In the mountainous regions where the rivers run low, the highly resource-rich gold mines are guarded by it's ever vigilant rogues within the Katabami Village.
Due to the uneven rocky terrain and low vegetation, infiltration become much more difficult to employ. A guard tower peers just above the rocky peaks, watching over the forest lines.

Sheva soared through the skies, slightly off track from where she was before. She enjoyed flying but she knew that she had a mission. She began to take notes about the small village that appeared below her. Though the idea of laying siege to a village wasn’t plan A…there are things that she just couldn’t go without. Through simple observation; she was able to deduce that the two towers were keeping a close watch on the village and the surrounding forest line. She once again climbed in elevation, she didn’t want the towers to see her coming. This was going to be a chance to show what she was made of; the past was the past but… her previous failures remained with her. She wasn’t able to protect Estia, her sister or her friend. She stopped her ascent into the skies when the air started to get a chill. She hovered for a moment, she wanted to make sure that she came up with a solid plan of attack.

It took some time for everyone to get set up and prepared, but now it seem the defenses of Katabami were now ready and active. Being one of the heads of security Wave Kanagawa would make his rounds throughout the village making small conversation with the townsfolk as he passed. Wave had the reputation of being a generally cool dude. So the children were always eager to talk to him.
All seemed normal in Katabami this afternoon. The watchtower had reported nothing abnormal happening, and it seemed as if tonight was going to be another quiet night. Making his way to the foreman's house. Wave would report the days security to Boss Kori, from there he was expecting some good old relaxation with his family.
Things had been tough for them in these last couple of months, having to move around from village to village was really taking a toll on his kids and Wave didn't want to keep making promises he couldn't keep. He was certain that he and his family would have enough money for a permanent residence soon. He just had to complete this assignment for the Fuyuki Group and he'd be paid handsomely.
Ain't nothing he's never done before, the blonde would think to himself. Waiting on his boss to show himself.
"Ah, Wave." greeted at the entrance to his residence waved the head of this dark operation. Between his trigger and peace maker laid a roll of tobacco, the smoke from its lit-end trailed low from his perch outside the threshold of his longtime abode.
The new guy seemed like a solid fit for the location. Worked hard to get up to lieutenant as it went through the grapevine. He sure as heck made things easier to focus on the mine. Productivity was taking a slight turn in the wrong direction, so a strong right hand was crucial in these times of development. A punctual fellow, more so than Kori ever could be.
"Has the family settled in nicely? I hope they find accommodations suitable. he'd say before taking a drag from his cigarette. He could imagine the report, there wasn't ever much activity during the day when dealing with competition in these parts. And with the given geological disadvantages... It still surprises him how a mine could stay active with such rich history in the changing of owners every half decade or so.
"About as good as any 8 year old that has to leave her friends behind." He would answer taking a long drag from his own pipe. "So in other words, I'm miserable." Jokingly Nami was subject to a whole slew of temper tantrums at home he had to deal with, as well as being on a full time security detail overseas. His whole situation was a mess, and his wife's new pregnancy isn't making this any easier for the both of them. "The watchtower says there's nothing to report. And the PM shift is gearing up as we speak, on your order they'll deploy." The 2nd in command would say, he'd already taken the necessary security measures into his own hands long ago. He would simply brief Kori every so often as to allow his boss to focus on Katabami's finances and foreign affairs. "Boss, seems that our food rations are running low, normally this wouldn't be a problem. However this is something that many of our enemies could exploit. If given the chance.
I'm sure you could find a way to address this." The Lutienant would say, while katabami was rich in minerals, it lacked much farmland. That didn't mean their wasn't any, it just was something that the Fuyuki Group would have to acquire rather than oversee.

Sheva was torn; something in her wanted to way waste to the village below her… but the other side of her wanted to talk and give them a chance. From the skies, Katabami looked like a peaceful up and coming village. Though force would be the faster option, Sheva started her descent into the village.Though this was sure to raise alarm, she went down with an open mind and wanting to talk. The moment she landed on the ground, she looked at the nearest passer-by “ Who is the Leader of this Village? “ Though she had a flaw in her own personality… she tended to be overly transparent.

"Funny kid..." the phrase followed a cloud of smoke. It was a pretty accurate description for the kind of place the mine was growing up. Quite the lousy spot for a kid with even half an imagination.
The security report was pretty average, not much movement from the treeline. It was somewhat odd how those madman from the valley didn't take a chance on this place yet. Very odd. "Good work. Hopefully tonight is a slow one.
Before long the topic of rations headed the conversation. Kori was fine starving folks. But the higher ups wanted to turn a profit here, not burn out a village. "Our best bet is expansion then, I guess... Tomorrow your squad will..."
Before he could finish briefing Wave on the assignment, the sent of a newcomer permeated the air. The watchtower hadn't seen the trespasser approach till the last minute, but as soon as she appeared was she the center of attention. Flood lights pinned her location almost as fast as the random passer-by called 'Tengu'.
Looking up, the head foreman could tell something was afoot, rising from his seat as he reached for his vest. "Walk with me." Wasting little time, the two would then greet their unwanted guest in person. Opting to keep the noise to a minimum at such hours, Kori whistled with a sing-song melody on their small walk to the end of the flood lights. Standing there was a... woman? She wore very foreign garbs, practically plates of metal tied by leather. A pervert? This late at night? "And who might you be?" His men would surround her, coming out from every nook and cranny of the the intruder's many blind spots.
Nami would follow his boss walking along side his boss. Nami would instruct his men to form a circle around the intruder, sticking up swords, spears. and axes at her from all directions. "Hold! On your orders boss." Wave would say, entering an defensive stance, his katana sharpened and ready.

Sheva touched down on the ground, she knew that with her entrance that she had awoken the rest of the soldiers in the small village. She shielded her eyes from the glare of the lights and heard someone call out to her “ Are you the one in charge here? “ She yelled out to the light, she could barely see. She started to squint in an attempt to try to see whom was talking to her. She lifted her hands into the air and smiled “ I’m not here to fight… “ She knew that could possibly be a lie but she knew that she was there for a reason.

"...Said the foreigner, trespassing." For seasoned troublemakers of his ilk, men like Kori knew far too well what comes with the arrival of strangers in even stranger digs. Nothing profitable. She had wings capable of flight and just descended from any height. And the look of the quality of her gear made it undeniably clear that she's no ordinary stranger. Still, keeping up appearances was a necessity in front of the men. Rather than stay behind them, Kori rolled on up to the head of the pack. One of the many puddles from the rainy season gave way to several forceful stomps that stopped just several meters from her spot in the limelight. "I am indeed the one in charge. You look lost, yet you're looking for who's in charge, bold. Now, who sent you?" While handling uninvited parties was literally beneath in his current position, all of his focus was trained on the next few words and motions of Katabami's latest visitor.

“ Ah, there you are. “ Sheva turned and looked at the man; she knew right away that he wasn’t bluffing about being the boss around here. She lightly chuckled to herself, but obviously, the fun and games were over. She faced him and was ready, and she needed to realize that this was not supposed to be a friendly visit; she needed something that they could provide, and they didn’t seem like the ’giving’ type. She sighed and looked again “ You have something that I need, I do not want to kill you for it. “ She slightly lowered her eyes and looked directly at him. The intensity on her face was only augmented by the chakra steel shell that surrounded her face. Sheva could feel her chakra start to bubble in anticipation of a fight “ You and I both know you will not survive. “ Her words were intentional and sharp; she could feel her skin starting to warm. The anticipation of a fight with possibly all of these men either gave her anxiety or adrenaline… she was unsure which one, but it felt rather good.

Upon hearing the intruders words Dai would be quick to act. He always had a short temper and had no qualms with coming to blows, in fact he was about that action. "Let's see how smug you are after this!!!" He would shout thrusting his custom naginata at the spartan warrior. Delivering a powerful thrust Dai would unleash a powerful shockwave that would blast outward up to 30 feet, kicking up a dust cloud.
True to his intense nature Dai would continue his onslaught regardless if the initial attack landed or not. Launching a barrage of relentless thrust. Delivering an astonishing 18 strikes in the time it took a regular shinobi to launch one! "Come on! Come on! Let's kick it up a notch!!!" Tamura would shout in the middle of his attacks.
Moving at [16 speed] Dai Tamura would display a small portion of his abilities and the reason why nobody messes with the Fuyuki Group.
Character Perks/ Passives
Bukijutsu Class - Expert: The user has achieved a sense of mastery and focus unlike others and are known as an Expert, a dedicated focus over a weapon they use to near perfection. The shinobi can pick a single weapon, or two if dual wielding, to apply this focus toward with examples such as Katana, Spear, Bows or even Dual Daggers. They acquire a Keystone technique that is unique to them with an additional 2 Custom Techniques derived of this special ability. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information. They gain a [+1] boost to both speed and agility & techniques cost [5] less Chakra and/or Stamina per rank of the technique when wielding attacks with their specialized weapon in attack or defense. With a minimum of 5 chakra or stamina paid.
Worker Class - Legendary Worker: The user is able to create one additional legendary item of any profession for themselves as well as one additional weapon for their village or their rogue group that the character is a member of. In addition, the user is able to add [1] additional element, [2] additional stat points, and [1] additional custom ability to each of their custom weapon and armor creations made through crafting. Finally, weapons and armors crafted by the user consume half the inventory slots and are crafted at two ranks higher in durability.
Signature Style: Doki Yari
PA: • Duty: The user acquires +2 PAs. They are able to claim S+ Ranked Techniques without Village or Faction leader permission. The user can also become a sage of a summoning contract even if the normal allotted sages are full, additionally the user gains +100 senjutsu to their natural energy pool, curse or sage mode applicable. Human Sage cannot be acquired in this manner.
PA: Bukijutsu is reducted by 5 per rank, with a minimum of 5 stamina to be paid.

Made edits to perfectly quantify Dai Tamura's build... He's more dangerous then you'd probably like to think and he doesn't even have his custom weapon yet.
With both thieving eyes trained on the muscle bound woman, Kori couldn't help but marvel at the work put on her armor. Gear that nice could've come from anywhere, but if it was a local job it must've come from those bothersome artisans. One of their own must've gotten bold enough to have a test run of whatever contraption they'd slapped together. Typical art freaks, always the gathering of basket cases. Letting off a surge of chakra he prepared for a true battle. "Let's-" he'd tried getting out before he was cut off by Dai. Rather than address her himself, Kori used the impromptu diversion to maneuver his people.
Planting a hand over Wave's shoulder, Katabami's boss spoke frankly. "While Dai has her attention, we'll lead the men into a pincer formation and move from there." his grip would give off an intense sensation before releasing the new guy's arm. A black, wave-like pattern would spread beneath his cloths, giving him a easier access to Kori's orders. A thick fog would roll in as the mid-night skirmish continued.

I'm suspending the entire thread until I can get clarification on this Dai Tamura character. I don't see this listed in any of your RPC or NPC boxes and I definitely recognize that these PAs aren't passable. Finally, 16 speed isn't something you can even do in this system. If you have any links to profiles you'd like to share with me send them to my gaia mail. I'll unlock this thread after things are clarified and I can make a proper ruling on this situation.
The boiling in Shevas chakra should have clued her into what was going to happen next, from her side she noticed a man that had walked through the crowd and launched an attack at her. She was angry, first she came here for a talk that she had hoped was going to go smoothly… to this. She was caught off guard with the concussive blast that sent her sliding back but it was the last attack that was going to really put her speed to the test. She balled up her fist and pulled her arm in front of her; her wing mimicked the same motion and shielded her from the attack. With her proficiencies in Bukijutsu and Fuuton Ninjutsu, she held a single hand sign and the wing acted as a catalyst for chakra to be gathering at a rapid speed. Using the release handsign, Sheva released chakra from the sliced of the mans weapon in one large concussive force.
Lowering her wing, she saw the radius of the blast and looked no further “ I didn’t want this to turn this way… “ She again used a single handsign and lifted into the skies again.
▰ Archaic Offensive Blast [ Arukaikku Kōgeki Bakufū ] | Rank S+ | Spiritual The user holds their shield before them, guarding from any of their opponents attacks that may come at them for one post. While they charge this offensive blast, the user may pay the rank of any technique used against them to defend it. During their next post several arcane circles appear just before the user's shield, one for every attack guarded, size varying on the rank of technique. All chakra that was charged during the prior post is released in one concussive beam that takes the outline of the user's shield and travels for fifty hundred feet as it mulches anything in it's path. Anything within a twenty five foot span of either side of this blast is forced off the ground and sent flying from the topic, ignoring all endurance and non chakra based armor, treating barriers as one rank lower.. This technique has the ability to even deflect a bijuudama when clashing directly with it. The landscape is marred by this massive output, nearly Terra forming the topic with the amount of output placed into this shield when blocking S rank or higher amounts of damage.
▰ Solo Flight [ Tandokuhikou ] | Rank A This technique grants the user the ability of controlled flight, while flying the user is considered to be using an evasive technique and can outrun any ninjutsu it’s rank or lower than this technique. The flight effect from this technique lasts for five posts before an upkeep of half it’s chakra cost must be paid to keep the jutsu going.
