Sheva soared through the skies, she wanted to get a general idea of the size of the Land of Rivers. She had a general idea of what she wanted to do; it was the execution that she wanted to get right the first time. Takumi looked like a any hill compared how high she was, it had been a long time since she was able to fly. The superficial clouds broke and it was like she flew into heaven. She stopped and used her wings to hover in place, just enough to keep her aloft. It was peaceful, it was silent besides the sounds of the rushing wind all around her. It was something that she was more than used to. She mentally took a picture of the area of Takumi and the surrounding area.

She rather favored lethality in her makings but she would have to make the contraption safe for civilians. Before she would get too ahead of herself, she decided to talk through the small land of rivers to see what she would be able to do on the ground.

Sheva soared through the skies, taking mental note of everything that she could. Land masses, short routes and the features of the landscape. Though once tainted through crime and terror… and Land of Rivers was a beautiful landscape from in the air. As she circled, she noticed a variety of landmasses in the distance. She knew that she would have to pull every resource that she had… which wasn’t a lot. She was kinda torn with the idea of essentially stealing the funds but with the scale of the project. She knew that she might have to attain this wealth through force. She changed her course and headed to the south of Takumi. The landscape physically changed from the lush forested that surrounded Takumi to a more desolate landscape. The trees became more sparse and gave way to short vegetation. She knew that approaching this territory from the sky was her best bet. She slightly climbed in elevation and continued her course.
