β±β°β±Eiji had his back turned on the Shogun and was slowly walking away until Shinta spoke up. He halted and stood silently with his back turned on the group. Akaran could feel like the sage was boiling under his skin. When Shinta bowed to him he nodded his head back. "Nice to see ya, Shin-ta." Akaran was friendly as he felt the tension growing in the silence. Akaran hated awkward silences deeply. He hated feeling uncertain above all. This feeling was alleviated by Samatha sticking up for him. It was a whirlwind though as he frowned remembering what happened to Samatha's student. He then looked at Shinta who he viewed as someone he had taken under his wing as well. When Samatha finished speaking, Fire Sage Eiji turned sharply on his heel and shouted. "I will not have a yokai shogun!" The prejudice was visceral as he yelled at Samatha and his rage was quickly directed at Akaran.
β±β°β±Akaran put his hands up as if to signal that he meant no harm and for Eiji to calm down. Eiji clenched his teeth together as Haumea carefully approached him. She respectfully explained to him that he should at least consider seeing evidence of Akaran's claims. He looked up at the sky as he breathed out the fire but restrained it behind his teeth. The frustration then led to only a tiny amount of smoke leaving his lips. "It goes beyond that, Haumea. All anyone knows is the Asaryu but does anyone know the name of the first fire sage who had to tend the flame? No. This Asaryu, who we don't even know existed, lit the flames to keep the yokai away while being a yokai himself? Nonsense. Yet this figure of myth gets all the praise while we fire sages are taken for granted. It's almost as if the story was invented to overshadow the true Seinaru Enjo." Eiji explained the deep pain that he felt at the heart of this after dedicating decades to the flame. The octogenarian samurai did all he could to restrain himself. Akaran looked at Eiji and wondered if he was the very same sage who kept the eternal flame lit thousands of years ago because he was so old. Akaran kept this thought to himself for now.
β±β°β±Eiji became angered once again by Seika's comments. He pointed at her as his anger became more of a simmer, like hot ash. "You will not disrespect our name in our own temple." Eiji stared intensely at Seika as he inhaled deeply to bring his rage down. He looked at Haumea again, the only person who he wanted to speak to at this point. "I can't let him in. I can't fail this temple or this clan again. The Jashinists snuffed our fire out and I was the first elder sage in thousands of years to see the flame go out. Then I had to rely on the yokai and this girl to restore the flame for me. Just because his grandmother was one of us doesn't mean he appreciates our ways. Or even understands them. As a yokai, he was only good as fuel for lighting the flames again. If I let him in and he spouts this foolishness about being Asaryu then the temple will only be desecrated again. Do you all understand me?!" Eiji became overwhelmed with sorrow and regret. Akaran could see where this was all coming from. His own regrets and he could only process it by hating Akaran. "You didn't fail, Elder Ei-ji. You fought honorably for the Sei-na-ru En-jo. The Ja-shin-ists have powers from the dark one. If you just let me in then I can prove to you that I am the A-sa-ryu. Then I can help you more, just like I did with Sa-ma-tha." Akaran spoke gently to the elder fire sage. He had great respect and empathy for him even though it was not reciprocated in kind. Eiji just shook his head and looked at the ground, as if denying it but feeling doubt. Doubt in Akaran but also doubt in himself as the elder, a position that he held with such reverence and responsibility.

The user is able to cast ninjutsu from their weapon without the use of hand signs by making any flourish or deliberate movement to cast the technique in the direction the weapon is commanded. This requires the same amount of time as the forming of hand signs to cast ninjutsu. They are also able to Korabo 1 ninjutsu and 1 bukijutsu together with varying cool downs for a single action. E-D - 0 C-B - 1 A-S - 2 S+ - 3 Third Class: Ninjutsu β±β°β± Elemental Mastery β The user's ninjutsu gains the ability to overwhelm techniques of the same rank. In addition, each rank that you gain an overwhelming property the user gains a free Element PA that allows the user to augment their ninjutsu that gained the property with an additional effect for no resource or action payment, allowing the user's ninjutsu to shine. You gain an additional 4 Ninjutsu per body rank that are dedicated to their primary element. Also, the user gains access to Augment Skill Lines for the cost of it's primary technique slot and is not required to pay additional slots for skills in this line. This implant does not consume an implant slot but does have the restrictions of the implant system. The implant does not carry the overwhelming factor of its base elements through this discipline. Eiji quite yelled at her about forbidding the leadership of a Yokai Shogun, she kept herself quiet to see what further may transpire. It soon unravels as he goes with the turning of his head to each response of the others. Akaran, Haumea, Seika, and a unknown young man appeared, giving their inputs and with this such pressure, Eiji had begun to speak about his troubles, philosophy kind. He pretty much felt like the Fire Sages had taken a back seat due to the sudden rise of a Asaryu like Akaran himself which was blasphemy to him. The part about failing the clan and temple again touched her in a way, not in a mean or anger but sympathy and understanding. She thought about the fact now, she's very important to Akaran and that she can't fail him. In order to make sure that doesn't happen, she wants to help this temple more and perhaps, Eiji would be open to discovering further.
She would speak more in a gentler tone, one that has the sound of honey and kindness with it. "I get it, this place, its your home, it has your people, your clan. They all mean so much to you, your dedication and devotion maintains the tradition and integrity. Your clan Eiji, is amazing, very similar to my own clan, the Uchiha clan. My dad, he is a Uchiha and taught me everything i know as far as techniques and that being a Uchiha, being a warrior of my home is important." She would think about the temple and how the flame itself feels like home, because flames remind her of passion and her clan. "Eiji, i hope you know you can always call on me to aid you, right? I want to help keep the flame going, for all of Zaishin's tradition, including for you. I don't think you failed anyone, i believe you fought well and continue to do so. This temple stands because of you, let it be so."
She said that with honor and respect to all of Seinaru Enjo, as their flames can be terrifying and powerful like the Uchiha clan's flames. If the Uchiha and the Seinaru Enjo gathered together against a common foe, the enemy would be blazed out, not able to compare against the passion of two strong clans. Two clans that can blaze hotter and hotter until a enemy is turned to ash, not able to stand up against them any more. She would think about the fact Haumea Seinaru Enjo is here too, the one girl that successfully got away from the streets long back. She would smile to see that Haumea is alright, considering the Commander previously was going to chase her down. Maybe after this, she can talk with Haumea and thank her for that day, of her preventing further damage occur back in the streets.

Human sages may do this with any two elemental natures (including Maruton) of their choice, while animal may only apply feat this to elemental natures that they share with their animal. In addition, the genjutsu cast in this manner have the sight sense added to them at C Rank body. At S Rank body, the user's genjutsu are given the chakra sense. Also, mental stress or insanity can be added to any genjutsu cast through eye contact for an additional fifty percent chakra cost.
β±β°β± Melee Prodigy The user obtains a [1] point increase to agility while their sharingan is active for each body rank they have obtained. In addition, the user's first physical offensive activation every three posts gains a [1] point increase to speed per rank of their body, also requiring the eyes to be active.
β±β°β± Piercing Accuracy | The clansman is more proficient than his fellow clan members at striking tenketsu. One's gentle fist application allows them to reduce 1.5 times the amount of chakra spent in a juken strike instead of 1.25. For example, if one spends 80 chakra on a gentle fist technique, the attack robs the target of 120 instead of the 100 normal clansmen would reduce.
β±β°β± Purest Lineage | The clansman's thoroughbred lineage allows them access to the Byakugan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation. In addition, should they unlock the Tenseigan, they may have 50% less reserves to maintain it than other clan members and may also activate the Tenseigan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation.

Some people come here to find peace, not be woken like the dead. Have some respect, elder." he laughed lightly at his own prodding with some hints of humor. His sleepy gaze a guise that masked the man's high status and sharp political influence.
General Ikebatsu Seinaru-Enjo had finally heard his fill of the Elder's dated ways and archaic thinking. The man walked with true grace but his posture commanded obedience from those in the room. His authoritative energy washing over the situation. " Eiji-dono. When teaching the children of the clan to wield the sacred flame, what is the first lesson they must learn?" He asked, allowing little time for answer for his rhetorical question. " The flame we wield can burn us the most, is that not true." He stepped forward, planting the sheathe of his sword on the ground while crossing his arms around the scabbard to support himself. He would address the Elder. " Use the Sacred Flame to extinguish the darkness in your heart." he repeated, speaking another of the lessons the clan teaches their children. " These teachings; while applicable to the simple tending of their new-born flames are not a simple as they seem. Meditate on their meaning, elder. Our flames burn the impurities of the soul, the evil in a Yokai's heart for example. If a Yokai were to wield the flame and tend to it, do you not think this flame would burn them the most? Furthermore, the darkness in one's heart refers to the nature of the mindless Yokai. Exstinguishing the darkness in one's heart, referring to the inborn darkness of the Yokai who became the first Sage; overcoming his darkness. "
The man stood in the silence that would inevitably wash over the situation for a moment. He nodded, satisfied with his answer. " If my reasoning falls on deaf ears, elder, know that I have witnessed the Young-Lord Akaran's Awakening. He attained this before my eyes as we arrived with reinforcements at the Iron Castle. While you may have your doubts, old friend, I am here to lobby my support for this young, new blood. " Knowing this would likely break the man's position or infuriate him more that he was being disproven, the General would remain stern and commanding in his stance, all the while awaiting the tension to disperse so he may nap in peace once again.
He looked to Akaran, smiling with approval and giving a slight bow of respect before turning his attention to the monk to await his response.
Akaran greeting Shinta moved a fox-like smile to his face as he bowed deeply, showing utmost respect for the future Shogun. " Akaran-Sama, the day finds you well I see. Glad to have it."
Shinta grinned as he felt the chest of the man who spat his yokaiphobic rhetoric at everyone. He could hear the contractions of the blood vessels around his heart as his rate elevated even further. As the people all congregated around his lord against the elderly monk, Shinta detected snores that abruptly stopped within the temple, followed by a long, exhausting sigh before the man he could hear within would make himself known to the rest. Shinta would listen to the man, not only his words but his body. He was calm, eerily so. He was not irritated by the circumstances at all, he was not disrupted in the slightest. This man had achieved some level of Zen not even the master's at the dojo had displayed.
Shinta would remain silent as he used his senses wholly to observe and commit the rise of a new power to memory.

The young Raui Prodigy did find it slightly odd he had been asked by the Young-Lord Akaran to meet him at the Eien Hono Temple instead of at the castle, as he made his way up the steps climbing up towards the temple grounds. However it was not for him to question the Young-Lord's reasons only to fulfilled the task given to him as best he could. If his father even caught a whiff of such thoughts rattling around in his head he would certainly discipline him well. Luckily for the young Katsuki his father was neither here, nor a mind reader so the particular oddness he had for the Young-Lord's request was safe within his own heart.
Still young, and only an Okappiki Katsuki Raui could only muse about the reasons, and methods of his superiors though that did not mean he did not respect them for of course he did unwavering so in most cased as was the Raui way. Loyalty was in their blood after all, and Katsuki would not dare sully the good name of the Raui by questioning, but as any one of a young heart he was naturally curious. Finally reaching the last few steps he saw a group gathered in front of the temple causing even more confusion for the young Raiu. He noticed first the most prominent three among the many faces first being of course the Young-Lord Akaran, second General Ikebatsu Seinaru-Enjo, and thirdly the Elder of the Seinaru-Enjo. They seemed to be in an argument of some sort so Katsuki stood to the side in clear view of the Young-Lord, but not daring to get in the middle of things he rightfully should stay out of as a simple Okappiki even if he was of the Raui Clan.
The sudden explosion onto Akaran made Seika's soured mood only be pushed further back. Eiji's personal distaste for the Shogun was in itself a rather crude move worthy of insubordination. But Seika was more offended because it was a friend of hers being harassed for something beyond his control. She could pity the man's point, that the fire sages could feel some amount of envy for this Asaryu taking the glory from them, it immediately went unnoticed as soon as Eiji began to spout that nonsense at her. "So that's all he is to you?! Just some glorified match to rekindle your sacred fire despite saving every one of you from something you allowed to happen?" Akaran interrupted the argument that everyone was beginning to have with them, with the Seiryu huffing to herself as a hand went to gently tuck the hair away from the front of her face. The next interruption came in the form of an imposing man strolling up into the entrance from inside the temple. In a calm and more logical manner, he would talk to the elder to try and appease his old ways of thinking as everyone else could just watch and hope that Eiji would allow them through. The man did appear to have good intentions, just very archaic ones.
And if anybody had been on the end of said archaic ways of thinks, it certainly would be Akaran and her.

In addition, the user gains access to 4 ninjutsu slots to be used for the Water Element only.
β±β°β± Gift of Perception | The clan's naturally keen sense of smell is not always the gift granted to the clansmen. Occasionally, the clan members are gifted a different sense to be heightened, multiplying the natural abilities of that sense by ten. This allows hearing to pick up on even muscle contractions and friction inside the body. Smell now gives away gender, body rank, class and killing intent as well as it's previous tells. Sight grants visibility to micro-movements of muscle groups, sight spanning the entire topic within a straight line. Genjutsu effecting the heightened sense are able to be detected upon being casted, causing one tier less in mental stress.

Techniques of both Tetsunami Ryu and the clan techniques have the range of their water's reach increased by 5 feet per rank bud does not effect the strength of the technique when interacting with other techniques

After this training is complete, the user may use up to one technique per post that would lower the stats affecting their speed without suffering that reduction. The user gains the ability to use Somersault to evade once every three post without it consuming an activation, but only against opponents whose body rank is at or lower than the userβs.
β±β°β± Perfecting Balance | Rank C | Training Due to their various training requiring parkour style actions, the user is more stable. This training allows the user to withstand off balancing effects or knock back effects as though they were one rank lower in strength.

They gain a [+1] boost to both speed and agility & techniques cost [5] less Chakra and/or Stamina per rank of the technique when wielding attacks with their specialized weapon in attack or defense. Haumea managed to mostly maintain her neutral expression, though not being as enlightened as she might like to be, it was hard to fight the occasional frown when she felt some people were being unfair to Fire Sage Eiji. It was not like she felt that he was being fair either but to just dismiss his side of things and tell him to accept it was not the way here, he would learn nothing and not see the truth of things with those methods and it would only build up his walls further. Specifically with the way she felt the general Ikebatsu went about it, sure there was merit in what he said but she didnβt agree with the force of the push and the dismissal in some of Eijiβs problems, so he focused most of her attention toward Eiji. βSenior Eiji, there is merit in what everyone is saying as well as merit to what you say, you are right the first Fire Sages name was left lost or unknown, however do you think he cared about making a name for himself? I suspect the most important thing to him was his duty to the flame, especially as he knew of its importance and his importance in dealing it I believe he would be satisfied regardless of his name being remembered, even if we might find it unfortunate it is gone it is still something of the past, which is important but our world is always moving forwards, you must remember that.β she expressed with a calm demeanour, a little of her Zelelist point of view slipping in there, Haumea using her pause to turn and bow a greeting to the other clan superior who was present. She said in a friendly tone, before shifting her attention back to Eiji and continuing having had a second to consider her approach. βThe general makes a point bringing up the first lessons, though I would say that you have missed how things took place, you were not the man who failed us when the flame was put out, the only fault and failure is on the hands of the sinner who committed such sacrilege against our clan and Zaishin, that is not your sin.β She would pause and turn to look at Seika and give her a look, not one of disapproval over the prior comment but one that asked that she not make it again, she hoped in the pause her words to Eije would sink in a little, the woman taking a step back as she then took a step back, placing a hand on her heart in a gesture toward herself and in a way to symbolise speaking from the heart.
βI and those whom i have heard speak from the events after the fact have all shared the same opinion, that Senior Eiji βsaved the honour of the Seinaro Enjo,β βTook the steps neededβ βMade the right decision relying on Akaran and Samathaβ and other such praises, you handled an event never to befall us before and the flame burns strong due to your decision makingβ¦, you are the only person i have heard claim that you had failed, this is a weight you are burdened by due to your own choice. I think you would be happier to accept the truth.., that along with Akaran and Samatha, you are a hero to our clan, sir.β She would smile when she spoke the last part, her eyes and the gentle nature of it being something one could not accuse of being false, even if it also seemed a little surprising after her the mostly neutral and hard to parse expression sheβd mostly held. βIt appears that you are a big part of what has started a new shift in our clans direction, the Eternal Flame was snuffed out which means that the old flame hs passed on, it also means that you, Akaran and Samatha lit a new flame together, not unlike the first flames origin, you have to see this fact, please unshackle yourself from the past as I do not want to walk this new road without you involved.β She expressed the last part with more passion than in most of what she said, as she really did not want him living in the past when there was a bright new future, change being as inevitable as time and she really hoped that Eiji wasnβt totally resistant to its possibility, she was on his side, just not in a way he might totally want but everything she said was earnest on her part, she might have been careful with her words but they werenβt empty ones.

β±β°β±Eiji shook his head at Samatha immediately. "The Uchiha are a foreign clan. There's no comparison with the nobility of Zaishin." Eiji was growing more and more obstinate. His breath was held deeply in before Samatha expressed that he did not fail. He exhaled and relaxed somewhat at the notion. "Sadly, I don't think I can accept that forgiveness." The elder was completely honorable and dedicated to the flame. He would not accept any reprieve for his failure, no matter how much it pained him. When Seika shouted at him, he shook his head. "Akaran did his duty as a Seinaru Enjo helping the Eien Hono Temple. But he's no Asaryu." Eiji was angry but the aged man was becoming tired from all the arguing. That was the best retort he could muster up.
β±β°β±When he heard the voice of the seniormost of the three generals, Eiji tensed up. He stood straighter just when he was finally able to let out his breath. He listened carefully and hung on Ikebatsu's every word. He remembered the words that he had taught the young clan members just a few hours ago. They were words he taught every day and yet he still found himself forgetting them from time to time. When the respected general and clansman put the heavy weight of his full support behind Akaran, he raised an eyebrow. "Is that so?" The elder's voice was gruff as he took a few moments to digest what he had heard. "I understand your words, great general. Perhaps I've strayed from the path in the wake of my failure to keep the flame alive." Eiji bowed respectfully to Ikebatsu before turning to Haumea when she began speaking. "What you say is true, I must forget my pride and focus on my duty to the flame." Eiji was now far more amenable despite his deep discomfort with Akaran as a yokai generally. Despite his hot temper, the elder sage was wise enough to recognize his own mistakes. "The Jashinists were responsible, but I'm afraid that doesn't resolve me of being derelict in my duty." Eiji was still being hard on himself regardless of Haumea's careful reasoning.
β±β°β±He gave a weary smile before stepping away momentarily. He only walked three feet away as he lit a dozen candles with a slow, methodic, and careful flick of his fingers. It was clear that Haumea's wise words had left a deep impact on him. "The eternal flame is a world wonder. It burns through natural energy and creates no waste. It doesn't burn up wood or create ash. Just as young Haumea has given me hope, and General Ikebatsu has given me discipline, I must give Akaran my patience." He looked over to Akaran as the massive doors to the eternal flame swung open behind him. "I apologize. Please, all of you, you're welcome to enter. I hope that you'll show me this Asaryu proof you've spoken of." Eiji was now far more open-minded but still skeptical of the oni's great claims.
β±β°β±Akaran smiled brightly at Eiji's acceptance of his entry into his clan's great temple. He took the first steps on the stairs before turning to the others. "Thank you, friends, for believing in me." Akaran was almost choked up with sentimentality as he looked at Samatha, Ikebatsu, Shinta, Katsuki, Seika, and Haumea. Akaran was already beginning to meditate and find his spiritual center. "Thank you, Shin-tah and Kat-su-kee, for coming. I'll make sure you get your signets and missions soon. But I need to take care of this first. Please, all of you, follow me." It was clear that Akaran was planning something important. He turned around and walked into the temple, immediately feeling the immense heat from the large pyre in the world. Eiji then gathered all of the fire sages and Seinaru Enjo clan members in the center with the bang of a gong. Dozens of clan members approached the great flame with some trepidation as Akaran stood before the flame. The grand size of the room was inspiring to him. He held his hands behind his back and smiled. "Please, everyone, sit down. I'm here to prove to all of you that I'm Asaryu, Sho-gun, and Sei-na-ru En-jo." They were all still nervous at seeing the oni, but many of them recognized him from when he protected them from Shogun Seizo's attack. The crowd that was forming looked to Eiji for permission. When Eiji slowly took his seat on the small stone seats that were used for lectures, the rest followed suit out of great respect for the elder. Akaran smiled and sat down directly in front of the flame and was seemingly unbothered by it. He inhaled deeply as he took the lotus position with the raging inferno at his back. Akaran reached into the deepest part of his own spirit and focused intensely. His nostrils flared as he breathed and contemplated the ability to conjure his own spirit weapon. It took a few minutes as he demanded everyone's patience, with Elder Eiji's quiet yet present endorsement. Akaran extended his right hand as far outward as possible. The golden dragon seal on the back of his hand glowed so brightly that it startled the onlookers. Akaran opened his eyes again, this time with determination, as red energy formed a fiery spiritual katana in his right hand. He gripped the spirit weapon tightly. It was an inspiring feeling for Akaran to hold his very soul in his hands.

β±β°β±Akaran slowly stood up and pointed the spirit weapon up at the ceiling. "Reiken no Michi..." The sage gasped at Akaran's ability to awaken a virtue state. Akaran then lifted his blade higher as the eternal flame began to change. Eiji was awestruck as the flame immediately shrank to the size of an ember. All of the heat left the room for a moment. "What? How..." Eiji was angered by Akaran putting out the flame before the flame grew once again. A blast of fire covered the entire temple in a marvelous display. Every single person in the crowd jumped to their feet and covered their heads as fire filled the room, worried that they would be burned. Yet, the fire burned nobody as Akaran manipulated the eternal flame with ease. The fire now swirled at the ceiling before covering Akaran's spirit katana in streams of flame. This was a deeply spiritual experience for Eiji and the other sages who were able to feel Akaran's ability to manipulate the fire so completely with his sword. Akaran then materialized the golden familiar, the soul of the Kohryu over his body and above the flame. "So you really are..." The elder was completely amazed. Eiji and the other fire sages dropped to their knees and bowed completely. "Asaryu! The morning dragon! He has returned!" Eiji shouted as he stared up at Akaran from the temple's stone floor. The non-sage Seinaru Enjo in the room then joined in bowing to Akaran in complete amazement, the ancient hero was reincarnated. "That's the Eien Hono Ken! The sword that ignited the first fire. That...that's why you were able to light the flame again. It makes sense now." The dots were connecting for the elder as Akaran stood and just took in all of the attention. Years of being shunned by his people caused him to never believe that this day would come, he was now finally accepted. Akaran returned the flame to its natural state, the dragon disappeared, and he sheated his spirit weapon on his hip. Akaran approached the elder and held a hand open. He helped him stand to his feet as his old legs shook. "Thank you, Ei-jee." The shogun smiled at Eiji as the elder sage turned to the others. "Akaran Kaguya is the Asaryu of legend, for he has the Mark of the Familiar and wields the Eien Hono Ken, the sword that created this flame. He has the blood of a yokai through the maternal line and the blood of the Seinaru Enjo deep in his paternal line. He is a Seinaru Enjo and the rightful shogun of the Iron Country!" Eiji was inspired as he shouted this declaration. The other Seinaru Enjo joined in chanting for Akaran. Akaran's smile grew so widely and tears filled his eyes. Eiji turned to Akaran again and made a final declaration. "The Seinaru Enjo clan is behind you, Lord Akaran." Eiji addressed Akaran properly and smiled proudly at him. Eiji and the other sages had read the lore of the Asaryu for their entire lives and to see it for themselves allowed them to completely accept him.
β±β°β±Akaran stood at the center of the room in the spotlight and as the center of attention. "Thank you all! It's said that the Asaryu will lead Zai-shin through dark times. We have to work together. Zai-shin has been di-vi-ded for too long. We need to bring the Sei-ry-u, Rai-u, Ho-go-sha, and Ma-ho-fu, on board." The oni was ignorant of much but he knew for certain that he needed the five clans behind him to help lead the country toward whatever challenges lied ahead in prophecy. "For all of you who've helped me protect Zai-shin from destruction in the civil war, my first order today is that Sa-ma-tha U-chi-ha, Sei-kah Sei-ry-u, and Hau-me-a Sei-na-ru En-jo be raised to Ko-mo-no rank." Akaran smiled as he increased their ranks from Okappiki to Komono for their honorable service.
β±β°β±Akaran then looked at Haumea in particular with eyes as fiery as the flame that burned so brightly behind him. "For her wis-dom and service to Zaishin, I name Hau-me-a Sei-na-ru En-jo to head of the clan for the Sho-gu-nate Coun-cil. Do you accept?" Akaran was grateful to Haumea for helping her today and for helping him defeat the enemy during the Zaishin civil war. He knew that he was going to need her help and wise advice for what would come next. Yet, he still needed to ask if she would accept. Eiji smiled again and added. "Haumea has learned much here. She is wise beyond her years and she has mastered the fire sage mode under our teachings. She has learned much here. General Ikebatsu must continue protecting the lands and cannot lead the clan. I cannot think of a better choice to represent us in the shogunate." Eiji gave a thoughtful endorsement of his student for the position, hoping she would accept it.

The user is able to cast ninjutsu from their weapon without the use of hand signs by making any flourish or deliberate movement to cast the technique in the direction the weapon is commanded. This requires the same amount of time as the forming of hand signs to cast ninjutsu. They are also able to Korabo 1 ninjutsu and 1 bukijutsu together with varying cool downs for a single action. E-D - 0 C-B - 1 A-S - 2 S+ - 3 Third Class: Ninjutsu β±β°β± Elemental Mastery β The user's ninjutsu gains the ability to overwhelm techniques of the same rank. The overwhelming trait only applies to a single element at D rank, increasing to two at A rank. Overwhelming properties do not apply to techniques above S Rank. In addition, each rank that you gain an overwhelming property the user gains a free Element PA that allows the user to augment their ninjutsu that gained the property with an additional effect for no resource or action payment, allowing the user's ninjutsu to shine. Also, the user gains access to Augment Skill Lines for the cost of it's primary technique slot and is not required to pay additional slots for skills in this line. As Nori ascended the steps towards the great Eien Hono temple he swayed side to side with each step. His voice tilted somewhere between singing, and speaking a nearly forgotten Zaishin nursery rhyme. Nori wasn't sure why this one had come to mind as he made his way higher every swaying step bringing him closer, and closer to the relit eternal flame. It was simply something he had read some time ago in the Hogosha library another piece of literature on Yokai that was collected, and stored incase it could be useful down the line. It did however feel right in this moment the words coming freely from his lips as he continued to rise higher the warmth that radiated once more from the once cold temple reinvigorating Nori washing away any tiredness he may have felt from the many step climb.

He came to a stop slightly lifting the brim of his straw hat as he took stock of the sight before the last words of the poem fading from his lips. He couldn't help, but smiled widely at the only what he saw, but from what he heard as well. ~Well that all makes sense now~he mused inwardly to himself as it all clicked into place it was no wonder everything today felt as if it was simply just meant to be.
"I certainly have come at an interesting time....though I hear being a part of a New Era can involve a lot of heavy lifting."
Katsuki nodded swiftly towards the Young-Lord Akaran as he spoke to him. He was looking forward to whatever missions the Young-Lord had for him to complete he knew no matter what they would be inherent to him becoming strong. Following the rest into the temple Katsuki stood to the side a where he could have the best view of what the Young-Lord was intent on showing everyone here today. He rested a hand on the kashira of his katana fingers idly playing with the corded length of dyed threads that hung off the end while he waited patiently in the silence. His patience was well rewarded his eyes widening at the sight of the red blade forming in the Young-Lord hands that wasn't to mention the Golden Dragon Mark he saw, but for now his entire focus was on that blade.
Nothing else mattered to the Young Raiu not while he was witnessing the very thing he was thriving so hard to obtain for himself. His hand no longer idly toyed with the end of his katana no now he gripped it tightly his body reacting almost out of instinct to the raw display of overwhelming discipline, and control that was Akaran Kaguya. It wasn't until the explosion of fire just after the eternal flame had once again been snuffed out that Katuski realized he had quite the sinister smile spreading across his face. He quickly brought his free hand up clapping it over his mouth hiding the smile. It shamed him in that moment that he had let his passions break free of his composure, but on the same hand how could he deny how what he was witnessing only added fuel to the raging inferno that was his desire to prove once, and for all he was worthy of all the expectations placed upon his shoulders by his clan.
In time as the fire returned to normal, and all the attention was kept upon the Young-Lord Akaran was Katsuki able to finally reign in his passions an expression of tranquility once more returning to his face. Taking a deep breath he relaxed his backwards grip upon the hilt of his katana. No matter what happened next he knew the Young-Lord Akaran was going to be his future, and the future of Zaishin. He would have his loyalty that was in no doubt Katsuki could only hope he could live up to the Young-Lord's expectations.
Haumeaβs expression remained gentle with a tint of concern but not too expressive, only loosening up as Eiji began to relent. A friendly but not overly so smile crossing her face as a sense of relief washing over her. βThank you for your Wise decision senior.β She would state with a proud and appreciative look, stepping out of the way to extend her arm and let Akaran and his entorage in before following after them, finally lowering her hands to her side and following after them, ready to politely remind people not to touch things if need be and curious to Akaranβs intentions. Entering the grand area Haumea would raise a hand meant to calm concerns to help estaheblish it was ok that the Half oni Shogun was here, though he was handling himself well, he seemed to have gained a lot of confidence since first arriving at the temple. She would follow his instruction and found herself a seat and planted herself upon it, though removing her length sword from her back and placincing it hilt on the ground and blade pointing up with the back of the sheathe leaning again her, fixing her eyes upon Akaran and staring with focus.
Hey eyes were not the only manner she focused upon Akaran, using her sixth chakra sense to gaze at the energy he would begin to produce, curious to what his flame were like when not bursting out of control like when sheβd first seen them. Remiel watched Akaran quietly through her deep blue eyes as the moments ticked on, waiting calmly as an energy she could not use but knew the feel of began to well up from within and around the the half-Oni, the celestial chakra always interesting to witness in her opinion, though she let such thoughts alone for now as it had begun. Haumea flinched mildly as the magnificent blade manifested its form, though not too viscerally, smirking to herself for a second for doing so even though she knew it was coming, the weapon greater, more wonderful and imposing as she imagined. Eiji spoke and she nodded when the sage named the technique in action and what this whole display indicated. She too would rise from her feet and bow in reverence to the display, though she gripped her sheathed weapons on did not bow as low, not wanting to unintentionally make a scene due to thumbling it, straightening up with a pleasant smile bore upon her face βWelcome to your home, even if it is late ohh Asaryu Akaran.β She commented respectfully, her tone filled with respect and displaying that she was honoured to be here at this historic moment, though speaking quietly as she didnβt want to disrupt her superiors communication.
She straightened up to her feet and started to re-sling her sword on her back, being delicate and careful in her movements, and placing her hands at her side as she observed Akaranβs interaction with Eiji. It was interesting to see the story move forward, an auspicious experience she could have predicted happening throughout most of her lifetime had taken place, the stagnant world she was being born into seemed to finally realize it was moving forward. Her head nodding along as he spoke of bringing the five great clans together, agreeing they needed more unity among them all, her head only stopping its movement when she noticed her name being spoken. She was about to verbalise her appreciation of the granted promotion he had granted her but realized that he was looking at her with a more direct intensity, giving her pause as she thought he was about to say something else, her posture stiffening a little. Am I having a lucid dream right now? Haumeaβs pretty controlled expression had shifted into one of shock, she was almost immediately overwhelmed but the proposition and also looked to Eiji, almost fearful of how this was going to be treated, her thoughts immediately looking toward her lower station due to her βthinned blood,β a wave of anxious anticipation washing across her. It would seem than any concerns she had would be abated, she honestly considered herself to be seen as lower, its not like they were the warmest to her, just she was respectful enough to cause no issue, this had left her feeling mildly segregated from many of her relatives, so to her such praise in Eijiβs works filled her with a mix of feelings she had a hard time getting a hold of but were mostly positive. She quickly looked away and wiped her eyes before clearing her throat so her voice wouldnβt get caught, affixing her eyes upon Eiji and bowing her head βThank you for your kind words senior, they honour me and if they come from you I find myself unable to refute you.β She said with humbleness and acceptance, serious in her words as she probably would have refused the offer if not for them, so then she turned to Akaran and bowed her head. βAmitabah Lord Akaran, it appears today is filled with unpredictable and unprecedented events, the wheel of our country has again begun to spin and I will not represent a hard path that slows it down. This honoured position you offer me might be too great for my shoulders but I will bear it with all of my spirit, I will help you and this country down this road but please extend me the same. I accept this position with no hesitations and no regrets, Praise you my brother of flame, She stated, stretching her hands out, one cupping overtop of the other which was balled as she offered a more traditional bow that people of her religion would perform,

Surprised, everything slowed down to a calming like state, like how the blazing flame she had seen before in the castle, washed over them. How Akaran shown in all its glory, of being the Asaryu from legends and stories that has been shared for generations. Now Akaran is the living proof of that and Seinaru Enjo family are fully behind him, that leaves her very much joy. Though in the heat of the moments of her talking to Eiji, in a way she wanted him to push her, to fight her. The way her Sharingan felt in those moments when she thinks about it, felt like anger. The kind of anger that wishes for such dwelling power to wash over them and punish them for any reason.
She would frown on herself a bit, one of her fears is slowly coming true as secretly, she wanted the Mangekyo Sharingan to put Eiji in his place. To show him he shouldn't disrespect her friend and leader of Zaishin, she hungered for its power to protect and defend Akaran. Though in the nature of that, its like she's slowly becoming similar to the Commander in the aggression. What should she do? One of the fears she has is recessed in the back of her mind but it has a presence, it could some point root in one of her actions, the ugliness of hungered and desired power put on full display. Its like she's slowly becoming the one thing she doesn't want to be like akin to the Commander.
She feels the need to have a heart to heart conversation with Akaran about this feeling, but she has come so far, what if her honesty puts her on the back foot, away from being his advisor? Could she be deemed to become a potential upsurper against his throne? Could she potentially become like Machigai, wanting to bring Zaishin down with her and more? Even worse, could she become a arch nemesis to her dear friend Akaran? Sure before a total month came to pass, these kind of feelings didn't occur or was recognized after Haruka's death. Now its way more apparent due to her having the strong desire to protect Akaran, no matter the cost. It could of costed him the explanation if she was allowed to become hostile with Eiji. What a relief that none of that nature happened in any sort, now Eiji and the rest of the clan is fully behind her friend and with a promotion to the boot.

Human sages may do this with any two elemental natures (including Maruton) of their choice, while animal may only apply feat this to elemental natures that they share with their animal. β±β°β± Illusory Prowess | This attribute allows any and all genjutsu to be cast through eye contact with the Uchiha. In addition, the genjutsu cast in this manner have the sight sense added to them at C Rank body. At S Rank body, the user's genjutsu are given the chakra sense. Also, mental stress or insanity can be added to any genjutsu cast through eye contact for an additional fifty percent chakra cost.
β±β°β± Melee Prodigy The user obtains a [1] point increase to agility while their sharingan is active for each body rank they have obtained. In addition, the user's first physical offensive activation every three posts gains a [1] point increase to speed per rank of their body, also requiring the eyes to be active.
β±β°β± Piercing Accuracy | The clansman is more proficient than his fellow clan members at striking tenketsu. One's gentle fist application allows them to reduce 1.5 times the amount of chakra spent in a juken strike instead of 1.25. For example, if one spends 80 chakra on a gentle fist technique, the attack robs the target of 120 instead of the 100 normal clansmen would reduce.
β±β°β± Purest Lineage | The clansman's thoroughbred lineage allows them access to the Byakugan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation. In addition, should they unlock the Tenseigan, they may have 50% less reserves to maintain it than other clan members and may also activate the Tenseigan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation.
β±β°β± Physical Prowess | The Hyuuga gains a [2] point increase in any stat after mastering stage 3 of the gentle fist and another [2] points after mastering stage 6 for a total of [4] rather than [2]. In addition, the Hyuuga gains [3] custom slots to be used exclusively for the gentle fist style and [1] taijutsu style slot.

Seika narrowed her eyes at Eiji as he'd still refuse to allow Akaran to access to his birthright. She was armed and ready to go into another full blown out argument, honor be damned, but thankfully it had taken the restraint of the Seiryu as she'd allow Haumea to talk some sense into this old fool. Arms folded and stepping beside Akaran, Seika was readying herself to thoroughly insist that he enter the Temple if negotiations fell through and an order to clear out as made. But as the Seinaru Enjo worked her magic, Eiji eventually gave way. She said nothing when the other lady shot her a look, though not backing away. As most Seiryu, she had a tendency to really launch headfirst into things instead of being that calm and poised warrior that her idols had possessed. Once things had deescalated, she exhaled and seemed a lot more mellow. "Don't let him get to you, Akaran. We'll find a way to help become fully recognized." Maybe it was more of her telling herself that, but all that mattered was stepping foot into the temple. The crowd behind Akaran grew as everyone began to funnel into the temple behind him.
The patrons inside were indeed confused and worried about the yokai that had entered into their home, only for the majority to calm themselves once it was shown that it was none other than Akaran. The approaching crowd became seated as he would put on quite the display. Flames danced behind the yokai as he'd call forth the dragon that had halted Machigai's attack. Seika's eyes widened at what had appeared in his hands, knowing full well what it entailed. "Reiken..." she muttered to herself, watching at the eternal flame would bend to Akaran's will. It was snuffed, reignited and grew at his whim. If there was any ever doubt now, it was certain that Akaran was worthy of his title. Seika smiled to herself while Eiji and the other sages came forward to recognize him while the crowd would follow suit. He reveled in his acceptance as Seika joined in, waving at him with a broad smile.
His first order of business was to promote them for their service in Zaishin, an honor that felt somewhat weak on Seika. Had she really been an asset to her home all this time? It honestly just felt like she wasn't pulling her own weight around, but she accepted it nevertheless. "You have my thanks, Akaran. I shall carry myself with the honor of the Komono ranking." She gave a bow and listened quietly to him assigned Haumea to the council in a startling turn. It did make sense, considering that the previous council had all but either fled, retired, or were fallen in battle. She'd wait for a chance to butt in before then looking to Akaran.
"Akaran, or Lord Shogun now? Where should we head to next? Our work is cut out for us, although there's much to do. I can assist however I am needed."
Modifiers: β±β°β± Book of Water | The user's complex sword strikes from styles as well as basic combat complex sword strikes can expel a thin five foot blade of water per rank of the technique that follows the path of the physical blade. β±β°β± Gift of Perception | The clan's naturally keen sense of smell is not always the gift granted to the clansmen. Occasionally, the clan members are gifted a different sense to be heightened, multiplying the natural abilities of that sense by ten. This allows hearing to pick up on even muscle contractions and friction inside the body. Smell now gives away gender, body rank, class and killing intent as well as it's previous tells. Sight grants visibility to micro-movements of muscle groups, sight spanning the entire topic within a straight line. Genjutsu effecting the heightened sense are able to be detected upon being casted, causing one tier less in mental stress.
β±β°β± Second Current | The user is able to pick up the Tetsunami Ryu Bukijutsu for no cost to their slots. Techniques of both Tetsunami Ryu and the clan techniques have the range of their water's reach increased by 5 feet per rank bud does not effect the strength of the technique when interacting with other techniques

After this training is complete, the user may use up to one technique per post that would lower the stats affecting their speed without suffering that reduction. The user gains the ability to use Somersault to evade once every three post without it consuming an activation, but only against opponents whose body rank is at or lower than the userβs.
β±β°β± Perfecting Balance | Rank C | Training Due to their various training requiring parkour style actions, the user is more stable. This training allows the user to withstand off balancing effects or knock back effects as though they were one rank lower in strength.
β±β°β± Total Concentration: Water Breathing [ SΕ NΕdo: Mizu KokyΕ« ] | Rank E | Training The Seiryu clan's ability to master water is only one side of their coin, in addition, each clansman has learned to control their breathing perfectly with this training. β±β°β± Expert β The user has achieved a sense of mastery and focus unlike others and are known as an Expert, a dedicated focus over a weapon they use to near perfection. The shinobi can pick a single weapon, the katana. They acquire a Keystone technique that is unique to them with an additional 2 Custom Techniques derived of this special ability. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information. They gain a [+1] boost to both speed and agility & techniques cost [5] less Chakra and/or Stamina per rank of the technique when wielding attacks with their specialized weapon in attack or defense. Akaran felt a small sense of relief in that he had the Seinaru Enjo clan fully backing him. He was still a budding shogun and the idea of getting the four other clans on his side was still daunting. Nevertheless, this was the most solid ground he had ever stood on in Zaishin in his entire life. To go from disgraced yokai ronin to honored shogun was a turn of events that Akaran never expected.
β±β°β±The Asaryu stood beside Haumea as Nori appeared before him. He smiled when he heard the poem and got that feeling that it was being attributed to him. When Haumea asked him what brought him to the temple, Akaran chimed in immediately. "No-ri Ho-go-sha here just graduated from the school. He came to meet me to get his signet." Akaran's tone was one of pride and congratulations for the young Hogosha. The signet he spoke of was the samurai signet that was affixed to armor or clothing and was the samurai equivalent of the forehead protector. It was made of iron and had the kanji for iron inscribed on it. "I'll have to give them out in the gardens. There's someone I want you and the others to meet first." Akaran's kind smile grew as he patted Nori on the shoulder before walking over to address Seika as she came over to speak to him. "That's A-ka-ran to you." The shogun joked to his friend, attempting to sound strict when he was simply referring to his own name rather than a title. In truth, Akaran did not feel any different. Asaryu, Shogun, Seinaru Enjo, etc. He still felt like the same old Akaran that he always was making all of this quite surreal. When Seika asked where they were going next, the shogun responded immediately. "We're going to the gardens. I have a new general and I want everyone to meet them. After that, we'll take the next steps." Akaran gave Seika a reassuring smile before turning to Eiji who stood at the sides. He approached him and gave a bow. "Thank you Elder Ei-ji, for everything. I've got one more thing to ask though." Akaran paused to gather his thoughts. "Will you please send a letter saying the Sei-na-ru En-jo are supporting me for shogun to the other clans? Please also say that you believe I'm Asaryu and Hau-me-a is the new clan head." Akaran made his request clear to the elder who was highly respected by all nobles in Zaishin for his role in the country's religion. He knew that such an endorsement would not convince everything but it was an important communication nonetheless. "Yes, with a certainty, my lord. I wish you well in all of your endeavors. And you're now welcome in the temple at anytime." The elder then bowed in farewell as he went off to start writing the letters with an urgency.
β±β°β±With that business done, Akaran turned to the others in his group and spoke up so that they all would hear him. "Everyone please follow me to the gardens. There's an important person there that you all should meet." Akaran was excited about this. There were so many congratulations in the air and it felt like people were succeeding and it was all falling into place so seamlessly. The shogun then led the group out of the temple and toward the nearby gardens.

In addition, armor they are actively wearing are increased by two ranks in durability and techniques that are increased in effectiveness against armor do not gain that bonus against the user. The user gains a [+1] stats boost to strength and endurance. Once every three posts, the user is able to defend an attack without paying an action for the technique, instead spending it upon an offensive action if the user chooses. Second Class: Bukijutsu β±β°β± Mystic Hero β The user has become adept at blending their ninjutsu and bukijutsu. The user is able to cast ninjutsu from their weapon without the use of hand signs by making any flourish or deliberate movement to cast the technique in the direction the weapon is commanded. This requires the same amount of time as the forming of hand signs to cast ninjutsu. They are also able to Korabo 1 ninjutsu and 1 bukijutsu together with varying cool downs for a single action. E-D - 0 C-B - 1 A-S - 2 S+ - 3 Third Class: Ninjutsu β±β°β± Elemental Mastery β The user's ninjutsu gains the ability to overwhelm techniques of the same rank. The overwhelming trait only applies to a single element at D rank, increasing to two at A rank. Overwhelming properties do not apply to techniques above S Rank. In addition, each rank that you gain an overwhelming property the user gains a free Element PA that allows the user to augment their ninjutsu that gained the property with an additional effect for no resource or action payment, allowing the user's ninjutsu to shine. You gain an additional 4 Ninjutsu per body rank that are dedicated to their primary element. Also, the user gains access to Augment Skill Lines for the cost of it's primary technique slot and is not required to pay additional slots for skills in this line. Finally, the user's two chosen overwhelming elements can be combined into [1] advanced nature kekkei genkai that counts as a free implant. This implant does not consume an implant slot but does have the restrictions of the implant system. The implant does not carry the overwhelming factor of its base elements through this discipline. This discipline cannot be taken with the Dual Ancestry discipline from Bloodline Class. βΊ Primary Elements: Katon | Fuuton β±β°β± Dedicated Disciple β If this class is taken as the first and second class, then the user takes 2 disciplines from this class and an additional bukijutsu style. A disciple who chooses to specialize in a small number of their class's arts. Limiting themselves to three of their class's styles, granting overwhelming in all three styles up to S Rank. Any additional slots that would be awarded for their class's styles are converted into a 2 point increase in any stats of their choosing. Styles granted from rewards may be learned but do not carry the overwhelming property and the user is capped out at 5 styles. βΊ Kakumei no Hono Ryu [ Signature Style ] | Tetsuishi no Ryu | Reiken no Michi

This does not effect the strength of the user's fire based techniques. In addition, should the user's fire ninjutsu or clan techniques interact with another fire based technique, the user's technique steals one rank of chakra from the opposing technique. If this overpowers the opponents technique, this technique continues on it's path normally. β±β°β± Martial Paragon | The favored fighting styles of the Kaguya are Taijutsu and Bukijutsu and, as a result, the Kaguya is able to start off with 2 additional taijutsu or bukijutsu styles. Finally, all complex Dance of the Meadow techniques are treated as spiritual in collision with other complex techniques. β±β°β± Ogrelord | The Oni's saketon pool is increased by 200. Sake used by the Oni remove or restore chakra from the target two ranks below the rank brewed for poisonous or medicinal brews respectively. The Oni restores an additional 50 saketon per post passively. The Oni's stamina is increased by 200 and taijutsu techniques cost 10 stamina less at a minimum of 5.
