Cartwright(c) vs Marcus Damone

[Drako Damone]

Marcus turns back to the ring only to have Cartwright dive out after him with a swanton. Marcus is taken to the floor on the outside, finally off his feet and none too pleased about it  

[Cartwright]

The champion had to reach into his bag of tricks but it got the job done! Marcus has been left on the floor, which allows Cartwright to roll back into the ring and tell the referee to count that man out!

 

[Drako Damone]

Marcus may be down but he's far from out. Around about the count of four, he reaches up to grab the apron and pull himself up, then slides into the ring again, making his way to his feet again  

[Cartwright]

Ahhh damn it! Marcus is sliding himself back into the ring when The Lad tries to keep him grounded with an elbow drop across the spine!

 

[Drako Damone]

the elbow hits, but Marcus grits his teeth to fight through the pain. Cartwright is not going to keep him down as he still attempts to push himself up again  

[Cartwright]

Grrr these Damones never want to stay down! It's becoming a personal challenge to do just that as Cartwright wants to rain stomps down on to Marcus!

 

[Drako Damone]

A couple of stomps rock Marcus, but also gives him an opening. He reaches up to catch Cartwright's foot and looks to pull him off his feet  

[Cartwright]

The raining of stomps comes to an abrupt halt as Marcus catches Cartwright's foot. With a strong pull in his own direction, The Lads back hits the mat and he finds himself in a bad position!

 

[Drako Damone]

Marcus could get up, but the youngest Damone is pissed. So he floats over and looks to clock the champion with several rights to the head  

[Cartwright]

Ow.

OW.

OW!

Marcus is making the most of his opportunity to punish Cartwright, clobbering him with punches to the head. The Lad flails his hands about, trying to find Marcus' face to rake it!

 

[Drako Damone]

Marcus relents mainly to get back up again. Finally vertical, he waits for Cartwright to get up again  

[Cartwright]

Holding the side of his head, Cartwright returns to his feet after crawling a distance away from Marcus.

Time to get things back on track for himself, as Marcus goes after Cartwright attempting to clock him with a clothesline  

[Cartwright]

Marcus charges towards Cartwright, spinning The Englishman in the air thanks to his powerful clothesline before The Lad hits the mat!

 

[Drako Damone]

Marcus is getting fired up now, and the fans are rallying behind him. Marcus reaches down to pull Cartwright up and attempts to whip him to the ropes, then launch him in the air and drop him face first to the mat in a free fall slam
