Characters:

- Celeste Lothrov [Ancient One, Tracker, Strategist]
PostPosted: Sat Dec 11, 2021 8:38 pm
User Image
________Personal Identification
Name: Celeste Lothrov
Age: Physically appears as a young adult in the range of eighteen to twenty, though in actuality is hundreds of years old thanks to her eternal youth
Race: True Ancestor
Physical Description: Celeste has a delicate, heart-shaped face framed by a cascade of silky pale blonde hair that falls past her waist. The brightness of her ruby red eyes, framed by thick black lashes, contrasts strongly against the smoothness of her snowy porcelain skin which holds the faint shimmers of ice crystals. Her figure is slim with feminine curves and the crest of her Vampiric coven of origin is tattooed on her upper thigh. She holds a preference for dressing in formfitting leather clothing and silk dresses, so long as they're the color black.
Fears:
Death -A common fear to have, but one that is due to the unknown... Since Vampirism does not allow for perishing gently from old age, she knows that her ending will most likely not be a peaceful one.
Madness- To be unable to obtain blood is to starve, and for an Ancient One to starve is to fall into an uncontrolled state of feral bloodlust... Ultimately, to become a true monster.
Intense Radiance- The damage of radiance has always posed a threat to the Ancient Ones, while the searing rays of the sun's golden light have always created annoyances. As someone who craves the icy cold, these are things she tries to avoid at all costs.
Being Unable to Live an Unfulfilled Life - As someone who was born an Ancient One from the beginning, a part of her has always wondered what it is like to enjoy simple mortal pleasures or what it would be like to simply be human. However, Celeste knows these are things she will never truly be able to experience. To put it simply, she fears what she may be missing out on and has not yet fully accepted what she is.

Personality: Celeste does her best to live by a code of morals, specifically those that were once taught to her by her father... Take only the blood that is needed to survive, practice the sacred art of the hunt, and honor those whose blood is sacrificed. It is these very ideals that have helped to shape Celeste's personality, imbuing her with a rare sense of compassion that she often conceals from other fellow Ancient Ones.

Although in the past she has often tried to restrict the amount of blood consumed, hoping it will help to strengthen her tolerance to bloodlust and the intense shift of mindset that comes with it, she has learned that this will typically result in the opposite effect. Because of this, Celeste tries her best to maintain balance whenever possible, hunting as necessary.

Although she is not opposed to social interaction, she knows that it is typically in her best interest to keep a low profile whenever she can, especially when entering a new area in order to continue being able to hunt without drawing too much attention to herself. It is rare for Celeste to act impulsively, unless her mindset is negatively affected by lack of blood. Although she will only go for weakened targets if no others are available, Celeste refrains from killing or causing excessive pain. Unless in a feral state, she holds a deep respect for what she considers the art of the hunt and utilizes strategizing to her advantage.

History:
Immortality. This was the value that the first Ancient Ones held dear to themselves, craving for more beyond their originally mortal and seemingly fragile human lives. And so in this craving, they became children of the night, imbued with the energy of the moon and cursed by the sun. The Ancient Ones received what they sought after... An exchange, the price of blood for length of lifespan, for themselves to never to experience the ravages of old age. In this, they gained blessing of the night, to aid them in the art of the hunt.

Despite the drawback of no longer being able to fully enjoy the warmth of the sun or the intense heat of a campfire, the first Ancient Ones viewed this as a small price to pay for what they had gained. For even before this new state of being, many of them had long preferred the chill of the night beforehand. But they had yet to learn of what else was to come from this new life that they led.

In the early days of the Ancient Ones, while many of them disbanded in their hunts for blood, there were a rare few that bonded together through group hunting strategies, sharing the resources. To differentiate themselves from the Clans, these rare few referred to themselves as the Silverthorn Coven. The Coven was small in size, consisting of ten members, where they traveled nomadically among the human cities during their hunts and constantly changed locations in order to not draw attention to themselves.

Because of their nomadic hunting tactics and shared mutual agreements, none of the members were ever without blood for long. But among their travels, they met others of their kind... Ancient Ones they had once known to be dignified and full of intellect, who were now nearly reduced to the mindsets of feral beasts. It was easy for the Silverthorn Coven to identify the cause of this fragile and untamed mindset to be caused from lack of blood, even if they had not yet experienced it themselves... But because they had not yet experienced it themselves yet, fear began to slowly spread amongst the members.

Celeste Lothrov was the daughter of the Silverthorn Coven Leader, Ivan Lothrov and another fellow Ancient One of the same coven, Lucindra. She was born and raised raised among the Coven members during the Era of Madness, living the same nomadic life of hunting as the other members. Like other events happening during the Era of Madness, soon civil unrest began to spread through the Silverthorn Coven as well.

As they began to struggle with their first shortage of human prey, a few of the coven members began to devise their own solution to the problem... Why not capture certain humans, and begin to utilize them as cattle? When Celeste's father caught news of this idea, this was something that did not sit well with him. Despite being an Ancient One, he did have his own code of morals he expected the others of his kind to follow, one of the most vital ones being respecting the art of the hunt and honoring the sacrifice of human blood to fuel their lifespans.

Celeste traveled alongside with her family, supporting her father's ideals that he tried to inspire through other members of their kind, but to no avail. Eventually, he enforced a law among the coven... To take only the amount of blood needed, no more and no less. Although it proved a challenge, this was something Celeste managed to live by as well. Through the passing of time, weeks feeling like mere days to the Ancient Ones and their eternal lifespans, the coven members began to grow more unsatisfied with their Leader's sets of moral beliefs... Yet when two of their own finally turned completely feral from lack of blood, one of them being her own mother, that was when the great divide was drawn.

Celeste's father was murdered by one of the coven members, the one who held the greatest amount of resentment towards him and his lawful ideals. Soon after this, the coven completely disbanded, each member including Celeste leaving to forge their own way in the world.

Adapting to hunting alone was something that proved difficult for Celeste at first, but it wasn't long until she completely adjusted. The fact that she felt the constant need to live up to her father's guiding ideals proved to be an additional struggle to her. Oftentimes, Celeste would force herself to go days without drinking blood, not wanting to cause harm to those who were innocent... Only to find that sooner or later, it backfired. The moment that her mind began to enter even a fraction of the feral state, it was enough to send her into a frenzy, hunting whomever she could to quench her hunger for blood.

Despite constantly trying to take only the blood that she needed to survive, maintaining the balance often proved difficult for Celeste. She continues to live a nomadic lifestyle, keeping a low profile whenever she can, practicing the sacred art of the hunt in the name of her fallen coven.

Evolutionary Traits [Evo's / 10 Points]:
•Bloodborn [3]: Born with blood more potent and alien than others, the Bloodborn gains the ability to utilize Blood Ruler spells, though only on the blood they have laid claim to. Blood from their own body is always their own, but blood that has been touched by their Mana becomes claimed. This becomes more noticeable when the blood of a Bloodborn is exposed to air, where the blood does not accept the laws of creation and dances to its own will, often swirling, twisting, and sometimes flowing upwards from the wound. This can be actively suppressed.
• Self-Stabilize [1] : Requires Bloodborn. When injured, unless otherwise desired the blood coagulates itself immediately, making bleeding out all but impossible without an outside force acting to actively overcome it.
• Sanguinarian [2]: Blood calls to the Sanguinarian, whether they are Bloodborn or not. When this Evo is taken one's ears and nose are tuned to blood, able to detect them above anything and everything else. In regards to blood and these senses, the Sanguinarian is twenty times [20x] more sensitive, which can lead them to distraction.
• Iceborn [3]: Grants the ability to use Ice Ruler spells. Ice created in this way grows in a pattern unique to the person, such as having the ice form from vines that combine together to form a new appearance. These patterns are indicative of a personality trait, and once selected cannot be changed without a significant role play change in personality.
• Frostburned [1]: Flesh is always chilled, producing a cool, refreshing, and in some cases intoxicating aura. This doesn't stretch beyond the skin, but due to it the character is highly resistant to cold temperatures, and is thus resistant to cold hazards.

{Technique Type}:
      • Blood Ruler
      Blood Ruler

      Blood Manipulation
Description: This control allows the user to bend and solidify their own blood. Not only can it take any form the user desires, but it can also be shifted around as if it were a part of their own body. It should be noted that one can only manipulate their own blood. Additionally, any blood that is being freely manipulated is not very strong, and can be broken or blown away as if it were completely natural. Should be noted that techniques can be made smaller while retaining their rank.
tab Rank E: Very small amount of blood [a needle].

tab Rank D: Small amount of blood [a rock].
tab Rank C: Medium amount of blood [a kunai].
tab Rank B: Large amount of blood [a short sword].
tab Rank A: Very large amount of blood [a long sword].
tab Rank S: Massive amount of blood [enough to cover one limb].
      • Requires [5] parts of a paragraph to learn, and must be learned before proceeding to other techniques. Receives no reductions.
      • The amount of blood that can be manipulated is limited to the user's experience rank limit [at E-rank can make up to C-rank, D-rank up to B-rank, etc.]
      • Manipulated blood lose any modifiers, but not properties, and are beaten by techniques of the same rank, or one rank lower against lightning.

      To p***k with a Needle
      Rank: E | Strength: E | Speed: --
Description: The user draws a small amount of blood from their pores, allowing them to create a very small needle. This needle is thin and only stretches about 3 inches- basically a sewing needle. Its main purpose is simply to pierce the user in order to draw additional blood, but uses are left to the imagination.

      Array of Needles
      Rank: D | Strength: E | Speed: C
Description The user takes aim with a single hand and then launches up to fifteen [15] stone red pin needles from the pores of that hand.

      Crimson Ring
      Rank: D | Strength: D | Speed: D
Description: With a flick of the hand, the user draws their own blood and flings a sharp ruby disc roughly the size of the palm.

      Blade of Ruby
      Rank: C | Strength: B | Speed: --
Description: Draining a good amount of blood from either hand, the user is able to create a red stone weapon of any shape they choose. The usage of this technique results in the dehydration of the drained hand. The blade is fairly fragile and will break after five [5] uses, or if used against an attack of one [1] rank higher.

      Grim Claw
      Rank: C | Strength: B | Speed: --
Description: The user surges blood from either of their hands, resulting in dehydration of the chosen. The blood will wrap around the fingers of the user, crystallizing whence they've stretched out about eight inches. The claws are fairly fragile and will break after five [5] uses, or if used against an attack of one [1] rank higher.

      Chi Pa-ji [ Blood Purge ]
      Rank B
The user places a hand over an open wound, slowly funneling any foreign or poisonous agents. Unfortunately, this process takes a good amount of time (4 posts).

Aka Kouseki Keppei [ Red Crystal Clot ]
      Rank B
Whenever a severe wound is dealt to the Saiketsu user, they are able to almost instantaneously crystallize this wound to prevent excessive blood loss.
      • Can only be used three times per battle.

Aka Harinezumi no Sujou [ Birth of Red Porcupine ]
      Rank B
From any conscious position, the user will flood their body with chakra, pressing small amounts of blood from every pour. In a flash moment, the user will then crystallize every single strain of blood inching from their flesh. This hasty maneuver offers a wonderful defensive retaliation. It should be noted that this technique does not have very impressive range, stretching only about 6-7 inches.

Kyuuketsu [ Donation of Blood ]
      Rank A
The user pulses chakra throughout their body in order to recuperate lost blood. Simply put, this is a way to rehydrate multiple limbs in exchange for chakra.
      • Can only be used three times per battle.

Sabi Kougake [ Rust Colored Gauntlet ]
      Rank A
By forcing all of the blood from a single arm to rise and wrap, the user is able to generate a protective and offensive armament. A full arm length hunk of crystallized armor. The tip of the gauntlet is typically twisted and divided into a trio of drill-like fingers, while the length is a series of five platted discs. It should be noted that behind the gauntlet, the user's arm is dehydrated.

      Akahagane [ Red Steel ]
      Rank A
Realizing that stone wasn't exactly the sturdiest of materials, the Ketsueki clan developed a method to increase the strength and durability of their techniques. By applying additional chakra to their jutsu in thin twisting layers, the Saiketsu user is able to make their end product as tough as steel and as sharp as a fresh blade.
( Rather than costing [80] chakra to perform, each modified technique costs an additional [20] chakra. )

Kekkon Shinryu [ Divine Dragon Stained with Blood ]
      Rank S
Making total use of the blood within the arms, the user releases a harsh straightforward torrent of blood- shaped like a menacing eastern dragon -upon the target. Rather than causing direct damage, if this dragon manages to make contact with its target, it will attempt to drive itself into the enemy's veins. Traveling throughout the body, the dragon will attempt to reach the heart chamber of its victim where it will begin to slowly close its maw upon the heart itself. As the dragon's fangs sink into the enemy's heart, the deliverance of the final bite is controlled fully by the whim of the user. Needless to say, this technique could easily be used for torture or blackmail. It should be noted that both arms and nearly the entire upper torso region become dehydrated after usage.

• Ice Ruler
Ice Ruler

Ice Manipulation
Description: The act of combining wind and water mana in order to generate water-composed ice, and then manipulate it freely. This method can be performed on existing bodies of water, or by manipulating the minute amount of water molecules in the air. This ability also allows the user to meld dormant ice as though it were clay. Not only can it take any form the user desires, but it can also be levitated or shifted around as if it were water. It should be noted that one can also manipulate naturally made ice. Additionally, ice that is freely manipulated is not very solid, and can be broken or melted as if it were natural ice.
tab Rank E: Very small amounts of water to ice [up to about 10 gallons; a puddle, small fish tank, a sink full].

tab Rank D: Small amounts of water to ice [about 50 gallons; a bathtub, a kiddie pool, a water jug].
tab Rank C: Medium amounts of water to ice [about 250 gallons; large fish tank, small hot tub].
tab Rank B: Large amounts of water to ice [small ponds, small pools].
tab Rank A: Very large amounts of water to ice [large ponds, large pools].
tab Rank S: Massive amounts of water to ice [small lake, creeks].
• Requires [5] parts of a paragraph to learn, and must be learned before proceeding to other techniques. Receives no reductions.
• Manipulated ice loses any modifiers, and is beaten by techniques of the same rank, or one rank lower against fire.

Ice Bombs
Description: These bombs are blue crystal-orbs which, when detonated, will release a torrent of ice spikes. The ice rises with enough force to lift a large amount of earth off the ground. For the purposes of the guild, one [1] of these may be created per three [3] paragraphs of crafting. They act as an A-rank spell, but do not follow the user's will during detonation, which can lead to self-impalement if used improperly.
• Requires [3] parts of a paragraph to learn, and receives no reductions.

Hiding in Frost
Rank: D | Strength: -- | Speed: --
Description: The user covers the surrounding area in a thick frost in which they can camouflage themselves with and then sneak up on the enemy to attack or assassinate them. Works in every other way like Hiding in Mist, but cannot be seen through with the Mist Vision spell.

Ice Tool Creation
Rank: D | Strength: -- | Speed: --
Description: The user performs a single seal or motion, holds a piece of ice with the opposite, and melds it. Anywhere from three [3] to five [5] basic, non-mechanical tools can be created per usage.

Cold Sky
Rank: D | Strength: D | Speed: D
Description: The user shoots numerous amount of extremely large darts of ice from their mouth at high speeds which can easily chip rock. Produces up to ten [10] darts per use.

Ice Prison
Rank: C | Strength: C | Speed: --
Description: The user traps their opponent within ice by controlling its movements and completely surrounding them in it. It is strong enough to withstand physical attacks up to one [1] rank higher than it. The user may also encase themselves with ice as a defensive spell.

Swallow Ice Storm
Rank: C | Strength: D | Speed: B
Description: The user will hold out their palm, creating a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings, so long as the user maintains the final seal. Unfortunately, because of their fragile size, they are easily blocked. However, the user can continually create more. Requires an upkeep of half the original cost to maintain past the first post, or full cost if creating more.

Certain-Kill Ice Spears
Rank B
The user unleashes giant spikes made of ice if they are endangered. Haku used this technique when he defended himself from his father when he attempted to kill him because of his kekkei genkai. Formerly known as the Hi Kasui no Jutsu [ Ice Spike Technique ]: After performing the needed handsigns, the user causes thirty [30] foot tall spikes of ice to emerge from the ground in a ten [10] yard radius of their choosing. The spikes raise at a good speed, but are not reliable in an open area, or on unhindered targets.

Hyōton: Hi Bouheki [ Ice Release: Protective Ice Dome ]
Rank B
The user will stretch both arms forward, their palms open, and force water and wind to meld into a medium sized dome of durable ice around himself and his allies. The ice formed this way is extremely strong, and even constant barrage by explosive tags is proven useless. It should be noted that the user must hold both arms out in order to maintain the technique.

Kanki Kyouka no Michi [ Frost Reinforce Method ]
Rank A
The user will surge additional chakra into one of their techniques- during or after formation-creating an interlaced coating on its frame, and throughout key structure points. By applying this coat, most techniques that would typically melt, shatter, or pierce the user's ice, are found worthless.
( Rather than costing [80] chakra to perform, each modified technique costs an additional [20] chakra. )

Makyō Hyōshō [ Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals ]
Rank S
The abominable and tremendous ability, passed down only within the Yuki clan. It is a technique wrapped up in many mysteries. It was said that no method in existence can defeat this technique. In an instant, multiple mirrors of ice are created around the enemy, reflecting nothing but Haku. The opponent is trapped in a dome of twenty-one floating mirrors made out of ice. Twelve remain at ground level, eight float above the first twelve and angled towards the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. Once Haku has entered the mirrors, it's possible for him to move between the mirrors at the speed of light. It's near impossible to follow attacks sent out from this incredible movement. As every mirror shows his reflection, one could say it's impossible to see all of Haku's attacks. Even if the opponent tries to attack the real body, Haku will have already moved to another mirror. Without eyes like the Sharingan, it will be impossible to keep track of him. If the mirror Haku is in is broken, he can leap out of one of the fragments and continue his attack or move to another mirror. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so Haku's movement becomes progressively slower the longer he maintains the mirrors. Haku can also form individual mirrors, not restricted to the twenty-one-mirror formation. He can create them high in the sky allowing him to take out airborne targets. The cold which emanates from the mirrors is also enough to cause snow to fall. Though they are made from ice, the mirrors are resistant to Fire Release techniques.
Guild Description: Forming single mirrors instead of the full technique requires only an E-rank amount of chakra. Each mirror in the full technique will break under an S-ranked attack, but singly formed mirrors are susceptible to only D-ranks. Movement between mirrors is considered as fast as Shunshin no Jutsu.

Strategist/Ranger Spells

Illusion Spells:

• Hada no Kamereon [ Chameleon Skin ]
Rank: E
P/S. Sense: Sight // -
Base Duration // Upkeep: 6 Posts // 5 Chakra
Source: Visual Phantasm
Description: Forming Chakra in the area around them, the user creates a basic Genjutsu whose purpose is to help blend their body in with whatever surroundings are available. The illusion is not perfect however and higher ranked Shinobi are far more adept in seeing through the Genjutsu

Saikederikku [ Psychedelic ]
Rank: E
P/S. Sense: Sight // -
Base Duration // Upkeep: 6 Posts // 5 Chakra
Source: Visual Phantasm
Description: The colors of the world around the opponent appear to change randomly. Patterns and pallet are decided by the user at time of casting.

Dokuji no Gisou [ Camouflage of the Peculiar ]
Rank: D
P/S. Sense: Sight // -
Base Duration // Upkeep: 4 Posts // 5 points
Source: Phantasm
Description: Taking in natural components to their attire (leaves, twigs, dirt, mud, etc.) a person is able to lie still or move in an area of similar settings and remain completely impervious to detection. By strewing together Chakra and a visual illusion, whatever the user takes onto their clothes bind to them and become a literal part of their appearance, changing it to suit the environment. Simply touching the user will cancel this Jutsu, though.

• Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu [ Mist Servant Technique ]
Rank: D
P/S. Sense: Sight // -
Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // 5 Chakra
Source:
Description: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu techinque that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual Shinobi is able to remain hidden and throw Kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servant’s illusion body but not destroy it.

• Henka no Kumoyuki [ Change of Weather ]
Rank: D → S+ - rank
P/S. Sense: Sight // Touch, Secondary Sense of Choice
Base Duration // Upkeep: 6 Posts // 5 points
Source: Phantasm
Description: The user can change the weather to anything they prefer for the target to suffer through. This is a small genjutsu, and is limited to minor changes to the environment. Retraining this jutsu to higher levels takes up more genjutsu slots, 1 slot per retraining, due to its wide ranging abilities. The maximum, S+ - ranked, is 5 re-trainings, to which this jutsu will take an additional 5 genjutsu slots. Increase of technique rank raises the area of effect [100 Yards at D - rank, gaining 200 Yards per rank after], as well as the realism of the technique itself. The base duration of the technique is decreased by one [1] per rank of the slot utilized, reflecting the increase in power.

Arcanist Spells:

1. Body Flicker
Rank: D | Strength: -- | Speed: --
Description: The user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the user will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. As such, an 'air' or 'feeling' will pervade the area before usage. Maximum distance of one [1] mile. Further mileage requires one [1] D-ranked cost additional per mile beyond the first. Body Flicker in any form can only be used three [3] times per battle.

2. Temporary Body Paralysis
Rank: D | Strength: -- | Speed: --
Description: Temporary Body Paralysis is used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the user can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. Lasts until the end of the target’s first following post. Requires physical contact to activate.

True Ancestor Spells

__Ancestor and Lesser Techniques:
Kyūji [Feeding] - Base Technique
► Feeding will take away all of your actions for the post, if you've already used an action during that turn you will be unable to feed as a rule. You will be left defenseless while feeding as draining the life essence of another being isn't just about getting the blood from their veins. At 60% remaining BP you will lose access to E and D rank, at 40% you will lose access to C rank, and anything bellow 20% will require you to use the A and S rank. This is all due to how powerful hunger can be for a Ancestor, it makes them sloppy and greedy. Feeding works due to how unique the Ancestors canine teeth are, the insides hallow allowing for a syringe like effect where they suck the fluid through the hallow tube in their center.
___Rank E: Very small amounts of blood, enough to curb a hunger but not enough to fill you. [5 BP]
___Rank D: Small amounts of blood, enough to fill a large goblet. A decent lunch for curbing off hunger. [10 BP Gain]
___Rank C: Medium amounts of blood, generally an amount you could get out of a deer without killing it. Enough to make a grown man weak in the knees lowering preys stats by one rank for the next [2] posts. [20 BP Gain]
___Rank B: Large amounts of blood, draining this much out of a human will leave them unable to stay conscious. Not enough to threaten them unless they have a open wound on their person. The rank decrease will continue for [6] posts. [40 BP Gain]
___Rank A: Very large amounts of blood, leaving the human sized pray drained to the point of life endangering blood loss. For the next [10] posts the victim will find themselves a rank weaker. [60 BP Gain]
___Rank S: Excessive amounts of blood, enough to leave a human or large animal nothing but a dried out husk. [80 BP Gain]

Yūwaku [Temptation] - D Rank
Type: Scent // Visual
► It is said that the most beautiful will still p***k you with its thorns. The eyes of a child of the night are said to be equal to that of the stars themselves. Captivating all that gaze too long into their endless abyss. While not strictly true it is possible for a one to force this effect onto a human. At the cost of burning a fragment of their life force they can radiate a pheromone into the air around them that dulls a prays senses making them more open to the users suggestions for two posts. This allows them to use their bodies natural features to tempt their prey into say... allowing them to be fed off of. As with all genjutsu this can be resisted if the prey is knowledgeable enough.

Hensō [Disguise] - C Rank
Strength: --
Speed: --
► Everyone wants to be something different. A more handsome man, a bird as free as the sky is blue, or even just a little more human. To this effect shinobi even created quaint little illusions to mask their true natures, but to someone gifted with the blood of ancients this is but mere child's play. It is easy enough to pretend you're something different after all, we wear out mask everyday. However the imitation pales to actually being it. Through wrestling control the life essence that flows through their being Ancestors found a way of becoming that which they idolize so feverishly, for a moment of time. But they found however that obtaining your dreams comes at the cost of never dreaming again.

By expending 20BP as well as your actions for the turn you will be able to transform into something completely different for a a total of [5] posts. What you transform into cannot be changed, whatever it is you shape shift into upon learning this technique is what you will forever turn into when preforming it. It must be something your rpc yearns for, it might have combat advantages it might not. Through the gift of blood the child will become wholly physically different their entire presence changing to match their new body. The child will be unable to preform any techniques that do not involve blood or their new body while in this new state.
◇ Returning to your original form before the time limit expires will cost an additional cast of the technique.
◇ Any tracking techniques will be fooled by this change, after all they are now a completely different being.
◇ Nothing will allow you to change your dream once it has been achieved.

Shinku no Tsume [Crimson Claw] - C Rank
Strength: --
Speed: --
► This technique is oft seen as the bloodlines primary form of combat, as it has no start up time and requires little skill to control. The technique forces blood to pour out of their hands from beneath their fingernails ripping the keratin off of their skin. This blood hardens once free of their bodies, forming a set of five inch long claws. These blood claws durable enough to stand up to steel in a one on one fight, sharp enough to pierce through the thin hide of a human with a little bit of pressure. The claws will remain solid and able to fend off attackers for a total of [5] posts before shattering like glass at their next strike or returned to simple blood at the users impulse.

Saisei [Regeneration] - B Rank
Strength: --
Speed: --
► Wounds heal over time for all humans, but to heal quickly or slowly is the choice that is presented to children of the blood. All it takes is potentially sacrifice another being. Blood begets blood. When preforming a B Rank feeding a child can instead of gaining life force to stock within themselves for later use, they can drain it into their body to repair damage done to them. The process takes longer than a regular feeding, its easier to snatch and run than stay and pillage. This technique will take [2] posts to preform, the second the childs fangs leave their prey before the technique properly finishes it will fail and they gain nothing but a full belly.

Gyaku-sei no Kanashimi [Sorrow of Reverse Life] - S Rank
Strength: --
Speed: --
► It is oft said that humans strive to get back the things they lose throughout life, a swordsman carelessly losing their arm would forever feel the pain grasping out for their arms return for example. Through sacrifice of twice the equivalent cost of their foes previous technique a child can revert the clock on a single wound instantly once per combat.
◇ Can only be the last wound you sustained. For example if hit with a series of attacks at once, only the last wound to be made will be reverseable.
◇ Can't regenerate head loss.

__Ancestor Techniques:
Ryūketsu [Bloodletting] - B Rank
Strength: --
Speed: --
► Bloodletting is seen as the true form of Crimson Claw to many Ancestors, as it evolves the idea of using blood as a weapon and makes it something truly to be reckoned with. The Ancestor begins by drawing blood from both their arms, the means matters little such as a slitting of the wrists. Once this act is preformed they begin the techniques countdown by channeling their BP through the leaking liquid of life. Once Bloodletting is active the Ancestor is able to freely form foot long stakes of blood from their arms for the following [5] posts. These states have the durability of iron.

[b]Nakama ni Naru [The Becoming] - ??? Rank
Strength: --
Speed: --
► Since time immemorial myths of vampires always describe a process of turning a human into a vampire. While it is possible for a mere human to ascend into the lower echelon of the Ancestors, they will never be an Ancestor as myths might spin it. The closest that can be offered is to become a Lesser. As the name implies they are a weaker offshoot of the Ancestors, something anyone can achieve with a bit of help. This is the ancient rite of becoming as Blood Father to a Lesser. The first step requires a willing human, turning cannot be forced. When a willing human has been located the Ancestor begins by slicing open their skin to let their blood flow freely. The human must then suck from this wound and consume the freshly spilt blood. Next the Ancestor must grab hold of the humans heart, usually by forcing their hand into the chest cavity but any means will work. And finally once the human begins to fade the Ancestor lightly begins pumping the heart back to life. When they awake from their near death they will no longer be human but Lesser with all the features of a Lesser and any wounds previously sustained will have been healed... baring severed limbs.
◇ Available for use once D rank is achieved, no training required.
◇ See above sections on Lessers for more info on their nature.

Chichi no Meirei [Father's Orders] - B Rank
Type: Visual // Sound
► Becoming a Blood Father means more then gifting a human with a taste of what they could have had, it means fathering a being ever bending to your will. While a Lesser is usual bound to obey an Ancestors orders, there are times when morality gets in the way or the Lesser exhibits a strong enough willpower to resist their father's commands. While most Ancestors will respect the Lessers choice, there exists a way to force the obedience out of their Lesser. All the ancestor must do is preform this technique. When locking eyes with the Lesser an Ancestor need only expend some of their BP. By doing this both parties eyes will begin to glow signalling the start of the tenchique. The final part is by saying the phrase: "Child of my blood, listen to your Father's Orders." This will trigger a pain in the Lessers heart. An intense pain almost as if someone was squeezing the organ in a vice grip. This pain will not fade until the Lesser concedes to do as they were ordered, no matter how far they may travel or time may pass.

Shi no Kajiya [Blacksmith of Death] - A Rank
Strength: --
Speed: --
► An Ancestor is never without a weapon, for as long as they can feed they can continue to reforge their own weapons at a moments notice. A rather simple technique when you break it down: The Ancestor offers their blood as a catalyst and hardens it with their BP as well as a dose of chakra. Allowing them to make a steel durability weapon on demand. As mentioned before on top of the A Ranked BP the Ancestor must spend an additional B Ranks worth of chakra, these values are set in stone no matter how small a weapon you create with it. One downside to these weapon on demand is whenever another non-Ancestor takes the weapon into their hands to use it will turn back to the crimson liquid it was born from.

Kuroku Shita [Blackened] - A Rank
Strength: --
Speed: --
► When one thinks of the myth of a vampire it is easy to imagine them as rampaging unkillable beasts that seek only the blood of others. Perhaps this silly idea was spread thanks to an Ancestor going wild in this frenzy mode. A state they can willingly choose to put themselves into, this is often called Blackened due to how drastically it muddles the mind with clouds... as well as how taboo it is considered. While all Ancestors might have this ability to just flip the switch and lose all reason it takes a bit of training to get the switch to even budge. This is due to the mental safe guards the mind has in place to prevent one from going insane. Requiring the Ancestor to peer into their own darkness until it peers back into them, letting themselves give into their feral instincts, and on top of it all they must be spiritually ready to slaughter everyone and anyone. Once this state has been achieved and the switch is can freely be flipped they will gain access to the Blackened state. This is physically shown in a couple of ways: First their blood curdles into a tar like black, second their sclera adopts the same tar coloring and finally the fangs they use to feed grow in length now always visible

The Ancestor will see themselves gaining stats equal to that of one rank above themselves as well as an additional [2] stat points on top of it in strength. While in this state all Ancestor techniques will cost a rank less BP, but will have half the durability. They will lack the ability to see faces, only now seeing a scribbled mess like someone trying to hide something with marker. Voices will all sound the same and are pitched in a threatening manner. Finally the Ancestor will be stricken with the worst hunger in their life, no matter how starved they may have gotten in the past while in this state it will be infinitely worse forcing any feeding that may happen to be S rank only. This state can never be ended early, even if everyone is dead at your feet you will are forced to rampage further. It will end after a total of [15] posts.
◇ To learn the Ancestor must spend a total of [10] posts in a meditative or near death state, all the while letting their mind run wild with bloody fantasies.
◇ While initially this costs A rank BP it will require no cost to activate once mastered.
◇ Mastery is obtained by preforming this state [5] times and defeating [3] like level foes while in the state.
◇ Once mastered the RPC will develop maddening tendencies, invasive thoughts becoming the norm.

Chimamire no Ryōdo [Bloody Territory] - SS+ Rank
Strength: --
Speed: --
► It is not unheard of for a humanity to give birth to a mighty hero able to stand on par with an Ancestor, It is not unheard of for this mighty hero to coat the battle field with the Ancestors blood. But it is also whispered of an Ancestor coating the battle field with their own blood using the liquid of life to demonstrate their true dominion over humanity. The act of spreading blood is a catalyst for a True Ancestor, their control over their life force spreading out in the area tainted by blood. Once this set up is preformed the Ancestor is given free reign over the encompassed area, able to use Bloodletting at is absolute pinnacle. From a single droplet of blood they can form rock heard stakes. This includes any part of their body, allowing for an absolute defense or a feral offense. With enough blood they are able to form crimson spears where ever their blood may be located. For instance by forcing their blood into their prey through any of their techniques while in this territory they are able to form spears out of they preys own blood. Impaling them to death fro the inside out if they don't pay an upkeep cost while before the technique ends or they themselves from the territory. This resistance upkeep is equal to using a C ranked Taijutsu each post, hacking away at the preys stamina until they cant resist any longer.
◇ Bloody Territory will only last a total of [15] posts before it loses strength and fails.
◇ Once the technique has ended it will be unable to be preformed until combat has ended and until the Ancestor has fed at least once.
