The Parents

Cindergaze is incredibly loyal to Lightning Clan and is Star Clan aligned- though she takes some liberties with it. In her mind, her ultimate calling is to fight for her clan when called and to fill it with strong kits- no matter where the mates come from. Though this is generally looked down on by Star Clan aligned cats, she takes her role in providing strong kits so seriously sheeeee kinda oversees that rule. If a tom is going to give her strong kits does it really matter!?


Bouldertuft is vain, flirtatious and knows he’s good looking. While he’d prefer to spend time around a pretty she cat, he’s a loyal Lightningclan cat and not afraid to raise his claws to defend them.... so long as he doesn’t get any big scars! He'll be a very present father, wanting to see the kittens grow up strong but also glorious, so when they aren't learning to hunt or battle, they'll be learning the art of grooming!


Dogwood is a sensitive cat who is selfless in deed. He fancied himself in love with cindergaze, but when Bouldertuft mentioned what he got in with cindergaze, he knew it wasnt to be. Apparently cindergaze didnt feel the same. So he left when Riversong spoke of cats in the trees he decided that could be him. So he left without much more then a see you when i see you. He is unaware of the kits as he has gone to treeclan, and when he hears he will assume them to all be his brothers.

Cat Name: Creamfur
Personality: Creamfur has inherited more than a little vanity from her father. He is so big and has so much fur, but it always looks so clean and soft, even when they live out among anything that could snag it, like leaves or twigs! As a kitten, she'll be seen around her father often, determined to know how he gets his fur so pristine. As she grows, she will be adamant that other cats not go out of their way to ruin her fur. (Mouse-brained cats with short fur don't know how hard her family has to work to be beautiful!) Come adulthood, she will be very appearance focused, big surprise, but rather than thinking of her fur as a chore, it will always be a sense of pride for her and she will be happy to pass it on to any little ones if she has them. Or rather, if any tomcat can stand her uppity personality long enough to get something done.
Tell us about a typical day for this cat: Since becoming a warrior, Creamfur has found there's been more flexibility in her day. She would sleep in for as long as she could before someone went in to ensure she hadn't died in her sleep overnight. Then, when she would wake (a little crankily if someone poked her with a paw or stepped on her lovely coat) she would come out of the den and do a thorough once, maybe even a twice-over, of her fur. If she spotted even a strand out of place, she would spend the whole morning fixing it, unless pulled away by a patrol.

In fact, grooming was the majority of her day. She would get interrupted, either by her need to eat or her duties to her Clan, but the majority of her day (and sometimes well into the evening) is making sure she looks as beautiful as she can. After all, with a pelt as lovely as hers, it's just as much her duty to feed the Clan as it is to look beautiful for all to see, right?

Cat Name: Mountainsong
Personality: Mountainsong is a larger cat, hence his name, with a deep mew which got him teased at a young age. Touchy about his mew, he settled into not speaking for quite some time. Even as he grew into adulthood and got his warrior name (for which he was convinced Brightstar was teasing him too) he had gotten so used to being a selective mute that he didn't quite care to suddenly start speaking again. As a result, it's only ever when he's engaged in battle does he let out a booming howl of a battle cry which does quite a lot to disorient his enemies.
Tell us about a typical day for this cat: Mountainsong was a simple cat, despite his decided silence, and as such, his day was typical of most other warriors. He would wake up (though he tried to sleep in as much as he could) and then see if there were any patrols he was to be placed on. If so, he would go on them and return. If not, he would seek out the company of his siblings or parents. He would "chat" with them, by way of listening to them speak and nodding or flicking his ears in where nods or flicks were acceptable.

After some socializing, he would eat (if he hadn't already) and then perhaps he would go brave the rivers and sun himself on the temptation rocks. After all, they belonged to LightningClan now, so why not take advantage of them?

After a suitable time of comfort passed, when the sun was beginning to lower in the sky, he would return to the Clan to see about any dusk or evening patrols he could partake in and upon his return from those daily chores, he would return at last to his nest again for the night. Truly, he led a simple life, but a comfortable one and no different, really, than a cat who spoke.

Cat Name: Flickerstep
Personality: Flickerkit was always rambunctious, wanting to run around and play, giving little regard to what happened to his pelt. As you can imagine, this lead to quite a lot of bathing, to which he was less than pleased because when he was getting a bath, he wasn't outside playing with his siblings or fellow kits! He wanted adventure, not a clean pelt! As he grew as an apprentice, one bad thorn led him to realizing how much of a hassle his pelt was, but now necessary it was for him to groom it (since his mother wouldn't any longer.) As a warrior, he still regards his fur as tedious, but does his part to keep it from collecting all manner of branches, critters and cobwebs. He often jokes that a long-furred cat should be the next medicine cat, because they can just carry their herb supply with them!
Tell us about a typical day for this cat: Flickerstep is always one of the first cats awake in the Clan. With his warm coat, he has no problem going out into chilly weather. He'll check for burrs or pokey bits, but if none are present, he'll leave his coat however he woke up. Stray moss or a sneaky spider hiding among his fur? Who cares! Not Flickerstep. If it's not gonna cause him discomfort, he's not gonna worry about it.

With a "bedhead" like coat, he goes out to see whether there are any patrols he can join. In fact, he sits right outside of the Warriors Den to see if Sparrowflight is already awake and if not, will wait until she is so he can pester her about patrols. If she takes too long, he'll go off on his own. He loves a good hunt, though the blood in his white fur patches means that he has to wash again. So tedious... Still, he'll get it done.

Grooming finished and it's back out into the fray. Elders need ticks removed? He's on it. Patrols to go on? Sure! Beating any pesky RiverClanners off of the Temptation Rocks that are obviously LightningClan's? Always! Proud of the Clan he lives in and ready to defend it and prove to his mama that while he's not the cleanest of kits, he's one of the more devoted warriors, he's ready to take on all that LightningClan has to offer him, day after day.

Cat Name: Sandyflame
Personality: Stubborn and loyal to a fault. She was raised to be vain and care more about how she looks like. Appearances are key to getting the strong abled males, that is for sure. You got it, you flaunt it!
Tell us about a typical day for this cat: If Sandyflame finds a very comfortable spot, well, let's just say she will hoard that area as long as she can. No questions asked. She will begrudgingly move to accommodate her siblings but any other cat and she will defend her little area and make it her own. The time will be spent looking her absolute best. Grooming to the max. However, should Brightstar ever needed her, she will be there - no harm no foul. Evening (or morning) patrols? Done. Hunting to feed the Clan? She will turn that into a competition and attempt (she probably fails multiple times but she is stubborn) to be the best hunter in the whole clan. (Must look strong, then all the males will vie for her attention. Well, that was and probably will be the plan, but who knows.) Anything the clan needs, she will be there. (Knowing this, she'd probably die for the clan, but that is taking it too far, don't you think...?)

Personality: Willow is lazy, he does the barest minimum required, much prefers to sleep or eat than DO anything, however when he sets his mind to doing something, he's actually a pretty good warrior and hunter. Just don't ask him to over think things, some could say he's energy effficient, expending the least amount of energy possible.
Tell us about a typical day for this cat: Willowbloom was watching the toms prancing for some of the in heat queens with interest, *what a waste* he thought as he saw toms swaggering about, his fur hiding his bulk, underneath he was a rather plump but fit cat. He rolled about in a patch of sunlight in the middle of clangrounds before getting up and stretching, one queen turned her attention to him "Wasting your time hon, not interested in YOU" he said, before turning his attention back to the toms, his tail a plume as he waved it in the air as he passed by the boys. He'd been told he had to go hunting today. He'd spent most of the morning sleeping and knew he would get his ears chewed off if he didn't move his furry bottom and get some fresh kill. He yawned again, stretching and taking the longest time about preparing to leave, before he actually finally left. Returning surprisingly quickly with a large rabbit, he tossed it onto the fresh kill pile and returned to a sunny spot to sleep again. Eyeing the couple of toms still lingering near the queens "mmm ... hello? .. is it me you're looking for?" he murmured under his breath at one of them he felt looked particularly masculine that day then sighed, turning away, tucking his nose under his tail as he curled and quickly began snoring lightly.

Personality: Shy, Forgiving, Understanding
Tell us about a typical day for this cat: Sandstream loves to sleep next to her kin and usually wakes when the first of them goes out for the morning patrol. Until time for her own patrol, Sandstream will wander through the camp searching for where she can be most useful. Though she's not much of a conversationalist, she's a great listener with surprisingly keen insight so she spends a good portion of her time sharing tongues with her clanmates and supporting them morally.
Like her mother, Sandstream wants to have many kits one day but unlike her mother, she wants to be loyal to just one tom. Only problem is, she doesn't know who that one tom is. She pines after the strong warriors of her clan, wishing they would notice her, but she hasn't gotten up the courage to actually talk to any of the toms aside from her kin.
When praised for her hunting skills by any tom, she immediately lowers her gaze, anxiously kneads the ground, and becomes a nervous wreck, much to her mothers disappointment.

Personality: Sassy, Bossy, Vain
Tell us about a typical day for this cat: Sugarmaple is one of the smartest, fastest, and most beautiful cats in the clan and she won't let you forget it. It is a point of pride for her to always hunt for herself and the clan while on patrol. Every time she leaves camp for whatever reason, she always, always brings something back. Sometimes she breaks protocol to do this but if any cat tries to correct her or command her otherwise, they'll get an earful of her sass.
When she's not out providing for her clan better than most of the other lazy bums around, she's cleaning her fur. It's important that she keep herself to the highest standards of groomed beauty. To show off in front of all the tom's how beautiful she is and what they can't have gives her almost as much joy as the hunt.
She makes a point everyday of showing off her coat, her loyalty to the clan, and her hunting skills in hopes that one day she'll get an apprentice of her own to boss around train.

Personality: Fearless, Strong willed, Loyal
Tell us about a typical day for this cat: For Pebblepelt, family is everything. Yes, she trains to protect and feed her clan as well but to this girl, family comes first. She knows her mother sometimes talks a little too friendly to toms she shouldn't, but that's nothing the clan should worry about. Sure, sometimes her siblings go off the territory or break the code of starclan, but doesn't every cat at some point? No matter what trouble her family gets into, Pebblepelt will be right beside them.
Thus she starts every morning by checking on her parents first, then each of her siblings, making sure that everyone is not just fed and groomed, but also happy and safe. Once her family is taken care of, she moves on to providing for her clan. She trains hard so that one day she can battle side by side with her father and perhaps get a (tiny) scar to show a great victory just like him.

Personality: Squirrelsnow is all over the place. He is active, bouncy, and just wants to know everything! Squirrelsnow enjoys being out of the camp, going on patrols and finding new things in the territory.
Tell us about a typical day for this cat: Squirrelsnow is a cat who loves to be on his paws. Naptime? Only when needed. Although he's close with his parents, Squirrelsnow would rather dirty his coat instead of always maintaining it. You would usually find him scouring the territory. He is a friendly cat, but would rather find an adventure buddy, than commence small talk over sharing tongues.

Personality: Morningflight is a warm, loving she-cat who enjoys sulking around the camp, basking under the sun. Morningflight is a kind cat, wanting to please others before herself. She is however, fierce in battle, like her mother. LOYALTY IS EVERYTHING.
Tell us about a typical day for this cat: Morningflight would be seen sunbathing in the day, if not busy attending to her warrior duties. She is not so fond of hunting, but would rather be training apprentices battle tactics. She is not fond of Treeclan, knowing that some of her kin reside there as well, thus preparing herself to the day that she would have to go tooth and claw against them. Dogwood, Duskfinch, Dawnowl are not forgiven to her.

Personality: Flowersuckle is the opposite of her name. She is rude, aggressive, with a short temper. Things should go her way, for she holds grudges dearly. With this, it's noticeable that this warrior often is seen alone.
Tell us about a typical day for this cat: Flowersuckle is a large warrior, who uses her coat as a blessing. Mainly because she often sticks to herself. Even her littermates aren't really close with her once their apprenticeships started. Flowersuckle would watch as cats mingled, often leaving her out of the loop. She would just glare... emitting hate and anger onto him. She would often be seen around the medicine cats, when she was desperate for some attention, for they were trained by Honeyfur to respect everyone in the clan. As soon as the warriors returned home from patrolling, Flowersuckle would leave the camp, knowing the territory was well-marked and safe for her to go out alone, ready to release her frustrations.
