Located in the Earth Sector off the main streets is Neon Alley, the main center for restaurants, bars, and entertainment for most of Amegakure's citizens. While the area is quiet during the day it truly comes to life after dark when the lights are switched on. The Neon Alley also serves as the red light district. The Neon Alley truly never sleeps.

Freshly-minted Genin, Yoshiyuki needed to do a few things before he made his way back to his gang of little hoodlums. He found himself with plenty more access now that he was not only a shinobi but of the sky sector. That access meant a few things, first of all was going to the earth sector's red light district. One might think why would an eleven year old need to go there? Well, he simply had s**t he needed to do. Mostly in association with his performance that he had put on mere hours ago. It was indeed a wonderous performance, but only part of it was false if he was being honest with himself. He meant what he said to her when he asked the little girl who had a crush on him to kill herself. Not anything about loving her or anything like that of course. His pain was pure facade, and his tears those of a crocodile. The feelings he mentioned the entire time fake, replicas of her own if anything. No, none of that was the real things he said. He mentioned he knew a way to keep her soul after she died. He planned on doing exactly that, however he needed to deal with someone within the red light district first.

Although 11, he had a very wide range of informants. Unwitting informants of course, seeing as he could hear just about anything and everything he wanted to hear. If he needed to find out about something he would find out about it easily and within moments. Something he wanted to experiment with was exactly what he had mentioned. Keeping someone's soul, however not just in any normal sort of way. Although the details involving that would come later. A particular person who worked around these parts was known for her unique way of doing her job. She was able to connect the souls of her clients with her own and allow them both to experience well...the same things at the same time. That kind of ability was what he needed. He didn't need to look very hard to find her either. Coming up to a building with scantily clad women and men lining it. To Yoshiyuki's form of sight though, the line had gaps within it. Something he learned was part of the new kage's illusion grid or something like that. Illusions of people that ranged across the whole village now, he and his family couldn't see and thus they knew about the situation. That was the entire reason they had moved up to the Sky Sector.

It was also fortunate that he knew the girl he was looking for truly existed. As he approached the building a man stopped him. 'Aye, wat's a ki-' However before he could even finish his sentence the sounds coming from the man simply stopped. The blank white eyes of the young blind boy facing and 'staring' into the bouncer's own eyes. "Shhh" Yoshiyuki said as a smile appeared on his face. "I promise you don't want to turn up like the last person I just dealt with." Yoshiyuki walked himself into the club after. People around in shock, however seemed to just move on with their days. Bouncer included. When he got in it was also rather easy to find the woman. She was popular, surrounded by guys who wanted to try what she could offer. Yoshiyuki approached with a smile. "Ma'am, May I speak with you." He asked, which she seemed kind of relieved that he asked. Sure that whatever the kid wanted it wasn't what the group of pigs surrounding her wanted.

Yoshiyuki had gotten straight to the point in private as well. Removing a small needle, and simply saying. "I need some of your blood." She was confused already by the young boy in the club, however now even more confused. Before she could answer Yoshiyuki would also pull a Kunai from his pouch. "I'm being kind enough to ask, I'll get your blood whether or not you approve of it. And you will not appreciate the second way." She frowned, and would allow her blood to be taken. Yoshiyuki now with what he needed would find himself off. Heading to get the implant surgery done so he could begin his experiments.

Ryuken Hoshigaki
Finding the contact in the Neon Alley district, Ryuken found the area of particular interest. There he found a Zelel Priest named Baori Aszuna. Baori welcomed the young man and lead him to a sketchy building behind what could only be assumed was one of those legalized brothels. There he would give Ryuken some robes that possessed the symbol of Zelel. Opening a book, for Ryuken, his first mission was to become educated on Zelel's tenets. One was to go on a great pilgrimage for Zelel and to contemplate ones ephemeral existence. The other tenet was that all life was transient as wisdom and humility. The old man that he had met, nameless as he was, had taught Ryuken this well. [Rank E | The Zelel Path mission complete]

For his next mission as a new following of Zelel, he was told to demonstrate Zelel's power by helping others. Only by showing that their religion was a positive one through helping the area, would people consider to see Zelel positively. That, and keeping them hidden from the more powerful Prophets of Yatagarasu that resided in Amegakure. To demonstrate Zelel's help, he went out to some of the nearby buildings and offered to keep them clean, sweeping debris, and throwing away garbage. Ryuken also gave away some fresh cloth from the Zelel small shrine here. [Rank E | Zelel Gives mission complete]

As a third mission and his exposure to the teachings of Zelel, the priest believed Ryuken needed to see how life is truly short. Some things were inevitable and must be accepted as such. Sending Ryuken to a more dark part of the Neon Alley, he saw many of the homeless there. He was to give them some water from the shrine of Zelel, but found the homeless man he offered it to had no desire to drink. Rather, he had already surrendered to his death that was coming. He was old, frail, and his bones showed. A futility to make him drink, Ryuken tried to force it into his throat. But, he returned to the shrine understanding now, that Zelel truly worked in mysterious ways. [Rank E | Life is Short mission complete]

Ryuken Hoshigaki
For his fourth mission interning for the Zekek Priest named Baori Aszuna, he was told that he would go out and spread the good word. It was time to try and bring some new people to Zelel. Returning to the homeless area, Ryuken had offered some of them work that would pay and a place to sleep. Almost all of the homeless there refused, preferring to just receive handouts instead. However, one woman did take him up on his offer, wondering if she needed to offer the priest her body as well. Baori refused her, and showed Ryuken that Zelelenites were not monsters, and even if life was indeed short, they did not have to be evil. [Rank E | Recruiting for Zelel mission complete]

As the final mission for the Zelel shrine internship that Ryuken had secretly participated in, the priest had Ryuken define what Zelel was to him. To Ryuken, he explained, "Zelel is a god that has mastered time and space, and existed older than all others. Zelel teaches that life is short, in flux, and transient. That the destination is as important as the journey and everything in between." The priest found Ryuken's interpretation interesting but supported him and acknowledged him as a new follower of Zelel. Ryuken would return to the academy with this ferver guiding him. [Rank E | What is Zelel to You mission complete]
