Konohagakure's national bank, here any citizen may open an account to store their money in, and accumulate interest. This interest will occur at the end of every IRL week and is equal to 1.5 the total amount of ryo in the vaults (as the bankers will properly invest the money in order to grow your portfolio). This allows for a high potential growth as more accounts are open, HOWEVER, the bank will take a portion of your growth for holding an account with them. The bank is also subject to being robbed, which in the interest of fairness, a random dice roll will be used in order to determine whose account loses money. This amount will always be equal to HALF the amount in the account. Those seeking to open an account here should quote the current Hokage so that they can keep track of the growth (as well as you!).

Transition - Transaction Notice Log

Lahlil's account has been transferred to Sadayo Soga as per the request of Eva/Ffionn. To make up for a lack of known village funds the account total of [15,976,675] ryo has been divided up to mostly bolster the village's resources. [8,000,000] ryo has been given to the village funds (future village purchases will be logged in an alternative location). The balance of the village funds will be hosted here since a lack of records. A withdrawal of [4,000,000] is being logged to Sadayo's profile and the remaining balance is being added back into the personal account to accrue further interest and will be reflected. The personal account, as per the rules, is subject to robbery.

                        Sumika stopped by to drop off some money, figuring it'd be better off here if she got hauled in by Sadayo than just in a sack on the side of Cobalt. Besides, 44,000 Ryo in miscellaneous denominations was starting to get a bit too much to carry around. She'd do her business, opening an account for the money, and then head off to her ultimate destination.

Sumika entered the bank with an air of what might be best described as haphazard. She held in front of her a list of items, turning it slightly as if trying to summon some invisible information from the paper. "Uhh, I'd like to withdraw, um..." Again the paper shifted, and her eyes drifted around the room as she looked for something that might jog her memory if she'd forgotten something. Finally she slammed the paper down, and then thinking better of it, stuffed it back in her cloak. "204,000 ryo, um, just, can you transfer it to these suppliers?" She asked as she fished another note out of her cloak, and set it on the counter.

Sometime later, business completed, Sumika gladly returned to her normal state of pretending this money didn't exist.

▰Harmonic Death Art ▰ Toxicity Training | Rank E | Training
The user before beginning their journey into the Harmonic Death Arts must first show their dedication to death by introducing the style's key element into their bodies, poison. The user must perform five posts of training. In these training posts, they must ingest poisonous plants, soak their limbs in giant jars of venom, and other methods of introducing poisons to their body. This training will bring the user to the brink of death, often requiring hospitalization, especially those whose bodies reject the poisons. After succeeding, the user's physical strikes that draw blood will administer Tier 1 Poison for each attack which draws blood.

▰Harmonic Death Art ▰ Form of the Serpent | Rank C | Training
This technique requires the user perform several unorthodox augments on their body through training and sometimes surgical procedure. By completing this training, the user is able to move their arms, legs and abdomen fluidly as though they had no bones. This training requires five posts and is needed to use any techniques of this style that involve these fluid boneless motions.

▰Harmonic Death Art ▰ Toxicologist | Rank S | Training
The user is now able to apply higher tier poisons and paralysis agents to the techniques of this style. In addition, the user is able to apply two status conditions with one if the given trainings are complete. This training requires that the practitioner be a Grand Master Toxin Chemist.

▰Heavenly Momentum ▰ Training of Enlightenment | Rank D | Training
The user meditates on the utility of Ninjutsu in Taijutsu-heavy battles. At any time after the training is completed, the user can then sacrifice a number of Ninjutsu slots to grant their Taijutsu abilities up to a certain rank a permanent elemental affinity. The element must be one the user has access to, and repeating the process with another element stacks the benefit. Two Ninjutsu slots may be given up to increase the highest rank of techniques affected by this; for Shinobi whose Ninjutsu count is split amongst different categories, as in the Ninjutsu Class, the slots lost affect all categories. (i.e.: paying 2 slots will grant all Taijutsu techniques up to E-Rank with an element, paying 10 slots will affect up to A-Rank, etc.) Doing this will negate any and all learning reductions toward all Taijutsu, including those granted by personal attributes, being taught, being in a dojo, etc. If initially performed after this stage of training is mastered, the user must train every known technique in every known Taijutsu Style for the difference between the old required post count and the new one. Slots consumed this way must be marked as such on the user’s profile. Techniques altered this way count as both Taijutsu AND Ninjutsu in combat.

Allows the practitioner to substitute feet for hands in any Taijutsu technique when learned, and vice-versa. Techniques function the same, regardless of how useful the result may be. Training is typically completed either through meditation or repetition of physical training.

▰The Great Destructive Blade Art▰ Ogre's Grip [ Oni no Haaku ] | Rank S | Training
Through their rigorous endeavors with their mighty weapon, the practitioner has developed immaculate upper body strength. Because of this impressive development, the user needs only a single hand to wield large sized weapons.

▰Juurai Toorima ▰ Sight through Smoke [ Kemuri o Tōshite Mieru ] | Rank C | Training
The practitioner grows accustomed to the way smoke flows around them and others. The user's vision is no longer hindered by smoke or fog.

▰Juurai Toorima ▰ Keep Silent [ Shizukani ] | Rank S | Training
During a post where a smoke related technique is utilized and the user is concealed within it, the user is able to remove all hints of their presence. Opponents who are attempting to locate or interact with the user have the same difficulties as though they were suffering deafness and tier four blindness, additionally removing the smell of the user. This effectively removes their presence from even sensory class ninja and dojutsu.

▰Honshi Art ▰ Manipulating Line | Rank B | Training
After casting Retrieval, the user is able to tack on the additional chakra to the same activation of Retrieval. Instead of calling these weapons back to the user, they are able to be manipulated by the chakra threads they are attached to in a similar manner to puppet strings.The chakra threads attached to the weapons remain active for three posts and techniques can be executed from the Manipulating Line technique as though thrown by the user if desired.

The user's scavenging skills ensure that they are always able to find new shuriken lying about and retrieve their used weapons. This ensures they never carry less than 200 small projectile weapons.

▰Soko Sento▰ Armored Shinobi | Rank S | Training
The user must complete 5 paragraphs of training per tier of their armor ( Light, Medium, Heavy ) in order to reap the benefits of this training. The user is able to move with their armor as though they did not have it's restrictions or drawbacks.

▰Soko Sento▰ Armored Champion | Rank S | Training
For each tier of armor ( Light, Medium, Heavy ) the user is wearing, they gain a [2] point increase to their endurance while in combat. If an armor piece is broken, this buffer is negated.

▰Ja Ryu Style▰ Devil Fang | Rank A | Training
The user is able to pay the cost of a technique twice once every three posts. When this is done, the user can release the technique twice at the cost of a single activation, allowing them to overwhelm a single target with ease. This may be done while dual wielding but must pay 1.5x the reserves to do so.

Flame Breathing Pattern: Defend against an activation without using an activation once every 3 posts.

Fluid Movement: Techniques used for a blocking, countering or evasive action have their cost reduced by 5 stamina per rank of the technique.

Whirlpool Walking: In the Deflecting Stance, the user can deflect a technique of their body rank or lower once every three posts for no activation, still requiring the stamina/chakra cost paid.

Move As Water: Techniques that target multiple opponents may now have additional reserves paid in order to strengthen the effectiveness of the individual attack to the next highest rank.These can be paid individually, not requiring chakra or stamina to be paid for every split technique.

Riptide: In the Weak Stance, the user may perform 4 activations in a given post. In the Strong Stance, the user may perform an additional offensive activation each post. Each additional technique costs an extra 20 Chakra to perform and must be either basic combat or come from this Style.

Sen Gekiretsu Nagareboshi: All Simple techniques in this Style are treated as Complex when interacting with other techniques.

Unwavering Balance: Any techniques below the user's body rank cannot knock them over.

Dual Elemental Charge: Able to charge Sen Gekiretsu Nagareboshi with an extra element for [ 10 ] chakra.

Magnet Release: Jiton users can freely convert the earth and their Doton techniques into any magnetic material that they can control for [5] chakra and no action cost.
