Welcome!

The Followers of Cassandra (or just "The Followers" ) is a herd that welcomes all non-evil Soquili within it's ranks. The Followers are led by their High Priestess, but all Followers are welcome to learn how to divine the future and become Priests and Priestesses themselves.

Beliefs

The Followers of Cassandra are a peaceful herd, dedicated to living their fullest lives without bringing harm to others. They believe their fates are written in the stars, one needs to only decipher the secrets they hold. It is the duty of the High Priest/ess to keep the herd moving spiritually in the right direction. If they notice a herd member struggling, they will take them aside and do a birth chart to try and divine what steps the herd member should take to help their situation. (Other Priests and Priestesses may specialize in a different type of Divination as they choose, but the High Priest/ess must know how to read the stars properly.)

All are welcome to come and go as they see fit; whether outsiders are looking for a safe place to hunker down for a while, or they decide to remain a permanent member, all are embraced equally.

Ranks

High Priest/ess: The leader, and spiritual advisor of The Followers.

Priest/ess: Essentially, the assistants to the High Priest/ess. They interact directly with the herd on day-to-day matters, while the High Priest/ess deals with matters that may require more attention. They are also in charge of training the Acolytes in the ways of Divination and Prophecy.

Acolyte: Trainees who have chosen to become Priests and Priestesses.

Guardians: Soquili who have chosen protective roles within the herd. They patrol the herd's boundries for any possible threats, or those in need.

Healers: Those who have chosen to take a Healer's role are instrumental in not just the physical, but mental health of the herd. They not only treat physical ailments, but also help to assuage any mental issues one might have, and look after those who need more help.

Member: General members of the herd. Any Member can come and go as they please, as well as do any number of other activities, including foraging/gathering, preparing food, or whatever else they desire, including entertainment.
