▱▰▱The Ilusion Grid has been activated! The Illusion Grid is a web of visual, audio, and surveillance technology that has been placed around the village. It allows the village leadership to monitor and create propaganda and all times. Most importantly, it turns the entire village into an illusionary dreamscape controlled by the Amekage through an individual device in his possession. The Illusion Grid uses a massive supply of chakra batteries to constantly keep the NPCs in the village under the effects of a Tsukuyomi that was cast by the Amekage in the Dour Manor.
▱▰▱The Sun and Moon above the village have been replaced by an image of Satoshi's
crow eye that is constantly projecting a miniature infinite tsukuyomi that only affects Amegakure. Citizens of the Sky Sector and RPCs can be exempt from the effects of Amegakure's Infinite Tsukuyomi. Citizens under the effects of the Infinite Tsukuyomi are completely loyal to the Amekage and his government. All citizens, including RPCs, will be able to see and interact with the constant bombardment of illusory images that Satoshi fills the village with. It is not uncommon to see creatures such as dragons flying around the village's skyline. Basically, if you are an RPC you can see the cool illusions but you will not be brainwashed and hypnotized.
