Shukaku is now available for applications! Decisions on who gets a Bijuu are determined by the moderator team based on the positive guild impact and activity of the member. We will closely consider all applications based on those criteria. You may apply for Skukaku. Skukaku is renowned for his mastery over sand manipulation, fuuinjutsu, forbidden seals, doton, fuuton, and jiton. He uses these skills to form his famous absolute defense techniques.

In the applications we are looking for someone who would be willing to participate immediately in the jinchuuriki events in the Jashin arc. Therefore, the application window will be expedited and shorter than usual so that the new jinchuuriki can be added to the event as soon as possible.

If I had brainpower for the mythical third Bun character, it would have came by now.
How would the character's build complement the demon's abilities? No one would be able to touch this puppeteer. She's got 2/3 elements already Shukaku has, granting an additional elemental bonus to Sadayo with this traits. Shukaku's physical stat boosts will be purely extra and grant another option of combat styles to her skillset.
If you are chosen, would you like a sealing event or just to have it added to your profile with a description of the event in your bio? We'll slap something together. I've got an idea for a short sealing event that shouldn't interrupt the swing of things too terribly.

Concerning plot, Sadayo is currently the Hokage, therefore it would turn many outside of leaf village interactions potentially political and dicey. Reaching out to other tailed beasts and their allies will be a must that can either make or break bonds. I cannot promise that I will outline some elaborate plot about a tailed beast but I will try to work with the material I can get. Heck. I could even drop a "beat up shukaku-dayo" event on the village and suddenly create something for people to do and dish out some trauma and experience for new Leafies.
You never know. If I get it, kiddies, you know i'm going to brainstorm!

How would the character's build complement the demon's abilities?
Kura was always meant to be someone who I like to describe as "a walking natural disaster" who leaves anyone who managed to survive traumatic thanks to her focus on Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. I also wanted to give her a lot of implants, hence taking the elemental mastery discipline and genetic pallette PA, making her a weird mutated sort of freak in her desire to get as strong as possible. Shukaku would help a lot with that, while also granting her several more fun defensive options, and I always thought that Iron Sand would be a fun option for one of her implants anyways.

An event sounds more fun so that would be preferred.
How active are you?
Honestly not as active as I'd like to be, since I've been focusing on school and getting my license. By the time applications end, however, I will have my license and I already have a job basically lined up, so I'm really happy to say that I plan to be here for the long haul, especially since I love to write and I really have missed it since I went on my hiatus.

Kura is by far my favorite character that I currently have, I have no doubt that I'd remain active with her.
What contributions will your jinchuuriki make to advancing the guild's activity and plot?
I 100% would like to make things happen with her. I like Kura a lot, and with Shukaku she could make a lot more happen. If nothing else, even if I don't get Shukaku I would love to have opportunities to try and help move the current plot in Zaishin forward with help from the mods if possible.

How would the character's build complement the demon's abilities? Samatha Uchiha- [ With the demon's unique ability to create harden sand and having a extra line of defense, she would have a more refined perimeter against enemy attacks in combination of the dangerous insight of the Sharingan, the all the way around vision of the Byukugan with its sword and shield Gentle Fist. On top of it, she can press more defensive maneuvers using her Gentle Fist, having more versality in that regard, balancing out her options and tactics even further. With this, she would have a cycling, fast catching, absolute defense. Further so, her offensive power to put someone dead in their tracks increased as well, and when stage one mastery is reached, her Ninjutsu knowledge becomes even more vast. ]

How active are you? Been constantly plotting and doing post as of late which helps keep my creativity flowing
If chosen, how active will you be with your jinchuuriki? Same level of activity that i have been presenting as of late and even go beyond that as well
What contributions will your jinchuuriki make to advancing the guild's activity and plot? She will make further interesting advancements in the Civil War, giving it a twist to it and including her own story and personal development as she had lost Haruka and in the eyes of the Noble Commander is a fugitive. This in result puts emotional strain on her and that her wish to become Shogun has dimmed in lighting and that she would feel unworthy to continue being the contract holder of the Wild Cats. She would return the scroll to them to honor and respect them despite her own short comings. Then she would tackle the Jashin with full force, with intending to make up for her mistakes, making it up to Zaishin as well.

No, I do not

I would want to create a new character for the bijuu host, but ask that they be allowed to register under a village that is underrepresentation in regards to demon hosts. My preference is Tanigakure but we can talk about it

Ichigo, my academy student Zaishin refugee, would be a secondary option though her story would not fit as a proper host.

How would the character's build complement the demon's abilities?
My idea build for them would be a fuuinjutsu specialist that focused his seals for defensive techniques while the given elements would be used for offensive actions or combat oriented plays. This in mainly in part from tani's status as possessing great minds of fuuninjutsu users and I would wish to represent it well. The character would be manipulative, seeking to establish set ups for enemies to fall under before taking advantage to delivering a decisive blow. Combining their seals with shukaku's sand could create traps such as trapped sand tombs, remote sandstorms to blind and disable people, and even create iron sand to deteriorate weaponry and structures around the surrounding area.

I do have a character image in mind but i may ask for help in selecting one that best fits the world.

I would want to have a sealing event and involve people if possible. I would need some time to think of what could be done for it however!

How active are you?
Truthfully I am not active in the guild currently but have made strides to submit my academy student for approval. I am active on gaia in general via the forum rp system and I do plan on focusing on my single academy student in Konoha for a little while before focusing on another non character later on

If chosen to receive shukaku, I would be a little bit more active on the demon host character than my academy student and seek to better understand the systems. They are a lot compared to some of the dungeons and dragons style discords tabletop games I have been in.

What contributions will your jinchuuriki make to advancing the guild's activity and plot?
My end goal was to participate and advance the guild plot as a key central figure in the Jashinist arc and beyond. The plot involving around the world and potentially the civil war that was brewing in the storm village that could return at a later date. There seems to be a lot of potential to not only create the conflict in other areas and deal with them, or create another kind of character to push these ongoing groups of unrest. Seeing the Zaishin event has made me want to think of ways to think of stories for characters and things!

My time spent in barton town has made it very easy to collectively involve other players in plots and events centric to their character. These were arranged in discord and discussed heavily before writing the post to each person to involve small groups of characters in a more larger scale event. It is most comparable to what happened when jashinists attacked the citadel at the kage summit. A central event with multiple smaller scale fights taking place. I do plan on following the guild story and if given shukaku, helping to deal with the jasinist menace or act as a more neutral force to world events similar to ito.

I am read up on the jashinist arc at the moment, having followed them to the telepathy event and with the small party sent to investigate the strange signal to the north while the other members would sit by and await their findings.

Do you have a demon on another character? None of my RPCs possess one of the Demons.
Would you make a new RPC for the Bijuu or add it to a currently existing character? I can do either, whichever is more convenient for the guild.
How would the character's build complement the demon's abilities? Is it necessary that their build completely match Shukaku's ability options? If you think of the canon history for Demons, the shinobi chosen weren't necessarily a direct match with their beasts. It might be interesting to have abilities that Shukaku doesn't necessarily compliment, requiring a deeper thought as to how to really utilize them well. If it was one of my own current characters, I think in particular, it would be an interesting one on my self-centered princess type Irelia von Goldenbaum RPC. At least as far as character growth potential. Since, she'd have to deal with something within her.

How active are you? Well, I was active up until my move from TX into NC. And the couple month hotel stay. Then the unpacking and my new call center job kinda stopped my energy. And I've come back once again.
If chosen, how active will you be with your jinchuuriki? It would give me a greater reason to be involved with that character, so I definitely would be even more active.
What contributions will your jinchuuriki make to advancing the guild's activity and plot? I feel like this is a difficult question given we don't have the ability to see the future and plans that the mods have set in motion. However, I am pretty open to doing whatever events are required including the upcoming one. As far as the character chosen, if it was my Irelia, she'd be attempting to utilize this new found ability for a personal desire to return Arashigakure to its previous imperial state given her backstory and her family's ties to the Lightning Empire.
