The woman snapped at him while they glared at one another for a moment before he'd simply leave. Utaba huffed while the man moved to the back, walking out of the store, but not before shouting out, "And I'll see about having her get a leash for it." Her foot kicked the door open, scoffing while it closed behind her. Well, it was a start at least. A place to look for the cat in one of its hideouts. Utaba looked over at the incoming squad mates of hers, eyes trailing to both men as she'd cross her arms. "I hope your interview was better than mine. I got a location of the cat's usual haunts: the front gates of the village."

As he approached, likely with group in tow, he retrieved the snack bag from his jacket and opened it up. A less-than-pleasant smell wafted out, prompting Sasaki to hold the bag further from him and turn his head slightly. He began shaking the bag and waving it about he walked, trying to spread the scent. As he neared his team again, he held out the bag. "You guys want in on this?" The man asked with a goofy grin. After offering them a chance to take some bait for themselves, he wandered away again, trying to lure their target out.

As Saski planted the treats along the ground, they would stay in wait for their intended target. However, as soon as the group of shinobi would turn away from the treats, there would be a small gust of wind would blow by them. Should they turn to investigate, the group would notice that the bait they had laid out had disappeared without a trace. It wouldnโt be until the thief was upon Sasaki that it would reveal itself to the group. A giant shadow with glowing yellow eyes moved like a blur, aiming directly for the bag of treats the shinobi held. Even on all fours, the shadow would be about three-quarters the size of a regular human being. It snarled, taking a clawed swipe at the Senju with the bag of snacks. It would fly past the group, sliding along the ground towards the gates leaving Tanigakure. The massive shadow hissed, and for a second there was one notable feature: a red ribbon tied around its neck. This discovery was only for eagle eyed shinobi before the creature darted off into the woods outside of the village with the bag of treats in tow.

"Darn, that cat, it moved so fast, no wonder why it can stray from home easily." He sympathizes about the fact even if the old lady wanted to, her body with it being aged like it is, the cat would be able to dance around her no problem. He then thinks about what their next move is, and since the cat left the area, he won't be able to trace the sound back to it. This could pose a issue no doubt but nothing they can't handle of course, he honestly believes with the team set up, they could isolate the cat. Though with the swipe of the claw that the cat posed, it won't go down easy about this, he may have to use his Sound techniques to lower its chances of escape.
However with him being blind and no sound bounce back, he doesn't know where the cat's direction is, he would turn to his team. This is where team work is going to be important, relying information to each other on their mission objective is going to be critical. Yet he may have to fall back in some ways, he is a medical shinobi after all, making sure that Utaba and Sasari are well enough to do the mission ensures success. Though he has built combat ability into himself as well, that would classify him as a battle medic. The type of medic that can even fight for themselves if they must but only as a backline option.

Utaba smiled at the other two at their little discovery. "Nice to see that at least some of us got somewhere with our little excursion. Let's head to the gates and finish this mission before Usagi decides to ask us to pick up her dry cleaning." The woman said, following the other two while Sasaki held the bag of treats for the animal. It was a pretty boring day so far, and finding this bloody cat was going to spent wasting most of it. A trap was set up and the trio would soon lie in wait. By the time they got there though, it would be their surprise to see that the treats were all gone in such a short amount of time. "What the-" Utaba began before the figure showed itself to the shinobi. Her jaw nearly hit the floor at what she was seeing. This old, bitter lady would somehow have kept a massive tiger as a pet?! She'd watch the beast scatter off and furrow her brows in frustration. "Well, this became twice as hard." she said, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Why the hell would Usagi let her keep that thing as a pet? I was under the impression we would after a cat, not some six foot monstrous tiger."

While dispersing their cat bait, the sounds of vegetation rustling in the breeze drew Sasaki's attention slowly. With his arm still extended, he turned toward the noise only to catch a flash of black whip past him, nearly taking his arm with it. He watched it tear off into the forest, treat bag apparently in tow. Sasaki stood motionless for a moment, arm still extended, only blinking occasionally, before turning his head toward his team. A warped smile stuck to his face, plastered across a look of bewilderment, horror, and excitement. Utaba's words drifted over him and took a moment to settle into him. "You don't... You mean... Really? That's...? Ha!" The strange look melted into pure joy as the young man bounced in place for a moment. Seemingly reinvigorated with the confidence the massive lightning-fast black mass was "simply" a monstrous cat and not a literal monster, the genin scrambled to pick up any remaining scraps or crumbs of treats before sprinting off into the woods after the overgrown animal. "Come on you guys! Here, kitty kitty!"

Firstly she didnโt look irritated and in fact came off as rather approachable a bright in demeanour, secondly she was flanked on either side by a blonde child holding one of her hands each, also a black haired boy a little older than the other two trailing a few steps behind and carrying a large stuff bag over one shoulder. It was blithe fact that the twins, Naomi and Naoki took after a different parent than f**ล and the middle brother aged brother of the group Taroโฆ. but it was a fact they were all related. f**ล was patiently keeping a hold of the other two, eyes looking friendly but also showing the mild frustration of trying to keep control of the pies urges, a small tug and squeeze of the hand needing to happen every so often to bare the to heal. โsorry youโre stuck carrying everything bro, tell us a place you wanna go and Iโll buy you something for the help, just lemme know cause youโre being a big help.โ She spoke over her shoulder, projecting her voice over the rampant and boisterous discussion the other two were having with one another over an apparent โmassive kittyโ they had seen a little earlier than both Taro and f**ล had somehow missed, both presuming their imaginations were in action.
She paused before turning away from him so she could watch where she was going, the lad taking a few seconds to contemplate what heโd do with the offer. โWell if itโs a reward, there was a shirt I kinda wanted, I think I mentioned it to you before, from Yazoโsโฆโ He suggested with a tone that implied he knew he might be pushing his luck but was willing to voice his desire, even if it might be refused. She tilted her head to the side and let out a loud humming noise, considering how she felt about the request and if she was feeling so generous in that moment. โTell you what, if you want me to take you there then Iโll grab you the shirt and one other item from that store, donโt bug me for like a month about anything beyond your allowance and youโre gonna be doing extra chores and watching the twin then we can call it a deal, especially as if we go there they are going to want something.โ The offer was laced with a similar tone to her brothers own, f**ล offering a smirk and a look to see if heโd make the investment of additional effort and be able to handle not perpetually hinting at things he might want. Itโs not like she desired to make things difficult or make him give up on things he wanted, itโs just if he wanted something bigger she expected some extra effort from him as she was the sole provide for the four of them and as such would require more work on her own part.

The twins were also brightly and loudly discussing what they might want, having been made aware they would be able to get something from where they were going excited the pair vastly. f**ล bade the pair walk in front of and look at her as they reach the outside of the stores entrance, the oldest crouching down to look at the twin at eye level. โNow Naomi, Naoki I need you both to behave yourselves while we are here, put anything you pick up back where you found it and donโt go touching everything just because, you two got me? Me and your older brother know what we are getting so while we deal with that you two can look around, now remember only ONE thing each, go and be good now!โ She instructed them with a direct and stern but not an unfriendly tone, wanting the pair to understand she was serious and that they needed to head her words, pinch either by a cheek gentle and tugging as she emphasized the word โoneโ and then after a simultaneous โKayyyy!!!โ From the pair she let them free.
Following after a pair of accelerated kiddos who made no haste in charging on in, the older two moving at a more reserved pace. f**ล eyed the interior of the room first to make sure there wasnโt so many people that it would bring up the chest squeezing discomfort that was her anxiety, finding out quickly that it wasnโt packed to an uncomfortable capacity and not needing to hold her breathe. She walked with Taro as he knew what he wanted, pacing behind him by a few paces with her hands in her pockets, resisting the urge to browse for herself and need reach even deeper into her pockets. Still it was not exactly easy for her to avert her eyes entirely and she found herself needing to be prodded on the arm by her brother to become aware he found what he wanted, ignoring his words unintentionally as she was contemplating an assemblage to inform her he was ready for them to go to the counter and pay for the items.
The two smallest of the group scurried around at as restrained a pace as they possibly could, each coming in with zero ideas of what they might want and as such their eyes were wide with wonder as they found thing after thing to gaze at. Naomi and Naoki both really couldnโt decide what they wanted no matter what they saw as everything looked great in their opinion as what they didnโt have they wanted, the wonder of new things to a child and all. In their earnest wish to hurry up and not make their big sis need to wait on them, the pair looking to one another and then sharing a wordless thought, decided to outsource opinions and decided to request the assistance of other present customers. An approach from two pairs of feet would tromp itโs way over to one of the other customers in the store who was doing their own thing, the two of them deciding the blonde was certainly a good person to ask cause they shared the common trait of blonde hair. Inoyuri would feel a tug as two hands would grab and tug on their shirt from something a lot shorter then them self, only to find the source being two pairs of beaming eyes looking up toward them. โHiya! Would yew hewlp us puhleaseโฆโ The boy would start and his sister would pick up from there โ..We wanna get sumthin nice anโ canโt choose..โ Then the two both simultaneously finished their request by speaking at the same time and giving puppy eyes as they did, hands clasped pleasingly โCan yew hewlp us find the bestest lookin stuff for us pweeeaaaseee!!!โ This was all phrased as a question but unless Inoyuri had a heart of ice then it was basically a demand as how could they be refused?

It had been a day off for Inoyuri after the events of what had happened the day before. The disastrous mission that had to be rescued from peril by Iksin himself, while his team would suffer the death of Chouka and Min Min, with Arashikara having dipped as soon as they were back at the village. Inoyuri had decided to take a personal day for himself and just thrown himself into his room before then falling asleep. He cursed himself as they were walking back, hated himself when they got home and wanted to just fall on a bed of spikes when he got home to inform his family of his mission. Their eyes gazed into his with a stern, disappointed look. The kind that were never faltering when it came to every bit about him. He didn't try to talk to provide his case. There was really no real reason to attempt that. It was much easier to sit and allow them to explain why he was such an embarrassment. His eyes turned as red as his nails, fading off into a peaceful slumber at last.
He was here, currently in front of the Tanigakure clothing shop that he frequented. They had a lot of popular styles and the owner, who had previously saved him when he was first dressing like this during his academy days and was generally pretty good to him, didn't make much of a fuss when he came in for shopping around or looking at whatever had just come in. Yuri opened the door as the weight of failure still hung over him. His mouth was pulled into a frown before feeling the tender embrace of the owner behind him,causing his sullen mood to change for now. "Is that a frown I see, snaking its way into my store?"Her voice was motherly, the fair haired woman moving to gently rest her head beside Inoyuri's. The boy would freeze in place, although his hands rose to rest on her arms as a warmth filled his chest. It was strange to feel an actual hug, even after all this time. He had been distant with the woman here but was slowly warming up to the concept of an adult that put up with him. "I didn't mean to bring it in, Mrs. Hi-" he was interrupted, a snicker behind him as the woman's index fingers would force his lips into a perky smile. The boy fought it for a moment but would find himself unable to keep from laughing at his reflection in the mirror of how goofy it seemed. Mrs. Hina was the owner of the store, a middle aged woman whose father had been a master tailor back in his day, or so she had proudly boasted. She was dragged into the family business kicking and screaming but eventually found her way and even some measure of enjoyment with tending to fabric. Her only child had been an adult when they had died in service to the village, which was probably why she had more or less adopted him. Of course, Inoyuri never spoke about his actual family to her, fearing for what she might do.
"I always told you, it takes less effort to smile than to frown, sweetie. What's bugging you, Yuri?" Mrs. Hina asked so sweetly, causing Inoyuri's heart to ache. He really did want to tell her, blinking back tears and for her to say everything would be okay, but he couldn't. Something rolling around in his head would nag at him for being such a crybaby. That everybody could take what was given to them except him. He wasn't in the mood to get into his headspace and would shake his head, trying to force a pleasant smile now. "N-Nothing! I'm super happy now! I was, uh, just kind of wanting to look around is allโฆHeheโฆ" Mrs. Hina furrowed her brows, irises gazing into his very soul. As she stared, Yuri was thankful that she didn't have any sort of Yamanaka blood inside of her, lest she be able to crack open his mind and tell just what was on his mind. "Nothing, huh?" She looked at the mirror at the two of them for a moment, then several, and finally would release her hug on the boy after ten seconds of contemplation. The woman signed but would mod her head. "Okay, I guessโฆIf you do change your mind, I'll be right here. The new stuff is in the usual spot, sweetie."
Mrs. Hina placed a comforting hand on his shoulder, Inoyuri raising his one to rest on top as the both looked at the display. With rosy cheeks, Yuri squeezed her hand softly, to which the woman would gently ruffle his hair before walking back behind the counter as he wandered off to go look through the racks here. As he scoured through the new stuff here, Inoyuri came across a gorgeous dress as his interest was piqued. His hands went to pick the brim for the size. Could it be? Yes! Inoyuri quickly rushed towards the changing booth and would try it on. It took about three minutes in full of getting all the layers of the dress on alongside redoing his hair in a side swept style. Now looking a bit cuter, Inoyuri would come out to get some new accessories. Inoyuri would fluff his hair up with some cute high heeled boots and would make a few poses in the corner mirror. "Wow, this actually looks kinda niceโฆ" He said to himself, looking at his reflection for a moment or so. The fabric was soft and easily flexible, enough to help him get around with things. This was totally a keeper! Before Yuri could fawn over himself more, he felt something tugging on the dress that caused his eyes to lower themselves at whatever could have been the issue. Standing before Inoyuri were two kids, eyeing him up as theyโd ask for him to help them. "Oh, ah, whatโs wrong?" heโd ask in that soft, feminine voice of his, tilting his head while kneeling down to just about their height. It did take a bit for him to recognize that they were fairly young, so heโd have to simplify a lot of what he might already have on his mind. Easy enough with Aireen, so Yuri would nod his head along. "Sure. Here, Iโll help you find something pretty." He held out his hands for both kids to take and would go along with them through the aisles with little options for each to take. The boy must like something cool, right? So maybe like a cloth wristband? "This seems cool. I had them when I was a kid." He thought that the girl might like a bow and chose a frilly one that would be presented to her. "Here. Does this look like something you would want?"
tab The Ketsuiki was walking through the streets of Tani, a handbook of shinobi of different ranks in his palm. The Chunin was sifting through the document looking for potential team members for his next mission. So far, on his journey from the Kage's office, he'd fallen on two likely candidates. One was a Hozuki, they hoped they'd be able to track them down without waking up their two little pets. A few more pages would be flipped before a Yamanaka caught his eye. The picture had him convinced they were a female, but as he read through their documentation, a grin seemed to tweak around his lips. "Interesting..."
Nakano would stuff the booklet into his pocket, finally putting his attention back on the road infront of him. He was in the shopping district when a familiar face caught his eye, slipping into a clothing store. "Seems like my luck is changing." They'd hurry on into the store, hoping to catch the shinobi while they weren't immediately busy. By now Inoyuri was interacting with Fuko's siblings, a sight he spied from the entrance of the store. He'd give a curt nod to a greeting from Ms. Hina. They hadn't noticed Fuko yet, but the Ketsuiki was making a bee-line for the two kiddos and his prized sensory nin. "Inoyuri Yamanaka?" Nakano'd ask, putting a hand on his waist, offering a mischevious grin. A part of them hoped the Yamanaka might share some kinship with him, they seemed to have a lot in common based on their looks. It certainly didn't help that his chest seemed to have a little bit more depth to it, with his two fuzzy companions clinging to the inside of his shirt.

Naoki released Inoyuriโs hand when they indicated to the wrist band, reaching out to take a hold of it and presenting it to his sister โThis will make me cool! its gotta be true as sheโs like big sisโs age!โ He declared proudly to his sister who ohhโd and ahhโd at him, giving an approving nod and fighting her grip of Inoyuris hand in anticipation to what was chosen for her. Naomi was met with dissatisfaction with the older blondes suggestion, her actions near identical to her brothers as she let go and took a hold of the headband, holding it up to a part of her head and showing her brother white a grin โLook, it makes me even cuter!!โ She declared following it up with a loud giggle, looking up to Inoyuri as did her brother and the pair brightly addressing her with โThank you so much big sis-chan!!!โ The words projected by two thankful and pleased looking children.
โWhatโs going on here, didnโt I tell you two not to bother peopleโฆโ The voice of an older girl cut into the pairs excitement, both looking immediately a little guilty and turning to look at f**ล who was leaning on a shelf looking relatively unimpressed, piercing blue eyes moving up from the kids to glower at Inoyuri with a studying gaze. She was about the ask who the other was but it seemed someone else would answer the question for her, a red haired lad approaching and announcing it in the form of a question, f**ล recognizing the last name and aware they tended to have blonde hair and green eyes making her assume the other was correct. She sighed and relaxed a little, crouching down to the pairs height and placing a hand on each of their heads as she figured out what has went on, thereโs no way the pair would have actually selected something without a second opinion and it seemed they had got that. โAlright you two go with Tarล to pay for what youโve picked out, hereโs my wallet bro, keep an eye on these two and I will catch up.โ She instructed them quietly, offering them both a thin smile and herding them toward her brother, the pair turning about to wave at Inoyuri โThanks for the help big sis Inoyuri-chan!!! See you laters!โ The pair enthusiastically expressed to the older blonde before their black haired brother tokk over herding them off to pay.
With her more serious look returning to her face f**ล straightened up and looked at Inoyuri again before shifting her gaze to the red haired Nakano and then back to Inoyuri. โI hope they werenโt much of a bother, thanks for helping them out I guess.โ She expressed with a sigh and clearly not very enthusiastic about doing so, folding a hand under her chest and leaning the others elbow into its palm and pointed a finger between the pair of them. โI will let you two talk first and then we can have a quick chat with you Inoyuriโฆ.โ She said while looking out the corner of her eye at Nakano and lowering her hands to her coats pockets and shifting her body weight to be mainly on one leg while leaning again a shelf.

Two tiny hands reached to grab a hold of his larger ones. Inoyuri, by instinct with Aireen, would gently close around them. Despite being the youngest son out of several sisters, the boy appeared to be attracting a lot of younger kids to his side lately. Not that he was annoyed by them pestering him. Deep down, he had always wanted a younger sibling. Somebody he could at least take some solace in for not teasing him endlessly or ruthlessly mocking how much of a wimp he was. So the two were in good hands, and Inoyuri was glad to fill that void of being that temporary sister. A part of him wanted to curl into a ball at what they would do if they recognized that the term "sister" wouldn't be very applicable. They introduced themselves to him first. "Naoki and Naomi, huh? Those are adorable names " he smiled, then was asked his own. "I'm Inoyuri, but Yuri is fine. Whatever you want to call me."
Inoyuri's choice seemed good for both kids at the time. The boy would be delighted by the wristband that the Yamanaka had selected out for him. Yuri wasn't much of a color kind of guy, so something like this matched well with the outfit he had on in his own opinion. The boy showed it off to his sister as she was a bit less than thrilled with the bow. Her indecision was something that did make the poor boy begin to worry. Was she not a fan of ribbons? Did the girl just hate him for this assumption? Inoyuri began to internally panic as his low self esteem was ready to sink to even lower depths. "I-I can find a new one if you don't like the color. I didn't mean toโฆ" In a few seconds filled to the brim with dread, he watched as Naomi would replace the ribbon pulled for her to swap it out for a headband. She observed it for a moment or so before showing that she enjoyed it. Inoyuri breathed a sigh of relief. His little mistake had been forgiven and on the upside, she did look cute. "You two look perfect." Inoyuri kneeled down to them, careful not to trip on the hem of his dress. "A cool guy and a cute girl."
Another voice made itself known, this one far more troubled than these two beaming rays of sunshine. The sudden surprise made the boy stand up straight and back on his feet again. The older girl, presumably their older sister or other family member, would turn to look at them before turning her piercing gaze on him! Inoyuri fiddled about, terrified of that look she was giving him. Like a shark sizing up prey or some other kind of predator. "Sorry if I worried you! Naoki and Naomi just needed help finding something in here was all." Inoyuri said, taking a step back while trying to eye the exit to the store. Maybe if she was going to try and pick a fight, he could hide in the storage closet, or maybe out near one of the other shops. She kneeled down to the kids and would tell him to head off back to their sitter while the two of them presumably stayed behind. A perfect little diversion while he would sprint out! The kids turned to him and wished him well, even calling him big sis again. It felt nice, a flush color appearing to his cheeks as he waved back. "I'll see you another time then, guys. Stay safe."
But just as he was about to make a run for it, it seemed fate would be just around the corner. A crimson haired stranger was right behind him, Inoyuri looking at him as he had heard his name. It piqued his interest, but it was more worrying than anything else. Somebody you don't know calling you by your full name wasn't the greatest sign they had good intentions. "Y-You wanted me?" he asked the person in a confused tone, waiting until the kids were gone before exhaling, his expression souring. "I thought I asked the Tanikage that I didn't want to be in another squad for a while. Not after what happened last time." He guessed, looking at the person and then the older sister again while she asked to speak with Inoyuri after he was done with the redhead. He panicked again, wanting to do anything but stay here. The poor boy's feet were paralyzed by anxiety, fussing around as he reached to gently tug on his long blonde hair with a troubled expression. A nervous tick from when he was young.
"But why do you want to see me anyway? I'm like the worst ninja in the village compared to you."
tab'Hahahaaa...it really is my lucky day, f**ล Hozuki, too. This must be the Spot.' Nakano'd think to himself, before chuckling to himself. Then Inoyuri relayed their own issues. He actually felt a little bad, listening to their complaints. He hadn't read anything about their most recent mission, maybe his details weren't up-to-date. He tried giving Ino' a reassuring smile before speaking up. "Well, I can assure you the Tanikage has not had a hand in this. I'm looking for potential teammates for a mission of my own. As fate would have it, I've ran into both of my picks right here." He'd stop to hear out Ino, before responding. "Honestly, I would like to have a Yamanaka as support. And please, we all are the worst nin' at somepoint in our careers. But aside from that I'd love to pick your brain for some fashion tips!" He'd compliment him in the back half, giving a big smile.
tab He watched the Yamanaka fool with their bangs, before tilting his head towards f**ล. "I need someone who can infiltrate, so I was hoping to recruit you as well, Hozuki. Pairing my reconaisance with your ability to squeeze into any place you might need to, and the mind abilities of our Yamanaka here. I think we can all work rather well together. But its a decision entirely up to the two of you. If you accept, I'll get you both a full mission briefing before the end of the day."
tab A screech came from outside, a large bat would land just outside the front window of the store. It waved and made noises at its master, Koumori desperate to grab its owner's attention. Nakano would wave in a sign of understanding, the animal would calm down. "Well, you two have a choice, join me on a mission or stay here shopping for clothes. I'm headed to the Kage's office." They'd tell both Inoyuri and f**ล before heading out, hoping they'd come along with them. Nakano cocked his head back, just before stepping out the door. "If you have to take the siblings home f**ล, I can go over the mission details with you when you get to the office."
