This Prince of the Mushroom Kingdom uses the Magic Art of Saint Tail as he's idolized by the Toads like a combination of a Stage Idol in Royalty which gives him an iconic stage troupe motif with his real magic and stage magic displays.

Greetings, one and all! This is no mere illusion act! I'm Prince Blumiere of the Mushroom Kingdom, brother of Princess Timpani. The Greatest Magician in the Mushroom Kingdom! How are you? Stunned? Amazed? Don't answer how I appeared before you. But I'll tell you what, I plan to put on a special magic show for you!

*The background shows his bedroom in the Mushroom Kingdom, Peach's Castle as he takes a seat* I know its rehearsal but its the best way to iron out any wrinkles. Then we pan to outside where we see him flying on his giant balloons as the Toads cheer

*Earth Memory*
You're asking me where I'm from on Earth? Well... Like Princess Peach, I don't remember where I'm born on Earth. Our earliest memory was arriving in the Mushroom Kingdom and being raised by Toad and his pals, then when I was old enough, I became their Prince around when Peach became their Princess.

*About Peach*
She can do anything as she's an amazing leader. She's really friendly, kind and loving as she's more of a Big Sister Figure and my cousin is also a nice Kart Driver too. I would NOT want to be hit by her Red Turtle Shell Power Ups. For her to meet humans who are like her would be a joy for her to behold.

You're wondering what it means when I say...
"May Fortune Smile upon us in an effort to do good for the world."
Well, since the Narrator played Skyrim, he does what he can to good for the Cyrodiil Empire and those who need help in that game and acts on what is more important.

So, to put it simply, a Rat who trains Turtles once said "We all live in what we radiate in." Therefore, doing good in the world and making an effort to do good in the world should be a primary goal as when you do so, your Courage, Devotion, Hope and Passion will return to you in a kind way.

One example is that my magic shows bring wonder and amusement to everyone and the audience loves my stage magic shows too.

Riku's sisters are wonderful. Maybe in one of my magic acts, I could ask Kairi or one of her sisters to come up on stage to participate in my magic shows. I'm sure Kairi and her sisters' boyfriends will cheer them on. I'm sure they'll love my giant balloon trick.

*About Saint Tail Magic*
Saint Tail Magic is a mixture of Real & Stage Magic. One of the best thing about it is making things and people vanish and reappear again. Asking yourselves which is real or which is an illusion is the best part of it.
My giant balloon acts are fun but I can also make doves, confetti, ball pits balls burst out appear out of my silk hat too, just to name a few acts of mine. I hope I get to preform a magic show in the mainlands outside Ivalice one day with my lovely assistants, my sweetheart Finly & my sister Timpani.

Sora's brother? He's sometimes full of himself and he's a good kid and twin brother to Sora. They both have wonderful girlfriends too. Its wonderful to see two mermen in love with humans.
I bet they would love to see my giant balloon trick.
