▰ Personal Attributes System

A personal attribute (PA) is a customizable perk created for a character that gives a passive benefit. They are distinct from techniques as they do not consume combat actions and do not fulfill the function of techniques. All PAs must be approved by the guild's moderators after being posted in the profile approval topic. Each RPC gets at least two personal attributes by default with more being added depending on other choices made like bloodline status or shinobi class. Additionally, PAs can be purchased using the endgame system and can be received through guild or story events. RPCs with bloodlines can take one bloodline PA for free giving them three PAs. It is also an option for bloodline RPCs to use two or all three of their PAs for bloodline attributes if they so desire. Non-bloodline RPCs receive three PAs by default. There are no limits on the number of personal attributes a character can earn over time.

▰ Personal Attributes Rules


Personal Attributes Must
• Abide by guild rules and systems.
• Be approved by an SR moderator.
• Be posted in profile approval.
• Only provide one effect.

Personal Attributes Can
• Reduce a technique type's resource cost by [1] rank. Such as a specific type of ninjutsu (ex. katon), genjutsu (ex. enchantment), two taijutsu styles (ex. strong fist and kaiser fist), two bukijutsu styles (ex. phantom slayer and honshi art), etc. You can only have one PA of this type per RPC.
• Increase a resource pool by up to 100 or two resource pools by 50.
• Reduce the paragraph count of crafting by up to [2] with a minimum of [1] required to advance in a crafting title.
• Increase advancement by up to [2] in [1] specific crafting branch per PA.
• Increase [1] special max in [1] specific crafting branch per PA.
• Increase a stat by [2] points as long as it does not break the stat cap.
• Grant access to an additional element. Only [1] PA of this type per RPC.
• Increase the number of techniques learned of a certain type (ex. taijutsu) per paragraph by [1] per body rank (max 6).
• Grant up to 100 additional insects for Aburame only.
• Reduce handsigns to one-handed or somatic gestures as long as the time required to mold the chakra is the same.
• Grant up to 30,000 ryo.
• Ryo rewards may be increased up to 1.5x.
• Grant up to 5 custom technique slots.
• Grant up to 10 technique slots or 1 taijutsu/bukijutsu style.
• Apply additional chakra to chakra manifestations to bring them to life and give them [1] custom combat function. A chakra manifestation cannot be as robust in its function as a technique would be. For example, a chakra manifestation can be given chakra to act as spiritual armor or to cast genjutsu.
• Grant +5 Mechanism slots (can only claim this twice)
• Grant +2 Puppet points (can only claim this twice)
Personal Attributes Can't
• Give more personal attributes.
• Give overwhelming.
• Give access to higher ranked techniques than the RPC is capable of learning.
• Grant additional combat actions or reduce combat actions.
• Grant keystones.
• Give either complete immunity or ranked immunity to techniques.
• Increase the number of legendary items.
• Increase a resource pool beyond 5,000.
• Give restricted items like demons, forbidden seals, seven swords, etc.
• Reduce drawbacks or extend the duration of forbidden seals or sage mode.
• Grant access to a class-restricted status effect.
• Increase a stat cap.
• Increase the tier of a status effect.
• Increase techniques by rank.
• Manipulate cooldowns.
• Grant access to class-locked skills without possessing the appropriate class. (ex. kugutsu for puppeteer class)
• Increase the speed of healing.
• Mimic a class discipline.
• Grant additional implants unless it is Genetic Palette in the implant system or give implants automatically.
• Increase XP total or yields from missions.
• Increase the total manipulated senses in a genjutsu.


▰ Systematic & Keystone Personal Attributes

Systematic personal attributes are created by moderators for specific uses and can be much more versatile and powerful than standard personal attributes that members submit for approval. Bloodline attributes are potent PAs available through certain bloodlines or implants. Non-bloodline attributes are available to characters without a kekkei genkai and are explained in greater detail below. Demon attributes are powerful PAs available through tailed beasts. Wielder attributes are PAs granted by the legendary seven swords. There are also PAs that are granted through various systems like the Genetic Palette PA in the implant system, the Blessings of Valor PA in the reputation system, and the PAs provided from professions. In summary, PAs earned through systems are considered freebies and are also not constrained by the same rules as standard submitted PAs. Additionally, keystone PAs can be more powerful than standard PAs but are reviewed more closely by the moderators.

▰ Non-Bloodline Personal Attributes

Select one of these potent PAs as a non-bloodline Shinobi and one free standard PA. Respeccing into a bloodline causes the character to lose all Non-bloodline traits and benefits given.

• Additional PAs granted through the Non-Bloodline Personal Attributes generally refer to additional, standard personal attributes (which includes personal attributes you may create yourself).

▱▰▱ Loyalty | Grants One Keystone, can be used to acquire Two Keystones even if the user has a Keystone granted by a Discipline. A second keystone acquired this way makes it so the user cannot ever use the Genetic Palette PA to acquire an additional implant. This additional keystone cannot be attained by Human Sages in anyway. Additionally, the user acquires +10 Techniques Slots or +1 Style of the user's preference. 50% XP is awarded from every specifically assigned missions completed at or below their body rank that is in service to their place of origin -- be it Hidden Village or Faction.

▱▰▱ Duty | The user acquires +2 PAs. They are able to claim S+ Ranked Techniques without Village or Faction leader permission. The user can also become a sage of a summoning contract even if the normal alloted sages are full, additionally the user gains +100 senjutsu to their natural energy pool, curse or sage mode applicable. Human Sage cannot be acquired in this manner.

▱▰▱ Respect | Grants +5 Custom Slots and +10 Jutsu Slots or +1 Style. The user receives one less paragraph count to each profession or mission per Body Rank with a minimum of one paragraph per mission. With crafted professions, the user may also make one additional of any item created below legendary; this can stack with Worker Profession and Tinkering Teammates.

▱▰▱ Selfless Service | Grants the user 2 PA and 5 custom points. Any ninja the user performs a profession or mission with is given an additional 50% XP for missions at or below the user's body rank. Additionally, the user is accustomed to teamwork and can utilize Korabo with one other Shinobi at no activation cost from the parner (clones, pet and summons do not count), the user must still utilize an activation themself to use the combined technique. This has a cooldown of 2 posts and cannot be stacked with another user's "Selfless Service" and can only be done with one other person at a time.

▱▰▱ Honor | Grants 1 PA and a +2 increase in any desired stat, this can exceed the normal class cap but this cannot boost a stat beyond 10 in any circumstance. The user is capable of also carrying an additional free custom (non-crafted) item (weapon or armor) of their choosing that does not count to their total.

▱▰▱ Integrity | Grants the user 2 PAs, +5 Technique slots and +25 Chakra and Stamina per Body Rank starting at D. They are able to reduce a single status effect excluding mental statuses and trauma by one tier, to a minimum of Tier 1. Additionally, the user can utilize the Block/Dodge system for one rank lower than a single incoming collision once every two posts - This does not stack with the Scholar's Discipline Infinite Perception and cannot be used at the same time as it unless used for a separate collision.

▱▰▱ Personal Courage | Grants +2 PA and +10 Technique slots or +1 Style. The user gains the option to make a single jutsu type the Overwhelming trait barring Bloodline, Genjutsu, Kugutsu and S+ abilities, the user must specify an element for elemental ninjutsu. Additionally gain +50 Chakra and Stamina per body rank starting at D.
