Rion Inc is a financial advisory, banking and loan company managed by the Rio noble family of the Lightning Nation. Now, they company answers to the Rio family's new leader, Ada. Under Ada's lead the company's darker and less-than-savory business sense was replaced with just and trustworthy practices. The previous chaotic ethics were shed and brought to justice while strengthening bonds with their largely remaining clientele.

Azayaka Inc. is a research and development conglomerate under the leadership of President Ada Kyuri. The company is known for creating technologies which best utilize the wondrous potential of chakra for the betterment and stability of civilization and the populaces that make communities. The company is globally known in a very positive light thanks to their president's great renown. While their domestic technologies are well regarded in the light of the public, Azayaka's best known work is reserved toward supporting Arashigakure's APD and the shinobi military presiding in the flying village. Azayaka's headquarters is located in Arashigakure's shopping district with a embassy office for their partnered labor conglomerate,

NUWA, or Nationalist United Warrior Army is a union of retired veterans, physical training enthusiasts/specialists, and various labor groups. Ada organized her contracted workers for her various projects in creating Azayaka into NUWA. She guarantees work and opportunities to serve the Empire closely and proudly. They are promised tools for their jobs to maximize efficiency and largely improve the quality of life throughout the country thanks to Azayaka's supplied inventions. Of course, they also get to test out various experimental technologies before they reach the markets too. This synergistic relationship between Azayaka and NUWA best compliments their functions, as designed by Ada. Meanwhile, business in Rion helps maintain all financial needs for either other company.

Following President's Kyuri's leadership, these companies called the RAN Trinity push forward toward synergistic goals "beyond known horizons."

EVENT

Azayaka Inc suddenly went dark just before an interrupted distress signal was relayed to President Ada Rio-Kyuri and X. Zeshin, an APD cadet, was recruited to help. Together, the trio rushed to the conglomerate's headquarters to investigate and aid anyone in need of protection of medical attention. Unfortunately, they would soon meet face to face with vengeful ghosts of the past who had already done a great deal of damage.

~During the Conclusion of the Antioch Arc~

__ A translucent humanoid form slipped about Arashigakure's bustling market district just outside of the inconspicuously built building. The high-tech cloak they wore masked their presence from sensory abilities, making this camouflaged infiltration two-fold in its effectiveness. 'Azayaka Incorporated- going beyond known horizons. Hmph, well thank you for all your hard work.' This indistinguishable figure thought to himself as he came to stand outside of his mission target. This invisible figure silently maneuvered around the exterior of the premises, scouting out the security presence and particularly keeping an eye out for any opportunity he could find to get inside. Such an opportunity was presented when the guards had become distressed. 'I'll be damned, that psycho actually kept up his end of the bargain.' The figure slipped past the guards during the minor confusion of changing their current maneuvers to match the heightened alert. It was pretty funny to him how easy this was, 'What should I expect when my opponents are so damn predictable? Haha!' He reveled in his blossoming victory as the visor over his right eye projected information for active review. Schematics of Azayaka's headquarters was already nearly complete. It was easy to tell where the people of Arashigakure could hide their "treasures" since one could only build so far down on a flying landmass. 'Not in the underground floors, so they must be stashing it upstairs. Fantastic.' He couldn't have been more pleased with how well his mission was going. Surely this was a good omen for their future agents' field assignments in regards to infiltration and subterfuge.

The figure pressed a few buttons on console worn over his invisible right forearm. At that moment, there was a paired flashing of lights in the otherwise vacant corridor the infiltrator had arrived at. The flash faded as quickly as it was created, revealing a the mechanical pair of a baret-wearing spider and a anthropomorphic peacock. The puppets were inert for a moment until a soft whirring noise seemed to automate them. "Raikumo, neutralize their security. Cyka, take the controls. Fail me and I'll personally see to your reset, nindroids." The invisible figure watched Cyka, the peacock nindroid, promptly transformed into a prismatic cloud of sparks which vanished into the overhead ceiling light. Meanwhile, Raikumo had activated his microfactory to produce his miniature spider bots. The fist-sized constructs quickly became a small swarm of about eighty and were dispersed into ventilation ports and the adjacent corridors to prepare their decisive ambush. The spider bots activated their personal cloaking mechanisms and arrived to their assignments with hive-minded efficiency. Raikumo, the central mind for this spider swarm, simply awaited his orders to attack. Cyka was feeding Raikumo all the information he could need from the hijacked security feeds and downloaded floor plans of Azayaka. The peacock nindroid's ability to possess inorganic objects and even control any available mechanical functions was only part of what made her almost perfect. "All spider bots are accounted for, sir." Raijiro said from atop the large web made entirely of electrical currents in the hall where he was summoned. By the time that the spider bots were in position, so was the mysterious specter that had infiltrated with yet-unclear intentions.

"Engage." He ordered in a deep whispering tone. At the end of the order's second syllable, every invisible spider bot scattered throughout the building simultaneously deactivated their advanced cloaking fields to refocus their energy toward their electroweb launchers. The squadrons posted at Azayaka were suddenly overwhelmed due to most of the building's passages and many bypasses becoming flooded with debilitating electrical currents. From there, the spider bots would either be posted as sentries or latch onto the felled security detail and other employees. Of course, this step of their attack was not without a hitch. The upper labs were fortunate to have a perceptive member of the guard at the ready. With their quick reactions, they were able to avoid total defeat and retreated into Lab Zero in hopes that their distress signal was received. "Coo... I am jamming an outgoing signal. However, it will be impossible for me to continue to do so while I unravel this beautifully woven security matrix." The invisible man grunted with irritation then replied, "Buy us as much time as you can, Cyka. I'll speed this up since you've both proven quite competent." The man quickly arrived at Lab Zero's secured bulkhead of a vault door, noting that the whole lab was protected in this nearly indestructible alloy. He tapped the invisible console on his wrist in a third pattern, now summoning bipedal lizard-like automaton. The ports along its back all lit up with deep blue fire which suddenly erupted into white flames reminiscent of dorsal fins. Its eyes finished lighting up once the whirring boot-up process was complete. A dull growl reverberated from within its devastating maw, with sparks of flame also escaping like a robotic breath. "Do it, Magrex, but don't damage the equipment inside... too much." They had a very specific agenda that was not supposed to include too much collateral damage. Ada's work was expected to be quite insightful for their own goals, so they wouldn't take too much from their very important unwilling business partner.

The hulking, fiery automaton opened his mouth toward the bulkhead's door and began to unleash a pressurized stream of molten rock and metal against it. It would take some time, but this was one of the most logical methods of cracking open the treasure trove on the other side. The invisible man remained as such, watching from a distance while his autonomous puppet comrades continued to do much of the heavy lifting. "Ah, enemy detected and rapidly approaching. It would seem that EHCS is leading the charge. Transmitting data, coo!" Cyka cut the transmission as a flow of data processed through the device over the invisible man's eye. With a few more taps in a fourth sequence on his right wrist a brilliant avian-like automaton was summoned in another brief flash of light. "Yaeko, intercept EHCS. Keep him away from the tower as long as you can. Raikumo, reset your traps. Today should be the day that our honored nemesis experiences bitter irony in losing this battle." The bird bot nodded to acknowledge his orders before turning toward the skyline where X was approaching from. With just a spread of his wings, lightning crackled and fire bellowed as a golden-orange flash blasted out of the side of the building to intercept. X noticed a spike in energy up ahead but was already in the midtst of his Super Charka Thrusters' propulsion. His faintly blurred blue appearance was quickly overtaken by Yaeko's engagement. "Got you!" A heavy kick was then delivered into X's midsection and sent him flying down toward an area of the market district away from Azayaka. Yaeko flew higher into the surrounding clouds to evade further detection after that point. Meanwhile, Magrex continued his molten excavation with a continuous flow of the super-heated minerals scooping away at the blast door. As ordered, Raikumo did as ordered and reengaged the remaining sixty-four spider bots' cloaking fields to prepare a new web to trap its nearing prey within.

__ "Aagh!" X hardly had any time to react given the speeds that he and his suddenly revealed opponent were moving at. Even to a trained eye like Ada's, all that there was to be seen was the brief clash of orange and blue with the latter causing quite a bit of collateral damage to the area near a few market stalls where he was thrown to. "X! What happened?! Are you alright?!" Ada spoke with apparent alarm in her tone as she asked for an update with her friend. His voice had been heard over their communicators when he was attacked. "Minor chasis damage, Miss Kyuri. I am still combat ready, but it seems that the enemy does not intend to allow us to interfere easily." Ada clenched her jaw and glared in the direction of the Azayaka building's higher floors where a melted hole lingered in place of the reinforced window panes. "Then nor shall I." Ada would look back to Zeshin and say, "This may be just as dangerous as with Antioch. No bravado, Zeshin, but please help me save as many of my colleagues as possible." She'd already determined that they were locked out of the security feeds and functions of the research complex, so she had to assume the worst while still hoping for the best. With a bit of magnetism, the two of them would accelerate considerably toward their destination.

Meanwhile, X finished repairing the bits of damage to his exoframe with some of his own magnetism via his jiton battery. He stood up and analyzed the sky with his X-Vision's telescopic and infrared vision settings. It was pretty easy to pick out Yaeko, the bird nindroid hovering amidst the clouds for futile coverage. "Low probability of hitting the target at this range. I'll have to bait him back into close quarters." X took a moment to further analyze the course of events and determined that the enemy's goal was most certainly to delay their arrival to Azayaka. Apparently Ada had already figured that out and was managing a very swift approach. They were still going to need more help, probably. "I've transmitted the distress signal to our field operatives, Miss Kyuri." Ada responded, "Warn them about the enemy's presence in headquarters. I don't want any more needless casualties today." It was already bad enough the citizens were just dragged into the escalating battle. She hoped her Just then, X saw the mysterious airborne foe dash in pursuit of the konin and her subordinate, so an opportunity was presented. He instantly calculated the bird-bot's trajectory and reignited his Super Chakra Thrusters in his feet to intercept. A flash of blue blasted off from the ground and nearly struck Yaeko, but the avian automaton activated a pair of its own chakra thrusters on its back to change its trajectory at the last moment. "You dare?!" The robot retorted with a squawking undertone while maneuvering like a golden blur to a more defensible flying position. Yaeko was too late to realize that X had sent himself on a collision course with one of the lower levels of the Azayaka building, though. Due to overuse, X's Super Chakra Thruster device was effectively nonfunctional without repairs, so he'd have to make due with the normal ones for shorter boosts. X rolled to his feet after crashing through a wall and immediately waved the chakra blaster in his right arm around ahead of himself in anticipation for any other enemies.

Ada picked up her pace when X managed to distract the airborne enemy for another moment. They would enter through a window a few floors lower than where X crashed in to the building. "This way..." Ada said in a sharp whisper to Zeshin. Once inside, Ada closed the window and looked around. There were unconscious and possibly some unfortunate dead among the few staff members that could be seen in the immediate vicinity. "I'll secure the area." Ada said as she manifested several very thin blades of her summoned alloy and magnetically maneuvered them throughout the room and with herself. Zeshin had his orders from earlier, and she hoped he'd see them through for the time being. She had to figure out what was going on. "X? Can you hear me?" There was silence in response to her near-silent breaths over their communicators. His audio receptors were built in, so she hardly had to breathe her words for him to understand her. It was quite tactically useful, in fact. "Miss Kyuri?! I've made contact with the enemy!" The blue bomber's somewhat panicked voice also could not reach Ada through their communicators. Cyka waited like a specter within the building itself, blocking their communications quite easily from here. Without her usual extra set of eyes, Ada was left to just her skills as a warrior, but even those weren't sharp enough for the spider bots' stealth. Would Zeshin fare any better in detecting the hostile mechanical presence?

As the pair dashed along a route that the white-clad woman created as they moved, suddenly the azure colored streak clashed with a bright yellow blur from the opposite direction. In that exact moment, the smaller boy, following behind his superior, looked up into the sky and took his eyes off who he was supposed to be following. What is that, he quickly thought to himself as he returned his eyesight back towards the direction Ada had been taking. Their destination had been unknown until this moment, but the trajectory of the yellow blur made their stopping point easy to find.

It became quite clear from the speed of the battle between the two colors that the small boy would just get in the way. Once his superior spoke out about him showing no bravado, he merely nodded silently. His sharp eyes gleamed a hint of determination in them as he prepared himself for a massive ordeal he might have possibly had no way of surviving. The fear that surrounded that mindset was enough to turn back, but something deep down inside of him beckoned for him to press forward with each beat of his heart. "Understood, ma'am."

Once they reached a small window opening, the woman covered in white began to make her way inside only whispering to him to follow along. His eyes still showing the same determination as before and the movement of his head in acknowledgement to her words indicated that he was ready for what would come next, no matter what. The downside to his determination, however, was that he only had physical skills to back up that boast. For the time being, their small two-person cell moved through the facility as quietly as they could.

Zeshin, too, would see nothing out of the ordinary other than the bodies of the members of the facility. Unfortunately he had nothing that was capable of helping and stepped over them as quietly as he could assuming that whoever had been behind this was still in the building.

It was beautiful afternoon in the Hidden Storm to spend in the restored offices of Azayaka. Ada was reviewing a personalized request from APD Headquarters at CORE. She slowly sipped her matcha tea as she asked X to plug in data to adjust the astral projection images to meet the commission's criteria. "What a pleasure and honor it is to produce the new Chief's trusted partner. Don't you agree, X?" The azure armored man lowered his hands from the projected keypads, finishing applying the last batch of adjustments. "Yes, I hope Chief Knote will find them valuable in her many duties." The data finished uploading as he finished saying this and an impressive display of what would be the Twin Storm Cutter hovered in the air, slowly pivoting on an angled central axis. Ada finished her cup of tea and magnetically sent the cup away to a distant table with the rest of the tea set. "Very good. It's time to get to work." She formed a ram hand seal and summoned her materials. Her signature Magnetic Forge and Sculpting abilities would ensure that the twin chain whip swords could withstand all the stress that these high tier materials could handle anyway with bonus insurance against the most powerful of ninja arts. Once the body of the weapon was built, balanced, refined, and finalized Ada would move on to the next step. Ada tested the swords' Triple Mode and personally verified that they were very viable in sword, whip and fan forms. Next Ada tested the swords' currents to ensure that the ranton chakra would flow at or above Musica's expectations. Finally, Ada would test herself to an extent as well as the Twin Storm Cutter's practical use. The Quick Change function proved to be undeniably and even impressively utile. From here, Ada would prepare a celebratory gift box and bows to present the finished product to their fated partner. Truly, she hoped that they proved helpful to the APD Chief in these difficult times to come. The honorary token would be delivered directly to Musica Knote by a small robotic drone via enclosing seal. Ada slipped a small congratulatory note into the box before shipping it off. From there, she'd have to focus on another important project that had recently gained her attention.
