her boss this early into the contract no it was far to unethical. though from what her clone had mentioned that Samurai mercenary sure had it alot worse then she did, if the t**t tried that he would of been beheaded already. She slowily started drifting back off into her mind peaceful this place was when it didnt have children crying or the loud marching of an incoming army yes this was nice at least..it was... The loud booming sound followed by a blinding light completely caught Clem off guard. "WHAT THE F***!!!!" HEr body jerked around almost instantly to see the light dye down followed by a great deal of smoke. Was it the bugs ..no they didnt have this kind of power if they did they would of used it before.Thinking logically someone else must of entered the forest after she left earlier and by the looks of it wernt likely to be associated with the village or if they were they must really like destroying parts of there territory.Regardless if it was another attack then that just meant more fun for her and a bigger paycheck oh if im lucky i might get to keep the bodies she thought with a inhuman grin spreading over her pale skin.
Before any of that she wanted to investigate first if they wernt leaf ninja or even if they were then she would capture them quickly bind them and bring them somewhere more secluded then a big old forest that always bloody day light. Wasting no time the armored shinobi started weaving handsigns at a quick pace first activating her Stealth Bewildering cover followed by activating her Armors ability skywalker. moisture started covering her body and air entering her suit before becoming air locked and invisible by sight smell and chakra she was now nothing yet she was still there a complex combination. Ready Clem wasted no time rushing off towards the smoke at such high speeds it was frightening. The boost from her armor made clem light as air letting her almost fly as she sped through the forest each step made nearly no sound and barely disturbed the surroundings.
Minutes later she would find the source of the smoke and my whatever did this was rather cruel seeing how the fire spread so quickly...she really should get whoever did this and buy them a drink. What she did seeing the Area was a normal looking girl and a really pale one that didnt look quiet normal. Stopping a few feet away she observed them for a bit curious to see what they were doing. Lucky the pink haired girl did half clems job pointing out that they would be in trouble had a investigation team came here. Honestly it take them at least an hour or so to reach here and thats if they moved at the moment the attack was noticed then again she was not to familiar with how they work. So these two might be worth capturing alive, if that was the case then Clem had the perfect tools for this. Walking toward the two each step lighter then a feather each move soundless thats to the cloths placed in the joints to prevent the metal from scratching against each other. Her left and right hand slowly and carefully digging into her pouches pulling out two cans each marked with CM( Carbon monoxide )getting closer and closer she would reach out toward the pink haired girl opening a can with a button press releasing the odorless colorless gas near her faces letting the natural blowing of the wind, had her plan worked without any unseen issues then soon enough the thanks to her mouth being wind open this should of taken to long for the poisonous gas to take effect.She chose the smaller girl first since she looked like the easiest to take down first. If she fell over gasping for air then the larger girl with the horn would likely come over and clem would do the same.not knowing about oni she didnt know if it would work or not if not option B was to smash her skull open with her weapons.

Well that could have gone better. As Obei finished speaking in her kin's tongue, the yokai would each depart further into the forest. After watching the bat leave, the dragon would blast the land in front of it with a powerful lightning breath, rocking the oni's face with twigs and such as it would fly to collect whatever it had its mind on. "Obei...not tell to do that." she puffed, crossing her arms. "So oni tongue no work well. Confuse Obei. Very confuse." Selina mulled about, racking her mind for how they were going to explain a sudden burst of chakra blasting around a quarter of a forest in an otherwise pretty sensory negating part of the Land of Fire. The heat coming from the fire irked Obei, always having a pretty strange aversion to it. Perhaps it was due to her heritage or her hyoton nature, but Obei turned her back and would stand her ground like Selina had done. Every so often, she'd huff and tap her foot on the ground. "Obei no like fire." She put plainly, waiting for the welcoming party to arrive alongside Selina.

As Obei made her way over despite her hesitation by the fire, Selina's passive chakra sensory detected another presence in the area. Maybe the sight of the eight foot tall Oni girl which was her best friend made them nervous. Regardless, because of how fast they arrived, Selina could not use her initial plan of diverting attention, which was getting on one knee and proposing to Obei with the ring she kept in her back pocket. In truth the ring was a prop from her role as Kagami for the move role she was casted as, but it's not like any Konoha ninja would know the difference. Because they chose to be hidden, however, Selina decided to engage. "Show yourself." She said in a way which did not at all sound like a twenty something ice goddess speaking to a spirit which may or not be an allegorical representation of her repressed sexual identity. She instead spoke with an authority which came from the years on the police force which she served.

Clem was abit confused even though was in position and was never stopped from activating the gas canister letting it spray and spread around the pink haired woman who now Clem saw as someone who seemed to have a stronger sensory ability then her jamming skill she should a put more power into it, mad at that fact alone rather then being found out. Yet Clem remained silent a moment running through her options and buying time for the Carbon monoxide to take effect which would not take to much time at such high exposure. This pink haired woman sure gave off an imposing presence almost tickled her pink inside the fact she could of been strong excited the armored figure beyond words, strong people meant a high possibility of a higher price .

Looking at her options one last time the Armored figure smiled keeping her composure even in the presence of a stronger being, it was due to the fact she knew she was only dealing with a human meaning that she can be killed or dismembered, with that in mind Clem would finally speak but only to keep the girl from attacking or from her moving "Oh ohohohohohoh ehehhe HOW interesting trespassers in my woods and you demand me to appear how self centered you are child." Selina gritted her teeth at the harsh language this strange masked individual imposed upon her and Obei. Whoever this person was clearly did not recognize the two of them, since speaking to literal saviors of ninja kind in such a way would be something which would cause INTENSE political unrest should the wrong person be involved. Thankfully, despite the harsh language, the game was also easy enough to notice. Whoever this person was was bound by Konoha law that they could not initiate the fight. After all, to do so with the circumstances as they were would cause tension between Konohagakure and Arashigaure, which were currently allied. However, if this person managed to goad Selina and Obei into starting the fight, then they could defend themselves on self-defense, and then the two Arashi ninjas were completely in the wrong. Had Selina not had five years of police training drilled into her she may have fallen for the prodding. As it stood, however, the young woman simply smiled.
"We apologize for any issues. We'll be just leaving." She said as she gave Obei a knowing look. Wherever the five rinnegan having animals went, they were clearly not there anymore. That just meant as long as they found them first before the armored one did that they could still perform their task without any issue. Selina bowed formally to the masked man. "I apologize again. After all, just as the law would protect them if Selina and Obei struck first, it would also condemn him if they made the first attack. Assuming that they were part of the village ANBU, they would have had to have that basic knowledge. Therefore, it was a guessing game as to whether or not this was a clever person trying to goad, or a foolish one ready to pick a fight.

To be clear this PA makes it so that as long as she has the activation and resources to do so, Lahlil can simultaneously cast another fuunin with flying thunder god or the fuunin shuushin.

Welp such a shame thought i could have abit more fun buuut seems like that aint happening anytime soon oh well ehhehehe." Resting her left hand on what appeared to be a 3 ft long dagger with what appeared to have 4 edges she would wait to see how the Arashi ninja reacted. Behind the hokage though Clems clone that had followed would not reveal herself rather she would circle around the group remaining far back hopefully with her low chakra count would blend in with all the creatures that still remained in the forest (mantis creatures) so she could set up a few traps here and their to handle the pair had things gone south. These ranged from simple explosive traps to a few trip wires log traps and a few simple holes made deep enough to have ones foot trapped. lining these with small wooden spikes to cause even more inconvenience.Had she been caught the obvious thing to do was blame these measures on the creatures simple but a clear reason to have them set up. A deep and imposing voice bellowed out from nearby, which Obei turned her head quickly and furrow her pale brows. They didn't seem to be in a fair mood at the sight of these animals destroying the entire forest or just about. She pouted in worry while looking down to Selina and then back to the armored individual while looking around for any sights of the group of animals. There wasn't much to go on and it wasn't like she could go looking for them right now. It would give this person the benefit of the doubt and call it "fleeing". The oni's teeth were grit together and she let Selina talk them out of the situation or at least defuse it. They couldn't just sit here and let them wander off without supervision. In typical pop star fashion, she would dial up that cuteness to 1 and apologize for the individual while turning around. The towering woman followed suit behind her and shot the woman a wary look as to not to try anything funny behind her. "Do NOT attack. Obei will make forest into ice rink if do."
Then another newcomer came to be known. Obei's eyes widened in surprise as the woman from when Kogarashi attacked! The strange bat woman. The oni huffed in response, already tense as she would look down at Selina and stress about if the blonde haired woman would recognize her in response. If she did, this likely would make the situation about five times worse than it would be. A known Arashigakure ninja working alongside an ex-Kogarashi member who looked as stressed and unsure as she always did. Ice froze over her veins as the tense woman felt Ferrah before she even spoke a word. The coy manner of which Lalhil addressed her did not favors, as it meant that there was no sense of camaraderie from the ordeal during the peace negotiations when the two of them dealt with those Empire Loyalist. Selina turned back around and as she did Clem, who Selina managed to sense through her passive abilities, decided to manifest in front of her in an intimidation tactic. Naturally Selina was unfazed since her dealings with the worst of the worst made her resistant to things which would have terrified her years ago. What she wasn't ready for, however, was Obei to be defensive. It made sense to her that her dearest friend would not take kindly to these antics, but her threat could not have been at a worse moment. It was going to take a lot of charm in order to weasel out of this one.
"Like I said, there are a bunch of misunderstandings. And now that you're here lady Hokage, perhaps we can work them through." Selina said with her idol smile as she moved in front of Obei. A lowered hand gently patted the large woman as one would in order to soothe a frightened friend without making a scene of it. It would fire her in a straight line to directly assault Clem while managing to miss Obei. Whether this was on purpose or not was something no one could know at the moment. All that mattered was that these animals, which all had the rinnegan eyes, were starting to return to the location. There was no doubt that these familiars would be here within a minute at most if it wasn't sooner.

tab While she might have had her back turned, Lahlil's sensory field was still transmitting every little bit of information that wasn't obscured to her by the two Arashi nin. Still, knowing what was coming by no means prevented the look of surprise strewn across her face upon feeling those very same eyes that had looked down on her previous home. A eruption of electrical energy around her body was enough to solidify her muscles in preparation for the coming hit. Her side was only half turned to brace the impact when the gravitational force launched her backwards. The tail end of her solo flight and one clawed gauntlet dragging along the ground managed to keep the kage from being blew right out of the immediate area but did little to improve her mood.
It was at least fortunate for the two unknown ninja at least, that Lahlil wasn't able to interrogate what she believed to be a suspect story in the wake of the multiple sensory pings that came from numerous beasts coming into her range. Ex-Korgarashi or no.
From the air above the group there came a wave of obsidian colored spikes littering the area. Because of their color it was hard to notice, but engraved into each spike was a small seal of Lahlil's own creation before the blood that created them solidified. Despite their jagged and menacing nature however, not a single one made it's impact directly on the beast or the group of ninjas. Electing instead to only impale the ground in as wide an area as possible. Once her cage was set up the Hokage pulled from the space of the Echo Caverns, the familiar faces of Caine and Celeste. Each taking up an initially defensive posture on either side of Lahlil.

If the ninjutsu had an effect such as burning, burns, paralysis, etc, that effect is still in effect as the blood acts in a similar fashion to the original technique. In addition, the sight of blood in such masses causes tiered mental stress based on technique rank for three posts unless kai is used. To be clear this PA makes it so that as long as she has the activation and resources to do so, Lahlil can simultaneously cast another fuunin with flying thunder god or the fuunin shuushin.

Clem was simply put in awe at the colors and lights it screamed showmanship. Without anything to do Clem simply clapped her hands together fully entertained by her bosses moves." Things had not taken a more favorable turn for the two's mission. Obei would be behind the ever pleasant Selina, who would be trying to explain to Lahill that they weren't trying to set up a bomb or anything deep in their own lands. The oni would huff, on the anxious side now while her hands would twitch every now and again. Selina worked her magic, or began to, as they were rudely interrupted by the goat from before. Obei looked over just in time to see the goat from before, glaring at the Hokage as Selina yelled at her to be wary. Of course, Obei lacked the sensory that her partner did, and would only prove to step beside Selina, now one of her hands on Selina's much smaller shoulders. Lahill would only manage to get pushed back some from the attack, but was in good health. "Not good. Goat come back. Mean that others come back soon." she crossed her arms and would look from the goat, to Selina, and then the armored...person.
Her main concern were the creatures. The forest was already incredibly close to the village, and if they managed to find their way there, well...They wouldn't be too thrilled about having a gang of animals with the powers of dojutsu which had long gone from this world. She looked back down at Selina. "We not let them hurt animals, but not hurt animals either. Obei not sure what do. It is confuse. Very confuse...Suh-Lee-Nah have plan?"

Lalhil's grand display of power would be intercepted as a bolt of lightning struck the obsidian spikes while they hovered in the air. All of the spikes were coursed with an electric current before they all burst into nothingness. It is then that the dragon swooped down, roaring a mighty screech. It circled around in the sky as it lacked the space necessary to land. However, to the surprise of Lalhil, a massive bat flew straight toward her, aiming to pin her to the ground and feast on her blood. At the same time, fire flew from the corner of Clem's vision as the tiger shot forward a flaming sphere before formally entering the area. Sensing their chakras now, Selina also detected the serpent, who was coiled around a tree above Clem waiting to strike. Selina moved back from Clem as the fire moved toward her. However, as all of these strikes and movements occurred, she noticed that none of them were aimed at Obei and herself. 'These guys weren't this hostile the last time we saw them. What could have possibly...' The answer came to her in a heat of panic. They're not attacking, they're defending. The animals think that Selina and Obei need protection! She wanted to try and have Obei speak to them again, but the last time they tried that all of this nightmare began. "Quick! Try to be nice! I think the yokai believe you two to be threats." Selina yelled, well aware of the irony of her statement. Frantically Selina was trying to find a way to communicate to these creatures in order to stop this from breaking into all out war.
