tab Light shone through his closed eyelids, serving as an alarm for his body that it was time to wake up. From a deep comatose, Coello shifted around on his cot before he managed the strength to rise. Two pink eyes groggily surveying his surroundings as he did so. "W-what that... where am I?" His question left hanging loosely in the air as there didn't seem any doctors in sight. With a panicked remembrance, the recollection of his seal breaking and Kokuo being released shocked his mind with a paralyzing fear.
Without concern for his body's achy protests, Coello pushed himself to his feet and out the door. It was his responsibility to make sure that Kokuo wasn't rampaging free, even through his failure as a jinchuriki. Thus naturally, when the ground shook beneath his feet, Coello assumed the worst. Although in place of an expected demon, the bunny found a mass scale invasion. Signs of ground combat were largely obscured, but the rain chakra projectiles besieging the village left little in the way of doubt. Coello had been caught in the middle of a war.
Now struggling with his position, Coello wondered if joining would be the right course of action. This was a fight he had no understanding of; could he truly risk becoming involved as a Konoha shinobi? THUNG THUNG.. The thunderous booms of explosions shook the ground once more while Coello wrestled with his indecision. A balled fist brought attention to his cloth dressings for the first time since awakening. "Fenris wouldn't have turned away from someone who helped him." A cool reminder of his brother steadied Coello's legs. How could he think about running from a situation like this? With a revitalized determination, Coello charged down to the bulk of the battle.
There was a rather curvy woman travelling through the entrance of the hospital to the front desk. Her appearance was considered conservative even though a few of the staff knew how she really dressed outside of the hospital and they hadn't a clue why she was dressing this way now. When at the front desk the nurse would think that she was looking for a way to gold dig with the many doctors in the building until the nurse saw a bag on her back full of toys and books. A smile lit upon the nurse's face as she pointed to the children's ward where the sick and injured were. Before Ataashi could even say anything she would smile as she was happy that she could be bringing joy to others at this time.
Koharu arrived at the Tanigakure Hospital to begin her chores and service to The Village as a Genin. Given the task to pull weeds, she knew there were two plots that needed attention, the landscape around the entrance and behind the building was a garden as well that needed her attention. Given her status, also, as a fledgling priestess of the Goddess Evergreen, she decided she would further her devotion by blessing each of the places she tended to. "Today is just right for this.", she remarked happily as she clapped her hands together and prepared to get to work.
As Koharu worked on the entrance of the Hospital, walking among the landscaping and kneeling to pluck weeds wherever she could find them, she found herself humming peacefully during the task. With each weed pulled, she would take a small bottle of water she prayed over and sprinkle it ceremoniously on the spot. "Goddess Evergreen, every life is precious, even the weeds which grow wild. Let the tended space be beautiful and bring you glory.", she chanted reverently over the front landscaping once the task was complete. When the young Genin-Priestess felt satisfied that the area was free of weeds, she signed off on one of the two scrolls she had accepted that she had completed the task, but there was still another scroll for this location, and she intended to complete it as well.
Upon reaching the back garden of the Tanigakure Hospital, Koharu let out a soft sigh as she could see the evidence of a lack of upkeeping. It seemed like she would have her work cut out for her, but this was no time to regret life choices. She had a duty to not only the Village, but her Goddess as well to complete the task at hand and to do so with a cheerful and humble heart. She took creeping vines from around flowers, and used her Mokuton jutsu to manipulate the trees in the area, shaping their branches back and taming the wild growth. With each measure, she continued her blessings by sprinkling her consecrated water among the areas were weeds were removed, and on the trees she shaped, blessing each in the name of The Goddess.
With that concluded, Koharu decided it was time to take a rest and prepare herself mentally, physically, and spiritually for the tasks that awaited her inside the Hospital itself. She had a duty as a priestess to bless not just plants and animals, but the people who were all children of the Ever-Living Mother of All. Though that would need to wait until another time.

Oh awesome! Today was the day! She was finally going to work at the local hospital. Excited and brimming with energy, she without stopping for a breath, had made her way to the hospital to only come to a skidding halt. This... was the hospital? She glanced left and right. The shock wore off quickly as she shrugged her shoulders. That was okay! Maybe she could donate some ryo to help fix it up a bit more? At least the yard doesn't look like it was in a bad shape or anything. The smile on her face only brightened as she went up to the doorway and poke her head in. She saw a male, sitting at the desk and reading something while snacking. "Hi! I'm Ajisai! Your new coworker!" She made sure not to be too loud because when she gets excited, sometimes she started to talk loudly. The male paused from his book, took one look at her, and went back to eating. Ajisai blinked as she stood there.
So. This was what they called pregnant pause. It certainly made Ajisai uncomfortable. She started to rock back and forth on the balls of her feet as she looked around. "So.. do we have any patients today?" She asked him. No response. Just more munching of the chips. Then an alarm went off, which had Ajisai jump as the male reached over and turn it off. He got up, stretched, cleaned up the station, and left. Ajisai blinked. Again. Then another one. Ah well! Ajisai glanced around as she started to look at the empty rooms and made sure everything was clean and tidy! She saw her enemy but she ignored that general area. The other nurses/doctors/medic shinobi can take care of that station. She would just pretend that it's not there.
Hours went by as Ajisai started to spin on her chair. Round and round it goes! She laughed as she had to stop when she was getting a bit dizzy. Her arms rested on the desk as her eyes become fixated at the doorway, just waiting for someone to come on by. She'll take anything. Sniffles. Splinters. Just some company would be nice! Ajisai doesn't know how much more time had passed as she accidentally fell asleep. Anyone entering would see her head on the desk, snoozing away with a bit of drool from her cheeks onto the papers below that were supporting her head and currently, being used as a pillow.

In a sudden burst of noise and wind would likely rouse the sleeping girl from her slumber at the desk as something burst into the hospital and let out a frantic screech to force peopleโs acknowledgement. The culprit was a massive ferret with a Tani headband and jacket with a severely injured woman slung over his back. The womans hands that were sling around the critters neck were gripping a long scythe and it would quickly become obvious they were burnt and literally fused to the weapon handle, the majority of the womanโs front and sides suffering similar burns, blood oozing from rends between the myriad of colours. Hasaki, the woman the large ferret Hakushi brought in was completely unconscious, breathing weak and ragged implying her lungs were burned as well as the fact she wasnโt going to last very long without immediate action, though with her condition she would certainly be touch and go but at this moment she was dying. Her living crash cart had stopped and was trying to gently remove his master and partner from his back with care, the thud of the womanโs body on the wooden floor coming with greater force that he had aimed for, resulting his another loud whimpering scream from his mouth as he snuffled around her it utter distress, whimpers escaping from his mouth as he moved his big, worry filled eyes upon Ajisai with complete and utter desperation.

The burst of wind and noise did not rouse the girl at all. Instead, she rose her head a bit, half-lidded eyes, and groans softly, "I said I wanted five of those, momma...." She mumbled sleepily. Lights were on but no one was home. Luckily, it didn't take long as she yelped in surprise, got up so fast that the entire desk was toppled over onto its side. It would not land onto Hasaki but it wasn't far from it either. Papers and forms were sent flying up into the sky as Ajisai scrambled to get to Hasaki. Her hands started to glow light soft pink as she was healing from the inside out. The organs were quickly healed along with the blood vessels in the body and the bleeding should stop as she worked her way out towards outside of the body. So focused and tunnel-visioned, she didn't even notice the large creature before her, all she knew and all she could see, was the patient that needed her help. Over time, the papers have already landed and those that landed by Hasaki were slowly being soaked by the blood that had already been spilled.
Everything was healed but the hands. Ajisai grimaced just thinking about it and was rather grateful that Hasaki was sleeping, she got up a bit quickly and went to get a metal scalpel as she knelt back down and started to scalp away from the skin and tissues that were fused to the weapon. Careful and gentle as she could be, she was very fluid and tender in her work. Once she got them removed, she placed the scythe behind her and went back to healing the female's hand. "Whew," Ajisai murmured when she was checking Hasaki, making sure she had missed nothing, inside and out. Satisfied, her hands went up and removed the headband she had, the one with cat ears, and placed it on the floor, wiped the brow with the back of her forearm. It was then, she had looked up and was face to face with a rather large creature. Seeing beady eyes and fur, "WAAAAA!" screamed Ajisai in surprise as she fell back onto her butt, splashed some blood that was trying to dry, and the desk behind her cracked slightly from the impact of her back.

As Ajisai worked away at saving the other shinobi life and deal with the worst of the damage in order of severity, Hakushi worrying from a non invasive distance with his eyes glued on the procedure. A short while into this two more of these massive ferrets would arrive, Jill carrying a backpack and notably smaller than Hakushi, the one already here and his twin brother who just arrived, Seth. They paced over to Hakushi and with some snuffles, motions and minor noises they were able to all understand what was going on, any uncertainty the medic might have caused alleviated. Finally a person who looked next to identical to the patient being work on, albeit at one hundred percent and with slightly more salient and aggressive features, like darker eyes and nails that looked like slightly like claws. She basically slammed the door behind herself, not a patient or one to hide her emotions and the present ferrets attitudes seemed deferent to her. This was Hameline the Kamaitachi having used a technique to take human form, glaring down at the other ferrets, her kids and then toward the woman working on Hasaki and crossed her arms and watched Ajisai work away with an unfriendly, lethal glare.
So when three sets of beady eyes locked onto Ajisai bore witness to her reaction, each of them straightened in surprise as the Medic crashed into the desk and almost broke it. Ajisai would probably be surprised by the ferrets response to this, Jill and Hakushi rushing over to the hyuuga and checking on her and attempting to help her up. Besides that the two of them would behind offering her nuzzles and kisses to the face with enormous tongues, making a Dook-Dook sound in excitement and appreciation. Seth was behind the other two and basically bouncing around Hasaki, the sound of his claws on the floor and Dooking from him almost rhythmic. Finally Hameline had stepped to and knelt overtop of Hasaki, unfolding her arms and placing a hand gently to her sisters cheek and giving a slightly softer look that was filled with concern and a tinge of relief. โYou saved her human, the children and myself appreciate this a lot, they would have blamed themselves had she not made it, as she got hurt defending them. You have done well.โ She bluntly clubbed Ajisai with her impersonal form of thanks, legitimately appreciating what she had done but to inhuman to follow their communication norms as she preferred being away from all but a few humans. Still this one was in her good books and as such the impersonal and unpleased demeanour of Hameline paced over to and offered Ajisai a hand to help the lass to her feet.
As she grumbled when she crashed into the desk, her hand reached over to rub her back and making sure that it was okay, it was met with the tickles of the ferret's whiskers."H-huh?" exclaimed the medic as she was trying to figure out what's going on. Then a giggle erupted as she tried to gently brush the ferrets away when she was met with tickling nuzzles and kisses. "H-hey! That tickles!" Ajisai explained as she still tried to gently brush the ferrets away. She doesn't mind animals, it just when she was very focused and the first thing she saw was a furry face when she expected no one there, though that wouldn't make sense because how else did that patient arrived, which threw her off guard. The other one that looked like twins with the patient she just worked on spoke to her and gave her thanks, Ajisai assumed, in her own unique way. "Oh! It's nothing, really," took her hand she pulled herself to her feet as she glanced back down. "Okay, let's get her into a room." With that, she squatted down as she reached over to the opposite of Hasaki's arm, pulled it to behind her neck as her arm went slid underneath Hasaki's back and body as she pulled her up. Ajisai pulled her once again, and they were basically joined at the hips at the side with her grip firm but gentle as she leaned to the left so her feet wouldn't drag too much.
Entered into a room, she slightly bent a bit and have her elbow hit the switch, turning on the lights as she placed Hasaki on the bed as gently as she could. "She'll be okay. Possibly need a few days of rest. Do you have any clothes for her or I can always change her into a hospital gown?"
It hadn't been long that Sasaki had been training under Dr. Yasu, but in that short time he'd made more progress than he had in the last year of training on his own. Sasaki had always been a "capable" healer, but now he was an effective one. Today was his first "sink or swim" day of training, being left to manage the triage area of the clinic on his own. It was chaotic, and messy, and confusing, but when it was all said and done, he'd made it through the day without any major issues. Sure, a few patient waited longer than they probably needed to, but the diagnoses were all pretty spot on. There were a few cases where Sasaki couldn't confidently make a call, but he felt no shame in calling in another medical shinobi to check as well.
At the end of the day, Sasaki wandered into the back room and sat down and leaned back to relax for a moment. After a few seconds, he was startled by a loud snore from the corner of the room. There he noticed Dr. Yasu napping. "Long day too, doctor?" His voice shocked the doctor awake, nearly knocking him out of his seat. "Huh, hrmmmm... Uh, no, actually. My student covered my entire clinic shift for me today. Seems he did well." Sasaki smiled at the compliment for a brief second before the realization set in. "Hold on, did you just do this so you wouldn't have to work today?" Dr. Yasu smiled and nodded happily. "Of course! What else are apprentices for?" Sasaki put his head on the table under folded arms and just sighed in defeat before nodding off for a bit.
