Naiajar Hunt, Clem's Monster Hunter Mission (Main Timeline)

[Ichengo Angelus]

A heavily jungle and forested area with high cliffs that sits very close to the border of Land of Fire and Land of Rivers. This jungle is unusually quiet for a jungle which is often times loud and always active. The only noises anyone can hear from anywhere around here is the sound of the rushing waters and waterfall that leads into one of the many rivers of the lands.

This has been identified as the most likely location that the creature that has been attacking the Giman Ruins and other surrounding small villages and settlements has it's nest.

Mission Information

You are to enter the jungle, track down, and capture, tame, or slay the beast.

The western half of the jungle is a large lake that leads to a waterfall that falls into a river. The northern half is covered in high up cliffs and mountain-like areas covered in jungle. The western half is extremely thick jungle, and the southern portion is less thick jungle and mostly flat areas.

In your first post you must indicate which portion of the area you are entering from as well as indicate the methods you are using to attempt to track where the monster is.

Note: It will be possible to fail this mission. You will fail the mission if you fail to successfully locate the monster, if the monster chooses to flee and manages to escape, or if you completely run out of chakra and stamina before managing to complete the mission.

having looked over the map multiple times and geared up with enough supplies to last a few days if it ended up being a drawn out mission Clem figured the best place to start tracking the beast was to start from the northern region based off the few context clues Iskins pet? Ally? Or whatever he was spoke of. The area fit her preys preferred climate through at the same time it seemed tricky to fight on such terrain. Having a method to find this thing wouldn’t be to hard once she found her self on a high enough cliff to spread out her seals. To conserve the chakra she needed the armored woman was using hooks, rope and even Kunai to help her scale one of the larger mountains.

While climbing she would occasionally toss a kunai that had a strange wrapping out with surprisingly accurate precision At nearby cliffs along the way taking great care not to fall. Closer to the top of the cliff she was currently climbing Clem made sure both her hands had a firm grip before planting her feet against the cliffs rocky edge, bending her knees she would push upwards with great force in order to launch herself up several feet just enough so when she landed it would be atop the edge.” Why is it always is it always so hot in forests…..eheheh oh well it is what it is right…..no it isn’t…oh shut up your just talking to yourself…oh right hahah..ehhhh” Taking a quick look around her current surroundings she wanted to make sure it was safe first before setting down a large box she had backpacked on her.

Popping open the crate would Show a mass of explosive, smoke and even her very own enchanted bone tags. “ let’s see I threw out about 12…..I should probably set up the rest of the array and get to setting up the bait.” popping open her chest plate she would start grabbing seals that had been stuck to the Interior interior of the armor grabbing several more Clem head go back to the box digging through the tags until she finally found a large crossbow with a scope along with bolts. Heading several meters to the opposite end from where she climbed the woman would prep the cross bow by wrapping the unusual tags around each bolt before finding a good place to fire it. Doing this over and over she ended up placing a total of 20 seals within a much larger area then normal over the course of 20 minutes.

“Let’s see brought enough spare organs….where the burlap sacks?.” Returning to her make shift base she dug back in her crate finding four empty sacks along with more rope” Ugh I hate this part.” Grabbing a kunai from a pouch hidden under her armors waist coat and lifting up her shirt the woman would begin to make a incision around her abdomen opening a flap of sorts. But instead of blood or guts spitting out hundreds of black threads seemed to wiggle out popping out several livers, kidneys, lungs and even a few gallbladders. The process wasn’t painful but she was still getting use to this feeling after the implant. These organs provided from the last attack on tani. Once enough of her stored organs had been removed the woman would get to work on filling each sack and tying it off, aside from this she placed a few low leveled explosive tags on each sack not enough to truly explode but cause some rather painful damage if one was eaten. Soon after her threads would sew up her cut flesh and she would put her shirt back down closing up the armored shell

“Let’s see I think that all for the bait now time to get it sent out. “ snapping her fingers two shadow clones would appear (clone A 1 stamina 1chakra clone B 1 stamina 1chakra) both clones grabbed two sacks each before heading out. With the way each clone was meant to act as decoys and a good trigger for Clem to activate her array. Clone A oils make its way toward the east section of the northern region while the second headed towards the southern edge of the northern region While Clem her self took point with her crossbow keeping an eye out for any movement. Sure it could travel underground but with abit of experience with her own jutsu with similar effects it was likely the thing might disturb the roots in the ground causing abit of disturbance in the top of the trees.

Shadow Clone Technique [ Kage Bunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank B
Creates a solid clone which is able to interact with the environment and perform any technique the user knows. The strength of each clone is dependent on the amount of chakra put into each clone. A clone can have anywhere from [1] chakra to all but [1] chakra of the user's pool. The same goes for stamina. The user must retain at least [1] of each pool or they will lose consciousness. Each clone takes [15] chakra to create, and up to three [3] clones can be made per activation. Shadow clones cannot be told apart by doujutsu. The clone disperses if it receives a solid hit (C-rank or higher), or runs out of chakra or stamina. When a clone is dispersed, any knowledge it gained while active is transferred to the original only, no other clones, and any remaining chakra and stamina is returned to the user. Shadow clones may be used to travel to various places while the user's real body remains in a separate location. There is no limit to the distance the clones may travel apart.

The forest was quiet, very quiet. Even through the climb Clem would notice that there was even a high lack of bugs. Nothing crawled on her, nothing flew by her. Something unusual for a place such as this. Such a quiet jungle was a bit more eerie than one might think it. The woman's surveying of the area would also indicate no movement from either the thick jungle to the east or the more forested than jungle-like area to the south. It would also seem like the clones, even carrying sacks full of meat were not accomplishing the job that they were sent out to accomplish.

From it's spot of resting, the beast's head lifted. Sniffing the air, it could smell it. Fresh blood that caused the beast to stir and move from it's spot. The odd serpent like beast moved, albeit slowly as it would make an effort to approach where it could smell the fresh blood coming from. The beast surprisingly quiet for it's size.

Mission Information

Clem now knows that if the beast is moving through the ground currently, then it is not moving through the Eastern or Southern portion of the jungle. The area she is in is a part that is very low on trees and plant-life in general.

Clem had kept an eye on the surrounding area yet none seemed to find much. Though after about twenty minutes of waiting while her clones kept on the routes that they made. One clone. Radioed in of odd lack of epidemic life or really any type of creatures around soon after the second clone reported similar lack of life. Despite the muggy heat not even mosquitoes. Odd Clem though as she sat up from her position scratching her head a moment. This things diet was either rather diverse or perhaps it had so thing to do with its body.. she was unsure of the reason.” Ehhhh.” Thinking for a moment she would radio back to her clones to stab the sacks to create a blood trail and begin to take a certain routes that have them both eventually diverge to the west had nothing come to attack she would consider moving locations to a new section of the forest yet she want them to try more forested areas within this section. Perhaps the creature had already hunted this area to nothing….though that would probably mean it ate a large amount to the point it could destroy a ecosystem. Thinking about it the creatures size might mean it did require a large quantity of food to sustain itself. She wanted to get the creature close to her array so that it have very little chance to escape but it might be that she needed to do abit of deforestation if the creature doesn’t come out or maybe it be best to go around to a different section of the forest and leave a clone here to activate her array in case it showed up but for now she’d have the clones finish scouting out the north section.

Moving through the earth, the smell of blood and chakra hitting the nasal cavity of the large beast even through the ground. Then suddenly the scent had become stronger, as if the blood was released. Moving quickly, rising closer to the surface, close enough that the beast would finally start charging through the roots of the plants above. Trees moved, although not from any of the areas Clem had been observing, but from the area closer to her. Explaining why she hadn't been able to see any signs of movement from the beast initially being that she was observing the wrong part of the jungle. Then almost like a land shark, the giant frills extended from the ground just in time to be directly behind the second clone, leaping out of the ground and eating the sack of organs and biting through the clone easily. The large beast was not outside of the ground, and now it had another taste of food and it was hungry still. Sniffing the air, despite the woman being quite far from the beast's position it almost looked as if it turned directly towards hear. A loud roar resonated through the entire jungle area, shaking even the largest trees with it's power as the beast made a bee-line for the real Clem, ignoring the other clone entirely.

Once the clone was destroyed Clem had smiled as the info she wanted had come flowing into her brain thanks to clem clone number two. The creature had eatten the sacks she had as bait. In responce she stood up facing the direction of her fallen clone and sure enough the creature had let out a intimidating roar that shook its surroundings. The creature based on the movment of the treelines gave her an idea of what the creatures next target was... But even still she was shocked at how frightening the creatures skills to find its prey was. She was quite far away and hadnt thought that it would find her so quickly....what was its methods of tracking....if i had that...no i will have that she thought to herself as she peared back through the scope to see if the creature had surfaced. Had it not Clem would sigh moving quickly to her box grabbing a handful of chilly pepper bombs attaching them to hooks around the armors waist aswell as a black scroll with bright green writting . Prepared Clem figured it was about time to move. Grabiing the box she would chuck the contence over the edge of the hill letting the wind carry the tags and gernades over through the patch of forest infront of her a completely randomizing their locations. She figured shed get lucky later on in the fight. With that she herself leapt off the cliff using the riggided edge to slide down her crossbow at the ready aswell as the suprise she had for the creature once she decided to come out to attack.

The large beast now openly moving towards it's target would continue onwards. The beast would, after getting within the range of her own abilities swing it's tail. Like before large scales were sent flying towards Clem's position...or at least nearby it. Two of them were sent into the side of the cliff that Clem was sliding down as if in an attempt to impede the woman's movements and the other was sent at the location Clem would be at. All the while the beast continued moving towards what she now considered her prey. Bowling over trees and crushing shrubbery in her way as she moved, and seemingly avoiding the much larger trees and the like that she knew she couldn't move through.

while sliding down the creature had finally popped out from its hiding just as Clem expected.the creature who she was hunting had did exactly as she expected eating her bait and even though she was surprised at its tracking skills it did not change her plans. So once the creature used its massive Spiritual scale strike hurling multiple scales towards her Clem was ready this time. Out of nowhere a barrier seemed to form around clems body As she would launch herself forward, her movements were without hesitation or fear as she flew through the barrage scales sliding off her barrier slowly cracking but not breaking as she quickly closed the gap. Following her rush towards the creature Xlem would wait till she was withing twnetnfeet of the creature before she activated the three explosive tags that had been attached to the sack the creature had eaten causing a B ranked spiritual explosion from withing the creatures stomach though strong the tags only would cause a Concussive blast from within not enough to blow out the creatures stomach but more then enough to cause the creature intense pain and hopefully enough for it to lose focus so that Clem could strike the back of the creatures head assuming it was still Gavin I guess away from its tail whip that was used to launch the last attack. Had all gone well Clem would be within striking distance of the creature.. leaning back as came closer to the creature Clem would swing her body forward with full force aiming to headbutt the creature with full force. Had she managed to land a direct strike on the creatures head the strike would deliver such force that it would send the creatures own head forward and into a nearby tree. Clem wanted to cause enough force to shake the creatures brain and limit its ability to act towards her.

The user delivers a downward head butt while directly before the target. This headbutt is delivered with such force that it stuns the target, removing an activation from their next post. For each rank of the technique the user gains a [1] point increase in strength.

Although it's scales had been blocked that was simply not he end of it's attack. A roar in the now incoming shinobi's direction that was suddenly cut short. The frill-like scales on the back of the beast's neck began to rapidly shake. Then the quaking of the scales that Clem had just blocked before they erupted into two sound wave explosions, accompanied by small shrapnel of the scales themselves that would rip through Clem's barrier. Regardless of whether or not she suffered damage from these explosions, the power would serve to push her closer to allow her to finish her actions mostly unhindered. Which she would find that the beast seemed unphased in the least by the explosive tags for some reason. Then as she came in with an attempt to strike her target, however the beast's body would mostly contort, as it's tail came around and would smack clem out of the air in front of the beast and off to the side in response to her attack.

being blown forward seemed to increase her speed while she seemed to fly closer to the creature who seemed to show no effects. Despite this clems attack followed through slamming into the creatures tail. For obvious reasons while in the air Clem was flung back and into several large trees. Head spinning abit the large woman managed to lift herself back up rubbing her now cracked helmet. The big girl sure knew how to throw a punch Clem thought to herself as she shook off the dizziness. “ So wanna keep playing big gal ehehe “ Her gaze focused back on the large creature which had it still reamianed above ground the large woman would once again rush the creature though this time her aim was to keep herself moving along the ground making Sporadic moves, dipping in and out of the creatures line of sight while Celtic chakra began to gather into her hands eventually busting the armored arms of her suit revealing elongated golden dragon like arms perfectly formed. She would waste no time at this point suddenly changing her movements again as her right arm cocked back. About 20 feet away from the creature clems dragon like arm would lunge out speeding and extending outwards towards the large monster. Depending on how smart the creature was it may notice the the hand seemed to grow almost instantly to a size that could grip a large portion of its torso area. Had she managed to grab the creature the force alone may of not of done much outer damage but Clem wanted to keep the creature as intact as she could.if possible the celestial arm would attempt to raise the creature body above the tree lines before the massive hand suddenly increased its gripping strength to a near unbearable degree. This was not to crush the creature but apply enough pressure to keep if from escaping while she planned her next move.

Fierce Tearing Claws of The Gold Dragon
Tsukisasu Mejirushi is only imparted to those who have an impeccable sense of resolve, dignified individuals but also fierce in executing punishments when punishment is necessary. Upon the arms of the bearer two large figments form in the shape of elongated arms and claws, these may also extend to the lower limbs if necessary when attacking from above, Kohryu's claws said to rend very mountains in a single swipe are imparted to the bearer, These figments freely changing size as the user deems fit. Even so far as large enough to rend the belly of Bijuu with one fierce swing and level an entire residency.
Basic Effects:
• Sets Strength to [10] automatically while active.
• The user's body can now apply the effects of heavy armor with no drawback at one rank stronger potency.
• Strikes with the claws are considered overwhelming and may be treated as [Simple], [Complex], or [Spiritual] as the user deems necessary, they may also alter all of the users Taijutsu technique similarly.
• The Claws Can will shear a target's very soul, represented by their chakra, the amount lost is calculated by the targets maximum chakra pool of which the amount of chakra lost on hit is 5%. I.e 100 Chakra is the target max pool, on hit shears away 5 Chakra. This is kept in multiple of fives, and if the number is not a multiple of five then round down. The more chakra the opponent has the more damning the effect.
• Costs 100 Celestial Chakra per post used to maintain.
