Question or Issue: Suggestion for how blindness should be handled for the sharingan. In it's current form it's extremely restrictive. Also a suggestion for changing the amount of paragraphs required in order to obtain MS and EMS to be more in line with the reduction of training. Also added the same suggestion to the implant system.

Question or Issue: when selecting a third discipline through jack of all trades, if I chose a medic for master of none discipline but chose a scholar discipline for my third one do I get access to that classes techniques? Like would I be able to use sensory at that point or would choosing like infinite perception be semi-pointless?

I believe that it would grant you access to sensory, but I am not an expert on jack class. I will quote Necro here to correct me if I am wrong.

Question or Issue: So I just copy and pasted the relevant information for simplicity but i have a couple of questions about encore for clarity.
So firstly near the end it says the user gains access to a unique gen-Jutsu, in what way does this technique different from other custom gen-Jutsu if at all?
Secondly it says near the end “if successful this adds insanity to the genJutsu if not already applied” so it comes much later than the re-catching someone in the same gen-Jutsu as part of the first part of this disciplines abilities it makes me uncertain if its referring to that aspect of encore, the unique gen-Jutsu or gen-Jutsu as a whole?
In respect to enhancing song calls itself a ninjutsu but uses the term Genjutsu within it’s description, I suspect it’s an error but I wanna mention it, also can one cast enhancing song on themselves? I know the regen is specified for allies but I’m just wondering if one can simply use it to buff a stat of their own or if I’d have to make an augment version to self target.

Relevant Links: Encore:You are able to re-apply a genjutsu which was kai’d out for a lower cost. You must be performing the same performance that you used in order to cast the genjutsu. The technique re-applied is paid for ten less chakra than its initial cost. Does not work on instantaneous genjutsu. In addition, you may recruit a squad for 10k less than the initial cost. The cost cannot be reduced further than 5k. Your squad also may have two additional post of squad stamina. Furthermore, this discipline gives the performer a unique genjutsu. If successful, this adds insanity to the genjutsu applied if not already present. Finally, the user gains access to the following technique.


Enhancing Song [ Kyōka no Uta ] | Rank X | Ninjutsu [ Spiritual ]
The max rank this technique can be used is based on the user’s body rank. This user performs their performance of choice upon a target. The target either feels empowered or weakened. The genjutsu causes a single stat of the user’s choice to either be enhanced or dampened by [2] at E-C Rank and by [4] at B-S+ rank. In addition, enemies begin a stamina drain at their body rank for the a single post per body rank of the user. Allies regenerate chakra or stamina at the same rate.

For The Jack Question,Assuming your are only a single classed Jack Master of None only gives you a single restricted list. So if you pick medic then yes the scholar dicip benefits that apply specifically to sensory jutsu would be moot until you obtain the scholar class either via third class or double jack and select medical as initial and Fuuin at A but the other benefits would apply.

Question or Issue: Kemono Shinzo increases stat caps by 2. Dedicated Disciple from Tai or Buki Specializations increase Stat Cap to 9. Does this stack, or does Kemono Shinzo override the specialist perk?

The plus 2 only applies when in beast mode. So when not in beast mode specialist applies. Essentially take the higher of the two.

Question or Issue: So I’m aware the guild doesn’t really touch on otsutsuki for understandable reasons because of how they are. If I made a character who for instance was dual bloodline bone release and Byakugan would I be able to play them under the aspect that the are one of them. I Like there aesthetics a lot and their being based around Buddhism celestials which I am a big fan of. So are they a blight on the guild not to be mentioned or would making one be acceptable? In short nothing would really be altered beside listed species and the mental perspective I give the chakra/direction I will go with customs. Note the combination I mentioned is an example.
Is making a dual ancestry with two doujutsu fine as long as only one is active at a time and if I remember correctly usually only one set can be fully upgraded?

I am aware the guilds lore is a lot different but it is touching a lot on celestial beings n gods and such and based on my understanding the Ōtsutsuki represent celestial beings to a degree, so even if with mildly different motivation than they cannon I believe they could be incorporated without problem.

Enhancing Song and the latter are simply typos. Rather than a unique genjutsu it should simply state unique genjutsu. 'A genjutsu' also works grammatically since its was assumed here that the term was all encompassing to genjutsu but I see how it can easily create confusion.

Enhancing song can be used on oneself Since it simply states target, The drains and regeneration are subsidiary effects of the performance to anyone hearing it. Yet only 1 target gets the stat boost.

As far as the Otsutsuki in lore I had minor lore established that essentially the Otsutsuki were beings made by Evergreen to micromanage the world through their own independent subjects the aspects land, sea, sky, light, dark, life, death, and fate. Essentially this guilds version of the 'creation god' but they had their powers stripped from them by Evergreen when their quarreling essentially caused recurring natural disasters and the former aspect of 'Fate' A.k.a Senran rebelled against his assigned role leading to his exile. Essentially the other siblings want to reclaim their powers again but nothings been done with that narrative thus far and essentially I'm to believe will stay that way unless there are those interested. I do know that however, that Yatagarasu's new cult is taking on the aspect of jurisdiction of fate and that Utu's Son Belamos has adopted the aspect of Light.

So then it’d be ok if I made one of the Ōtsutsuki who’s powers had been nerfed/stripped but wanted to reclaim what they lost/was taken from them by whatever means. (I intend to go the Tenseigan route cause it’s the closest to divine like power that’s not religion oriented in the guild) the bloodlines I’d give him would simply represent what vestiges of his strength he Himself maintained. Simply need to change certain aspects to fit what his role would have been with keeping the guilds lore in mind. I remembered evergreen like stripped the rinnegan from the planet, I may have missed or forgot mention of the Ōtsutsuki as it’s been a bit since I read Ze lore.

Ohhh yes I do have one more question. Theoretically speaking is someone (me) were to aim to capture o-inari(or any of the yokai gods/kings) and seal them away inside oneself similar to a tailed beast, would this work? Perhaps splitting their soul from their body if need be? I’ve the intention of targeting one of them for the sake of fun and making a troublemaker of a character. I do know I could maker a monster tamer and get him that way but I was wondering about this a little before that was released so I’m wondering if what I mentioned would be an alternative method of snagging him (also I understand that managing to subdue him to even manage to do so is not a guarantee lol!) I might as well find out what’s possible before I try with an assumption and be wrong XD!

I mean trying to seal essentially the god of sealing is something of a feat I'd believe on the ends of impossible but that aside with O-inari were to for some reason manifest themselves I don't see why someone couldn't give it a college try. Those leaning however, are on the 'unlikely' side.

Question or Issue: *Sigh* so I noticed there’s a bit of a mistake in the classes page in respect to the medical specialization/cross-class list, which I now realize because I’m more familiar with the guild system and was looking over my character and realized the cross class abilities didn’t fall in line with the guilds normal pattern. So the bukijutsu and Taijutsu cross class benefits happen to be in place of the medical - bukijutsu one as I copied and pasted below... I didn’t bother providing the link because you guys know where that is lol...

Second question... so as I failed to realize this issue and ive done some stuff with my character And filled in most of my Jutsu slots... do I have to pay my free respect to change all this stuff I need to change to make it work properly and within the proper rules... Urgh..... >.< I’m gonna lose a buki and a tau style and by extension two stat points *feels dumb...* Urgh sorry either way, it’s abilities made sense to me lol Cause it implied super healthy weapon user XD, never thought to check how it was on the reverse order. Sucks because those abilities/discounts were really good with my build >:/

Either way final question. Can I try designing or suggest the creation of a mustelid sage!!! One genre of animals totally neglected :p Either way sorry about my writing, I’m half awake but also forgetful and noticed this now.. might not remember to mention it if it skips mind so blergh!!!

Medical – Bukijutsu: All taijutsu and bukijutsu techniques cost five less resources per rank of the technique. Simple techniques of both classes are treated as overwhelming, although it still suffers from the rank deficiencies of those typical interactions. The user gains an additional taijutsu at D, B, and S rank. The user gains an additional bukijutsu at C, A, and S+ Rank.

So this should be the can combine a buki and medical Jutsu for one activation every so often or whatnot, i offhandedly forget the buki-medical bonus.
