The Parasol Agency is the former home of the Rain Daimyo located across the street from the Dour Manor, the former home of the Rain Village Administrator, and the current Amekage's office building. The Parasol Agency is the headquarters for the Keepers of Amity, Security, and Allegiance (KASA) which serves as the ANBU special ops of the village. The Parasol Agency has transformed the former Daimyo's home into a top-security intelligence facility with facilities for interrogation, torture, agent training, and mission planning. KASA's main objective is to crush dissent and political opposition and is extremely loyal to the Amekage and his ministers. Because of their central importance to the Amekage, KASA is the most prestigious shinobi organization in Amegakure and is highly competitive and strict. KASA agents are trained in covert operations and stealth-based combat. Their signature weapons are umbrella swords that also fire senbon and act as shields. KASA agents are trained to master the Kasa Yaiba bukijutsu style. Their uniforms consist of black clothing (light armor) and masks with goggles and rebreathers instead of the traditional ANBU animal masks. The goggles can glow with purple light with night vision but this can be turned off. The rebreathers distort and disguise the agent's voice and aids them in breathing underwater. Every KASA agent has a one-word codename that they must use in lieu of their real identity during KASA operations. They also each receive the following free weapon and seal:

Under the fabric is foldable sheet metal that when fully opened can form a makeshift shield that is 1 and a half feet wide. This allows the KASA agent to use the canopy of the umbrella as a shield by holding the umbrella's stem in one hand while a hidden blade extending from the umbrella's handle is held in the other hand. Additionally, the KASA umbrella is able to hold five hundred senbon and release them from powerful spring-loaded mechanisms from the ribs. Finally, the tip of the umbrella can release up to six feet of wires to ensnare a target at the press of a button on the umbrella's stem. ▰ Ability Summary: Senbon Shower | Rank X | Bukijutsu | Complex The KASA agent throws the umbrella in the air after applying chakra. The umbrella fully opens and spins rapidly in all directions. The chakra-enhanced needles fall on the target like rain while being manipulated by the user. This manipulation gives the senbon a homing function for two posts. The umbrella remains open and spins while suspended in the air for two posts, raining hundreds of senbon on the targets below. The senbon may also be poisoned to increase their lethality. The user can also pay an E-Rank amount of chakra for no combat action cost to replenish the 500 senbon in the umbrella. Rain Knight [ Ame Kishi ] | Rank X | Bukijutsu | Spiritual The umbrella's sword and shield components are coated by the wielder with chakra. This makes the umbrella more effective against spiritual techniques for up to 2 posts per rank of the technique (8 at A, 10 at S, etc.). The chakra that cloaks the umbrella is usually a haunting indigo aura. Eye contact with the umbrella can act as a trigger for genjutsu cast by the wielder.
▰ KASA Secrecy Seal | Rank S+ | Fuuinjutsu | Spiritual A seal that is shaped like the KASA crest is formed on the agent's tongue when they consent to join the organization. The seal is powerful and disappears to the naked eye once it is formed. The seal activates automatically if classified information begins being uttered by the agent to anyone outside of KASA or Amegakure shinobi. The seal can also be activated at any time by the Amekage. When the seal activates it removes the target's memories of KASA and Amegakure. These memories can be restored and the seal can be removed by the KASA captain or the Amekage.

It wouldn’t take Mano very long after leaving Satoshi’s office to find the building he needed. After all it was right across the streets. Still, even in such a short walk, the young man found himself drenched as he stood in the rain. It was weather that he was sure would get on his nerves if left unchecked, but he didn’t let his displeasure show. Instead, the man took a quick look at the building as he tried to figure out what the best way to go about his task would be. He didn’t get too far before someone caught his attention. Mano recognized the young boy during the battle with the Ameonna, but the green haired man didn’t know his name to save his life. “Make haste.” The masked man said to the young shinobi. “Did Lord Satoshi send you? If that is the case, you should move with a bit more swiftness, young one.”
JI-HOONxxxxxKURAMA Ji-Hoon scampered alongside Mano, immediately cluing himself in that he was the contact that Satoshi had told him to meet with. The distance between the two was relatively short, yet the quick jog over seemed to wind the boy as he stopped to catch his breath before responding. "I um, yes sir. The Capt- er, Lord Amekage sent me to aid you with establishing the KASA Foundation." Ji-Hoon took a second to look around the building, inspecting it for any obvious signs as to what the plan was. Much to his surprise, or maybe a lack their of, there didn't seem to be any immediate resistance. Had the Kage's hold on the village been established that fast, or had Mano already completed the mission? The boy looked back to his Shinobi superior, his scarlet eyes seeming to glow in the perpetual Ame overcast. "So, um, what exactly is our plan, sir?"

“We establish the new pecking order.” Mano answered simply. The man walked the short distance to the KASA building while his mind raced. He didn’t exactly have a plan on what to do, but he did have some thoughts about the shinobi in this village. But in order to get a complete estimate he would need to see the facilities of the ones keeping the town safe.
Soon Mano and Ji-hoon would enter the building, complete with a little bell sound as the door opened. To Mano’s surprise there was already a small welcome party waiting for them. A few men, all dressed as shinobi with no real memorable features. “Hello there gentlemen.” One of them said, a man with glasses and an annoying habit of rubbing his hands. “How can we help the fine advisors of the Amekage?”
Mano curtly bowed his head for just a moment, as his traditions mandated despite his agreement with them. “Hello, I am Mano and my partner here is…” The former samurai would pause, giving the child a chance to introduce himself as he was only just now aware that the masked man didn’t pick up the kid’s name. “We’re here with orders from Lord Satoshi to meet the leader here and be given a tour of the facilities.”
“What luck, as I am the head of the shinobi guard of this village!” The man with glasses declared proudly. “As for the tour, please follow me. It would be my honor to show you two around.” And so he did. The tour lasted roughly forty five minutes, being very thorough of the inner chambers. Mano was certainly impressed by the level of technology employed by such a small operation. Funded by the riches of the Sky Sector and formed by the abundant minerals in the Rain Country, no doubt. But while the technology level was the best Mano had ever seen, the men that operated it left more to be desired. He could tell by the way the shinobi walked and talked. By how lax and carefree they were even while on duty. It was no wonder how the Prophets managed to take over Amegakure in the span of a few hours.
As soon as the tour was completed, Mano and Ji-Hoon found themselves back at the entrance hall. It almost felt to Mano that they were being rushed out, that their presence made the group nervous. But before he could comment on that, the man with glasses asked if the tour was satisfactory. “Actually,” Mano would answer. “I believe Ji-Hoon and I learned everything we needed." Mano moved at blinding speeds then, stabbing the man with the glasses in the chest with his hand. The masked man’s arm went in up to his elbow, his bloody fingers protruding from the man’s back. “You and your men are a disgrace to this foundation and to this village. So from this point forward, I will be taking over. The level of weakness you all display-” Mano lifted the man up before kicking him off of his arm and into the air. “Is inexcusable.” The green haired man disappeared. The only traces of his presence being the sparks of electricity as he cut the man with glasses into ribbons in the blink of an eye. Mano would reappear next to Ji-Hoon, now holding a parasol and unfurling it before the two of them were splattered with blood. “Unfortunately for you all.” Mano continued, turning to the stunned shinobi. “Such disappointments will no longer be in my employ. As your very existence is a disgrace to Lord Satoshi, there are only a few options. Kill yourselves, right here and now, to avoid further embarrassment. Or try to re-earn your place in this world by fighting my partner. Anyone who manages to defeat Ji-Hoon will be allowed to live and maybe keep their jobs.”
JI-HOONxxxxxKURAMA Ji-hoon took his role as the backline sidekick as he always did, giving little mind to what was actually happening in the moment. He figured this trip was just a formality -- stop in, see how things are running, and lay down some new rules if things werent up to shape; things could not have been any different. Simple pleasantries soon devolved into a sickening display of violence.
To be totally honest, Ji-hoon would have happily let the men off with a warning, so long as they complied with the new standards set by the new Amekage. But, this was the way things were now; Ji-hoon owed his life to the Kage, so he'd do his part, no matter how unsavory. Thankfully, it didn't seem like any more blood would have to be shed; the challenge laid down by his superior naturally favored Ji-hoon's opponent. While he was a cunning genjutsu user, physical combat was not exactly the boy's forte. Surely this would be a series of a** kickings, followed by a stern scolding afterwards about needing to train more.
Stepping up to take the center space between Mano and the agents, Ji-hoon would offer a polite bow. "Hello, I'm Ji-hoon," he'd say, offering a smile to the crowd. "Who will I be facing first?"
Without any hesitation, the first man lunged out at Ji-hoon, not even announcing a challenge. The youth quickly drew a kunai, bringing it in close and taking a defensive stance. The man started with a charge, throwing three knives of his own. With a quick juke to the left, Ji-hoon was able to dodge two of the projectiles; with his own kunai, Ji-hoon would catch the closed loop at the end of the thrown knife on the tip of his blade and redirect it at the man. The blade would sink into his chest, sending him sprawling to the floor.
In a moment of celebration, Ji-hoon allowed his guard to be dropped. The next thing he would know, a series of swift jabs would light up the boy's back in a rapid flare of agony. Out of reflex more than intent, Ji-hoon released all three of the electric seals on his body, sending a triple-radiated pulse of lightning arcing out in all directions and frying his new attacker.
Two more men rushed Ji-hoon, opting for a joint assault. One man approached from the back, seeing how effectively the last man's taijutsu worked, while the second rushed the front. Ji-hoon threw another kunai at the man in front of him, then turned to face the rear attacker. As he readied to dodge the first man's charge, Ji-hoon found himself knocked prone by a blast of razor-slicing wind hitting his back.
Another rush of pain flooded the boy's senses, widening his scarlet eyes. The kunai was away from the second man, and back at Ji-hoon. Luckily, the boy could think on his feet -- or hands, in this case. Pushing himself up into a quick handstand, Ji-hoon caught the returned kunai with the sole of his foot! Utilizing the tree-walking jutsu, a quick coat of chakra sealed the blade in an instant. Shifting to his other palm with a swivel, the boy was able to perform a quick rotating kick, slashing the rushing man's chest clean open.
The momentum of the kick carried Ji-hoon back around to the wind user. As his foot passed, the genin released his jutsu and sent the blade back a second time. The Ame nin scoffed, forming a few quick hand seals as he prepped another deflecting wind blast. "You never learn, do yo-..." Mid sentence, the man would be cut off as a quick flash of red light emanating from Ji-hoon's eyes cast him into a deadly genjutsu, stunning him in place. To him, the world had stopped and everyone and everything was completely still. The kunai still moved, at least until it didnt. Landing clean in the man's chest, the blade found its rest, and with that, his attackers were defeated.
Ji-hoon fell to his knees; what seemed like such a light spar had really taken a toll on the boy physically. Between heavy breaths, the genin waved to Mano. "I... I dont think I could do another round like that today, guess the rest get to live," he said, almost grateful his weak stamina had taken the fight out of him. At least now it was likely more ninja would live.

“That’s enough!” Mano hit the ground with the tip of his umbrella twice, letting the impact ring out through the bloodstained office. He took a few steps forward to place himself between i-Hoon and the remaining Rain shinobi. Just as he’d thought, they didn’t provide much of a challenge. The masked man could tell the young boy wasn’t very sturdy, and yet he took out four at once. “The fact that all of you, working together, couldn’t take down a single child speaks volumes to your incompetence. Consider yourselves fired, maybe we can put you to work collecting trash.” Mano glared at the remaining shinobi through his mask, his green eyes lighting up with chakra as he spoke. “Unless you want to try your luck against me.” He added with a display of green sparks. None decided to try and fight him, only slinking out like dogs with their tails tucked between their legs. “You did good.” Mano eventually spoke to the exhausted Ji-Hoon. “Tell me, boy. Why is it that you wish to serve my Lord Satoshi?”
JI-HOONxxxxxKURAMA Ji-hoon ran his hands over his face, tracing back through his hair in an attempt to tame the sweat that had begun to bead along his face. As the now former agents of KASA left the building, he shakily rose to his feet. A pair of wide, crimson eyes fell on the man's mask, quickly taking in as much data as they could. Then, Ji-hoon just shrugged. "I want a better life for my family; if I serve faithfully, Lord Amekage has promised us that life in exchange." A noble intention, but what good were noble intentions in hell? Ji-hoon's eyes then began to wander ever-so briefly, taking in the blade marks along the walls from the wind blasts and the electrical scarring on the floor. "Speaking of, should we report back or... are we not done here? I'm not too sure what our mission even was, if I'm going to be honest, mister."

Kagami would be taken in by the two KASA agents who now escorted her towards the headquarters of their base. The child was being carried along by the taller of the two, with the rain having drenched her azure head of hair with droplets falling onto the floor. The distance to their destination wasn't long, as the two made it there in short time. A room veiled in darkness with tables and restraints lined up. Kagami was set down in ton the bed as the clamps came down on her wrists and legs, locking her into place. She could only really think back on Satoshi and what he had said to her, that heart for Kogarashi and all that they had worked for, now fragments of a shattered past. It made her sick to her stomach just to think of it happening yet she couldn't raise a hand against her own son. The boy that had meant the world to her. Instead, any defiance of her fate would only be a silent solemn look on her face. The knowledge that all she had worked for would be for naught. Satoshi truly had altered the course of Kogarashi and turned into the very thing she had despised. A cruel twist of the knife, but she simple would lie on the table in a quiet dissonance. Had she had lived and been the same age as before, would they still be in this same position? Kagami would have her thoughts roam her head while looking up at what awaited her.

↳ Gen. Specialist: Those who are a specialist can choose one category of genjutsu to follow as a path. You can follow the path of the illusionist (illusory focus), enchanter/enchantress (enchantment focus), trickster (instance focus), or conjurer (chain focus). Selecting a Path grants [3] additional custom slots and [1] keystone for techniques of that category. Genjutsu that are cast by those of this specialization are more efficient as according to the user's body rank, all Genjutsu are [10] Chakra cheaper to perform with the user's specialized Focus are further reduced by another [5] Chakra per body rank. No cost can be lower than a minimum of [5] Chakra. Once every other post all three of the genjutsu specialist's activations in a post can be used for genjutsu.
↳ Master of Deception: With genjutsu, realism and the sensory ability of the target factor heavily into the ability of the victim to realize they are in a genjutsu. The illusionist chooses [1] Sense of Specialization that will render a genjutsu cost [1] rank less if the casted genjutsu's primary sense is their specialization. Genjutsu that use the illusionist's Sense of Specialization as the primary sense become resistant to the sensory powers of sages and non-Infinite Perception discipline scholars. This resistance means that the genjutsu will go unnoticed from these abilities. Since the illusionist has become so adept in their Sense of Specialization they may always weave it into genjutsu as an Additional Sense unless it would bring the illusion's sensory control above the [5] limit. The illusionist may also always select any Additional Sense that is not their Sense of Specialization to add to a genjutsu as long as it does not exceed the cap of [5] manipulated senses.
Sense of Specialization: Sound ↳ Lasting Hypnosis: The user's genjutsu prowess has achieved a heightened level of potency and lingers for longer. The primary sense of any genjutsu that was released using Kai lingers for [1] additional post. This residual effect is minor because the manipulation of the target with the technique has ended. For example, a complete darkness sight genjutsu that was dispelled may leave the lingering feeling that the world is still a bit darker than it is in reality. If a genjutsu used a mental status effect then it will linger for [1] post longer at one level below what it was before at a minimum of level one. Originally level one mental status effects are too weak to linger. The base duration of your genjutsu are increased by [1] post at E-C, [2] at B-A, and [3] at S and above. Instance genjutsu are not affected by an increase of duration but instead cannot be dispelled by kai and only by pain. Genjutsu upkeep lessens by [5] Chakra per body rank and non-Instant are applied with overwhelming, requiring lingering genjutsu to use [1.5x] the resource to Kai.

↳ Personal Attributes: Abolishing Sight: All techniques labeled 'weakness' have their duration increased by [1] post. Interweaving Fairytales: Because the Sakkakugan is so adept at weaving genjutsu together they are afforded a unique version of self korabo which is done in place of a normal korabo between two illusions. When more than one genjutsu is on the target their ranks are shifted so that the lower ranked genjutsus get their strength bumped up to highest ranked genjutsu on the target for the rest of it's duration. This is only useable up to the users self ranked korabo level and each genjutsu is still treated as separate when interacting with kai. Any upkeeps are also increased to reflect this change. Otherwordly Imagery: Genjutsu performed by Emiko cannot be mimicked or reversed by any means. ( Genjutsu can still be broken, however. ) Mental Break: Emiko is able to use each Sakkakugan's "weakness" techniques twice instead of once. Doubtful Whispers: With her focus on auditory hallucinations, Emiko is able to cast any genjutsu through the sense of sound. Vicarious Visions: When a genjutsu deals with any elemental status that can be attributed, the target will suffer from the tier that is one rank below of the genjutsu cast. Any resources afflicted are only temporary, and given back when the genjutsu is kai'd or broken through some other means.
The Kasa agents worked tirelessly. A confined location where Toso was kept like some form of cryptid. Albeit they weren't wrong. He might as well of been. The enigma that was Tosokurui Ashikoki Hojo was nothing less than a walking mystery, his anatomy, his behavior, his emotions, his power. He was a being in a constant state of flux. An untamed energy, but at least it was being put to use. Some might say that the power, it needed to be used, otherwise like an unstable atom it would go as the kids say 'nuclear'. Feeding into the illusion grid to try and induce a man made torpor. Had it not been for a quick detainment and sedation from Kasa set on standby hidden within the prophet the announcement of Kameyo's death would have lead to a tipping point of massive proportions. Toso...or what was left of them had undergone several procedures. Like taming a wild beast or playing the same old song and dance the scientific method was put on repeat. Constantly and consistently did Toso wearing a cloak..or rather Saiken wearing a Toso cloak break out of containment. There were no doubt injuries perhaps even casualties from repetitive breaking of glass, and snapping of wires as Kasa would quickly detain and make an entire procedural criteria for handling one man alone. It was greatly to their benefit that any semblance of sense or mind he had seemed long gone and lost. Yet, there was still the initiative to piece back together some semblance of sapience.
Time, patience, blood, sweat and tears, that breakthrough would come...but not in a very positive sense one could say. What burdened the man so much, his memories, they were the root of the rampage and once that source was found Kasa would do well to 'remedy' the problem. What could be compared to a lobotomy of sorts involving repeated usage of hypnosis techniques and memory modification jutsu. Establishing mental barricades around certain subject matters. It was not without resistance. Toso would receive many a scar, wound riddled but kept alive. Yet as those wounds were given Kasa knew they were necessary as they knew nothing else would stop him. The most significant scar being on the seal itself on his chest. No longer did it glow with its rainbow hue but was enveloped in scar tissue as if it was some form of knife that was attempted to be ripped out. One could say perhaps some Kasa agents were a bit eccentric in finding alternative solutions to try and harness the power of the Rokubi. Whether or not they remained employed was to be decide.
Test after test and procedure after procedure, eventually the time would come where finally the fruits of their labor would be rewarded. Stable. That was his condition. The cloaking rampages ceased and all that remained was a man bound in a cage of wires and glass. Until...he opened his eyes. Yet the first words to be uttered were not anger or his own cursing of his plight or other but rather a slow and drawn "Where... is... Sato?" spoken through chapped lips and weakened gaze that looked as if could barely remain open. Explanations were given, threat and psychological analysis were made, and the result came back clear. "I see." When finding out Sato was still alive a weak smile as he returned to a sleep and diagnostics were taken and recovery began. Memories made inaccessible was their solution. In a sense the man was still a ticking time bomb but no less than the time bomb he was before. In fact one could say he was a much smaller explosive now that protocol for distinctively his rampages were made. Yet the fear of a returning tactile mind stirred within the overseeing agents.
Having added an implantation in his temple that they had also removed many things, the names of people. Shion, Kagerou, Wanryoku, Kaileer, Axel, among many more. While modifying others, Kameyo the loving wife of where in a messy breakup led to a parting of ways, the SQ6 an organization of vandals an no gooders, Arashi a village in which he served as a soldier and so willingly a service he left for another after realizing it was not a place that welcomed him. While other memories remained untouched. A promise made to Kagami, a woman nearing the time she was to lay in her deathbed, Satoshi, a son of whom he'd sworn fealty, devotion, and love to, and Amegakure a land in which he would serve as not a soldier but a service to his beloved son. Vices and indulgences, no longer something shameful. Violence a necessity when no other option remained, and a desire for peace replaced with a desire to see a son succeed. The men and women all looked at one another. With reservations did they eventually press the button. The button of release. Through a door which hissed with mist and steam did the silhouette of a man exit, a more notable slouch and crick of the neck an aura of tiredness did exude from everyone in the room. Where the head of operations looked at another and simply signaled. 'Inform the Amekage...His father is truly awake.'

KASA had spent weeks keeping the immense liability that was the former Arashikage jinchuuriki beneath the Parasol Agency. They sent word to the Amekage immediately. He was in a meeting with all of the ministers who controlled the totalitarian regime. They were planning their next steps to conquer the massive countries that were to the northwest of the continent. Despite the importance and complexities of the meeting, Satoshi would respond that he wanted to see his father immediately. The KASA scientists who were keeping Tosokurui imprisoned would be joined by half a dozen KASA agents who were masked and prepared for combat. Toso was in a cage beneath the laboratory. A button was pressed and with a slam the cube would be slowly lifted from the sublevel through the floor. The isolation chamber finally opened that Toso was no longer hooked up to the illusion grid. The illusions were used to subdue the man and keep him in his comatose state without allowing the Rokubi to be unleashed. Now he was freed and the six agents would approach him. The scientists examined the nidaime Arashikage closely to ensure that he was safe to release. Once he passed inspection, the KASA agents would form a line and escort Toso to the surface. Toso would be dispatched and given time to collect his belongings that were confiscated. Toso would also be given time to change back into his regular clothes rather than lab scrubs. "Lord Amekage wishes to see you at the Dour Manor immediately, my lord. His grace and his ministers are meeting to plan the upcoming invasion of the Earth Country. He would like your advice on the operations and would also like to remind you of its top-secret nature until it is more widely announced." One of the KASA agents spoke formally to bring Toso up to speed as they walked him across the street. The rain was heavy as the umbrella warriors covered Toso's head with their drawn umbrellas. The Amekage's father would be free to leave the compound and enter the Amekage's office with the other advisors.

Soyeon would lead the way to the Parasol Agency with folder in hand, containing documentation and such for the upcoming transmission. She had taken a bit of a detour to get more fancied up for the transmission. She was met inside by the usual guards and workers that had been stationed here. It was about time for the next shift to take over, where these souls would be able to find some time for themselves. The doors opened as the nearby guards would stand at attention for the Minister. Her pace quickened into the building as she would take her way into the nearby communications room. It was a medium sized office staffed by only a select few who were entrusted with the "I have the next broadcast report here." she tossed the folder towards the desk as the worker ant would just barely collect it before its contents were spilled onto the floor. He had been taught several times by Soyeon to not let that happen with the help with several pens being lodged into his arm from the previous rounds. She'd hurry into the room as the team scrambled to get things ready for the broadcast. The Minister of Propoganda waited patiently while preparing her script. It was nothing far from an ordinary announcement in her minds, although some of the engineers would have been heard mumbling about going to war. In a short while, the airwaves and screens across Amegakure would be interrupted, with Soyeon's torso in frame. She cleared her throat and would begin.
"Citizens of Amegakure, this is your Minister speaking. Under normal pretenses, we would rather not deliver such pressing news to this extent, but the situation has pressed us so." Her expression was a mixture of her stoic yet stern, serious expression, mixed to help channel the façade being delivered to the masses of the village. "Our current resource issue in the expansion of Amegakure has been tested over these past few months. We've spent countless hours discussing possible solutions with the Earth Country. But earlier today, we've had reports that our representatives and good people of the village have been found brutally slain. After pressing the issue and send a team to investigate on our own accord, it saddens my herat to announce that they too have fallen victim to Iwagakure's bloodied hands. We take no pleasure in announcing ends of our relations with neighboring villages, but the Earth Country has made it clear that they no longer wish us a safe haven. As such, we have no other alternative than to treat this as an act of war. We ask for your support during this cause and to work together alongside Amegakure KASA agents and village officials. We appreciate your concern and welcome all inquiries to their respective departments. This has been your Minister Bae. Glory to Amegakure."
After the message was out and given, Soyeon would make her way to the roads of the village.

It would come to pass that eventually the group would disperse with Soyeon heading to communication and Mano and Toso to the development and research wing. Whether Mano had sped their way there first or whether they kept pace with Toso was to be decided. What was apparent however, was the awkward silence in said direction as the man known as Toso held a perpetual half smile and half opened eyes with his escorts. When the intended location was reached Toso stood rather stiffly before he finally spoke. "I believe you needn't have to be so close I do believe I'll be here for quite some time bloop." The escorts and Kasa agents looked at one another then nodded they'd disperse and give the squid man space to breathe yet at the same time didn't stray to far. Researchers returned to research stations, medical personal left for their respective allocations, agents maintained a distance but close eye. Now...the first thing Toso would do. Is he would hail Mano. Wherever they may be.
"So friend bloop. How do you want to go about this? Respectfully I may be an associate of Amegakure bloop and Sato has given me unique privileges but there is no denying that you are still in a sense my superior based on chain of command and hierarchy. bloop. Initially here's my two cents." Toso would remove something from what was currently presenting itself as an admirals jacket. His collection of brushes known as Tako-buso contained in an ornate brush case. He'd open the brush case as several brushes flew out as if they were bees or a hive mind as they began floating in the air and began to rapidly whizz around the room. Some Kasa agents honed their gazes believing this to a potential attack but rather it was anything but. Moments later what was essentially a 3-dimensional blueprint of spire like structure appeared compared to several other building of smaller size. Dynamically sized as a diorama in mid-air that then began to slowly rotate. Toso himself had his arms crossed in thought before looking for feedback from Mano.
"If we are prioritizing a singular bridge connection then what is most important is that it have a strong base. After all, we will more than likely face opposition to the structures erection bloop. A strong base will ensure that even if the structure is damaged it will remain standing bloop. It also serves to deviate attention for this." Toso would lightly point to the towers alleged thinly pointed upper region. "This 'bridge connector'. It would be more ideal if it were primarily tall and thin using the least amount of material possible while covering a more significant range. If said connector is destroyed the base will stand and we can simply build off the base again without having to repetitively recreate the tower from scratch. bloop. I stated 'deviate attention' earlier because we would contain all the complexities for the range extension and functionality in the base. Even if the bridge connector is destroyed the grid is theoretically still functional just not being distributed in this case. bloop. A typical saboteur would prioritize the needle and not the base thusly much about the base is fortified. Assuming we've steel release users a new 'connector' could be made rather rapidly. Alternatively of course we could opt for simply and all around single structure or reverse that concept having a basic base and reinforced connector, or a singular sturdy tower. Of course those other two options will consume more resources than the first typically unless we decide to fiddle with the base concepts...more importantly."
Toso would look at Mano turning his head away from the floating diorama. "Where are we going to put it?" Toso would inquire as earlier there was a speculative ideal location for the tower in the earlier presentation from Mano but a location on paper does not translate so clearly to a location in relative reality. I.e there may be mountain there that needed blowing up, a town there that needed to be razed, a forest burned, or any other number of complication. Before they even began constructions both needed to affirm the place was certainly even suitable for placement. Which may have been something they may have needed to take into their own hands if neccessary. Seeing as the order 'get things ready for the expansion of the illusion grid' was a rather broad order.

Mano kept his hands in the pockets of his coat as he and Toso walked back to KASA. The masked man walked a few steps behind the older Hojo, quietly looking him up and down. This was Satoshi’s father? Or, well, adoptive father. He was certainly an odd one, but there were very few personality traits that tied the two of them together. At least from what Mano could tell. He kept his gaze on the former Arashikage, but not in the same way that the other KASA agents were. They hovered around Toso, who would make a quiet complaint, before Mano would silently wave them away.
“You are the one who designed the floating village of Arashigakure, are you not?” Mano answered, in response to the comment about chain of command. “Admittedly, my knowledge of technology is limited. Being from Zaishin, my home is comparatively in the dark ages. But for someone to create something like The Prophet, which served as a fine vessel for Lord Satoshi during its time, it reminds me that there is much to learn about the sciences. Your opinion on the construction would prove to be invaluable, Lord Hojo.”
Mano would listen carefully to Toso’s demonstration, cupping his chin between his forefinger and thumb with his arms crossed over his chest. “Are we able to recreate the technology that kept Arashigakure in the air?” Mano eventually asked once Toso had finished speaking. “It might be best for the safety of the structure to first create the smaller amplifiers first. But only if we can keep them airborne during the construction of the main grid connector. It can provide a passive Genjutsu over the Earth Country while we build the main building, and keep them from being attacked by dissenters that are not snuffed out during the war.”
“When it comes to construction, lowering the quality for expediency sake is not acceptable.” Mano continued. “The Illusion Grid is crucial to the expansion of Rain, so we must make sure it is done and dusted properly.” It was here that the former samurai and the previous Kage fell into silence. They shared a silent agreement about Satoshi’s orders: “get it done” was hardly enough direction. “How about here?” Mano suggested as he walked up to the hologram and pointed at the location of Iwagakure. “Despite never reclaimed its former glory, Iwa is still the most easily defensible spot in all of Earth Country. If we build the Grid Connector here, we can rely a little more heavily on natural defenses to keep it safe.” Mano would turn to Toso, leveling with the man with a calculated look on his masked face. “Additionally, it provides the biggest morale boost to our own soldiers and the biggest blow to theirs, if we can place it in this location.” He paused and crossed his arms again. “Thoughts, Lord Hojo?”
"Yes and no bloop." Toso would interject at the inquiry. "The Arashikage structured the village itself. I simply designed the items that made that a possibility. I created the blueprints and...hm.." Toso would scratch his head as if trying to recall something. A name, a name he couldn't seem to put his finger on for some odd reason. He shook off this sensation with a sway of his head to the left and right before a mild sigh. "Well I can't particularly recall their name at the moment but they took what I placed on paper and made it a reality. Odd to think that I'd forget the name of an individual whom lead me down the path of technological advancement to begin with. Then again it has been something of a half-decade. bloop." The way that Toso was capable of so easily dismissing some odd continuity error in his head was a testament to the Kasa agents poking and prodding around in the squid mans brain. Ultimately he seemed rather cheerful to be here in this lab with a total stranger talking cordially if not even somewhat like an acquaintance. "As for if I could emulate said technology...well bloop, that would get complicated. The village to my knowledge only flew as it did by having one centralized point. It was a delicate procedure to my understanding, one that required a careful orchestration and placement of the devices on specific landmasses and with the connections all converging and feeding into one another. Picture it like this. Each of those devices functioned as something of a tenketsu while the center fed into each one creating something of a feedback loop which created a perpetual chakra cycle not unlike how a heart pumps blood, reoxidizes it, and sends it back out. In short bloop. Creating something entirely self sufficient on a smaller scale would not be possible. They would require their own independent chakra batteries and the floating structure would fall once it ran out of said chakra."
Toso would begin to have the brushes engage in a restructuring of the current design. Some reservations of course. "Are you quite certain about sparing no expense? bloop. Should we spare no expenses to create the ideal design, I'm certain there may be some disagreements from the financial sector...still." Toso continued to weave with ink that floated oh so eloquently in the room a thicker more robust tower and the smaller connectors floating fair distances away. "If we can establish the main tower first it can additionally serve as the 'center' not unlike Arashigakure to produce the feedback loop. The purveying issues with this is the illusion grid to my knowledge is connected to Sato himself to a degree, and if it were to ever fall so to would the routers and Sato...well. Lets say I'd rather if my son can avoid excruciating pain from sudden influxes of unstable chakra I'd prefer to keep it that way bloop." the sound of fatherly concern made itself apparent in his voice if only ever so slightly to maintain the air of two professionals negotiating their next move. "If we do succeed in the conquest we can simply throw that concern aside and use the mines resources as Sato stated to continue to fuel the devices as oppose to creating this feedback loop which I believe is the preferable choice."
Speaking of that next move when it came to Mano's suggestion about placing the tower in the belly of the beast itself Toso couldn't help but exhale slightly. "The only way we can establish the tower in such a blatant location is as if you say we put in the extra effort to establish a lesser illusion grid technology to induce complacency. It's either that or we organize a tactical infiltration and dispose of any opposition we face but something tells me the Iwakage would not stand idly by as Amegakure so non-chalantly builds a massive hundred or so foot tower in their literal village bloop. I mean please correct me if I'm wrong but is the army not literally being made to go to war with the rock country in order to Seize Iwagakure itself. Unless of course you're suggesting we wait for the invasion to complete before we begin the building process. Which if I were to make a guess Sato wishes it to be done as soon as possible in order to contribute to the war effort itself." Toso seemed to be in deep thought. "We could utilize what Kasa has now with the prototype mobile grids as a starting point. They certainly won't be powerful enough to cover whole regions like the routers would, but if its enough to cover at least a village square we could have an infiltration team work with the development team to create the structure right under their noses. The substantial risk of course being discovered and the entire project going up in flames during its infancy stages." Toso would walk towards a nearby place to sit. He would take one leg and place it over the other in a professorial fashion then interlace his fingers as he'd spin the chair around and place his elbows on the desk. "That said, what's more important..." Toso had been slowly easing into this question over the course of the conversation ever since Mano stated he was some primitive from Zaishin. This implied his partners knowledge on these things was limited. So as such toso's eyes slowly moved to their edges an with weight behind each word said. "What can you do?"

▱▰▱The Amekage's shadow clone stood in the center of the entryway of the Parasol Agency. He dispersed crows to find specific members of his village. Each crow would find the ninja and immediately squawk out Satoshi's message. "Hello shinobi of Amegakure. It will be your honor to meet with the dear leader, Crow Eye Satoshi! Follow me to the Parasol Agency immediately!" The messenger crows would then fly in the direction of the agency to lead the way. KASA agents would then open the door to all of the individuals that Satoshi sent the messenger crows to. He wanted to speak with Tanabe, Iriza, Inoki, Amaya, and Shigeko. Once the crows and KASA agents would lead them inside of the room, Satoshi would hold his arms out and allow the crows to land on his biceps and shoulders. "Welcome to the Parasol Agency! Any of you be interested in a gander through the facilities and training process? All of yee appear to have an aptitude for the skills that KASA requires so I wanted to honor yee with this opportunity." Satoshi smirked as he flattered his guests to the Parasol Agency. All new shinobi had the potential to be highly effective soldiers of the regime. He offered a charming smile with his boisterous and unusual speech. It was as if he was reading lines from ancient crow lore but applied to the conversation. The shadow game is that anyone whose shadow is stepped on by another player becomes insane. One tier higher insanity compared to the rank of the genjutsu is applied to those whose shadow was stepped on. Players can hide in their shadow and shrink it down to half its size or grow it to double its size. The shadow of Kagekiken can cut the shadow of another to seemingly cause the same injury on their actual body. Those who lose the shadow game become more insane and susceptible to additional fictions. Act II. All players including the user start with the first tier of mental stress. Expending 10 chakra allows violet light to consume any player including the user and opponent to cloak them in invisibility. Using combat actions causes the hider to be revealed. Invisibility does not consume an action so players can weave in and out of invisibility with ease. When a player makes physical contact with another it makes the other player "found" and raises their tier of mental stress by one. The player that reaches the fourth tier of mental stress first loses the game and is affected by genjutsu at [1] sense higher for the rest of the battle. Act III. Because of the illusionary nature of the fog, it can be blasted away but will cover the area immediately and seems to constantly replace itself. In the fog's denseness, there are passing phantoms of monstrous yokai. While in the fog, players can create [1] X-Ranked monster per post of their own imagination using their own chakra. The created monster can use basic combat attacks against another player's monster. When a player's monster dies a tiered amount of insanity based on the chakra rank of the monster inflicts the creator. If a monster harms a player's body they believe the injuries are real.
Poison Specs ▰ Drug Name: Yorujozo (夜の醸造, Yoru no jōzō, Night Brew) ▰ Drug Type: Poison ▰ Drug Tier: Legendary | Tier 4 ▰ Drug Form: Liquid | Gas ▰ Narcotic Description: Yorujozo is a violet alcoholic brew created by the Shadowfoot Tribe of oni who live in the black forest (Kuro Shinrin) of the Land of Fire. These oni are born with gray skin that turns violet from the amount of Yorujozo they consume. Regular consumption of Yorujozo can turn the lips violet while constant intake dyes the body's skin. Yorujozo is highly toxic and hallucinogenic. The Shadowfoot oni consider the liquid sacred because consumption of it gives them otherworldly visions which aid in deciphering prophecies, a central aspect of the tribe's culture. The brew is highly sedative as well and helps the consumer sleep while also delivering the typical effects of alcohol. The brew is made from the inky purple leaves of the black forest's trees. Newborn Shadowfoot oni are fed a single leaf to allow them to consume Yorujozo without harm. Those who ingest this rare leaf become immune to Yorujozo's toxicity while retaining the psychedelic and alcoholic effects. Yorujozo is a viscous liquid of violet coloring that flows like honey and creates illusory fumes. It tastes as foul as ink when it hits the tongue but has a sweet and pleasant taste when swallowed. It can easily be made into gas and applied to miasma techniques. Yorujozo when it poisons a target is highly sedative and reduces speed greatly. It causes insanity and intense hallucinations psychologically. Physically the poison turns the skin violet and necrotic while causing the eyes to shake and is intensely disorienting. The rare black forest leaves that are used to brew this poison can be used as an acutely efficacious antidote.

Personal Attributes ▱▰▱ Crow Eye | When a young Satoshi looked through the lens of fate to see his prophecy, his right eye was taken as a price. This eye has been nicknamed his "crow eye" because it was cursed by the crow king Yatagarasu in exchange for the prophecy. This crow eye is connected to the eyes of Yogen, the personal summon of Satoshi who has been fate bound to his summoner. Satoshi's crow eye and Yogen's eyes will often glow in unison. The crow eye's appearance is a ghastly violet that glows when it is not covered by an eyepatch. When the sharingan is used through the crow eye it appears to have blackened sclera and glowing purple tomoe and pupils. When the crow eye is in use it causes throbbing headache pain and is more susceptible to blindness. Mangekyo skills used through the crow eye are reduced by [1] use before the blindness status is inflicted. For example, if a technique can be used twice before blindness happens then in the crow eye it could only be used once meaning that the eye goes blind faster. However, the cursed crow eye is maddening when gazed upon as when a genjutsu is cast through it the eye glares with extremely bright violet light and inflicts insanity equal to the rank of the technique. ▱▰▱ Demonic Shroud | When an E-Rank amount of chakra is applied to Satoshi's natural chakra materialization it becomes even more realistic and haunting. Viewing the fog acts as the trigger for genjutsu and counts as eye contact for sharingan genjutsu/hypnosis if his sharingan is active. Alternatively, if no genjutsu is cast then viewing the shroud merely causes first-tier mental stress or insanity. This is not a technique and does not cost an activation. ▱▰▱ Illusory Prowess | This attribute allows any and all genjutsu to be cast through eye contact with the Uchiha. In addition, the genjutsu cast in this manner have the sight sense added to them at C Rank body. At S Rank body, the user's genjutsu are given the chakra sense. Also, mental stress or insanity can be added to any genjutsu cast through eye contact for an additional fifty percent chakra cost. ▱▰▱ Genetic Palette | With intensive genetic therapy and strong blood, this character is able to possess more than one transplant. The images are sight-based and thus always have that sense but [2] additional senses like touch and sound can be added. ▱▰▱ Amaterasu’s Cloak | All fire based techniques produced by the Uchiha are considered bloodline techniques.The flames are turned black and fire based techniques are reduced by 5 chakra per rank with a minimum of 5 chakra to be paid for a technique. For each rank of a technique, it's flames burn actively for one post or one additional post if a limit is given. ▱▰▱ Melee Prodigy | The user obtains a [1] point increase to agility while their sharingan is active for each body rank they have obtained. In addition, the user's first physical offensive activation every three posts gains a [1] point increase to speed per rank of their body, also requiring the eyes to be active. ▱▰▱ Mirror Master | Satoshi is able to add an additional sense to the illusory images created by the Mirror Image Art taijutsu style and custom techniques based upon it for a maximum of [2] senses. The images are sight-based and thus always have that sense but [2] additional senses like touch and sound can be added. ▱▰▱ Lore of the Crows | As a crow sage, Satoshi is able to read the ancient written crow language in the crow contract scroll and learn the secrets of their genjutsu. As a result, in combat, non-instance genjutsu cast by Satoshi in combat last for one post longer for no upkeep cost for each actively summoned crow on the battlefield (maximum of 5) as long as he is the contract holder. ▱▰▱ Fanning Flames | The user's fire based techniques may be doubled in size for no additional cost. This does not effect the strength of the user's fire based techniques. In addition, should the user's fire ninjutsu or clan techniques interact with another fire based technique, the user's technique steals one rank of chakra from the opposing technique. If this overpowers the opponents technique, this technique continues on it's path normally. ▱▰▱ Touch of the Boundless | The Uzumaki can create any and all seals, and therefore cast any sealing technique - no matter how intricate or complex - upon a single touch of their palm without handseals. This alternative method for Fuuin must still adhere to the alternative jutsu casting clause as chakra must still be gathered to accomplish a technique as a seal isn't instantly created. In addition, with one-touch and one action, the Uzumaki is able to summon up to three creatures from a contract for only the chakra cost of the highest-ranked creature summoned. ▱▰▱ Holy Conversion | For every RPC converted to the archpriest's religion they gain an endgame reward of their choice. The endgame reward can only be up to 2,000 XP in value. This PA is only obtained by archpriests and is automatically obtained once that title is granted. ▱▰▱ Plunder of the Vagabond | As a globally feared villain, you will forever be able to obtain Endgame perks with only three-quarters of the experience required.
